Our gondola tour with Captain AJ was absolutely incredible! It was really beautiful and relaxing but also fun, engaging, and full of interesting lore. Captain AJ is a true gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great stories that made the experience awesome. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about giving guests an amazing time. We had some good music playing through the entire trip. If you’re in Florida and looking for something unique and memorable with a SO, you know where to go. 10 stars if I could.

Alex was a perfect captain and host. Very personable and knowledgeable about Fort Lauderdale and the history of the river/canals. We were a group of 4, and we enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a beautiful day and a great tour. We would love to do a night tour next time we are in Fort Lauderdale. I have no doubt LJ, the trainee aboard with us, will become a great captain as well. He was very attentive to learning the ropes, and a friendly addition.

We had a great time with Captain Jeff! My family went out and we brought food from Casa Sensei and Bombay Darbar. It was a lovely time. Jeff has a speaker system on the boat so he played us some jazz music that we chose. We saw the intercoastal and the river with some christmas lights. It was a nice and relaxing time. Thanks Jeff!

My boyfriend and I took a late ride with dinner around 7:30 with Captain Royal. She was the sweetest. She played great music and was very accommodating with the gondola considering there was a slight mist during our ride. She kept our beverages cold and as we ventured out on the water we had cute conversation about the history and homes along the way. Although it was quite late and dark out I actually really enjoyed the night tour. Would definitely recommend the tour and the lovely captain. It was nice to have a lady escort us!

Jeff gave my family & I some very good information on the beautiful homes and even provided me with information on getting a boating licenses for myself. Amazing Experience with Captain Alex! We booked a private gondola tour with Riverfront Gondola Tours and ordered dinner from Casa Sensei for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Captain Alex was an absolute highlight - he brought such great energy and vibes to the tour while being incredibly informative about everything we saw. His enthusiasm really made the experience special. The food from Casa Sensei was outstanding. I ordered the chimichurri steak and pork bao buns, which were delicious, and my boyfriend had the sesame chicken and calamari - both were excellent. Our dinner and drinks were perfectly timed with the tour, and being able to enjoy great food while listening to music on the water made for an unforgettable evening. This was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Captain Alex and Riverfront Gondola Tours for making our night so memorable. My husband and I celebrated our 2yr anniversary with Riverfront Gondola Tours. Came across this business on TikTok and booked immediately. Every where we travel, we do some kind of boat tour lol with this particular tour, we loved the idea of bringing our own food and drinks. They also have a restaurant next door that you can order from and they prepare when it's your appt time. In our case we chose another restaurant and brought our own alcohol bev. We cruised the beautiful canals for 90min. Our tour driver (female) was great! Thank you!

This was my 2nd time on the Gondola. The first time was a romantic date with my husband. I enjoyed it so much that I invited my bestie and our daughters for a girl's day out. The food is always amazing and it's such a relaxing ride. Highly recommend the boat ride and especially the restaurant!!

Y'all, oh-em-gee, how have I been living in Fort Lauderdale this long and only now experiencing Riverfront Gondola Tours?!? I was looking for the perfect dinner experience to enjoy with my husband for our 30th anniversary, and this surpassed all my expectations. Book it, don't think about it, and book the dinner option too!!! The gondolas are docked right in front of Casa Sensei which lends itself to the perfect pairing. You simply call Casa Sensei on the special phone number provided at booking, and place your order a few hours prior to departure. You will find your food has been delivered fresh and ready to eat when you board your gondola. We ordered the chicken pad Thai and the sesame chicken with a slice of almond cake for dessert. Everything was seriously so delicious. As we cruised the breathtaking canals of Fort Lauderdale, our super-friendly Captain David provided the most interesting narrative about the scenery. He was so hospitable, clearing our dishes when we finished and providing to-go boxes for our left overs. The weather was perfect. I also loved the timeframe we booked of 7:30pm to 9:00pm because we had the benefit of daylight, catching the sunset and a lovely evening ride. Additionally there is typically less boat traffic in the evening David shared. We ended our evening feeling fulfilled and stomachs filled! I'm already contemplating our next booking which we will share with our grown kids.

Wow!!! Got off a cruise ship & took a gondola tour with Capt. Alex. It was the best couple of hoursof the whole vacation. Fascinating history, amazing views of mansions & impressive yachts.

I found out for this tour on TikTok. Everything I saw on TikTok was true and real. We had captain Michael as our tour guide. He made the trip 1000x better. God knew what he was doing. It's worth every penny. Michel was acknowledgeable, funny, bold, and raw. I love that he was himself. He knew when to chat, he knew when to just let us sit in silence to enjoy the view. It was very rainy today but it still didn't matter. I would definitely do this again!

My friends and I decided to take a relaxing tour by the water. It was a nice way to unwind our Sunday afternoon. One of our party was handicap and for their policy they can't touch anyone. We did managed. Captain Jeff was fun and knowledgeable in everything we asked him. He played good music and we had great conversations. The boat ride was very relaxing that you can easily doze off. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

Excellent trip we loved our driver got to see a lot of stars homes and boats very informative and dinner was excellent .

So happy we decided to go on this gondola tour while visiting Fort Lauderdale! The tour was great and our Captain, Tom was awesome! It was relaxing and so fun to see all the house and boats! You bring your own drinks and they provide a cooler, ice and glasses! Would 100% recommend doing this!

We ordered food from the restaurant Sensai but you are also able to bring your own food and drinks which is a wonderful perk. We brought extra drinks and had a great time!

We booked a 5:15PM boat ride along with food from Casa Sensei. They have the logistic well oiled and we were able to do the checking, paying and boarding process smoothly. The boat is super comfortable and electric. Meaning no bad odor and no noise! The scenery is great and the allocated time was enough to enjoy our diner and watch the scenery. We were not super pleased with the Captain but long story short, the business owner made it right.

We had an amazing time! We ordered our delicious food from Casa Sensei. We brought our own wine the rest was just sheer pleasure so relaxing. We will be returning with more people, and will be requesting our captain AJ, He was sheer pleasure!

I booked this excursion for a treat while we were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday! We arrived and were greeted by William, our captain. He was friendly and welcomed us aboard. We motored around the water looking at mega yachts and mansions. It was so relaxing and the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Will definitely do this again!

What a fun way to celebrate our good friend's birthday! I had heard about the gondolas and have seen them on the water. It's a rain or shine deal and it turned out to be a perfect day. We took the 3:45pm tour which lasted until 515. The captain, Michael was a joy! The boat was near and clean and comfortable and we brought our own food and drink on board. Our friends absolutely loved it and we all can't wait to go again!

We scheduled for two of us to go out on the Gondola and by the time we scheduled the only time available was 12:45 Friday. We feared we'd be burning up, but the Gondola are covered and there was a nice breeze going on. Our tour guide Jeff was amazing. The during our time it was when one of the homes along the Intercoastal caught on fire. He expertly cruised us by so we wouldn't get any of the smoke. Side note, special prayer to that family, not matter how rich you are that's horrible thing to see. Anyway, we stopped at the Gran Forno and bought a couple of those delish sandwiches and should have bought some wine or beer. You're allowed to bring anything you want or to order from Casa Sensie. This would have been especially lovely in the evening.

Fabulous activity for the Ft Lauderdale area! Just make sure you've appropriately caffeinated beforehand bc the tour is super relaxing and tranquil, so if you're anything like my cousin and friend you might slip in some z's ok?! The captain gives a wonderful overview of the homes and the river, my fav quote was "Miami is where the artists and actors live, Ft Lauderdale is where their bosses live" ..or something like that! I had a pitcher of sangria which the captain kept our glasses filled with in between cleaning up after us and enlightening us on the areas of the river we toured. All in all a delightful afternoon spent ogling rich people's winter homes while we paid $75pp to do so. Tip: The food we ordered from Casa Sensei was also yummy but you could bring food from other places as well.

Excellent!! This is the 2nd time we did an intercostal boat ride. The first time it was another company and the customer service was ok, not great. This company is awesome! Excellent communication, compassion and caring captain. Wish I remembered his name. Took the time to explain the waterway, homes and great conversation. What I found extremely commendable was the fact that he helped my dad with getting my disabled mom into the boat. My mom also lost her vision so when he realized that towards the end he again took the time and was very much patient. I had friends visiting from Dallas and needed a last minute excursion. By the grace of God or luck a spot opened up 5pm. Mind you this was the Saturday after thanksgiving. Finding the location was easy. Parking across the street is cheap, $10 for 2 hours. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. There's one right next door where you have the option to have dinner served on the boat but I didn't see the point in doing that. I had a great time and will be booking mid December. I'm a native Floridian so always looking for new things to do.

Excellent all around. Went with friends for my birthday and it was a perfect night from start to finish. The website is incredibly helpful for navigating the dinner process. It is also cozy and romantic for a date night or anniversary celebration.

Super cute concept. We did ours with a group of friends at night, but I'm sure it's just as gorgeous in the day time. The sushi rolls from Casa Sensei were delicious, we had several of them and none of them disappointed. Our captain could have been better. He was a bit dry, unenthusiastic, and some of his comments felt a little racist toward the middle class. All in all, we all enjoyed the short cruise by gondola and would do it again, but probably in the daytime, and hopefully with a different captain.

Unique experience on board these little electric power boats. Our Captain David was the nicest. Very relaxing and cool ride. We had dinner on the boat from Casa Sensei restaurant and it was really good. I highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful tine! We were a party of 5, we had Captain Lee. We was fantastic! We enjoyed our ride during sunset and Captain Lee told us all about some of the homes we could see from the water. We took some drink with us on the gondola and we dined afterwards at the casa sensei. Highly recommended for any family or date night!

What a cute way to spend a couple hours. Perfect for all types of groups. We did the 5 PM tour which was perfect because we got to watch the sunset at 5:30 and then see the Christmas lights turn on. You can bring your own food or order from casa sensi. We brought our own champagne and snacks. The captain Ted was very nice. Informative, threw in a couple of Jokes, and wasn't too bad to look at either . Book him if you can he was wonderful! Overall great time! Would absolutely do it again.

Such a great boat tour. We loved our smooth ride and dinner on the boat. The dinner was elegant, though I didn't love the food. (That's not the tour's fault, but should be noted). The kids LOVED being on the boat. It was neat learning about the area. I highly recommend this tour if your looking for something more calm and romantic! It was perfect in the evening!

Had a wonderful "sunset" (Mother Nature provided too many clouds) cruise this evening. Very relaxing cruising through the inter coastal waterways looking at how "the others" live. Lots of pretty Christmas lights. Again, very relaxing!??

Had a great tour with riverfront gondolas. Our tour was delayed about 20 minutes due to lightning, but Captain Craig explained our options and waiting it out was the best one ! Worth the wait, Captain Craig was a terrific host , had ice for our champagne and a sign for our anniversary. Private, comfortable gondola tour and very informative! Within 30 minutes of our tour, we received a prorated refund for the time lost for the weather... without having to email or request it. Talk about hassle free. How can you beat that ?? Recommend to everyone !

We booked a "Girls Night Out" riverfront gondola tour on a Saturday night. The on-line booking process went smoothly and we placed our food/beverage order at Casa Sensei 2-hours prior to departure. Since we arrived early, we had some tapas and drinks inside Casa Sensei then boarded our gondola. Our gondola was on-time and ready for us with all the place settings and food orders already set. Jeff was our captain and the tour was beautiful. The homes on the water were breathtaking with some still under construction. Our 90-minute boat ride was fun and we would definitely be doing this again!!

Captain Lee & the yummy treats from Casa Sensai made for an amazing time on the water. It was my moms 82nd Birthday & We booked the (Private) Social Distancing Tour for 3. The weather was not cooperative so we rescheduled twice without any problems, in fact everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable & secure. Every detail as to a clean, sanitized environment made for a stress free time. The food & beverages were served perfectly. The boat was comfy & lux. Captain Lee was terrific, such a wonderful personality. He is of the super yacht caliber but made us feel so special in the electric Duffy. We will certainly do this again to welcome all our family & friends to FL, & highly recommend Riverfront Gondola Tours!

The Riverfront Gondola Tour was Nice and I would recommend the trip. Few minor hiccups. I asked the Captain to take a picture of my husband and I and he did not. It would have been nice to have a picture of the tour seeing it was our anniversary and our first time on this tour. Secondly, it was sprinkling when we first started the trip but the rain stopped and the captain never unzipped the plastic covers, which made it hot and stuffy. I started to swear. Luckily I had my personal fan that aided me with my private summers. Lastly, the drinks were prepared too early which made them watery. It seems like a lot but honestly the tour was pretty nice.

We were just in Fort Lauderdale for the night and want to spend it on the Water. We called last minute and they accommodated us. The tour was 90 minutes of relaxing, beautiful, sunny sightseeing. What a pleasant way to enjoy your evening with friends. Highly recommend!

My wife recently surprised me with this tour for our anniversary. Sadly when she told me my expectation was a local who was steering a bass boat or a nice boat where I would be standing for 90 minutes. I was wrong with this expectation. The boat was simple yet classy. The boat sat 6 guests very comfortably under canopy so sunburn was not an issue. One of the options was to bring your own food and drink. My wife packed us a small picnic and bottle of wine. Ended up we barely ate any food since our boat Captain (Mike) was so entertaining we forgot to eat (we did drink the wine). Capt Mike was very knowledgeable and engaging story teller about who lives in which house on the tour. This Gondola tour is something I would recommend for first dates, anniversary, or night out with friends. The two negatives are we did not take pictures with our phones we just enjoyed the experience..and the bar is now set pretty high for next years anniversary : )

It was my first time visiting Fort Lauderdale and decided to have a romantic night with my partner. This gondola ride was amazing. We chose the night tour which was peaceful, serene, and very romantic. We weee able to order food and bring our own bottle of champagne. Captain David was hospitable and a great tour guide. Will definitely recommend this to anyone.

We were with another couple on a staycation near the Ft Lauderdale beach, looking for something fun to do rather than laying on the beach all day! We found Gondola Tours and we are so thrilled with our decision to take a 90 minute tour! It was extremely reasonable, the Gondola was clean, neat and decorated beautifully. It's an electric boat so it's smooth and noiseless which made it very very comfortable. Viewing the beautiful mansions on the Intracoastal and peninsulas was fascinating. Jeffrey Butler our captain was very knowledgeable and entertaining, which also helped make it a memorable experience! We will recommend to friends and family and will definitely ride again!

Our leisurely Sunday morning gondola ride along the waterways of the "Venice of America" was one of our most memorable experiences during a recent weekend trip. Booking our tour on the Riverfront Gondolas website was a breeze, with many convenient tour times offered, and clear, detailed instructions on when and how to get to the pick-up point on Las Olas Boulevard. At $84 for two tickets, including taxes and fees, it was reasonable considering the tour length (1.5 hours), and the boat size (6 passengers). We booked a tour at 10:15 AM, so that we could get lunch on Las Olas after our excursion. We reached the pick-up points at the recommended ten minutes before the start time of the tour, and were greeted by our effusive Captain - Mike. Our tour turned into a private tour, as no one else had booked a trip at the same time. Riverfront Gondolas allows guests to bring their own food and adult beverages, and provides glasses and a cooler, so of course we got our own wine. Mike kept us entertained and informed the whole way, with both wholesome and salacious tales revolving around the inhabitants of the gorgeous mansions and gardens we passed by from the cozy confines of our craft. Some of the notables home we saw belonged to Wayne Huizenga (former owner of the Miami Dolphins and Blockbuster, among other ventures), "Dr Miami", and the Taco Bell family. The boat itself was furnished comfortably, with cushions and cup holders, and there were some chairs in the deck as well. I am glad it was just the 3 of us, because at full capacity I can imagine the gondola getting a little too crowded. Overall a very relaxing afternoon, except for my fiancé and his newly discovered fear of low-lying boats!

Captain Royal did a wonderful tour. The food from Cafe Sensei was really good. (we got finger foods). Our guests really enjoyed everything. It's our fifth tour and always something new to find and a guide is the perfect way to do so. We try to take all visitors on a gondola tour. Can't ask for a better way to see Fort Lauderdale. Gondolas are quiet, relaxing, and clean. They do a wonderful trip. Highly recommend. Janet P

We had the opportunity to set sail with Captain Royal. This was an all girls voyage & we had a blast!!!! Captain Royal was THE BEST! She was kind, and timely, and knowledgeable on our dinner cruise. If you have a couple hours to spare, while your in Ft. Lauderdale, this is a great activity to incorporate. If you can request, ask for Captain Royal!

What a wonderful ride... there were 6 family members celebrating my birthday, I had been wanting to partake since I had noticed the boats on the canal along Las Olas Blvd. The weather was iffy... light rain that did not put a damper on the enjoyment. Captain Mike played music to fit our group. It was an hour and a half of serenity. Worth every penny and hope to do it again.
