Incredible experience dining at Villa Crespi. I went for the "in the name of taste" set menu for 280 € per/person. This is their most classic menu and was absolutely stellar. My favorite was the only dish I forgot to take a photo of, the Naked Scampi. My second favorite was the pasta. I went for the wine pairing but exchanged one white wine towards a red. Full bill with pre-drink and apertivo for 1 person ended at 465€. Was it worth it? YES, but it's all very personal how much money you think fine dining is worth.
The service was incredible, only rating 4 stars due to I felt stressed getting through the menu. I was asked not to leave the table twice, which I don't appreciate when you enjoy a dining experience like this one. If I have to go to the restroom, no one can say please sit down, because that won't be good for anyone involved. Other than that one person who told me to please stay put by my table, it was amazing. The staff was very knowledgable and incredibly friendly. Got great recommendations for other restaurants too.
The Villa Crespi property is nothing short of stunning, it has rich history and make sure you have some time over to enjoy the property itself as the venue is 1/2 of the experience. I highly recommend sitting at the indoor "terrace" beautiful lightning.
