Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Absolutely delicious! The Italian ice was very refreshing. My daughter loved it after her visit at the dentist! Manager Elad was very welcoming and made the experience even better. Great flavors, friendly staff, and a super clean spot. Can’t wait to come back!

We just had another happy visit to Rita’s. It’s great at any location but this one especially with Elad and his team. They are so patient with little ones trying to pick out which flavor and what item and asking for samples.

Was having a major sweet tooth over the weekend and found a Rita's in the the area. I use to come to Rita's when I was younger so it brings back a childhood memory. Every time I come to this location it's always clean and not super busy. I always have to get the custard mixed with Italian Ice. I got the Mango and Peach Italian ice mix with the vanilla custard. There vanilla custard is way better than regular ice cream, the consistency is thicker but packed with flavor. The italian ice flavors a perfect and not too sweet. Definitely try this combo together you won't be disappointed!

We walked in at 10:18 and they turned us away and said they were closed and that they had no inventory. The ice cream and Italian ice were still out. We told them we just wanted take out and that it wasn't 10:30 yet, they still refused us service and started mopping.

Honestly... I'm not a huge fan. I wanted to try Rita's for years! I finally did and I'd much rather go to Jeremiah's. They seemed to be out of several options on the day I went. The pumpkin pie ice was pretty good, but I don't think many people will be fond of it l. It tastes like actual pumpkin purée (which I loved!) but not your "typical" pumpkin pie flavor. Side note: They don't offer anything for your pups. It would add to the experience if they had their own version of a pup cup for the dog parents out there.

This place just opened up in this plaza. Finally, today I decided to give it a try. It was a perfect treat after running around some errands in this hot Miami weather. I loved the different cup sizes and different ice cream types and flavors they offer. I will be back to try another ice flavors and ice cream too The lady there was very friendly and had a mask on.

I usually like to frequent a spot a few times before adding a review just to make sure I get a fair and accurate assessment of the place, NOT the case with Ritas. My order of swedish fish/cotton candy gelati with custard was so good that everything else could be so OFF and I wouldn't care. I'm not sure if it's because I've been quarantined long or what...but this was the best piece of frozen I've had in forever. The place was clean, the service was good and I can't wait to come back.

Icecream is icecream is icecream. No wow factor but it was not bad either. Place seemed clean, staff were friendly and the ice cream was aok. I choose a vanilla bleded with cookies and cream.

Best Frozen Custard In The World! This is the best custard i ever tasted, i have gone so many times and the chocolate soft serve frozen custard in a waffle cone is so good! I really recommend this place, also they are giving 15% off your entire order! Please go to this place it is the best!

Awesome spot for your cold sweet tooth. Friendly staff will guide you thru. A good amount of flavors to choose from but not too many make you feel overwhelmed. I kept it simple with a soft serve cone. I wanna go back and have something else it all looked so good and the samples were nice. Dont Be afraid no try the sugar free!

i really wanted to like this place. i'm not an ice cream person, but i absolutely love sherbet/sorbet/snow cones/icees/italian ice. i was really excited to see something like this pop up in town. i just passed by for a cherry italian ice. it's probably the second most popular flavor for this kind of food behind lemon, so i figured it would probably be a pretty safe choice. the consistency is more snow cone than sorbet, which i expected. i'm not sure if i just got unlucky or if the preparation/recipe was off, but i got these huge globs of what felt like unincorporated gelatin in every bite. it was kind of mucus-y and even though the flavor was ok, i don't think i'll be back. it looks like the gelatis are more popular, and i think it would be easier to hide that gelatin texture behind creamy ice cream, so if you do visit, that's probably your best bet.

Rita's Ice Cotton candy Italian ice is literally the most delicious thing I have ever tasteddddd! Just discovered this gem through Uber during quarantine and I wish I hadn't because I know I'll be ordering this a lot more. So good! Never been, but plan to once things open back up. Highly recommend! :)

Customer service was great. I got the pineapple and loved it. My parents got cherry and they said it didn't taste like the last time they had it.

The place was very clean, the ice cream was delicious and the service was excellent. They have many cup sizes for everyone and if you are unsure about what you want, they let you try before you buy! This is a great place to bring the kids for a treat for good behavior!! Lol! I love this Rita's! We are so glad they finally made it down to South Florida, and close to us!. We have been by this location many times. It's so cute, cozy and inviting and the last time we went by we were greeted by Ivi. She was just so warm and welcoming, sooo friendly and provided excellent service. Ivi was very patient with the kids and so professional! She let them try the flavors and was not limiting with the crazy flavor mixes they wanted.... She also gave us great feedback when we asked which helped us make our choices! She was just absolutely awesome!!!!! Thank you for your excellent service Ivi!! If I can give you 10 stars I would!!!

Vanilla Custard with strawberry italian ice gelati . Tried this place out because I wanted to switch it up from Coldstone and it was a beautiful decision.

I was excited to have an Italian ice place closer to home, the girl with the curly hair is extremely rude and unprofessional.

So i came back to try thier new baby teeth toping, IT WAS SOO GOOD IT ADDS THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF CRUNCH another toping i got was dog poop. They smeared it on top and *chef kiss* this time i got the ice cream flavor "crispy cockroach and cricket legs" i couldnt think of a more perfect name they blend up cockroaches to make the ice cream, SO YUMMY ill definitely be back for more.
