Update: the guy with the frosted tips who I mentioned below never filled my prescription, despite being told it would be an hour. I called today and spoke with someone lovely who confirmed that he never started on it. I hope management sees this but I’ve already moved my prescriptions to Walgreens down the road. I was going to this pharmacy for two years but as of the last several months I cannot deal with it anymore. It’s terrible. They tell me every month my prescriptions are on auto-refill and EVERY month they aren’t filled for whatever excuse. It finally happened again today around 6:30pm and the guy who answered the phone with just a “pharmacy” said “we aren’t working on anything for you.” I asked why this keeps happening and his response was *verbatim* “Couldn’t tell you. That all?” I don’t know whose teenager is working their first job at this pharmacy but that was the last straw for me. You cannot make people care, obviously, but the complete lack of any semblance of customer service is actually crazy. Especially when you are clearly frustrated but politely asking what’s going on with a medication you need.

I love the pharmacy department. Ava is so good at what she does, and goes above and beyond her duties to help Rite Aid patients. The store is always very clean, and staff is always friendly. I love that you can go into this store, and to be treated like family instead of a regular customer. Very helpful too.

Every time I try to call which has been 7x today, they answer the phone, you can hear them, and then they hang up on you. Poor customer service and lack of care for patients seeking information about prescriptions or vaccine appts

You know, times are hard and I'm trying to save my money however I can. I switched my prescription to this pharmacy to save $10/mo which adds up when you're taking it for years. The employees at the pharmacy all seem to have an attitude. They treat you as if you're an inconvenience to them, and are just flat out rude & unhelpful. I have visited 4 times since 9/27 to fill a prescription and have been told "it's not ready, your insurance won't cover it, we have ordered it to now that they need a new diagnosis code from my doctor." At this point, I'm filling my 1 prescription and taking it elsewhere next month. How this location stays open and in business is beyond me. The shelves are essentially empty and the whole vibe of this place is depressing. Please do us all a favor and close down. Let a reputable store come in here with better staff and customer service.

Good customer service and a very convenient location. Another store in the same complex was out of gallons of whole milk so I stopped by Rite Aid next door and it turned out I could redeem my points so I pretty much got free milk randomly because the cashier entered my number. It was literally the only thing I needed that day so it was pretty sweet. They also have a good selection of Nicotine/Nicorette patches and it’s been one of the few places where I can get the 7mg Step 3 patches regularly.

I have only ever seen one person working the counter at the pharmacy and she is wonderful. There are people who are good at their jobs and there are people who radiate kindness, she is both. That woman deserves a raise no matter what she’s making now. I wish I could do more than leave a good review. Thank you for all your help 💚

Sitting AGAIN waiting for the pharmacy to open it was supposed to open at 9am but evidently the pharmacist makes their own hours so now we have to wait til they decide to show up this is the 3rd time I've been here over the past 2 months when they didn't show up on time

I was vaccinated at the Division Rite Aid, and the experience was as painless as could be expected. Both the pharmacist and the associate were professional and compassionate. They made sure my vaccinations were covered by my insurance. I will be getting all of my future vaccinations here.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone, despite me calling 3 times and 15 minutes of being sent back to the main menu over and over again. New prescription that I don't have the rx number for that was sent last night. Should be ready, but I guess I can't find out without making the 1 hour trip there by bus. Irritating.

Very friendly service all around but particularly on the pharmacy. It's Thanksgiving and we misplaced our dosing syringe for our cat's medication. We called around to a few other pharmacies to see if they had one but they either didn't or weren't open. This Rite Aid not only had it but they gave us two for free out of a bigger package. Very nice and helpful on the phone and in person!

Rite Aid is the only drugstore I've found where I can buy my favorite lip balm. I love the Nivea Shimmer. Fred Meyer doesn't sell it. Amazon doesn't sell it. So whenever I see an opportunity to stop at a Rite Aid, I go in and buy all they have. Because I know, it's just a matter of time before they will stop making it. That's why I also will buy all of my favorite color of Maybelline 24 hour wear lip stain that comes with the gloss. They've already discontinued my previous favorite color. I have to hoard this stuff. I just don't understand why these companies do this. Why do they discontinue popular products? Meanwhile, I will be out there buying up all my favorite colors of cosmetic and hoarding them. 2021 - Review # 37

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are words my mother would not approve of and have absolutely no empathy whatsoever, and have the worst attitudes of any "professional customer service representatives"I have ever dealt with. Never once have I had a good encounter with the pharmacy. I wish I would've looked at the glorious ratings they already have before ordering my prescriptions from here. They literally closed the door in my face at 7:02 when I had been there since 6:48 and they couldn't figure the customers refill in front of me so I had to wait and then they told me they were closed! I had been there on time and because of their own ignorance I went home with the medication that I need or I can have seizures if I don't take it. They should be shut down and all staff reprimanded.

Appointments don't seem to matter much at this location. If you need something quick and simple like a flu shot plan on being there for an hour. They'll tell you it'll be just a minute. They'll tell you they're not running behind. Somehow during your appointment time there will be two other people still waiting to be served though. Save yourself the bother and just go to a clinic w/o the illusion of appointment time slots.

Absolutely worse costumer service especially the pharmacy. Went to the store today and the store WASNT EVEN OPEN!!?!? Like wtf there was no lights no people not even a sign on the door that says the hours of operation only one that says there's a lunch break between 130 to 230. Pharmacy will send you a message telling you that they have your medication ready and then once you get there they tell you they don't have it or they couldn't fill it. I grew up going to that rite aid and they have gone insanely downhill and I have heard multiple people complain about the lack respect of this store completely.

I always have some problem when I come into this Pharmacy (my doctor sending to wrong pharmacy or me making appts at the wrong pharmacy for flu shot appt) and they always help me out anyways, and with a smile on their face.

worst customer service. good luck trying to use the phone option to talk to a pharmacist as they do not answer the phone and u can't leave a message because the phone flips back to the original message. in person the lines r long and staff not helpful. I've needed an essential medication for several weeks and they keep telling me it's too soon to refill-it's not. it's not an opioid. will change pharmacies-sick of their bad attitude and lack of service. their service used to b good but hasn't been for a long time.

Everyone is very friendly at this pharmacy, and helpful. I've had to deal with a couple of snags with my insurance coverage, as well as my medication from my doctor, and the people here have always been extremely helpful, happy positive and professional about it. I've never once had a problem with them. Perhaps those people who do have a problem are those who make it one.

Great pharmacy. Their polite and very informative and they are one of the fastest places to get your scripts filled. Excellent. The regular cashiers could use a lesson from then cause their not only I'll-mannered but they act as if they just want to get rid of you most the time. I usually only go to the pharmacy so I don't have to deal with their crabby cashiers in the other part of the store.

Zero customer service skills taking a bottle return back there is like surgery its very stressful its the law and store manager refused the only one that is kind and easy going is brandy most of the rest of the crue look terrified or sad to be there store manager has a exstreme attitude and because hes the head of the store he should bend over backwards to help customers but instead he brushes them of. And says hes busy damn shame a person has to dread going in a store to spend money with a not very happy staff the store manager makes up rules as he goes along so he doesnt h11thave to help you

This pharmacy frustrated me over and over. My prescriptions came out wrong, when I asked for help no one seemed to be able to help me or understand what I was saying, or would look at me like I was an idiot. The people I dealt with here seemed annoyed, bored, and frustrated. I am now going to the rite aid on sunny side which is much more pleasant

I'm here to this pharmacy (division st.)bec. they are the only one carries my prescription and there's 30 min wait so me & my 80 yo friend ask where is the bathroom and the cashier in the front & security guard says there's no bathroom and ignored us completely. The person in pharmacy nice enough to bring my 80 yo friend to the bathroom. I had been in many rite aids before and never been told there's no bathroom for customers.

"Ava" the pharmacist, is one of the most condescending and rude women I have ever talked to at a pharmacy. She would not give me my medication and was incredibly rude to the doctors when they called trying to resolve it for me. I will NEVER be back. Absolutely rude and kept rolling her eyes like a child. I do not understand how she has a job, I was waiting for nearly 3 hours.

Went here to pick up a prescription while my husband was having a surgery so was in a hurry. The pharmacy was not yet open because they were doing inventory so I asked if there was another one close by. The person i was asking asked a man that worked there and he rolled his eyes and said ours opens in ten minutes. I decided to wait as I was in a hurry. when it opened i went to drop it off she told me it's their annual inventory so they could not even start in it fir a half an hour. What a waste if time. I don't know why they could not have told me it would be a long time today as they knew I was in a hurry.

Dr office blamed pharmacy. Pharmacy blamed dr office. I still don't have my essential thyroid medication. After numerous phone calls & now the pharmacy doesn't have anyone there to fill it, only an intern. I am sooo angry. They make it hard on a person to keep their sanity, ket alone their health. Late for work now. I guess it's time to try mail order. I have given this pharmacy years of business. I'm done.

The pharmacy techs has Mary and some other hit-or-miss rude workers. Their fax is always "broken" when they are busy. Don't relay on getting your refill the same day or even the next sometimes. Got this excuse 5+ times in the last year
