I’ve been a loyal customer of this deli since it first opened. While I’ve experienced both highs and lows with the service and food, I’ve generally been satisfied. However, the last two times I ordered, it took over an hour just to get a response to my text, which led me to cancel my order. The following time, it took more than an hour to prepare and deliver my food — and I live right next door. Since I work from home, I can’t always go in person, though I prefer to, as I’ve had much better experiences and it puts me at ease watching my food being made. The chances of my food being messed up or being made in a timely manner are much higher than ordering for delivery. The staff is always polite, and I’ve never had a real issue there. Ismail Rudy, in particular, stands out — he’s always friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work, 5 Stars for him.
