I don't write reviews after one visit or one experience. I have been visiting Ritual for several years and this review is not based on a single experience, but rather, on the sustained performance of Ritual Brewing. First, how did I get here. Ritual is located in an industrial park that is off the beaten path. I used to meet friends weekly at Hangar 24, but it lost it's luster after Ben left. Then I visited Escape Brewery for a while, but kept getting headaches from their beer (sanitation issue). So I started visiting Ritual on Tuesdays, mainly because of their pint night. If you buy one of their glasses, you get discounted beers on Tuesdays. It is a good deal. But more importantly, their beer is really good. I know one of their master brewers, Rob, who has introduced us to some amazing beers. They are some of the most delicious beers I have ever had. The serving staff is amazing. Fast, courteous and they know their beers. A special shout out to Angela!! She is so sweet, friendly, and knows her beers. The tasting room is pretty basic. No frills. Food is provided by food-truck. Sometimes the music is good. Highly recommended for the beers. Lots of room for improvement in terms of comfort and other areas.

Google
Great Habitual Haze! I'll be back for sure. Great service. Brought some home! CHEERS!

Google
Always a nice place to hang out with friends, family, or take a date to! Great beer, lots of seating, friendly staff, and awesome artwork on the back patio, too!! I highly suggest checking this place out :)

Melvin Lorenzo

Google
Great beer, great service! I highly recommend their oat stout, but everything on the menu is worth a taste! They offer activities for the family, including disc golf on occasion. Lots of seating, and bunch of parking around the neighborhood. Food nearby and can be delivered. Will be coming back again.

Google
Redlands has many great places for craft beer but Ritual is one of the best. They are always changing what's on tap and doing very unique things as well as classic beer flavored beer. The service is excellent and the ambience is nice, very large and you can sit and work and not be bothered. I highly recommend it.

Google
Whenever we swing by Redlands to catch up with our son, this spot is our definite move for top-tier brews. Picture this: a spacious establishment, complete with an expansive outdoor patio, perfect for some craft beer sipping. And let's talk about the craft beer selection – extensive doesn't even begin to cover it. This brewery has mastered the art of crafting exceptional brews that elevate the palate. Plus, the staff? Utter professionals, always serving up stellar recommendations tailored to your taste. Here's to this establishment for consistently delivering excellence in every pour. 🍻👔

Google
Great wide open space with fun activities and a pretty impressive selection of unique beers. Lots of variety. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to offer us glasses of water for everyone we were with.

Google
What a great find! Passed through the area for the day, and my cousin found this brewery to meet at for a few hours. I had the Honeybuzz and it was delightful. Wish I could have stayed longer and brought some home. My new puppy loved it, too! :)

Cynthia J.

Yelp
Ritual is a wonderful place to meet up with friends! Service is impeccable and their Craft brews are always Great! My favorites are the barrel rolls but they are great in all styles.

Josh C.

Yelp
Very large indoor and outdoor seating, very spacious. They have a schedule with the time for the food vendors that set up there as well. Selection of beer is decent for a brewery of its size. They have typical goldens and IPAs like every brewery but they also have a couple reds. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. They have a specific beer glass that if you bring it with you on Tuesdays, you get a discount. Beers can be taken home in crowlers and some beers you can bring a growler in foor. Overall, it's a nice brewery that's worth a visit.

Alden C.

Yelp
Very excited to have had Ritual Brewing recently and Steve and I were not disappointed in any way. We had a different kind of IPA than what we usually wind up with and that's what made it fun. We had the Sunset Peach which we liked because of this unique spin of peach, stone fruit, sweet, hoppiness and some lemon thrown in for good measure. The IPA was sweeter than most with the peach at work but it wasn't a heavy handed factor where it made the beer too sweet, thanks to the hops playing off of the peach and the lemon. It's well made and a fun IPA to have that's different from most.

Yelp
Stopped by for their trivia night which they have every Wednesday at 630pm. Parking seemed somewhat limited in the lot right out front, but I got lucky and found a spot. I went straight to the bar inside and noticed they had a decent selection of beers and even some soft drinks as well. There is a lot of seating inside, as well as outside where the trivia game is held. There is no food on their actual menu, but they typically always have a food vendor there for the day. I was able to find their weekly food vendor schedule on their Instagram page. When I went, it was Surfer Joes pizza and the pizza was scrumptious. You can also bring in your own food which is nice. I definitely recommend this brewery, especially for the trivia game nights.

Frank B.

Yelp
I hadn't been to place in several years but I'm glad we did. The brewery is a warehouse with bench sitting inside. There is an outside area as well. I had a flight of beers to start. They were good but not my type of flavor for the most part. They had two beers that were really good. Their Honey Blonde was delicious (I took a 4 pack home) and their Lager was pretty good. On Tuesdays they have pint Tuesdays in which you buy the glass and get refills on Tuesdays for a reduced price. $4 a pint I think. Not bad at all. I purchased one and will be back for refills. They have Birria Pete's there on Tuesdays cooking it up. Man it's delicious. If you decide to check out Ritual definitely go on Tuesday and try the birria. They also have really good music playing in the background and the bar managers were very helpful and nice.

Rogi S.

Yelp
Great beer and service. I wished I lived closer. Seriously, hats off to you guys. I love this place and the selection is FANTASTIC!

Jess R.

Yelp
Awesome service and beer!! I had not ate all day and they are partner up with Surfer Joe's for some pizza and sandwiches. I had a cookie flight!! Which was so good!! You get to choose from 4 selections and include a coconut chocolate cookie! Atmosphere is inside a warehouse and spacious!! Loved it all overall!!

Yelp
The beer is very refined. Mature brewmeister. But. not sure why all of the beers aren't on the chalk menu, or visible somewhere... Awesome HUGE place with plenty of space and games and even outdoor seating. Clearly this is the top brewery in Redlands if not the region. I took the tour once and the brewmaster was amazing. The only thing I can suggest is the server that I had was not very outgoing. It's 230 on Saturday Sept 14. Server didn't really suggest anything and I didn't know they had flights. She's probably really nice but not the most outgoing and informative person. I watch the other older grey-haired gal engage the other customers, make recommendations, and take a sincere interest in explaining the beer. The gal, the one that I had... well... I had to initiate the questions and dig deep for information. She wouldn't take my multi beer punch card because she said it was expired. Don't buy one of the multi-beer punch cards!--- There's an unwritten expiration period. Anyway, my server is polite just a very lackluster beer server person. There's so many options that if someone walks in, there's so many beers it's confusing... people want suggestions, information and recommendations. Or the server can recommend a flight after asking questions about what the customer tends to like. (BTW, they actually do have a stout and maybe a porter that's not on the menu! I would have never known this had I not asked.) I think a simplication of the menu into CATEGORIES would make it easier for people. For example, a simple brochure on the counter in eight and a half by 11 paper that explains their categories of beer: lagers pilsner's hefeweisings IPAs porters stouts. That would also increase sales on certain beers and the customer would feel more likely to come back because they will get the beer that fits their taste. Wineries do this. This place is outstandingly clean and inviting. Completely different from the outside (looks like a office, industrial). One small door opens up into a huge brewery! Great place for the kids and the leashed family dog. Been to all the breweries in So California. This is the best one overall which is why outgoing informative servers are so important. It just astounds me that if you have a tip option why you wouldn't be really outgoing and informative. My feeling is that most (not all) millennials, and kids under 35 don't even give a s**t anymore. They're just there to do the bare minimum and not win customer loyalty or expand business for their employers. BTW, this place even does bands and yoga, etc. My only question is: does it get ghetto at night? I hope not. Because the customers here were clean cut normal people and families who seemed very polite. This is a great place to bring families. They also have sodas, water, etc. Super clean bathrooms. By the way the beer is great. The successful business lies in the customer service. We don't know that which is not explained to us.

Yelp
I've had the pleasure of playing live music here and have enjoyed the supportive audience. I'm glad the music can give the already great atmosphere a positive ambience along with the award-winning brewery experience.

Yelp
This is a cool place to go if you want to go and hang out with some friends and have a couple of drinks. Every Wednesday they have trivia night and it is fun. I suggest you go. You can either go by yourself or go with the group and play. The beer there is good and you can also buy souvenirs and swag. And if you don't like to drink, they have some soda that they sell. The inside is nice and clean and the service is good and the employees there are very nice. Once in a while, they will do comedy shows because they have a stage inside. They also have a patio outside and that is where the trivia night is. You won't be disappointed go check this place.

Katie P.

Yelp
My family and I (which included a 6yo and 9mo boys) visited on a Saturday afternoon. We brought in tacos from a nearby restaurant and had a few flights and the tour. Super informative and wonderful laidback ambience. We were outside on the patio. As we were leaving their own taco guy was setting up a tent outside. IMO they're missing a ton of business not offer food snacks in house. My son had a $2 or $3 root beer (that they also brew in house) but would have spent more if they had more options.

Ann T.

Yelp
We got the Groupon deal for a brewery tour which came with full flights for the 4 people in our tour group! For only $20, this was a great deal! Since this was a Sunday afternoon around lunch time, things were picking up here and there wasn't any parking up in front, so we had to do street parking and walk in (less than 1 block though, so no worries). It does get pretty hot and loud here since they have music playing and really strong fans blowing due to the summer heat. There's misters outside for outdoor seating and they had a food truck there for some light bites. Inside there's also some of their beer already pre-packaged in cans and merchandise. I believe at the time they had a cookie flight that pairs with a cookie that comes with it and bubble gum soda on tap for the kiddos and non-drinkers. Tours are only on Saturdays & Sundays, each hour at 2, 3, & 4 PM. You just check in at the Tap Room bar before the tour. Luckily for us, it was just our party on the tour and we got there right before the long line formed. Our tour guide was Doug and he is great! Super friendly, patient with our questions, and very knowledgeable about the steps in making different beers and all the science that goes into the brewing process. We got to see the huge tanks, the machines that they use to make the beer, sanitation areas, the supplies they use, and we even got to try some of the hops! Tastes a bit like a granola bar without the sugar and a slightly sour after taste. I think the most interesting fact that I learned was nothing is really wasted! The used materials get to be feed for local pig farms! Afterwards, each of us got a tasting flight of our choice or through recommendations. Really liked that each drink came with its own "business card" with a description of what it tastes like, how it was made, etc. They had their own designs and looked really nice. Super useful especially since I easily forget things even after having it explained to me so carefully and thoroughly. My favorite was the Acorn Street blueberry cobbler flavor and the lighter sweeter drinks, like the Hop-o-Matic, citrus-y hops drink. Although I'm not much of a drinker, my group really liked what they got and the entire experience. Definitely worth a stop!

Net A.

Yelp
I'm sorry not a beer drinker but I'll try one. They have the COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER FOOD TRUCK!! Came with my hubby , daughter and my grandkids.. LOL No worries grandkids had Bubble gum sodas. The brewery is in a very spacious industrial hangar. Very rustic ambience ... kinda on a warm side , needs more swamp cooler perhaps especially on a hot day ... then perhaps chilled beer glass might help. I tried the guava matic tap beer ... well Not bad. I couldn't finish it so I had my son ( who joined us with his wife) finish it for me. It was more than an hour wait to get food cause by the time we got there food truck line was so long ...

Rich M.

Yelp
At the anniversary festival, my son who has a speech impediment was refused beer in the last hour because the server thought he was slurring. Our entire party left the festival an hour early. Shame on Ritual brewing, we were looking forward to this for months. Treating patrons with disabilities like this is shamefull.

Froilan G.

Yelp
Ritual brewing probably has some of the best strong but tasteful brew I've had. Like if you really trying to trip out in a good way please come here because I did. I was already geeked by the time I got here, but hey if you remember that it was good considering being messed up you know it's legit. I love the whole vibe of the place with the psychedelic bicycle day art around the outside patio. Makes you feel right at home right? Haha yea man don't trip to trip here I'm jk don't do that but yea the vibe cool man. The beer was strong and packed with flavor just how like my women. I'll recommend that award winning honey one they got that stuff was scorched like forreal forreal. Will have to return forsure. Anyways, dank review for this place 8.1/10

Jose M.

Yelp
If you're looking for strong but drinkable beer, this is the place. They have a large selection of different styles of beer and although I enjoy hazy IPAs, I always find myself trying new things in this brewery. The place is pretty large, with many benches and long tables. I've been able to enjoy good live music at this location as well as fun games they have on site. They don't have any food but they always have food vendors on site and they're usually pretty good. Check out the murals outside!

TURTLE P.

Yelp
We came here after going to another Riverside brewery and having a bad experience. Ritual is awesome! The service was fantastic and the beer was even better. This is going to be our new favorite spot! The ambience is awesome.

Melanie M.

Yelp
This place is huge with a decent selection and an added bonus of a food truck! We look forward to returning.

Sue P.

Yelp
After having tried numerous of their beers, over the course of at least 10 trivia nights, truly only one was half decent but still not worth the price. Most every brewery these days has an okay beer but this is the first one that i've been to where really none are good and all are expensive. Their soda is good so giving them an extra star for this.

David G.

Yelp
The ambiance is excellent, A+, the large space showcases the brewing equipment, and they have a stage for live performances. Additionally there is an outdoor space adorned with murals that bring to mind hallucinogens and LSD. Every detail down to the cards describing the beer that come with your flight, to the engraved flight boards is absolutely top notch. Service has always been above and beyond with the bartenders being both knowledgeable and efficient. They are able to recommend beers and can give you an excellent flavor description. For food, they have food trucks basically every day. There is a calendar at the front that shows who will be serving food. The selection is excellent, with delectable burgers, pizzas, and other tasty morsels.

Jason M.

Yelp
Haven't been here in years, feels good to be back. One thing they do well is having a great selection of brews.

Kimberley K.

Yelp
Ritual Brewing in Redlands, CA is a great place to sample some of the best craft beers of the region. They offer a wide variety of styles and flavors, ranging from traditional ales to unique sours and IPAs. The taproom has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of seating, and the bartenders are always helpful and knowledgeable about the beers they serve. The beer selection includes a wide range of seasonal and year-round brews, including everything from light and refreshing lagers to bold and complex stouts. The brewery also features a number of collaborations with other local breweries, allowing customers to sample some truly unique beers. Whether you're looking for a light and refreshing pint or something with a bit more complexity, Ritual Brewing has something for everyone

Craig B.

Yelp
After leaving the strip mall sushi restaurant, driving past the gas stations, department stores, and pet stores, you finally reach the massive warehouses in Redlands and wonder if you are in the right place. Fortunately, there is a big "Ritual Brewing" sign on the corner with a full parking lot and cars spilling onto the street to inform you that you've arrived. When I walked into Ritual, a massive warehouse, perfectly designed for beer drinking and appreciating the California sun, I felt both wonderment and awe. Ritual is the opposite of a claustrophobic dive bar or inner-city bar. Even though the parking lot is full, you still have plenty of space to yourself. We started out with an IPA beer flight before adding a Czech beer that my wife noticed and wanted to try. By the time we started ordering she saw a stout on cask. As cask connoisseurs, we obviously had to sample the cask. We enjoyed all the beers except that my wife was not very fond of the 9% IPAs. If I lived in Redlands, I would return here regularly to sample the different weekly casks and hang out in the cool space.

Dan H.

Yelp
Best brewery ever! Went to a local jam session there tonight saw a band named "the Chauds" wow what a great band and wheat a great night! Thank you Ritual! If you haven't been you need to! Oh ya the best brew

Ronnie G.

Yelp
A staple for years, and years to come. I've been coming here for seven years now. Ritual definitely has that genuine brewery atmosphere, lots of space, cool lighting, good beer, friendly and attentive staff - it's definitely a good spot to come hang out. I wish they did an Oktoberfest and advertised it months in advance as I think it would've drawn more people in, maybe new customers as well. Maybe next year.

Lennon S.

Yelp
I have recently visited Ritual Brewing and there is various different drink options. I love the lighting inside of the brewery itself and it is very lovely. The bartenders are also very kind. There is a cool wall of art outside of the brewery as well. I just wish there was more activity's for kids.

Gregory R.

Yelp
Great Beer and atmosphere like this place a lot. Clean and good choice of beers not to forget the Pizza Dudes were there that day and food was also good . Will be going back soon.

Kelsey U.

Yelp
Came here a few times, always great beer and friendly atmosphere! Great selection of beers, good variety!! Ryan helped us today and his customer service was amazing! So helpful and great energy!!

Emmanuel G.

Yelp
First time at this brewery , my wife took me and i gotta say it was amazing , from the location to the service was 10/10 , the beer was freaking top notch. I would highly recommend it can't wait to go back.

Maximus C.

Yelp
2 flights today First timer inside sitting and outside sitting clean environment clean restrooms and today they had a local food truck

Paula M.

Yelp
Stopped by for their $5.00 beer special on Sunday. The beer was great. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about what they had. The whole place including the restrooms was very clean. Will definitely go back.

Michael L.

Yelp
New beers this week. They are all very tasty. One stood out for me, 'Take Me to Hawaii'. The aroma is like like walking into an open air fruit market. Mangoes and papaya with some floral hints. The taste is just as promised by this aroma, I get a dank start, then tropical fruit, with a slightly dry finish. This beer is very easy to like. Ask for a taster, you will be amazed. Say hello to the crew!

Gil A.

Yelp
There is plenty of brews to choose from and the ambience is awesome. They had a live band playing outside. Will deff be visiting often!

Linda C.

Yelp
Such a cool spot to come hang and try some new beer. Very affordable drinks, the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There was a food truck when we went but u can come with your own snacks and games for the littles. There was live music and I even some dancing. There was plenty of street parking.

Neftali V.

Yelp
Great beer, varied selection, and the taco lady they bring in for food from time to time is awesome. Perfect to go with their beer.

Samuel H.

Yelp
My first time here I wish I new about it sooner if it weren't for Yelp I never would've found it I must have passed the building 100's of times not knowing it was a brewery better late than never. My boyfriend and I made time to go visit see what the brewery had to offer, and I was not disappointed the place is very big with lots of square feet, the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about their products which I appreciate when asking questions they also have games i.e. giant jenga, a string loop game, toss across etc. I liked most of the brews, but I found one I enjoyed and I stuck with it they don't serve food, but do have chips etc... & also u b.c. er eats, postmates, or outside food is welcomed. So if you find yourself very thirsty for a beer this hot summer stop by and try a brew or two you won't be disappointed I wasn't.

Adrian V.

Yelp
Local goodness in a light, fun atmosphere! Try the flights; try the pretzels! Outdoor seating options, and the WI-FI reaches outside, too!

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Visited Ritual today (Sunday) to attend the morning yoga session. It's a donation based class suggested donation is $10, bring your mat and a water bottle or grab a beer the taps are open before the class starts. It was my first time at this brewery I no longer drink but was able to grab a soda I think they brew it there. Very delicious sadly the only non alcoholic option, they also have tons of beers to choose from so bring your thirst. Will definitely be back to get my om on!

Danica V.

Yelp
I was surprised how many breweries are in the area. Really enjoyed the big open space. There's cornhole, Jenga, and other garden games The baristas were all very helpful and they let us try a bunch of samples. Overall great selection of beers and non alcoholic drinks such as a white gummy bear soda haha. I'm not much of a beer connoisseur but my friends recommend their IPAs

Jessica L.

Yelp
Really like the beer! Outdoor seating but you have to order food. The beer is a lot better quality than hangar and the service is friendly and welcoming. Cool lighting and just simple with good beer. Jackie was super nice too!

Pattie A.

Yelp
Fabulous beer and service! Our friends invited us to a tour and RJ was great. He steered me toward the beer flavors I like when I gave him hints on which beers I like. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Clean. We can't wait to come back!!!!

Celia C.

Yelp
A welcoming smile as soon as you walk in. A brief description of the beers on tap and you're served right away. This place is huge, Like many breweries. This place is in an industrial building. Plenty of room to walk around and sit. Long tables and benches. Board and floor games too. All pints but 2 are $6 and there are a couple that are $7. Not bad at all. Stop by! This place is kid friendly and super easy to find.

Denise M.

Yelp
We went to play trivia. Unfortunately, when I Googled what time it started I clicked on old information (see attached photo for what I saw). We showed up a few minutes before seven to learn that it started at 6:30. Fine, I'm already upset with myself for screwing that up. What I didn't need was for the trivia host to find it appropriate to change our team name to also call out the fact that we were late. We only arrived here 12/31 and did go to trivia last week but a lot is going on and I didn't remember what time we went. Kindness and compassion are free and go a long way. Insulting someone for an honest mistake is not necessary.

Kath V.

Yelp
Visited Ritual for the first time. I enjoyed all their great craft beer! I love how the place is so vast and it's a family friendly place. Me and my friends enjoyed different beer flights and I will definitely recommend to try the flights to find out what you really like. I highly suggest to eat first if you're hungry before coming to this place, they don't have food selections unless they had the food trucks around. (That's where my other star went ) But overall, this place is great and I recommend it!

Cesar R.

Yelp
Super chill spot and really good beer. Would recommend taking your own food cause sometimes they just have a pretzel truck. Nothing wrong with that but pretzels don't fill me up. Recommend for taking a date or if you're looking to just chill with your partner.

Kareem G.

Yelp
We had a very affordable promotion from GroupOn, which included a nice little tour and a beer taster (a flight), which brings 4 different types of beers. I've been here before to order a growler of my favorite beer, Hellion, which is a double IPA. The best part about doing the tour is we learned the process, ingredients and what other craft beers we would enjoy. There is a corn hole and big jenga game for entertainment, but beyond that, it is a nice place to hang out and enjoy some good beer. I will most definitely return soon and bring more friends!

Rachel R.

Yelp
Live this place, it has grown so much and the vibes are always awesome, pet friendly, and you can bring your own food or even order for delivery. Recently they've been having food vendors which is always a plus. The outdoor seating area is cute

Rich M.

Yelp
Can't believe how great the beer is here!! I think they rule the Inland Empire beer world. Quite a bit better than any in the area for my tastes. I've tried many styles here and they didn't disappoint. Some of my favorites are the IPAs in their single hop series which usually rotates monthly. It all happened a couple years back- when a friend of mine had a 18 month contract working in area, and he went here first and beckoned me.. He would get off at noon on Fridays and if I took half a day vacation I could make the trek. And what do you think? No arm-twisting required.. Well, I did actually try two of the most common beers here in SD first. Of course, in North Park at either Ritual Tavern (closed now I think) or Tornado. These were the Extra Red, and the Hop-o-matic. They were avail at the time here. But, they disappeared!! The influx of SD breweries was overwhelming at the very least in every single bar or pub. So, what happens?? I get dragged into this because of flavor, big time flavor! Hard to resist, I tell you.. Also, they did offer a deal for 100$ that got you a growler, and 10 fills!! You can't beat this anywhere, if you can I wanna know ok? Really, the beers here are flavor bombs, and have a delicious smooth finish. There hasn't been even 1 that I don't like. Maybe I'll come back in area eventually. There was a pretty good Thai food place near an adult bookstore here. I went into the bookstore but that's another story for another day. I'm hoping that a tap room opens farther south but not holding my breath...

Angie G.

Yelp
So fun! A friend of mine hosted her baby shower here, and it was better than I expected! There was another gal also throwing her baby shower here as well. Not my personal taste for venue but it was actually a good time. Beer is tasty, service is good and the bathrooms are spotless. The parking lot is a bit small for a brewery in my opinion but it works. I tried the Honey buzz, Honey buzz with orange zest, and another one I can't recall with a mandarine taste. They were all super good. They have a few games for entertainment; Jenga, Cornhole and some random game I don't know the name of. Overall it was a fun, cool spot to drink, chill and socialize.
