We were surprised at the rude way 2 other restaurants in the region refused us a table and were starting to feel desperate (and hungry). So we entered this establishment a bit as a last resort. But what a nice surprise ! A small menu, very well executed dishes. The cooking is not fancy but it is damn well full of taste and well executed. The service is very polite and lovely. I recommend this place entirely.

Really lovely food, wine and beer. Would definitely go again. One of my favorite places we have been to. Don't be sorry if you can't get at table next door with the great view! The food here is so much better!!

Definite 5-star review. We unknowingly walked into this establishment, looking for a filling pasta dinner. But a filling pasta dinner is not all we encountered. The host, Nicola, an energetic inspiring Puglian-New Yorker, was making conversation with everyone (guests and staff included) in the restaurant. He conversed in such a way that he charmingly linked guests by their common interests. This worked so well that we ended up talking to and hearing the life-story of a lovely Australian lady who happened to be born in Rotterdam, where we are from. Apart from all these conversations the food was sublime. We had a great zucchini-flan appetizer and both our pasta’s (pappardelle with wild boar and ricotta-filled ravioli) were comforting and well balanced in flavor. The wines are from Nicola’s own wine estate, of which he is very proud (and rightly so).

We originally stopped in this adorable Tuscan Village only to eat at Dario‘s restaurant. When we stumbled upon this charming spot. We were pleasantly surprised with the incredible food and hospitality we found at Ristoro del Cinghiale. The attention to detail and all the food and beverages that we were served was beyond five star quality. I don’t think I’ve ever had mozzarella so fresh before in my life!! Well worth taking time out of your test contribute to swing by for their craft beer and wine!

Visited two nights. In summary, all the dishes are delicious, but whatever you get, you must try their wine and their tiramisu, it was one of the best Chianti Classico I have tried throughout our 5 days in the area. Many places have good tiramisu, but this one blows the rest of them out of the water. The first time we had 4 people and each person ordered different dishes. All the dishes were great. I ordered the wild boar stew, which really would have been better to request as a sharing dish as it was enough meat for 2 people. The menu is small, so you could tell they specialize in these dishes and do them with care. Then two night later I came back on my own, I was able to slow down and focus on the food, which is why I highly recommend their wine and the tiramisu. The owner is very attentive. The place is cozy. I look forward to coming back in future trips. Sorry I didn’t take more photos.

Great new spot in Panzano! We went 3 times in 2 days… Delicious (light, but full of flavour) foodmenu, original craftbeer & wines, outstanding service. Terrace, but also very comfortable (& cooler!) to take a seat inside. We’ll come back!

The food was amazing and I especially like the dessert. The vibe was great, the host was nice and friendly. Everything was good.

We ended up at this restaurant only because everything else in the area was fully booked. But if we had known the quality beforehand, we would've been better off grabbing something from a supermarket. While the photos might suggest otherwise, don't be deceived by appearances. The taste was a total disappointment. Avoid at all costs.
