Our second visit to Sibilla, the last a couple of years ago. And like then, we were not disappointed. Sibilla is one of those restaurants that make excellence seem effortless - everything clicks together, the beautiful outdoor space, the menu, the super helpful staff, and of course the expertly cooked and presented food.
My stuffed zucchini flower was the best I've had this trip - crisp out, fluffy and cheesy in with a salty anchovy sauce.
I had oven roasted lamb to follow with roasted potatoes and chicory - crisp lamb, succulent meat, easy to cut off the bone and a great lean:fat ratio.
Amazing restaurant, beautiful location.
