I had been a loyal customer for over a month. I would tell my family how much I like the place and it was going to be my to go spot, however the customer Service we received was absolutely horrible, after returning a plate that did not live up to there previous standards, I kindly ask if I could order something else the owner herself said it was up to me, so I ended up ordering chicken enchiladas, after the waitress brought me my food she leaves the ticket on the table and I couldn’t understand that because we all had just gotten our food, then instead of checking on us, she abandoned us completely, cleaning the restroom, vacuuming and sat down with a coworker eating, I could not believe the service we received all because I was unsatisfied with a plate and even the owner Rita was rude, said we didn’t deserve good customer service because they lost $12.99 because I returned my plate, I nor my family won’t be returning.
