Ritual Chocolate & Mocha Cafe

The sipping chocolate flight is such a unique experience, highly recommend. The atmosphere feels a little sterile in comparison with the depth of the menu and chocolate bars available. This is a place you visit for the culinary experience, but not necessarily for the vibes. (Don’t expect to get cute pics for the gram but you will LOVE the chocolate). For my fellow coffee lovers, they have real macchiatos!

Ritual is one of my favorite bean-to-bar makers in the country. The Midmountan Bar is one of my go-to bars. I made a b-line to their store after landing in SLC to get there before they close at 5:00. Made it there 20 minutes before close and had a chance to stock up on some bars and get an iced drinking chocolate. I didn’t stay and sit since I was there right before close but there is plenty of space to work or meet people there. The only thing that would have made the experience more enjoyable is if the employees shared in the enthusiasm expressed for the product they are putting out and the industry they are in. Maybe I’m just too excited and geek out about these things, but this isn’t inconsistent with other experiences I’ve had at other bean-to-bar companies I’ve visited. The person that waited on me wasn’t unkind, just not very interested in engaging with someone who is expressing delight in the company she is representing.

The coffee is always amazing here, not to mention the even better in house chocolate they make. Great place to relax and get some work done. Comfortable seating and plenty of it, they even have outdoor seating as well. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Hands down the rudest, non caring service my wife and I have experienced. My wife will be kind to everyone and not say anything but even she commented when we left about how rude the staff was. Coffee and chocolate were good but don't go to feel welcome.

This is the cutest chocolate shop. It is on the pricier side, but the ingredients are so clean. You can buy a rich cup of cacao & it is divine. I have a soy allergy so I am extra grateful they do not add soy to their chocolate.

Ritual chocolate. I've seen this brand in Whole Foods and Harmon. They might be in other local places too. Their chocolate bars are so delicious, and their lavender coffee is really good. They offer a tour through their chocolate factory and it's awesome how chocolate has its steps. It's a must-do.

Just delicious and unique! Anytime I'm in the Salt Lake City area, I take the lovely drive up Provo Canyon for a stop here. Chocoletier and coffeehouse. When you get a Mocha, you have a choice of a variety of gourmet specialty chocolate. I also ordered the 2 oz sipping chocolate. Incredibly rich, can taste the different notes and layers of flavor. Shared the matcha strudel, rich and delicious. The team member who helped us was very friendly and kind. Great experience!!! Oh...and taste the chocolate 🍫 bars and buy one. You won't regret it!! They also have an events room.

Loved the huge hot chocolate with orange and spices! Enjoyed tasting the different chocolates and selecting ones to take home. Great place. Very special flavors prepared with care.

Mocha Cafe, or the Factory Cafe is a bright, delicious cafe and coffee shop which I love to write or work at. This is the best spot in the valley for coffee. Every barista I've met goes above and beyond to make their drinks balanced and delightful. They are always open to modifications, and they have some cool suggestions of their own if you ask! They have all the drink options you could want (caf+decaf) but they also have more traditional drinks like the Italian Macchiato or Cortado (my favorite). The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic! This is the perfect spot to work or have a chat with friends. I love it!

Love it - bummed Ritual closed in PC but psyched that I now live in Heber and can enjoy this location.

Incredible coffee, delicious chocolate, and a lovely atmosphere. A favorite place to buy gifts, enjoy brunch, or fuel up for my work day. Locally owned, and with great staff, the Factory Cafe is my go-to!

Awesome locally owned place for coffee, mochas, sipping chocolates, smoothies, pastries, snacks. The coffee is roasted next door and the bean-to-bar chocolate is made in the building. Plenty of room to sit and work and baristas are friendly :)

The cutest cafe with such mellow vibe. Try the Flat white. You won't be disappointed.
