I have been using Riverside Village Pharmacy as my primary pharmacy for over two years and have never had any issues with my meds. Also, anytime I have a question regarding my medications I simply call them and am always met with a very friendly and informative person on the other end of the line. They are by far the best Pharmacy in the Nashville area. Small business and great at what they do. They also deliver medications too! I highly recommend trying them out.

I am a physician myself, and understand what it means to give great patient care - I can absolutely say that the folks at Riverside truly, truly care about their patients. I have switched over from CVS because of specific medication availability, and they have bent over BACKWARDS to ensure I have access to this medication. They text me with questions, coordinate with my physicians, and are so personal in their interactions. THANK YOU!

I called 5 times leading up to my prescription needing to be refilled because I am so used to this place messing it up. The first 4 times I am told “yes we will have it ready”. The fifth time “oh I am sorry we are actually out of it.” Never again.

I didn’t realize that going to a pharmacy could be a positive experience until I went to riverside. First - the team is phenomenal. Shoutout to Natalie and Brandon for being incredibly accommodating. They go above and beyond in ways that I haven’t seen before - always going the extra mile to ensure that you have the best customer service. Also, they’re a local business and not a giant corporation. I am so thankful and loyal to riverside - move your prescriptions to them - you won’t regret it!

I adore Riverside Village Pharmacy. I switched all my medications over after starting my primary care at Riverside Village Clinic next door. They are all so kind and helpful, they even have delivery which I utilized for a long time when I wasn't able to drive. They also have never had a shortage on my meds I need and that has literally saved my life.

Just switched all my prescriptions here from CVS after one too many frustrating experiences. Without my even asking, they figured out how to get one of my med's cost lowered by $150+ per month. They are communicative and knowledgeable and have all of the same conveniences like free delivery and auto-refill (and more) of a big brand drug store. Mad I didn't switch sooner.

In the beginning I had excellent service here. I take a daily prescription that if I miss a dose, have side effects. This will be the third time now that I have missed a dosage because of a miscommunication on their end. The second time this happened I was told it was because I didn't fill out a text prompt to mark which prescriptions I needed. This month, I filled out the text prompt and every prescription but the one I needed were delivered. Usually I assume that what they sent is correct and wait to open up the prescriptions until I need them. So tonight I will be missing a dosage AGAIN and having side effects AGAIN. If you have a monthly prescription that you can't miss, I recommend going elsewhere to have it filled.

Five stars for a pharmacy? Why not. This is one of the only places I can currently get my adderall prescriptions. Literally, every Walgreens, CVS, and Kroger pharmacies do not have my prescription. Every time I come here the staff is extremely helpful and I always get a text message letting me know when my prescription is ready. Typically when my doctor sends the prescription it's ready in about an hour. The parking lot here issmall and their selection is minimal, but I'm fine with that, sometimes less is more. One of the best parts about this pharmacy? Its location is close to excellent food and delicious coffee. Yay for East Nashville!

Personal and professional service by kind people who enjoy what they do! Riverside Village is what a pharmacy is supposed to be-not a big box chain. I drive 20 minutes to experience wonderful service and expert guidance and support.

I live in Donelson and was using Publix for my prescriptions for years and dealt with the pharmacist being completely judgmental regarding the prescriptions my doctor prescribed me because it was convenient to my house. Then I went without my Adderall script for three months- had hideous withdrawals and detox. When they finally got it back in, I was so relieved. Then I realized they had switched manufacturers when I started having awful side effects that I had never had previously. When I brought up the issue to the Publix pharmacy, they acted like they could not care less and stated that's all they could get. I started calling around- remembering that Riverside pharmacy was over by my parents house, I called them, not holding out much hope. Lo and behold, they had my Adderall and it was by the good manufacturer! I switched all my scripts over to them and have not looked back. I could not be happier. When they were out of my usual dosage last month, they didn't even hesitate to fill it with an equal amount of a different strength. I didn't have to jump through hoops, wait on my overburdened doctor to take weeks to approve, hand over a pound of flesh or my firstborn son- they just took care of it, quickly and with a sense of humor that is missing in so many other pharmacies. I will never go anywhere else.

We've been using this pharmacy the past few months and I got my booster here when I was eligible and my kid got his first shot (on his 5th birthday!!!) here today. Everyone is so kind and they are all very knowledgeable, too. It's right down the road from us and I love that they are inclusive and offer delivery, too. We've been super happy using their pharmacy services!!!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of using. When you call (during business hours) you will always talk to a human. They also genuinely care and take their time to ensure their customers understand all side effects and tips/tricks to counteract them. Why in the world did I ever go anywhere else. Riverside Village Pharmacy is truly a treasure.

We just moved to the area and needed a new pharmacy. Riverside was the closest so we moved our prescriptions to them and immediately were amazed at the incredible customer service. I have been a long time user of the big pharmacy chains because those have always been closest but that was a mistake. The service at Riverside is unbeatable. They even deliver! Every time I need something they go above and beyond and I can't stop raving about their customer service. 100 percent recommend!

Staff is always really friendly and helpful. I have a psych who is out of state, and they've been willing to work with me, and I so appreciate it cuz I've been with the same doctor for years, and have had great success with him, and even started my own business on the medication he provides. I came to this pharmacy after an appointment next door at the Riverside Clinic. The clinic sent my prescription over and it was filled in less than five minutes. They said they'll price match the bigger chain pharmacies, so you get the best price along with the personalized attention of their knowledgeable staff. But there's so much more to check out here. They have their own line of vitamins and supplements, an extensive selection of Mrs. Meyers home products, essential oils, natural and organic lotions and potions, and the list goes on and on. Riverside Pharmacy is small but mighty. Take time to peruse their isles, you never know what treasure you'll find. I've definitely found my new favorite pharmacy with a small town feel.

My go-to pharmacy. They have the drugs needed and an excellent selection of house goods. The full line of Mrs.Meyers' products, Dr. Brooner's soap, local candles, and unique cards keep me coming back. The staff is always pleasant. I'm so glad they are in the neighborhood!

Been a loyal customer since they opened in 2011. Today I walked in the door, was greeted by name and they had my prescription ready for me without me even asking for it. I LOVE that neighborhood feel and that level of customer service. Those things are hard to find but I have found them here. Their slogan is " your friendly neighborhood drugstore." And it's true. Highly recommend.

Why go to Kroger or Riteaid and get treated like garbage when you can come to a locally owned place that has the best customer service? They are super fast and all super nice. So glad that I stumbled across this place. You won't regret it...

I thought it was going to be a lot of trouble to switch pharmacies, but after numerous difficulties (euphemism) with Walgreen's, I finally gave it a try. IT WAS SO EASY to switch, and I am THRILLED with Riverside Village Pharmacy. It's small and personal and they have a huge stock of organic and natural products, high-quality natural supplements, and even cool, quirky gifts. THEY ALSO DELIVER FOR FREE (within 10 miles, I think).

Fantastic personal customer service. They go out of their way to provide that local, neighborhood store touch. One time, when I was leaving a late doctor visit, my doctor submitted a prescription to Village Pharmacy. I figured I would pick it up the next morning. On my way home, the pharmacist called me on my cell phone. He said that, although they were closed for the day, he was still there doing paperwork when he saw my prescription come across the computer. He said that he would be there for another hour doing paperwork, so if I wanted to come pick up my medicine that evening, he would open up for me. It is difficult to find that level of attentiveness, flexibility, and personal customer service these days.

Such a nice pharmacy. They compounded a liquid medicine for my cat, and were one of the only pharmacies that carried the medicine. They had it ready very quickly, and were really nice to work with.

I've been getting prescriptions filled at Riverside Village Pharmacy for about six months, and I couldn't be happier. Looking to support a local business and find a location near my home, I made what turned out to be a great decision. Monthly prescriptions can be refilled automatically, and pharmacists are happy to provide counseling as necessary. The team is warm, friendly, and professional. I trust that RVP is making decisions regarding prescriptions with patients' interests in mind. There are non-prescription items available (e.g., tea, cosmetics, first aid). I haven't bought any of those yet, as I'm always on a mission when in the building. I like to keep my eyes peeled for specials on the discounted merchandise table. Parking is pretty easy, as there is a lot available out front. I like to get a coffee or sandwich from one of the nearby shops as I wait for my order to be prepared. If you're looking for a local pharmacy with excellent customer service, be sure to check this place out.

What a friendly place. I love supporting local business and the folks over at RVP are doping something right. I didn't have the Rx card that goes with my insurance card, so they told me no problem and that it would only take few min. on my desperately needed antibiotics. As I walked around the store, it reminded me of an apothecary. I do love a good one. They are constantly adding new products and have reasonable prices. Their selection of organic and natural products are pretty good and priced fair. Go in and check them out, get your prescriptions transferred over to them. If you need them too, they'll deliver your meds to you if you need it!

The guys at Riverside are super nice and are very accommodating. They have a nice selection of natural and organic products on their retail shelfs, as well as your everyday needs. They also welcome your feedback as a customer. I highly recommend you check them out!!! Support your local business!

Love it! Local business, great environment, fast service, and nice people. To me relationships are important, especially in healthcare. I don't change doctors, so why would I use a pharmacy where there is a different pharmacist and staff every time I walk in the door? I am glad to find a local pharmacy where the staff and pharmacist actually know me.

The folks here are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There's an absolutely staggering selection of boutique and high end cosmetics, bath products, and household supplies. Brands I would have to order online, I can now buy in my neighborhood. One of my favorite things about the pharmacy is the collection of antique pharmacological ephemera in the front cabinet as you walk in. I probably spent ten minutes just looking over everything in it.

Love to shop local. Conveniently located in Inglewood. Lots of staff to assist. Knowledgeable. And everyone has beautiful smiles. Thank you RVP.

I recently started using this pharmacy instead of Wal Greens and I couldn't be happier! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! One of the hilites to me was seeing that they have Dr. Bronner's all natural soaps and a refill station.

Best pharmacy in Nashville. Plus a great selection of vitamins/supplements. They have DR BRONNER'S and KOMBUCHA! Friendly people, and I love the on-staff nutritionist!

Riverside Village Pharmacy is a great local business. If you live in the east Nashville/Inglewood area I strongly encourage you to consider supporting them instead of a CVS Walgreen or Kroger. There is of course nothing wrong with those places but Riverside really strives to give you a local friendly experience that I think most people would much appreciate. The best part is you don't sacrifice price or convenience for this. We have been getting prescriptions filled at Riverside Village Pharmacy for several years. We manage a lot of monthly prescriptions and Riverside really makes this as easy as I think you can do in today's insurance and health care environment I really can't imagine going anywhere else at this point. They are fast and give realistic times on getting refills done. No "it'll be 45 minutes" when they are just dropping a pre filled box of pills in a bag. My usual wait time is about 10 minutes max. They also do automatic monthly refills, and the pharmacists will suggest cheaper alternative drugs where possible and are happy to walk you through any new prescriptions. As you wait for a prescription to be filled you can browse their well-stocked shelves for several types of OTC meds and health aides. They have knick-knacks on a rotating basis. These are usually humorous pun type things or high end cracker barrel gift shop selections. They also carry a nice scented candle and oils selection that helps me keep my oil diffuser well stocked. Finally by the door are a few health drinks and snacks. If you're not in the shopping mood while you wait walk over for some pizza or coffee at any of the fine restaurants in Riverside Village. If your still using a pharmacy at a grocery or corner store really please give Riverside a chance to impress you.

The employees at Riverside Pharmacy are amazing. I moved to the area recently and am so impressed with their concern and personal attention. Really refreshing to have a true neighborhood pharmacy who cares about their customers.

My parents tell me of days long past when your pharmacy was nice and the pharmacist would talk with you on a personal level. Well guess what this is the place that we see on 50's tv reruns (minus the soda and ice cream) the place my parents say no longer exists. I feel bad for only being able to give 5 stars that is how great the people that work here treat me I feel bad for only being able to give them perfect! Go in just check the place out you will not be able to move your prescriptions fast enough. You know what forget yelp and the 5 star rating ********** ha there ya go out of 5 I give them a 10.

I went in opening weekend, just to check the place out. I just love the selection. It is pharmacy meets gift shop. I actually picked up wants AND needs in the same LOCAL business without feeling like I got robbed. There were two employees present, but I don't remember their names. There were polite and professional. They were even willing to lookup a product I typically by from a drugstore across town. Great location. Price is what I'd expect for a local operation. However, the selection is better than I expected. I'm glad they're down the street from my BFF's house. I'll definitely be back.

I found this pharmacy about two years ago, and I never go anywhere else! They know me by name, they know everything they need to know about me and my prescriptions, and they have them ready before I even ask. It takes all of five minutes for them to fill new prescriptions. They are fast, friendly, knowledgable and just all around awesome people. Love this place!

The fact that they will order specialty toothpaste I can't find anywhere else is enough for me to be loyal. The staff is so kind and helpful. Orders usually come in a the next day. I love that this is a genuine neighborhood pharmacy looking to form true relationships with their customers. It's like the good ole days (not that I'm nearly old enough to know about that....)!

I live in the Five Points area, so even though I'm close to Riverside Village, I don't frequent the place as often as I should. I'm happy to know that there is a locally-owned pharmacy close by if I should ever need one! I got really excited when I saw all of the natural body care products and makeup that they offered, which are things I normally have to pick up at Whole Body in the Green Hills area... and we all know what a nightmare Hillsboro Pike is. And of course they offered various over-the-counter medications and vitamins, as well as snacks and candy. The staff greeted us warmly as well, which was appreciated! The only reason Riverside Village Pharmacy gets a 4 stars is due to the random selection of "gifts" and knick-knacks. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, maybe like some stuff they picked up on the cheap at Big Lots? I won't hold it against them if I ever need to fill a prescription, though.
