These guys are amazing. They have helped me numerous times over the years, including recovering back up from my laptop and for many troubleshooting and set up questions over the years. I can't recommend them enough! So kind and so helpful, always!

I'm a big fan of our neighbourhood Apple Provider. First, it's our west-end neighbourhood and I'm a big believer in supporting our local businesses. Second, the people are very helpful and understanding. Huge shout out to Jennifer! She sold me my first MacBook Air(which I love!), and was my guide for two one-on-one training sessions. In addition to being very helpful/knowledgeable, she is an absolutely delightful person!

But I would make a suggestion - if multiple people are waiting in line -
And you are dealing with people at the cash register -
Don’t let the people in line stand there for 15-20 minutes without saying hello or acknowledging them.
This is the second time I have come into the store and stood in line for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking what I need help with.
Just a suggestion - say hello and ask how you can help or say you will be with the person in a few minutes
Second time I’ve come into buy something and left without buying something because I’ve stood there like I was invisible for 20 minutes
I should leave a 1 star but I’m not that mean.

I'm so glad I brought my laptop here after spilling water on it. The damage ended up being extensive but I felt supported by the excellent customer service I received. Everyone I talked to warmly and clearly answered my questions and explained my options. The diagnostic and data transfer were thorough and quick. The staff here are amazing. I took my old iMac in because I couldn’t figure out how to get it back to factory settings so I could pass it on to a friend whose son needed a computer for school work. They told me to leave it with them and it would be ready before the end of the day. A few hours later I picked it up. My friend was delighted and I am so impressed with these guys that I will always go to them for future Apple products and support. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with RoncyMac! Our own little neighbourhood shop like this went out of business during the pandemic and we have been looking for a while for personal service to buy new Mac computers and to set them up and help us get going. Andrew at this store was great and super helpful. As were all the staff. We bought two new machines and all our questions were answered and set up was smooth. Great and timely communication as well! My 2017 MacBook Pro wasn't charging effectively and l needed some guidance in organizing its data and wanted to clear up space in the Cloud.
RonceyMac decided that a new MacBook Air would be the best solution in the long run.
During a one on one session Jennifer referred to the items that I wanted to concentrate on and always checked that I understood what she was doing.
She helped sync my iPhone, iPad and new Air and explored possible ways to declutter my devices and the Cloud.
I can't say enough good things about how caring, knowledgable and efficient Jennifer was.
I highly recommend this particular Apple store and staff. Their prices are comparable to Costco and Apple but what sets them apart is their attentiveness and skill in wanting to ensure your electronic devices work for you and not against you.

Don't bother going to the Apple store if you have an issue with one of your Mac products, come here instead.
When the keyboard on my brand new MacBook Air started acting I wish that I come here first but I unknowingly went to the Apple Store first. Where my experience at the Apple Store was frustrating, annoying, stressful and time consuming my experience at the Roncesvalles Apple Specialist was relaxing, easy and totally straight forward. They fixed my keyboard within the time frame they quoted and I haven't had an issue with it since. Yay!

I just received my new special order MacBook Pro with some added hardware. I was singularly impressed with the help I received in developing the order and the care taken by Jennifer who patiently listened to my needs and who put the package together for me. It is a relief to have a nearby Apple store that is managing so well in the middle of the CoViD nightmare we are all living through. The pickup was clean and simple. I find the mainstream Apple stores to be highly stressful and unhelpful--cramped, loud, filled with sales people yet no one seems available to help. So, I was incredibly happy to find this local store where I can buy apple products I need, get tech support, and have people patiently explain things to me, in such a calm and pleasant environment! Bonus- they're dog friendly so my pup can join me! So great!
