Found this place randomly, I was in the area for an appointment and almost didn't go in cuz no drive thru but im super happy I did! Got the Verde burrito n Yummm! Super good green chili n it wasn't spicy so I loved that! Yummy tortilla too! I also got eloté n a coke zero for like $12! Awesome I can't wait to go back!! Also no seats inside. Just take out.

Omg!!! So freaking good!! We got the RCB, Barbacoa, and a side of beans and cheese. We ended up liking the barbacoa the best. Service was quick and cashier was so sweet! These prices cant be beat! We will be making the trip every time from now on!

Delicious burritos, no place to sit inside seems like take out only. The person taking the orders was swearing a lot. This is a reason for the three stars.

We found this place when it seemed to be a hidden gem, burritos were amazing and cheaper prices vs other places! Size of the burrito is perfect, filling and not too huge where there are leftovers to worry about! We order about once or twice a week and have been for about 2 years now, always love it! They even recognize me by name now 😆

Fun counter order for meat burritos. Good value, we tried 4 different burritos and all were good, but chili verde was the best. Would recommend planning to do take out, not much of a reason to eat in.

Among the best burritos I've ever eaten from a restaurant that prides themselves on burritos! You all should be so proud! A must try for newcomers and a place for regulars to enjoy consistently excellent food. Well done.

I just had the most incredible meal, and I had to share! For the longest time, I've been utterly hooked on their picadillo burrito. I always ask for green chilies in it, and it never disappoints - it's a flavor explosion with such a perfect little kick. Truly, I adore it! But today, I finally decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new: the green chili Verde. And wow, another absolute winner! It was so unbelievably delicious. What I really appreciate is that unlike many other places, there's absolutely no greasiness or fat chunks; just wonderful, juicy, pure flavor. It's so good, it honestly doesn't even need any salsa or extra condiments - it stands perfectly on its own. On top of all that, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff? They are just as fantastic as the food they create. Hope you get to experience it too! Also, if you haven't noticed by the other reviews, it's a grab and go place. There's no seating but these burritos travel very well. Sorry I never get pictures of my food. It's too good. I can't wait to take a picture. lol It's fast food that doesn't taste like fast food. They have a number of workers in the back and they get it done super lightning quick

Ok, I'll start with the positives. The tortillas are legit. Fresh homemade flour tortillas are yummy, and the employee that took my order was friendly. The negatives- when the price posted on a big huge board above the register says the burrito is $5.79 you expect to be charged $5.79 plus tax of course. Weirdly they charge $6.08 in stead plus tax. How can you post one price but charge another? I would think this is illegal? I know in Cali it is maybe AZ is different? I REALLY dislike dishonest establishments. Also the size of the burrito is kinda whimpy. It's about the same size as a bean & cheese burrito at Taco Bell yet more expensive. I would venture to say any other burrito at Taco Bell is probably bigger lol. So although the tortillas are fresh and homemade, the false pricing and what you get for the price won't have me coming back.

So I finally got a chance to stop in here. I love the simple basic operation going on here. Straight forward burritos! I tried a few different ones, so here we go. The chile verde was awesome, the RCB was decent, and the carne asada only had meat and nothing else which was a little strange. I guess what the menu says is exactly what you get. I might ask them to add some other items in to that one next time if thats something they do. The only other thing that bothered me is that the prices aren't what was shown on the menu board. This was a few weeks ago so I can't remember exactly, but it was a little above $6. I was fine with the price, but please update your menu.

Excellent I had the bacon and hash burrito with green Chile. So good. Topped it off with the red salsa. Breakfast of Champions. The service was terrific. . .

Guys its worth the drive. They put lots of fresh ingredients "this ish slaps!"- my gf. Personally been making the 30 minute travel for over a year when the cravings hit. Highly recommend

Barbacoa - White onions. Medium colored meat. A bit dry. The onion and parsley gives a bright fresh flavor. Pretty good! Chile Verde - Light colored meat. A little salty but it gives it more flavor. I like the chile flavor. Some chile flavor I don't like at other places. Pretty good! Chipotle pulled pork - Reddish meat sauce. Sweet. Tastes like bbq sauce. RCB - Red meat sauce. Maybe also a bit sweet. Had some additional flavor. Not sure what flavor that is. Overall I like the tortilla they use that is tender and not dry. I used a lot of the little green sauces. I will need to ask for more next time. The red sauce was too spicy for me.

Tiny burrito restaurant tucked into a shopping mall in Chandler. We stopped in on our way to our kiddos baseball game and were immediately impressed. Tiny shop but service is fast, friendly, fresh, and good. Prices are reasonable and there is a huge variety of burritos. We all got the bacon, egg, potato and even though it's simple, everything is perfectly cooked and the homemade tortilla is the star. Everyone was so helpful and friendly I can't wait to go back to try more!

Lots of parking, fast friendly service, good burritos.... There is no seating inside so expect to get your burritos to go. Place is clean and we were greeted when we walked in. The burritos are smaller and a lil cheaper than burritos you get at other fast food burrito places like Filiberto's, Los favoritos burritos, etc. They're not tiny but the perfect size for people like me and my kids who don't have huge appetites. Good variety of tacos as well as some sides of corn, quesadillas and beans n cheese. They also have a couple healthy wrap options (turkey and bacon with egg whites) which not sure why you would get a wrap at a burrito place. But I guess if you have a friend come along and they don't like burritos? Lols I got the mole - shredded chicken cooked in sweet & spicy chocolate adobado sauce. I love mole and this was pretty food. But I realized I prefer eating this with rice and eggs instead of in a tortilla. Flour tortilla was yummy and homemade. My kids had the bacon and hash burrito, ate it all up so they def liked it. I didn't get a bite, selfish kids! Jk

It was my first time going there and I was impressed. The food was amazing. Everything tasted really good. Salsa was just right. That is the good the not so good thing is portion size. The burritos are not very big. If I pay almost 10 dollars for a burrito I want it to be a good size.. that is the reason why I'm not giving this restaurant 5 stars

Rita's is amazing! Their menu is simple- about a dozen different burritos including breakfast burritos. The ingredients you see on the menu is everything in the burrito, so for the Chipotle pulled pork, it's just packed full of pork and nothing else. The meats are all delicious and your favorites are here- Mole, Barbacoa, pork, carne asada and more. Their tortillas are scratch made right behind the counter and melt in your mouth. There's no dining inside and just a couple of tables outside. Their business thrives on takeaway. The prices are great and your order is ready within minutes. Their red sauce is great and has a little heat to spice up your burrito. For those with nut allergies- their mole does contain peanut so avoid!

Best bang for your buck! Decent sized burritos and only $6 which is hard to find nowadays. Everything I've had from here has been fantastic!

High expectations, poor delivery and results. We wanted to try this place as everyone was raving about it. We ordered 2 burritos - 1 Breakfast Bacon and Hash | 1 Breakfast Barnacoa.. for as little as this place is, you would think there would be more authenticity and care going into the food. Little to no seasoning on both burritos and lack of listening skills at the front absolutely hindered our experience. Expect to eat in your car, at home, or outside. Breakfast Bacon and Hash - Tons of egg, odd amounts of bacon, and no hash. The flavor only came from the green chile's we added from New Mexico (even their green sauce was tasteless). Breakfast Barbacoa - Tons of egg, little to no barbacoa, and lack of flavor once more. The green chile was once again the star of the burrito. While I am a firm believer in not wasting food, these burritos weren't fully finished. What a shame, maybe next time it will be better, but I won't be returning anytime soon. For now, i recommend just making your own burrito at home!

Was getting an oil change next door at Jiffy Lube and had some spare time while I waited. This is when I discovered Rita's and I'm glad that I did. The restaurant is small walk up to the counter and order kind of place. The service was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Bacon & Hash Breakfast Burrito which was really good. Overall very pleased with my breakfast this morning.

I've been three times. Five if you count the two times I insisted to try to go when I knew they might be closed. Anyway, I don't know what my favorite thing is about Rita's. The food is fantastic, the prices are very fair. Six bucks for a breakfast burrito, they support pets, lots of dog pictures on the wall, and the owner is running the show like the galley on a Navy ship. If you're not a military person (I'm not either) it means the boss is at the register greeting every customer, turning around and making sure that your order is done quickly, efficiently, and the same - every time order after order after order Every time I've been in, I'm shocked that he's there. He's happy. The food is hot and delicious and in my hands almost quicker than I can put my wallet back in my pants. So glad Rita's opened right down the street from my house. Mostly, I'm glad I'm not a vegan. Brisket Burrito FTW!!

As a self proclaimed burrito expert, I have high expectations. Rita's is delicious. They have breakfast burritos and they have lunch/ dinner burritos, but all can be ordered at any time. Don't go looking for ambiance; they only have a few tables outside. It's an order at the counter and take them home to chow down in peace type of place. We ordered the chorizo/egg/hash brown, verde pork, and barbacoa burrito. The verde pork didn't need salsa because it was already so flavorful. It was stuffed with super soft juicy meat in a perfectly cooked tortilla. I loved the addition of cilantro and onion to the barbacoa burrito. A great To Go stop on the weekend or after a long work day.

I've been coming to Rita's since they opened. As a New Mexican this is the only place in the valley I recommend eating at that is legit New Mexican food. I drive 40 minutes and spend 50.00 in burritos and eat them the next two days. Delicious warmed up the next day.

! The carne asada burrito comes with nothing but the meat and the tortilla. The meat was good but it was really really plain overall. I ordered cheese to be put on it for an extra 50 cents, and they forgot but by the time I got home I wasn't driving back for a couple sprinkles of cheese. The Mexican street corn was just average that's not good or bad it's just nothing said wow I want to come back for more of this sometime. They have no guacamole or no rice there, so that automatically means that I'll never return there. I will say that they're pricing was reasonable, then again the carne asada burrito wasn't that big and it had nothing on it so it should be inexpensive.

Food: Ordered three burritos one Chorizo n hash, Chile Relleno, Chile Verde. Service: Take out, Service was great and food was prepared correctly and under 15 minutes, These were some of the best tortillas I have ever tasted. If you visit this location you cannot leave without getting the "Chile Verde" it was amazing! Service was also fast and lunch for two only cost us $34 with tip.

Rita's Burritos is a quick serve restaurant located in a strip mall in Chandler. And when I say "quick ", I mean fast! When I arrived, I was a bit surprised to find there was no indoor seating. It's take out or (limited) outdoor seating only. I was quickly greeted and placed my order. Before the Employee completed her sentence to tell me the food would be ready shortly, it arrived. I took a seat outdoors, but had to return to grab napkins and utensils which were not provided (or offered). The Barbacoa Burrito was filled with juicy meat. They don't offer (or, at least include) fillings such as sour cream, lettuce, avocado, etc. that competitors do, so be prepared for that. The side of "Ocotillo" (Mexican Street) Corn was good, but the bottom of the container was full of water. If you're interested in fountain drinks or free refills, you won't find it here. All beverages are strictly bottled drinks. Overall, Rita's Burritos is a good place for a quick bite to go.

I loooooveeee Rita's I will go out of my way to get a burrito here! The staff is amazing and the food is so good and fresh no matter when you go! The prices are fair and the portions are just right.

The service was quick and the burritos were excellent. Given the price, the portions were appropriate. I'd recommend Rita's to anyone wanting a quick and tasty meal.

Able to order online. Reasonably priced. Not frills, just a meat burrito. Sour cream and guacamole would be nice.

I had high hopes for this place as I love burritos. First, be aware that this is not a dine-in type of place. It's carry-out only. Service was pretty fast at the counter. I ordered a Bacon and Hash Burrito with Green Chiles added. I also ordered the Carne Asada Burrito along with some Street Corn in a Cup as well as some Beans and Cheese. When I returned to work with my order, I disappointed to discovered that I never got my Street Corn in a Cup and my Bacon and Hash Burrito didn't have the Green Chiles, that I paid extra for, added to the burrito. The burritos were much smaller than I expected. You'll need to order at least 2 or 3 if you're hungry. I wasn't happy with this experience at all. The burritos tasted okay, but I don't see much of a value in what you get. Small, over-priced and you may not get what you ordered. Based on the size of the burritos alone, I don't plan on returning to Rita's Burritos. Better size and value can be found elsewhere.

Nice little order and take burrito spot located in the convenient shopping center with ample parking. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We had a difficult time ordering because it all sounded good. The stand out was the chili Verde burrito and the chili Riano burrito. Carne Asada and hash burritos we're also Tasty and more traditional. The only burrito that I wouldn't repeat was an RBC is a brisket burrito and a very light chili sauce intended to be very dry. I saturated in the red chili help. The tortillas the burritos are made from are delicious. These are smaller burritos than regular and the price is fair. I recommend ordering one and ordering another if you're super hungry. Definitely will come again. They could probably do a great side business just selling tortillas.

This restaurant has a lot learn about business. 1. We ordered 3 pork based burritos and 1 beef burrito. The pork meat was the same meat with a few things added to claim a different filling. In other words, the "pork" filling was not distinct and unique in flavor nor texture. 2. Though the tortillas were the real deal made from scratch, the final product was a slightly more than an overgrown breakfast wrap. 3. The overhead board stated prices of $5.89, but the receipt reflected prices of $6.02 per burrito; taxes were added at the end of the receipt. 4. They did not give courtesy cups of water. 5. They told me the kitchen could not cut the burritos in half; I had to ask for a plastic knife. The most important thing in any long-lasting relationship is honesty. We will not be returning because of the disingenuous attempt to claim the boiled pork meat with a few different additives were a completely different burrito, the overhead boards could have been corrected since the printing was written in colored chalk, telling me that the kitchen couldn't cut the burritos in half was infuriating since this is a kitchen and preparation knives are a standard tool, no courtesy cups of water, ... , we live in the desert, sodas don't quench thirst like a cup of water, and the final straw, was that I had to ask for a knife, this should have been an immediate response right after her egregious statement that the kitchen could not cut the burrito in half.

Amazing, cheap and fast I do wish they would use white corn but still very delicious I ordered food was out in less than 5 min I recommend the RCB burrito

I really like this place. If you're looking for good biscuits and gravy, so good. BUT make sure you have them grill the biscuits otherwise they are soggy and horrible. I forgot to ask this last time and couldn't eat the biscuits otherwise. If grilled a 10.

I've been going to Rita's for about five years and I have been so impressed with the quality of the food and service there. The owner is exceptionally kind and seems to sincerely care about his team. I love seeing an employer treat his employees with respect and appreciation. I can tell you it's one of the best burritos in town and I would highly recommend you check them out.

Ordered barabcoa burrito and paid 2.86 extra for more meat, and order of street corn. The burrito was mostly egg, very little barabcoa...a little disappointing. The street corn tasted like they used canned corn, which wasn't bad but it just had too much liquid. There is no seating just to go orders only. The staff were friendly and kitchen looked very clean and well organized.

This place had absolutely delicious shredded beef (machaca) burritos w onion and cilantro in a homemade tortilla. My guy got the carne asada which he said was good but not spectacular-also they put half the amount of meat in his as they did in mine so that was weird (were they running low?). I loved the frijoles, which were seasoned perfectly and came with lots of gooey cheese. Honestly I'd buy their frijoles every week if they were in Tucson. You can't find good food at their prices here! $1.85 for the side of beans (in Tucson most sides start at $5), $3 for a bean and cheese burrito, $5 for the meat burritos! Everything I ate was so delicious and satisfying, and the service was fast and friendly. You can't eat inside the joint - it's more of a gram and go - but the next time I'm on my way to or from the Mesa airport I'll be stopping again! Want to try their breakfast burrito next!

We really enjoyed the burritos here! I recommend the green chile pork. I like the green sauce a lot more than the red sauce. I wish that they were open on Sundays though and had longer hours on some days. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Hands down the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. I almost always get the RCB (Red Chile Brisket) with scrambled eggs, hash browns and Hatch Green Chile. I'd love to add a picture, but I always eat it before I think a out it! This time my wife got the breakfast barbacoa with cilantro and egg a d she added hash browns - and LOVED it. Their burritos always have great flavor and are a slaw dunk on the homemade flour tortilla. Burritos average about $5-$6 and one is plenty. No indoor seating (couple of tables outside) and there is usually a shirts line, but they are quick. Definitely try it.

Rita's burritos is a pretty good deal if you're looking for something quick and fast. It hits the spot and provides you just enough to satisfy your burrito craving. However, if you want a fulfilling meal with rice and beans this may not be your restaurant. Well you can ask for it for an additional two dollars, but we just never do. So, I would just say this is a good burrito spot if you're looking for an economical burrito and to satisfy for your craving. The two burritos that were purchased at Rita's one was RCB (red chile brisket) the brisket is slow cooked in New Mexico red chile and the other one was the green chile burrito. I got some extra hot sauce a green sauce and a red sauce.

The plus is they are super fast, fresh in house made tortillas. Their variety of meats are good as well over the usually beef chicken and pork. Seen Mole (Mexican chocolate meat) and knew had to get that. Also seen the RCB shredded brisket with new Mexican red chili. I love good chili's thats not all about spice, so anything NM chili's I'm a fan. Tortilla was super fresh like everyone says. You know it's fresh homemade by the texture etc Chicken mole was ok, would've liked a bit more mole sauce. RCB was great lots of meaty brisket and the red sauce. One other thing here is straight up burritos not fillers. So whatever meat you get that's what you getting no rice beans Pico etc inside. It's a little smaller as well compared to most other places but the freshness makes up and if you're hungry it's an excuse to get 2 and have different ones to try

This is one of my favorite places to go in Chandler! Truly a hidden gem... everyone here is so so kind. The service is amazing and the burritos are just as amazing!!!! You can definitely taste the difference and their prices are fantastic!

Quick, affordable, and tasty! Wanted something fast and on the go without going to a fast food chain. Found this place and was not disappointed. I would love to see more vegetarian burritos in the near future. My group of 5 all got something different from the menu and we're all satisfied with our picks. I will be back!

Love this place. Had been my go to for quick, quality, low priced food. But.......they recently raised their prices a ton on my go to bean and cheese burrito. Will still eat there but not as often as their big price increase opened up many other options for similarly priced options.

I love Rita's burritos!! The tortillas are fresh and so are their ingredients. Most of all you get great food for a really good price! The staff is always super friendly and what I really love about them is their wall inside of all the pictures of the dogs! Love it here and continues to be a go to spot!

I have family that lives in AZ and found this place via yelp. I now come every time in out there. The tortillas are by far the best and the food is always so fresh. The breakfast burritos can be dry but nothing like a little salsa. I would recommend this place to anyone! My sister also has an egg allergy and they made sure they didn't cross contamination.

I ordered a Chile Verde burrito. For what it is, it's top notch. Inexpensive burritos with generous quantities of flavorful meats. What's not to like? I didn't have any issues with service or food. It's mostly a take-out joint. There have two or three tables outside, but that's it. So plan on taking it home.

I was very disappointed, I was expecting a BIG breakfast burrito coming here especially after reading the reviews and I get this TINY burrito that you can finish in 10 bites. They don't even have mild sauce, their hot sauce is too hot so I didn't use it on my burrito and the breakfast burrito just tasted bland and lacked flavor. There's no seating and the customer service wasn't that great, she was very monotone and didn't seem friendly. Go and check out MORNING KICK off Chandler Heights in GILBERT!! So DELICIOUS and BIG ASS BURRITOS, I like how they use tater tots. So much bigger than Rita's Burritos, TRUST ME! There's seating and it's decorated beautifully and they have more than just bfast burritos. Also friendly service!! *owners comments to our negative reviews come off as passive aggressive which to me is not professional at all, it's not about what you deem a good burrito whether it has tator tots or not, it's what the customers want and what the business gives as a food product that sells and keeps them coming back for more! $$$

Yesterday after my dentist appointment decided to treat myself to a bean burrito and quesadilla. The portions are on the smaller side but i'm okay with that as I eat smaller meals throughout the day. I will be honest and say that the burritos are good enough but the taste is not consistent. I will definitely continue to support them when I'm cravings a Rita's burrito. Btw I like the green salsa the best.

This is the best place in Chandler Arizona. Go here if you want the greatest food in town. Breakfast all day. Hours are scarce so make sure they are open before you go.

If you love burritos, this is the place for you. There is many different options including street corn and the street corn is amazing. It's very unique. You should try it. The tortillas are hand made and I don't know if you could just order a tortilla on its own but if you could I definitely would.

Best burritos in the valley hands down. Tortillas made on site fresh daily. Order the chile relleno burrito but do so in advance- they run out fast. Amazing simple fresh homestyle Mexican comfort food- you won't find better burritos anywhere- Ritas are simply the best!

What a disgrace of an establishment. Went in this morning with my husband for the breakfast burritos, but was completely appalled at how the manager talked to the two young cashiers. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. Nobody in their right mind and a competent manager would do that do their workers. The words coming out his mouth was completely beyond me and If you cannot keep your temper in an establishment, you shouldn't be a manager. Cussing out young girls in front of customers... what kind of place is this?? Truly the most disgusting behavior, sickening.
