It’s ok, the store looked nice but they had a limited selection of Iron Heart stuff. I overheard that everything on the website is in the store, but I’m not convinced. Managed to try on a pair which didn’t fit, looked at all the jeans for about 10 mins but wasn’t approached by an assistant. Got fed up and left - I reckon you could have had a sale there so feel free to be a bit more pushy e.g. can I help you mate, or sorry I’m just with a customer now but l’ll be right with you, etc. Goes a long way!

Great shop with a great team. Go in there, have a browse, the rest of the experience is up to you, if you want to get involved and build a relationship with them it'll be a really rewarding journey. If you want to just look and be left alone you can take that route as well. Paul has helped me through some jeans and other stuff and he's been awesome. I've look forward to simply popping in for a chat when I'm passing by now as well. Top guys, can't recommend them enough.

I've been going backwards and forwards trying to buy some jeans online from Rivet & Hide over about 6 weeks, but unable to get the fit I was looking for, basically because I didn't know what I was doing! So I finally decided to take the trip into London and go to Rivet & Hide in person, and I'm so glad I did. I was returning the 3rd pair I'd exchanged through their website and Adam in the London shop was amazing. He put me at ease and helped by chatting with me about what I was looking for and getting several different pairs of jeans for me to try. I can't fault the service these guys have given me from the first pair I purchased online to the in person service Adam gave in the London shop. I've now got exactly what I was hoping for and will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys.

I didn't buy anything here. So why the five star review? Although I am a fantastically good looking man I have a strange body. Imagine a five foot tall t-rex. Buying clothes is a challenge. So, trying on clothes is a must. Adam, the man in the shop, was seriously helpful and patient. We tried on loads of clothes. He was keen to help and although none of the fits were right for me he was cheerful throughout. A real asset to the place!

Revit and Hide is my go to shop for buying quality clothing materials. I am a big time collector of Japanese Denims and what I find out of stock at most of the stores I find at Revit and Hide. Why keep coming back to them is the prompt service and immediate response for any questions Special shout to Jordan, Rob and Paul for providing the right feedback on sizing. Cheers! Abbas

Best spot for denim/denim alterations in London! High quality brands/products in stock, and the service is impeccable. Paul was very helpful when I needed to have a couple of pairs of jeans hemmed. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a new pair of jeans.

Absolutely amazing performance by the entire staff! They have gone way above the bar to satisfy a simple jacket purchase! I was concerned about sizing (as most should with Japanese sizing for a westerner) and they did everything in their power to hit every mark so there wouldn’t be an exchange scenario. I live in the United States and Rivet & Hide made me feel perfectly comfortable without even trying it on. I cannot recommend their example of service to others, enough. I have dealt with at least 12 different online retailers here in the states, buying high-end Japanese clothing, and there has only been one store that could even try to compare. Unlike Rivet and Hide, those other stores failed at clear and friendly communication. I’m not poor, and I’m not rich, but anytime someone is spending three times the average price for an item, you would think that they would raise their service to meet the quality of the items they sell. Clearly, not here in the states. We are struggling, morally, as a nation, right now. Hopefully we can right the ship and match what others are doing and how they treat each other. Take care.
