Everything about Ristoro del Cinghiale was superb. The portions were all a good size to try a few things, but still be substantial. The price is very reasonable for great quality food. We had the pulled wild boar bun (incredibly tasty, so tempted to get a second and is reason to go all by itself), the olives and a Tuscan cheese platter, and a spelt salad that was perfectly made. The desert perfectly sums up the experience; we had an apricot cheese cake that was so simple but the ingredients were all so perfect that it was wonderful just as simple as it was. My only regret was not going back for a second meal while we were in Tuscany.
