Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Kinda hard to find the correct door to go in and the "lobby" is tiny... But they are very good at describing what types of drinks you can get and offer free samples before making your selection. The custard and Italian ice combo is surprisingly refreshing!! Not too sweet.. and just the right mix of flavors. I'm definitely going to have to come back a few more times to try a couple other kinds!!!

First time trying Rita's ice! It was very tasty and full of flavor! The prices are fair and I would definitely go back. The cotton candy flavor was the best!!

Stumbled into here after sake and sausages at Yatagarasu (fiancée had a sweet tooth and this was super convenient). Daylen/Dalen and Geoffrey were fantastic salesmen, and pointed out to the lactose intolerant fiancée that most of the italian ice is dairy free (huge plus!!!!). Daylen was also kind enough to give us a few samples as well as side-by-side (in the LARGE cup) Blue raz/Cotton candy. We also tried the Green Apple and Banana (she got banana). All the flavors we absolutely fantastic. Loved it so much I left the duo $5 and change each as a tip. Thanks again!

I LOVE their cotton candy Italian ice! We often order delivery. Only negative thing is they don’t open until 2, and I start craving it for breakfast! 😂 seriously best Italian ice in the county!

This is the most magical place ever! Rita’s has the best custard/ Italian ice ever I recommend this place to anyone. All the employees there are amazing and so nice and kind! You can’t go wrong with this place! Everything is absolutely a 10/10.

Firstly, GET THE COTTON CANDY GELATI You will thank me later haha I've been to 2 other ritas, both in Pennsylvania and now that I'm in Bloomington, I was so happy to see the other day that we have one, and not only that but its open ALL YEAR I am a sucker for their gelati, the texture is so perfect and its a perfect ration of Italian ice and custard. It tastes exactly the same as I remember it, so good. My fiance got a small cup of the chocolate custard, which he said was really good.

The words, Wow, wow and wow! Best frozen custard and the Italian ice, this is now my favorite icy drink ever! It is over the top amazing!!

They have a good selection of ices and ice creams. Service is quick and easy and the building is nice. I've enjoyed everything I've had at Rita's.
