Riverside Gourmet Deli

I live around the corner and I visit the deli sometimes when I don’t feel like cooking. They overcharged me both times that I was there. By scanning the same item twice, even though I only get 2-3 items every time. Make sure to watch over the screen as they scan the items. Also the expiration dates on dairy products are always dangerously close, be sure to check for that as well. I’d go across the street to Hudson and get better products for the same price, but then again they’re the only 24/7 deli around so you kinda have to accept the monopoly pricing.

Been a customer here since 2019— the service is always really good. Food’s great. And for the immediate area, they have the best prices! Damian and the rest of the staff are all very nice and move with urgency. Love this place

Happen to just stop in randomly and so happy I did. I been drinking coffee since I was 2 yrs old and this Spanish latte is one of the best cup of coffee I have ever had. The person who made it was super sweet as well. Def marked this place in my maps to come back!! Oh and I came in at like 2 am and they were so pleasant.

My go-to deli for years. The teams great, the food is delicious, and the coffees are the best in the neighborhood. Seriously, ask for Damian.

classic NYC deli coffee, it’s smooth, rich and always fresh. perfectly brewed everytime, they offer variety of flavors and even latte art! wether i’m grabbing it on the go or taking a moment to enjoy it, it truly never disappoints. Damian, Ismail, Julie & Jessica all come through everytime.

I want to take a moment to recognize Julia at Deli for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately brightened my day. Julia has a knack for making everyone feel welcome, and she does it with such natural ease. Not only is she attentive and friendly, but she also goes above and beyond in her work. Julia is a master at crafting Spanish lattes rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced every time. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and has an eye for detail that makes all the difference. What really impressed me is how she remembers my order and always checks in to see how I’m doing. That personal touch is rare these days, and it’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Julia is a true asset to Deli, and her commitment to providing top-notch service deserves recognition. I moved to NYC a year ago from London and frequent Riverside Deli almost daily for food. Rudy behind the stove/cooking counter cooks up an INCREDIBLE double smash burger which I’ve honestly gotten every time I visit without fail so props to him. I would highly recommend people go there to visit and try the food.

Great convenient deli from the Fairfield Inn. I recommend the delicious hot pastrami with extra meat.
