Sensational yet earnestly passionate restaurant. Beyond the intricately thoughtful and seasonal menu, the kitchen was kind enough to accommodate my mother’s rare dietary restrictions. Chef Simone’s care is translated directly into the traditional dishes that he has a knack for making uniquely his own. The service was flawless and attentive. The wine recommendation pleased the whole table. Dining here was a special experience for my family and I. Not pretentious, we laughed with delight and enjoyed each bite and sip. Scuderie Sabaude melds art and dining into one.

Fantastic spot. Wonderful staff ( even though we didn’t speak a word of Italian they were so helpful). We had the set menu and it was definitely the right choice …. Every single dish we loved. Our server told us it was his mums ravioli recipe ! Great vibe and wonderful value, beautiful restaurant. We left happy .

Expensive and underwhelming. If you, like us, came here from the Michelin app, you might be sorely disappointed. The food is just not of a standard worthy of the Michelin app, as many other reviewers have mentioned. I'm not sure if it was just the night we were there, but my impression is that the head chef lacks experience. Our €48 white truffle pasta was unsalted and tasteless, and a €48 egg with white truffle dish was cooked to the point where the cheese had curdled. To me, this signals a lack of experience on the pass as these are very basic mistakes. Waiters also didn't check in on our meal or ask how it was. Overall the experience left a lot to be desired. On the upside, the venue is beautiful and our two vegan friends were reasonably catered for. Not worth the €360+ we spent though.

Food was excellent and although we had two different menus, the traditional wins.

Very high quality local food, perfect service, excellent wines. Not cheap, but consistent with the quality.

Really an unfortunate restaurant. Extremely terrible and unapologetic service. For a 2 course meal our experience lasted 3.5 hours. Prices for off-menu items were not disclosed. They did not even want to offer the coffee. And we were not the only table with these complaints. Got insulted by the chef as we were leaving. Not recommended, much much better value for money restaurants in the vicinity, especially with better food, to not mention service.

The place is beautiful and trusting the Micheline app I booked here for a group of 6 friends. Unfortunately the experience has not been to the expected level. One of the truffle dish was completely unedible, the cheese was too acidic. The dish has been sent back and replaced with a much better result, but I’m surprised the chef didn’t taste the dish before sending it out. Unfortunately also the truffle pasta was so plain, like was completely missing salt, lacking taste. The impression is that the chef might have changed recently and maybe this is the reason for doubtful quality of the experience, shame beautiful location and nice people serving at the restaurant

We entered the restaurant at 13:30 we received the appetizer at 15:15. I ordered the Piemonte nel Piatto and it was mid at best. The main course arrived at 16:15, and took them half an hour to bring the check. The waiting time was absolutely unacceptable. When we brought this issue up to the waiters, their reaction was unapologetic and they blamed the other departments in the restaurant… shocking.
