"In an elegant, country-house setting, Terraforte occupies an old hay barn on the beautiful, vast Il Terriccio estate, where 1 500 hectares of tranquil, bucolic Tuscan landscapes are home to horses, olive trees and the estate’s renowned vineyards (Lupicaia wines). The cuisine focuses on zero-mile ingredients, with an exclusive use of produce sourced from the estate, including beef, game, chicken, vegetables, aromatic herbs and excellent wine.
