We visited River Park in Fresno California for my little cousin's first birthday party. This shopping center has a lot of retail stores restaurants, and sports bars and theaters, it’s really nice. Me & Ed’s Pizza Where the birthday celebration was held rents out rooms /sections for birthday parties. There is a children’s section teen section with many arcade games. There’s also an adult section with a full bar and plenty of TV to enjoy your sports game. The prices are reasonable. I bought a bucket Stellas for a good price.

Convenient and it literally has every kind of store including Sam's Club. Recently moved from SF to fresno and loving it here because the cost of living is absolutely affordable, huge space and amazing people. This prestigious mall located in an amazing , and in one of the best part of the city of Fresno. They have an outstanding , outdoor flea market with a huge variety of food selection on Tuesday and Saturday which bring a lot of people to see it. They recently added another parking space to accommodate people’s needs. Great food for brunch , lunch and dinner . Macys is one of the best places in town , movie theaters are very entertaining and many more .. highly recommend this place for your and your family and even spend time sitting with them if needed .Farmer market , entertainment, sports bar , clothing and overall safe area for spending night time with family.

I haven’t been here for the longest since I moved out of state. It feels great to be back home. Everything still look the same except they got rid of Yoshino sushi restaurant and a few others. There’s new restaurants that are open since I moved. I was trying to come to the farmers market but came a little too late.

This is one of the nicer (and newer) shopping centers in Fresno. Provides a certain amount of night life. Plenty of places to eat. A lot of people go there just to hang out. I've included a couple of pics of the Johnny Rockets which is not longer there (I think the one with the servers is old-school cool)

Google
Nice and Quality shops. People are a little rude while walking around. There seems to be constant construction. My wife and daughter don’t feel very safe at times.

Google
Not impressed, made a reservation and still had a lengthy wait, salad bar was cheese, salads sliced veggies nothing tasted fresh or worth the amount they charge, various dried out meats brought on on skewers, the Lamb was by far the best and it was just ok…the others were dry and did not have much flavor, staff is very pushy on purchasing alcoholic drinks even though we said numerous times NO More, they were bothersome in their attempts to upsell, it was a special night for my son and I felt the environment the staff created ruined the night, beans & rice on the bar also were flavorless and beans looked and tasted old, would never go back as their are other much better options in the area for 3 persons our bill was over $200 hard earned money…simply wasted! Do better Fresno!!!

Google
So many stores and restaurants to choose from, you can't go wrong. It's a great family environment in day and good place to go with friends in the evening and get a drink.

Allure Hair & Nails Salon Kelly at Allure Hair & Nails Salon did a wonderful and professional spa pedicure and full set of nails! Everything looks so pretty and sparkly. Susan and the salon were welcoming. Thank you Kelly for making me feel pretty!

Yelp
At River Park Shopping Center the Christmas spirit is truly in the air! The entire place is beautifully decorated, and there are a bunch of cool free events coming up that you won't want to miss. I'm especially looking forward to the holiday light show--it's going to be spectacular! During my visit, I even got a sneak peek into Santa's workshop, where he and his elves are hard at work preparing for the big day. It was such a magical experience! If you're looking for a festive and fun place to get into the holiday spirit, I highly recommend checking out River Park Shopping Center.

Yelp
Nice shopping center in north Fresno. Lots of my favorite restaurants and stores. Watch out for the people driving in the parking lot, especially when you want to cross the street.

Yelp
River Park's Asian Food Truck Ban Is a Disgrace -- Fix Your Menu Before You Fix the Competition Shame on River Park. Banning Asian food trucks? That's not just tone-deaf -- it's outright offensive. At a time when diversity and culinary innovation should be celebrated, decision-makers here have chosen protectionism over progress. It reeks of insecurity from restaurants inside the mall, who instead of rising to the challenge, chose to silence it. Let's call it what it is: fear. Fear that a Thai BBQ, Korean fried chicken, or Vietnamese bánh mì truck parked outside might outshine the watered-down, overpriced plates being served inside. Newsflash -- if you're scared of food trucks stealing your customers, maybe it's time to look inward and improve your own kitchen. Blocking vibrant, community-driven Asian food vendors doesn't just hurt the trucks -- it hurts Fresno. It sends a message that River Park is stuck in the past, afraid of flavor, afraid of competition, and apparently, afraid of letting local talent thrive. If the food inside was as bold as this ban, maybe there wouldn't be a problem. River Park -- the community is watching. And we're hungry for change.

Judieth H.

Yelp
Very clean. Nice dress shops. It has lots of exciting things going on Ike Tuesday all the food trucks, and fruit and vegetables stands. Very enjoyable.

Yelp
I love that there are a variety of stores for the entire family. We usually enjoy the farmer's market on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Depends on the event, close parking can be hard to find. But if you are patient and stalk people that are leaving you'll be able to get a parking spot without having to fight other cars. I see people drive super fast in the parking a lot of the time. It doesn't help that pedestrians do not watch where they are going or they like to walk slow and be in the middle of the lanes. They have a few really good restaurants and a couple of dessert places so it's perfect for when you are hungry after shopping.
google avatar

Ashley L.

Yelp
Really great and absolutely love how it is set up for the holidays! Christmas music is playing while you walk around! Plus, free WiFi! It's clean and safe! Very cheery! Highly recommended!

Susan D.

Yelp
Parking is a disaster, but the variety of stores is awesome. I love the food trucks on Saturdays. It is nice to walk around and look at everything. I do miss some of the restaurants, but new ones have come in and they are just as good.

Yelp
I attended this event this year due to the fact that I saw a long line to get into it last year and I did not have the time to stay for it There were long lines everywhere with a wine selection for tasting that was rarely good. They missed the mark on a number of the quality wineries locally that I have come to know and most were on the palate level of wines that you can find at the gas station with way too much acidity. Food options were also poor. The long lines once again were for tiny portions of below average food. A number of the options were soggy and lukewarm in temperature as well Overall this is nothing but a massive disappointment especially for $35. The only saving grace is that this was fun as a group but just a mark of how dissatisfied we were, we left the festival after just over an hour and had real food and drinks at yard house. I will definitely pass on this in the future, I expected much better from River Park

Yelp
Great shopping area, good stores, good restaurants and there's a movie theater. There's something for every person here, nice to see. As we sat having lunch, many people were waking around, kids playing... even the security guards are walking around keeping us safe. Today; this evening the astronomers club were setting up for the quarter moon viewing. We were able to see the moon while it was still light, 6pm. We came back at 9:30 to see the moon at night and Saturn, what a delight. It was spectacular... amazing, God is amazing! These men use their own telescopes, take time out of their schedules to put a smile on our faces..so they can see our faces when we look through their lenses for the first time, wow! Thank you!!!

Yelp
I love this place! As I call it, No River No Park. They have definitely made many improvements over the years such as the nice tables and chair with umbrella it's definitely a great place to hangout with friends and family. Many entertainment such as the movie theater, Color Me Mine and the arcade. Variety of shopping center and food places to choose from. River Park also hold events throughout the week. Such as farmers market and they also have people come out and play music and salsa night. Such nice fun live entertainment. River Park my go to place when I'm looking for something to do or if I just want to go shopping. It's definitely a hot spot. I would highly recommend this place if they have never gone. I try and avoid Friday Nights only because there is a lot of teenagers wondering around. But besides that this place is really enjoyable.
google avatar

Greg S.

Yelp
Large shopping center decked out for the holidays. I enjoyed walking around here after leaving Ruth Chris. Lots of shops and places to eat. Tonight there was live music, too. Some of the cascading lights on the palm trees were awesome and it's kinda like a winter wonderland, but without the snow. Relaxing and enjoyable commercial setting. -G

Yelp
I was really disappointed with this event. I hate rating it so low because it supported the American Red Cross but they could've done a lot better. The only good feeling I get for paying $40 was because I supported the non-profit. First off, we paid $40 at the door and they didn't accept cards, only cash. It's almost unheard of that an event doesn't accept cards so that was a downer to begin with. Next we stood in super long lines to get a tasting from different restaurant vendors. One burger joint ran out of burgers and didn't serve anymore. This was early on about an hour into it, too. So we stood in line for over 20 minutes to get nothing. The wine tasting is also very poor where they give you such a small amount. I would've happily paid for a bottle at the booth but here's another reason why it was so awful. They didn't sell wine. Only mixed drinks and beer. What in the world? Lastly, some food vendors weren't present at the tables so we didn't even get any goodies. On the positive side, they had an excellent band with great Cuban music! Whoever did the staging gets an A plus because it was gorgeous!

Yelp
I have no idea who though an outdoor shopping center in Fresno was a good idea. My friend and I had some time to blow before checking into our AirBnb nearby, so we decided to find a place to walk around. River Park was one of our few options. It was the middle of the day and over 90 degrees out, so our experience was pure suffering. After a few minutes, we decided to just drive to each store of interest instead of walking... Despite my complaints, there are lots of shops and restaurants to explore - something for everyone! I assume it is more pleasant during cooler weather. The highlights for us were REI (2 floors) and the frozen yogurt place. Overall, it's a decent place to spend some free time.

Yelp
I remember when River Park first opened. I was only a kid and it was exciting to come shop here. It still is. Since those times, this place has really improved. They have new restaurants, a parking garage, and some trendy stores. I love that they've changed this place to make it a bit more hip and modern. Considering that Fresno isn't exactly paradise, they have some upscale looking shopping malls that rival the ones I'm used to down here in SoCal. I enjoy the shopping experience. Seriously? What isn't there to love. It's a pleasant walking experience and I brought my sister back here to enjoy another round of her birthday after lunch and book shopping. We chilled out on the patio of a tea station, enjoying the breeze, people watching, and then finally calling it a day.

Yelp
PROS: Tons of stores Tons of restaurants Central location Great movie theater Flowers everywhere! Plenty of outdoor walking/dining options CONS: Crowded on weekends Teenagers Parking sucks Some stores/restaurants are pricey I would give this mall 5 stores if it wasn't for the large crowds on weekends and the number of teenagers at all times... you'd be surprised how much this can ruin a romantic or calm atmosphere. However, there aren't many similar nice malls in the area so by comparison it is pretty nice.

Yelp
I think they have finally finished building out this shopping center. For so many years it was under construction and you were never too sure where to go in and where to park. All seems pretty stable now. I certainly like River Park better than Fashion Fair because it's closer to home, but there are few stores in there that appeal. Macys, Sur la Table (oh, so tiny, though), Cost Plus, and Kwirk World are the spots I go to on the north end. Berean and JC Penney Home Store get my vote on the south end.
google avatar

Roxy L.

Yelp
Ended up here by mistake looking for Hallmark store got lost. This shopping center is nice I think the only flagship store was Macy's it also had a movie theatre.

Summer C.

Yelp
Everything is great I love it there it's rly fun to go there with ur friends on the weekend to just chill hang out yk do whatever I would say tho me&nds idk how to spell it the pizza place but I had to wait over 30-40 min for a cookie I asked over 3 times when it was going to be done and they said soon and it's fine that they took forever it's the fact that they made this dude 3 pizzas I'm saying 3 and no it wasn't orredy pre made they made it fresh but anyways 3 pizzas before us and he came in like 15 min after us I don't get it ?? Ok I sound like a Karen but I'm rly not just kinda disappointed in me&nds... but everything else was awesome and yeah

Yelp
Disclaimer: This is a visitor's review. Shout Out to J.C. for giving me some perspective! I can totally understand why locals LOVE this place. Fresno is actually looking like a real city! Good job guys!! I'm glad that there are new places popping up where people can shop and just walk around. If I was a local I'd give this place 4 stars (because I'm comparing it to the other surrounding shopping areas). As a visitor (because I'm comparing it to the Sacramento area) 3 stars: Parking is a biznatch. I'm pretty sure that whoever designed this place didn't anticipate how bored people in Fresno (and the other surrounding areas: Lemoore, Hanford, Visalia, etc.) are on the weekends. Took 45 minutes just to park.. wth!! I like how there are different places to eat: Ruth's Chris Steak House, Yard House, Dai Bai Dang, Yoshiono, and Yogurtland. The stores, on the otherhand, suck! Smallest Macy's I've ever been too! Go to Fashion Mall.. bigger! Other stores were just all around whack. Definitely go there to eat and maybe watch a movie since there's a theater..but I'd shop somewhere else.

Yelp
It's a cute shopping center, gets very busy, family friendly, animal freindly, and it's got special events almost every week, such as Monday salsa night, and Tuesday farmers market night. I really enjoy how each event brings out the community together I just don't dig this hot heat.

L P.

Yelp
Clean the underpass. River park grounds are maintained very well, however, the sidewalk and entrance INTO River Park on El Paso is terrible. I realize this is not the owner's property, but as a business owner that is supported by Fresnans, I would like to ask you to consider extending your grounds crew 100 yards. Once in a while a pressure wash of the sidewalk would be appreciated by patrons that walk to your facility via El Paso.
google avatar

Tashara H.

Yelp
So this place has some of my favorite shops and places to dine. REI, Sur La Table, Cost Plus, Rubios...The Yard House... Panera... TWO STARBUCKS... See's Candy... Macys... Kwirkworld.. Aaron Brothers... Oh yeah.. This place is fun. There are a bunch of fancy places that I never go-but if you're into that then great! I believe this place has something for everyone. That being said, the layout of this place, instead of making it open and airy, turns it into a driving nightmare. People in Fresno don't know what to do when three lanes merge into one, or heaven forbid, you have to deal with maneuvering your vehicle through a round-about. I avoid going here during peak hours because parking is scarce and nobody seems to remember basic driving rules or courtesies in this area. If it weren't for the parking nightmare, I'd be here much more frequently.
google avatar

Jen T.

Yelp
I really don't understand why they put stores there that we already have at the fashion fair mall, i.e. claires, bath & body works, victoria's secret, anne taylor loft. I mean cool yeah they have sur la table and REI, but the majority of the stores there really suck. not to mention it's infested with teeny boppers who think they're the masters of riverpark.
google avatar

K. A. R.

Yelp
Standard shopping mall fare. For some reason parking lots there seems to bring out folks' inner psychos. Twice now I've been screamed at by someone after I got out of my car. (And no, I wasn't stealing anyone's parking space or doing anything else egregious.) Again, and I'm quite serious about this, on line shopping is sooooo much better.
google avatar

Yelp
"River Park" a lot of people to refer to doesn't necessarily mean just the shopping center. A lot of Fresno/Clovis folks refer to it as that entire area where a lot of shopping and dining can be done. But in this review it is specifically for the shopping center itself. River Park isn't new. I believe its over a decade already but it has stood the test of time. The design and layout is modern. It is still kept up well and clean. And it is still a safe and popular destination for many in the Central Valley. They make a good job of keeping things fresh and have popular stores and eateries here. I'm not going to go over the list because you can see it here: http://www.shopriverpark.com/map.php It's your one stop shop for dining, shopping, and even entertainment with the movie theater. You can't go wrong at River Park. I deducted one star because I believe it can be better. Fresno/Clovis area need 2 legit shopping--mall like destinations. Obviously Fashion Fair is one of them. Sierra Vista is old with no relevant stores, and Manchester is outdated and also doesn't have any relevant stores. Other than Fashion Fair, River Park is a big shopping destination for the locals. But it really needs more of the same stores Fashion Fair has. Unfortunately that might be limited by the space. The main walkable area that is mall-like outdoor is limited in space. It would be nice if the opened another area or make another area like that with more stores. It would be nice to have another Apple store here, it would be so "hipster" having an outdoor mall type with an apple store that can be seen from afar. Also Fresno in general need higher end brands, and this area is clearly better to have it than Fashion Fair. Perhaps maybe one day, but as it is, Riverpark is still a great place to spend some time.

Yelp
River Park Shopping Center east of Blackstone Avenue: Plaza (Nees Avenue), Shops (Nees Ave & El Paso Ave) and Marketplace (El Paso Ave & Alluvial Ave) Im not so crazy about the apparel & retail stores in this shopping center. Just to name a few like Macy's, Marshalls, Target, Best Buy, Old Navy, Kohl's, Office Max, GNC, Cost Plus World Market, Ashley Furniture, Tilly's, Payless ShoeSource, JC Penny Home Store, Anna's Linens, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Claire's, Home Fabrics and so on. You see the same stores anywhere else around Fresno/Clovis area or a mall near you. Avoid the traffic congestion on Blackstone Avenue between Herndon and Nees Avenue. This is a mecca for teenagers and out-of-towns alike to show off their cars especially friday and saturday nights cruising hours. The north end, lots of teenagers hanging around In-N-Out burger joint late at night on weekends. Sad to see my two favorites left.. Claim Jumper and Krispy Kreme. What's AWESOME!! about this place... REI. You do not see this store miles away from Fresno/Clovis area. Sports Authority. Two locations. East & West right across on the same street. Edwards 21 Cinemas and Edwards IMAX Theater Children's Play Area and the Courtyard. Farmer's Market and plenty of parking. Food and restaurants a plenty to choose. Beautiful and manicured landscape.
google avatar

Lorence L.

Yelp
Probably the best retail center in Fresno. So anybody from out of town looking for a good variety of food, movie theatre, shopping and drinking venues this gives a good variety of everything. From Ruth's Chris steakhouse to Rubio's, Yard House to PF Changs and Macy's to Target there is usually something for everyone here. At "destination" type shopping centers get ready for lots of people, filled parking lots and a general hang out . If you don't like any of that then just stay home.

Yelp
I was going to buy a $90 face cream And other items in Sunday September 16th at 4 :30 pm. At the Riverpark fresno location. When I also asked For some samples, Brooklyn the store manager, told me I could not have 4 samples. I let her know that in all of all of my years shopping at Sephora that nobody had ever told me this before. I asked her if it was worth it to her to lose the sale of over $100 from me because of my request for 4 Samples. And she said yes it was. So I phoned the other Sephora and told them What had happened. They apologised for Brooklyn and said they have never heard of any of their employees ever doing something like that to a customer. And apologised for her rudeness. And that I could come to their location to buy my items and obtain 4 samples no problem! I called the Riverpark store to let Brooklyn know that the other manager at the other location has apologised for her behavior. And that there is no such policy that exists of only 3 samples per person. Brooklyn didn't even say sorry to me!!!

Yelp
This area has grown almost without bounds. I remember when there was nothing here and now they're tearing up parking and building new shops. THings like the giant bookstore have folded and sat empty while now stuff just keeps sprouting. I appreciate the sheer amount of shops, retail. food etc but there's a lot of junk too. hopefully one day it will self govern, clean up and have only useful stores for once...
google avatar

Yelp
I work in the river park shopping center so I am here sometimes every single day of the week and I can honestly say that....my own personal hell is the river park shopping center at Christmas time. If everyone would just slow the heck down and pay attention...but noooo everyone is fighting for the best spot almost killing each other in the process. That being said, there are a lot of amazing shops...I would recommend... Yogurtland Panera Teazers Broilers Edwards cinema Claire's Best buy Target Just be prepared to want to shoot yourself if you are looking for parking mid December.

Yelp
very nice and pretty mall/outlet. much better than the fashion fair mall even though they have half the stores like forever 21 but that's ok, im starting to dislike forever 21 bc of their size chart. wet seals had sales/deals here in rp than ff! h&m was big and clean! everything else is nice too. the palm trees, tables and chairs, plants, lights, etc. also everything is close by. mall/outlet, stores (home depot, target, etc), restaurants/fast foods, etc. parking garage is free ( i went around 4 or 5pm today friday 4/1/2016) and top level wasn't full so i got lucky with parking bc when i left it was almost full

Yelp
A gorgeous ritzy outdoor mall that definitely belongs on a tourist to do list when in Fresno, it's an upscale shopping and dining experience for the Fresno metro and most if not all of the stores and restaurants here is very fancy. Its also a perfect stomping ground for youngsters and families, since there are numerous eateries, ample space to walk around, beautiful planter gardens, plenty of place to sit, and most importantly offers convenient hangout cafes or eateries such as subway, teazers, five guys, yogurtland, panera bread, and more. This outdoor shopping mall also boast a 21 screen cinemas and IMAX theater which is perfect for catching the latest movie screening. I generally avoid this mall on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays because parking is a harrowing nightmare and not to mention the mall gets overly crowded. The parking is free of charge and getting a parking is very easy if you visit this mall during the weekdays. Some of the major anchor tenants include: Macy's, Target, H&M, Cost Plus World Market and many more well known brands. River park is my personal favorite mall in Fresno because its exterior really appeals to me aesthetically, the luxurious towering palm trees set continuously along the heart of its 4 lane street makes this place really classy and beverly hills looking as you drive thru it. In addition, many flowerpots are set along the pedestrian walking path. The flooring itself for the walkways and street is very luxuriously done. Every storefront is uniquely decorated and finished, making each and ever store appealing and thought-provoking as you walk through. The only disadvantage of this mall is the lack of technology stores such as an apple store, and lacks a public restroom for such a prodigious mall. There are many upscale eateries here such as Ruth Chris steakhouse, PF Chang's, Dai Bai Dang and See's Candies and also lower scale casual dining places such as chick-fil-a, in and out, me and ed's, rubios, westwood BBQ and yoshino. I love visiting the speciality stores such as Origins, Sur La Table and Wickersham. Despite having a ritzy image, river park also offers common stores such as department stores, athletics equipment, apparel for men, women and children that are affordable for everyone visiting. Also every Tuesday from 5pm to 9pm, river park host a farmers market with food trucks, specialty food and most importantly fresh produce from farmers around the valley. The security is very good at this mall, and parking is plenty, there is even a parking structure on the north west of the mall, just avoid weekends and public holidays to enjoy a more luxurious and intimate shopping experience. This mall is the perfect spot to take beautiful photos and make memories because there is something for everyone to do. Its truly a unique dining, shopping and entertainment experience for the Fresno metropolitan.

Yelp
Whoever designed the driving and parking here should be stripped down and hit with paint balls... seriously, it's crazy, it's frustrating and I don't enjoy it. Once you get a place to park, you get the feeling you are in OZ... if OZ was full of teenagers in skinny jeans drinking Starbucks instead of munchkins. The shops are good, the theater is great and I love happy hour at Ruth Chris.
google avatar

Marisela S.

Yelp
This area has expanded soo much since it was first created. The shops range from high prices to average, clothing stores to home stores and gardening. The restaurants also vary from pricey and fancy to pick up and go if you are in a hurry. I love how its well rounded ans no matter who you are you can find something that you like.
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
So lots of great shopping but traffic is a nightmare... Not to mention the whole parking situation. It's an outdoors mall with a road down the middle as opposed to indoor shopping like fashion fair (the latter much easier to maneuver parking as you drive around the perimeter and they don't have stupid traffic circles people can't figure roundabouts out). A lot of variety of shopping available and a few great restaurants. Easy access via 41 fwy. Summers and holidays are a bit of a nightmare when people drop off their kids for the summer and they don't have any supervision and can be disrespectful and ruin the whole shopping experience ... Cause they literally just "hang out". Pros: large variety of stores, outdoors (so you can shop where you want without walking through an entire mall complex if you can get good parking), excellent cuisine. Cons: parking, many of the stores are a bit pricey, unsupervised kids (usually summer and holidays), traffic

Yelp
River park is a nice place to shop, I could easily kill a few hours here. At night it's really pretty because they light up the place.

Yelp
On an average weekday afternoon, you will see: SAHMs toting impossibly adorable or impossibly bratty kids gratuitous palm trees people sharking for parking spaces Nicole S. droppin cash like it's out of season.

Yelp
Always go here to eat and to shop. Great variety of stores and food. Love the way everything is set up and how pretty it is. Super nice and cleaned up well.

Yelp
Great shopping center! Just moved to Fresno from Bakersfield and this area is so nice! We spent the day in River Park: Mimi's Cafe for brunch, Ashley Furniture for a new sofa & dinner table, grabbed a beer and appetizers at Yardhouse to celebrate, ended with a movie at Edwards and chicken salads at Broilers for dinner. Basically an amazing Sunday. Ps, the "loop" in the parking lot is dangerous when people don't know how to drive :/

Yelp
Being born and raised in Fresno, I am very aware of The Riverpark Shopping Complex. Riverpark offers many stores surrounding the Edward's Cinema. They have stores like Stella's, Victoria's Secret, H&M, Wet Seal, Tilly's, Macy's, The Children's Place, and many other stores. They also have a wide range of food options ranging from all price levels such as Subway, Coney Island/Me n Eds, PF Chang's, Panera's Bread, Chris Ruth's Steak House, Yoshino, Dai Bai Dang, Yardhouse, Yogurtland, Jamba Juice, and many other restaurants am surrounding the area. With the little tourist attractions in Fresno, I'd say Riverpark is a great hot spot for people of all ages. There is a movie theatre, Color-Me-Mine, and a play area for the kids. On Tuesday evenings in the summer, there is a small farmer's market taking place with live music and delicious food. On the other hand, I've given Riverpark three stars due to the lack of activities provided. One can easily be bored there, unless you are a person who truly enjoy sitting and talking.

Yelp
Majority of the stuff here is restaurants. Nice big theater. Very walkable shopping center. I guess its an okay place for this overgrown town. Gives residents in the Fresno area something to do.

Yelp
We stopped to stretch our legs early one afternoon and to stop at Chase Bank. This mall had several stores in it. But I was more interested in the landscaping and the beauty of the outdoors area. I went into the Target and we grabbed some Yogurt (Sorry, I can't recall the name of the place) and it was pretty good. I went into a few of the stores and they were a little too pricey for my budget. So I realized that this outdoor mall was so well kept because it's definitely an upscale mall. Kind of puts me in the mind of the outdoor mall in Peachtree City, Georgia. If we ever take this route again, I will be stopping here armed with a few more dollars.

Yelp
River Park has about anything you could want. It huge. Too huge for me and the in and out is always a bit confusing, The store selection is excellent. The place is almost always jammed and close to full! I guess it is aplace to hit a specific store, but a bit too intense for this country boy.

Yelp
I like this mall somewhat. But it is hard to get around this mall because it is so big. It seems like you need a car to get from one side of this mall to the other. Also this is the worst area to build this mall. To far from the main part of Fresno. Also a worst place for a Five Guys Burgers and Fries all the way from the main part of Fresno.'This is an all around worst mall for it's location.

Yelp
Fresno has become my second home since my family all lives here. When I am in town, this is my favorite place to shop. The location is ideal, the choice of shops (my favs are Macy's, Panera, Loft, Chico's, and Target) is great, the ambiance and décor is pleasing, and it's always so clean. If you haven't been there, I would recommend you do so.

Yelp
River Park is awesome because it's clean and has good restaurants. This shopping center/outdoor mall is way better than any other in the area. Extra points for having an In-N-Out Burger and a Chipotle in the same area!

Yelp
This place is awesome! Has lots of things to do and see. Watch out for the holidays because trying to drive in this area is not recommended. it gets packed with people trying to get the gifts but all at the same time! It gets crazy here then! Stay away!
