"Named after Edoardo Salina, the chef to the House of Savoy, this villa from the mid-1800s features several rooms embellished with frescoed ceilings. The bold owner-chef here has completely restored the building, bringing it back to life and using it as a backdrop for his evolving culinary skills which started out in the family pasticceria. Nowadays, this “multi-tasking” modern restaurant offers a regionally inspired à la carte alongside fish dishes and a business menu option at lunchtime, while in the evening the menu includes a selection of high-quality pizzas. I had a dinner on Saturday with my family and we had delicious pizzas (they display a large variety of food, don't you worry) along with two types of appetizers in a welcoming atmosphere. Service was flawless. I strongly suggest that you come and check yourself if I tell the truth.

Abbiamo festeggiato qui la cresima di mio nipote, ottimo servizio, locale climatizzato (che visto il caldi infernale è stato una salvezza), cibo e vino ottimi come pure il servizio. Consigliatissimo.

Molto deludente...questo era il secondo pranzo di natale che ci vado però anche l'ultimo purtroppo...il cibo tutto sommato era buono tranne la guancia che se la potevano evitare dato che ci sono altri tagli di carne più pregiati. Il servizio non era di una Michelin ma nemmeno di una pizzeria...i camerieri si rivolgevano come fossi la loro sorella senza minimo di garbo e alla richiesta di un rum pregiato ci è stato detto che è caro 3 volte manco fossimo gli ultimi degli ultimi...la cosa che mi ha fatto più arrabbiare è stato quando abbiamo pagato che hanno voluto anche i centesimi...Mai più !!!

Ristorante situato in una residenza storica di grande fascino. Sale affrescate dove possono essere ospitati gruppi privati. Ottimo pranzo con tutte le portate cucinate e presentate benissimo, ottimo il dolce preparato in loco. Personale e proprietari molto gentili e professionali. Prezzo in linea con quanto offerto.

Un ristorante sicuramente non alla portata di tutti, perché i prezzi sono un po’ alti, ma devo dire che è un posto stupendo: cibo sublime preparato con prodotti di altissima qualità e un’ottima cantina dei vini. Che dire… passateci, perché ne vale davvero la pena. Complimenti a tutto il personale!
