Sibilla

"This long-established family-run restaurant occupies a stunning location at the foot of the Temple of Vesta, which can be admired from the attractive outdoor terrace. The classic cuisine served here is prepared mainly with local ingredients, although a few fish dishes also feature. Grilled dishes are among the house specialities." - Michelin Inspector

4 Best Day Trips from Rome

"This restaurant, poised on top of the acropolis overlooking the Temple of Vesta, has been around since 1720—you can feel its historic character as soon as you walk through the door. The vibe inside is elegant, with parquet floors and white-napped tables, but the outdoor terrace with views of the Aniene River is the place to be. Everyone from Princess Margaret to Yoko Ono has dined here, so the restaurant's reputation precedes it. (Reservations are definitely recommended.)" - Laura Itzkowitz, Arlene Gibbs

It's hard to beat this restaurant. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The food is top notch, delicious and unique from much of what we have had in Italy. All that aside, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Very romanticly set amongst ruins on a hilltop. If you are planning to be in Tivoli, get your reservations in!

Very beautiful outdoor dining area, you don't feel the heat thanks to the vegetation roofing. Service was friendly but little bit slow to get the first serving. The pasta were excellent!! But we expected better for the grilled beef and especially the tartare that was just ok. But even just for the pasta it is worth it!

Easily in the top 5 eating experiences in Italy. Sitting outside in the patio area under a 350 year old Wisteria tree and in view of an ancient temple and waterfalls. The food and service was outstanding. A sublime dining experience.

The best restaurant we have dined at. Michelin Star very old circa 1720 with breathtaking views from the Tce. What more can I say it was perfect in every way and is a must to visit if you’re at Tivoli or Hadrian’s Palace. The drivers cannot go into the old village so a short walk is required 10 min the driver will wait outside the town. Probs not suitable for disabled of inferm peeps as the streets can be steep. That is an experience in its self as the surrounding community is very old. The Resturant is on the site of the Tivoli Roman Forum. And of courses the foods was perfect.

I think this is the best restaurant I have ever been at. Amazing view, great food, still simple and relaxed atmosphere.

Easily the best dining experience I had in Italy. I was dining alone, and they were very kind to make the seafood antipasti for one ( I went to another restaurant who just told me no) and it was excellent! I really ate a lot, and it was a great experience. Recommended other friends to come too!

Didn’t have a reservation but not an issue as it was March and we got there right as they opened. The view would’ve been cool but it was dark already so we sat inside. The amatriciana tortellini was delicious although could’ve benefited from an another tortellini or two (although maybe we’re just too American). The eggplant Parmesan was amazing!! Would recommend that for vegetarians. The pear walnut salad was just ok. The tomato basil pappardelle was good but not super flavorful. The chocolate cake was also good but not stellar. The hazelnut coffee parfait (gelato) was delicious but tiny fyi. The bread and biscotti/almond cookies on the house were nice.

Went here with my girlfriend on Friday evening and was our favourite place we went to on our holiday! The service was really fast and attentive, the ruins and wisteria were beautiful and the view of the mountains was unmatched- not to mention the fresh and delicious food. Would absolutely come here again, 10/10. P.S - English friendly :)
