Google
A nice Mexican restaurant in Redondo Beach. Had dinner here and I liked the chilled fun 'surfer' decor and relaxed vibe. Food was very good, I had the Chicken Fajitas which was a big portion. It comes with 3 tortillas and I had to order 3 more ($1.75) in order to finish the dish of chicken and peppers. Very yummy meal. Service from Ambar was excellent, and prices reasonable. Total with a diet coke and tax was $29 Worth a visit.

Google
Came to Palos Verdes for a conference and on my way there stopped at Riviera’s Mexican Grill. Wow! Advised to try out the Chicken Spinach Enchiladas with the Ranchero sauce and it didn’t not disappoint. Incredible dish and nothing like that “crap” TexMex you get in Texas. Made my last stop here for a second round and was totally worth it. Don’t know what they add to the sauce but it’s amazing. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Redondo Beach/Palos Verdes area

I had a great experience dining at Riviera Mexican Grill in Redondo! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Everything we ordered was spot on—from the chips and salsa to the entrees, it all hit the mark. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back. The only thing missing was a mojito on the drink menu—hopefully they'll consider adding it in the future. That would make the experience even better!

Google
Great food amazing prices and the margarita was very very tasty. I had a Cadillac margarita. Our server was efficiant and precise. Everything was explained to the Tee so when we received our food we were so satisfied. Family style place with indoor and outdoor seating. The average pricing might be about $20 to $30 But if you like your cocktails then $30 to $50+ range Lol

Google
After a fun night of trick-or-treating in the Riviera Village, we stumbled upon Riviera Mexican Grill, and it was a fantastic find! The place was packed with people in costume, creating a festive, lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and despite the crowd, our food came out quickly. We tried the fajitas, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked—a definite highlight. The chips and salsa were also great, with the chips served warm and crisp. The only slight miss was the guacamole; it could use a bit more lime juice, salt, and maybe some cilantro to make the flavors pop. The vibe, with upbeat music and the Halloween crowd, really made the experience memorable. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area—Riviera Mexican Grill is a fun spot with tasty food and great energy!

Always enjoy coming here- margaritas are top shelf especially the blended I love! Food is prepared fresh and tasty. Happy hours are great for quick bites and a margarita. Staff are friendly !

Google
Such a great go-to Mexican restaurant in the area! Grew up going here and our staples haven’t changed! We LOVE the red snapper wrap with curly fries, beef fajitas and lobster quesadilla! The chips and salsa are hands down the best!

Yelp
I can always count on Riviera Mexican Grill for quality food and service. OK, a few minor glitches during the years I have been coming here, but it's hard for me to give anything less than 5 stars This time I tried the Lobster Enchiladas for the first time. The dish was really good and flavorful. The lobster meat was well mixed with the pico de Gallo and ranchero salsa and was a. hit for me. So many items on the menu --- it's always a chance to try something new. As always I highly remind this resonant.

Yelp
Absolutely the best grill I've been to! Loved the views inside and the food was spectacular we had the cocktails and the lobster enchilada my favorite https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMlxTRWSFQL/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

Yelp
We had fantastic service from start to finish! Our host, waitress, and food servers were all welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Definitely felt like they all worked as a team! As soon as we were seated, our waitress brought out chips and salsa and took our orders. Food came out quite quickly. By the time we finished the chips, they offered us a refill, and came back with the chips and all of our food. Quite fast honestly! My husband had the carne asada burrito and I had the birria tacos. My husband enjoyed his burrito but it did have a lot more rice than he was expecting. Still great overall and very much a true wet burrito. I thought the carne asada itself was well marinated and cooked. I was in love with my birria tacos. Honestly if birria anything is on the menu, I'm most likely ordering it. Their homemade birria sauce made all the difference. So much flavor in each bite. Plus the extra broth and spicy salsa just added to every bite. So worth the order! Although they are quite busy, we usually get in and out within a hour with a small group. Pretty convenient with great food and great service! It's not easy to find parking, but we've lucked out with front parking the past few times we've gone (even when it's a busy night).

Yelp
The salsa is the worst I've ever had from a restaurant. Ever. It's like ketchup mixed with store bought Tostitos salsa. Their food is dead average at best and this place is a total no-go and a pass if you live or visit the South Bay. The one on the harbor is as bad but a bit of a better view. I don't know how someone could screw up Mexican food this bad but it's the absolute gold standard for what not to do when making and serving Mexican food here or anywhere. It's honestly so bad that the margaritas which are somewhat serviceable aren't even fun because you have to then eat their chips and salsa while you drink the average marg. I cannot express in more sincere terms how truly basic and awful the food is. I'd rather eat Taco Bell 10 times out of 10. Please for the love of god go anywhere else.

Yelp
Located in a great area close to the beach. We parked on the street and walked about two blocks. We're seated outside as we asked. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance is very nice. You can bring dogs. Food was delicious. Sorry we started eating and took pics later.

Yelp
Solid spot serving Baja-style Mexican food in Redondo Beach. We tried the Pozole Verde de Pollo, Baja Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Enchiladas, Birria Quesadilla, Grilled Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, and Baja Fish Tacos -- the crab enchiladas, Grilled Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, and Baja shrimp cocktail were the highlights for me. The strawberry and mango margaritas we really enjoyed too. The space is bright and comfortable, and service is friendly. Overall, it hits the mark for flavorful food and a chill spot to grab a meal, especially if you're in the area.

Yelp
This a casual, yet cozy restaurant, makes you feel welcome and at home. Nice decor throughout, with lots of colorful coastal-themed art I was with a party of 5 (I was the 5th wheel, lol), we got a comfy booth for six by the entrance. There is a nice patio, but it was little chilly out. We began with complimentary chips and salsa and a round of drinks. Soon, we were having chicken tortilla soup, tacos and enchiladas. We were celebrating two March birthdays. They were kind enough to sing, and bring out a fancy sombrero. They also comp'd the birthday desserts. The staff and service felt like family. It was a fun and delicious evening. Located on Pacific Coast Highway, easy to find, small parking lot. Drop by when you're in the area, and don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya!!

Yelp
My husband and I love this restaurant. We've been coming here since we moved to this area over 15 years ago. The food is always great and so is the service. Love the atmosphere with all the beach decor

Yelp
The service is great so is the food and the speed A great place to host event's and very nice Employees.

Yelp
Service, chips and salsa are awesome, chicken tacos not much chicken, chile Colorado good heat, margaritas are good but the Cole slaw is a pass for me. People are great and I'll try it again to see if it was just one of those days?

Yelp
One of my new go to Mexican eateries especially during lunch time when I have my dog with me. Everything is good, service is great and the atmosphere is festive! Next time? Will try their menudo!

Yelp
The best local Mexican spot with the feel of a hidden gem. Love their patio and the cute decor inside too. Get the birria quesadilla and check out their mariachi nights!

Yelp
Excellent service from Cosme and team! Food is great and comes with big servings. Ample parking for everyone. They have a nice indoor and outdoor seating. Great for small and big groups. It'a not the best; but definitely a must try. 9-30-2024

This was my 2nd time at the Riviera Mexican Grill. Everything we have ordered has been really good.

Yelp
Another amazing lunch at Riviera Mexican Grill in Redondo Beach. Saul started us off with chips and two of their delicious salsas. Tori was our server and bartender and was nothing short of fantastic. Tori is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all kind and a joy to talk with. We started with Don Julio Blanco with club soda and three limes muddled with mint, and they were so good. We also had the chicken taquitos for an appetizer. For our entrees, my wife had the chicken enchilada plate, and I had the chile relleno and chicken enchilada. Both dishes were hot and tasty. The ambiance is cool and comfy. This place is definitely a local favorite. Highly recommended for great food, great people, and great service!
google avatar

Yelp
I would say this restaurant is a hidden gem. The portions are huge and great for the price. I got the Baja fish tacos, which were delicious. I wish they came out quicker because they were a little cold, but that's OK. I understand they can be quite busy. We also ordered the shrimp enchilada and the burrito. The chips are addicting. There's always a good amount of people inside and outside. Our waiter was friendly and had good recommendations. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor seating area. There is a very tiny parking lot in front of the restaurant, but you have to get lucky. Otherwise you will have to find metered street parking.

Yelp
I have been hearing this place for years and finally decide to check it out. The ambiance is lively but nothing special of a place... the food is decent but nothing to really write home about... the service is terrible! I give this place at most a 3 1/2 stars. Would I go back again.., maybe if that's all I get a choice for.., it's a casual and very convenient place since it's not that far from me. But is there a place that's cheaper and the same quality of food, yes, definitely. Service, don't get our drinks till much later, like over 30 mins for water, cocktail till after the food service (30-45+ mins later..). They were really backed up and we arrived at 6pm and didn't get our drinks till after 6:47... Food: pretty decent but not amazing. * fajitas - half steak & shrimp (I think this is pretty basic of Mexican food and you can't really screw this up anywhere... but not amazing but good) *their specialty carnitas - tasty (their bras and Mexican rice not so good..) * enchiladas and a crispy taco (pretty basic Mexican dish) Pros: convenient location since for me. Very basic Mexican food. Cons: bad service, their nachos they give free in the beginning was bad tasting, like it was old chips because it had a rancid oil taste. Or maybe they don't change out their oil. Tip: big parking in the back

Yelp
My stepdad has loved this restaurant for decades and for good reason. The staff is outstanding and very fast moving. They give you a surplus of chips and salsa which are so good. The birria tacos were to die for and every time I've gone the fajitas are A++ as well. The drinks are strong and everything is reasonably priced. I can't wait to come back. Lots of relics and local memorablia strewn about. Thanks guys!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while now but it's always busy and hard to find parking. You have a choice to eat outside or inside we choice inside. They had T.Vs at the bar area playing baseball which is great for my husband. The staff were very friendly and we got waited on right away. The chips and salsa were ok. The chips were on the boarder stale in my opinion and I like salsa that is a little sweet with a little heat, a good balance but this wasn't it. No spice at all and it was really chunky salsa. I got a ground beef taco with white meat chicken enchilada. The taco was good but just fell apart in one bite but the ground beef was good. I didn't like the enchilada sauce it was more like a salsa and not a sauce (to me). The inside of the enchilada tasted wet. Strange. My husband had the carne asada plate and he loved it however, their "guacamole " that came with it was the same at "scoop" I've ever seen on a plate. We both appreciate the beans in a smaller bowl on your plate so the beans don't take over your plate. The rice was not bad. Overall, we thought it was ok. Little disappointed.
google avatar

Mathew S.

Yelp
LOVE this restaurant. I have been coming here since I was a toddler, and have photos of when I was digging into their rice and beans. Years later, I'm still digging into that same dish, with added extras of course. Their service is awesome, and I'm usually always able to get a table, whether it's just for myself or a group of 12 people. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for a table. Drinks and food always served quickly and consistently, always maintaining that flavorful kick and quality that the restaurant upholds to a high standard. They also have a great bar with awesome people. Always broadcasting sports, which makes the place feel like a fun experience. They also have live music on various occasions, which truly hits home and always brings joy. These people have set such high expectations for me, and have never failed to meet them. If you want a taste of true Mexican food, while maintaining a lively and fun ambiance, I highly suggest this restaurant as a top pick!

Yelp
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant ever! Super casual, amazing food and very reasonable prices.

Joseph D.

Yelp
Been going there for years, actually decades, and have watched its gradual decline in food quality and service. There is no doubt that The combo plates come out of a warmer where they are left way too long. I just had the worst chile rellano in my life, dried up and crispy!! They need to figure out how to make the food fresher. And if you go between 5-7 when the rush is on, good luck. The staff is overwhelmed.

Phil A.

Yelp
My wife ordered the crab enchiladas and 1st bite in we knew there was something wrong. It had a strong fish smell that had a bitter/ sour taste that was almost un-edible. Instantly my stomach regretted it! It's unfortunate that a restaurant 2 blocks from the ocean is serving seafood of that quality. Better off serving fake crab. We never send food back, but couldn't take another bite. We mentioned the issue with the server and had asked for a different meal. The staff was friendly and responsive to the issue and even the manager apologized. All was good with the new meal until we received the bill..... charged full price for the crab enchiladas and the replacement meal. No need to argue for a refund. Paid the full price of both meals and decided to write a review on the experience.

Yelp
Love riv mex and the family vibe in the village. My wife and I usually just sit at the bar and there's open bar seats 95% of the time with the exception of Fri Sat @ 7pm. The reason for the review -- bartenders Chris & Juan are both amazing. Nicest guys, great service and super personable. They always go out of their way to say hi and make conversation. Love this place, its a perfect fit in riv village.

Yelp
You can dine inside or out. You can have take away or delivery. Whatever you do, you will be so happy you decided to eat at Riviera Mexican Grill. Located in the heart of Redondo Beach, it is usually pretty cool outside. We like eating outside. Everything about this place is great. They even have live music now and again and that is super fun. The place is cute and kept clean. They have a full bar and will make you whatever you want. The bathrooms are clean. The service is outstanding. The servers are happy and ready to help you. It can get just a little load so be ready for that, but you will be able to hear your friends. What we love the most about this place is their starters, some that you won't find elsewhere. We always have their garlic mashed tacos. It is four crispy mini tacos topped with queso fresco cheese and served with fresh tomatillo salsa. It has a little kick to it and they are just the best. Their lobster taquitos are just the best. Spiced lobster-filled red corn tortillas with creamy chipotle sauce and tomatillo dipping sauce. You will love these. All of their salads are great. Our favorite is their blue corn salad which has field greens, black beans, tomato, avocado, cactus, queso fresco cheese and cilantro-lime vinaigrette all on a blue tortilla. You can add shrimp or chicken if you want. share this or you won't have room for dinner. For dinner their chili Colorado plate is perfect and also great to share. It has tender chunks of beef, simmered in a Mexican style chile sauce with Mexican rice, refried beans and your tortillas. Their carne asada plate is so good. It comes with rice and beans and tortillas. There is just not a bad meal to have at Riviera.

Yelp
I love this place. I've been here a number of times and have always enjoyed the food. And, on a nice sunny day, it's great to sit outdoors. The staff here are very friendly, the prices are very good and the food is good, too. Honestly, most times I've eaten here, it's been wonderful, but my last trip there was just so-so. I guess don't judge a place based on one bad day, particularly if you've enjoyed it countless times before. So, that being said, I can recommend this place, but if something isn't right, just speak up. My last experience was not that enjoyable and it's the first time in my life I ever added salt to my plate of Mexican food. Totally odd. No one came back to offer more chips/salsa and after being served our food, we only saw the server once before the check. I definitely wanted a refill on my iced tea, but it wasn't meant to be. I also watched a server deliver food to a table and put it on the table, only to realize she had brought it to the wrong table. She picked up the plate and took it over to the right table. I thought that restaurants had a rule against doing that once a plate hit the table?!?! So I would definitely say, give this place a chance because it's really good. But, I wanted to point out the things that went wrong with my most recent experience there to let you know that it's really important to speak up when things don't go, right. I'm sure they would have addressed the issues, but I said nothing. Just know that some places are definitely worth dining at despite an off day.
google avatar

Brandi N.

Yelp
Had the absolute WORST service. Very much RACIST. The waiter spilled salsa all over my table and didn't even try to clean it. I called him 4 times to get my table cleaned and he ignored me while everybody else in the restaurant is staring at me. He grabbed a chair and sat with the party next to me! SITTING AT A TABLE WHEN YOU SHOULD BE BUSTING THEM?! No worries, I left and went somewhere else. I did not feel welcomed and as the only black woman in the restaurant, the discrimination was LOUD.

Madison ..

Yelp
My family and I came here Friday night for mariachi night, the restaurant was packed and the mariachi band was fantastic! We started off with margaritas which tasted like they used actual fresh ingredients, definitely some of the best in the south Bay. We all got different items on the menu, but the food itself seemed a little lackluster. My ground beef taco was eerily, reminiscent of Taco Bell, and the enchilada was a little too small. There are definitely other better places for Mexican food in the South Bay, competition is quite stiff here. Overall, they had a fun atmosphere, good chips and salsa (ask for the freshly housemaid Spicy salsa!) and staff running around serving out food in the best way.
google avatar

Chris G.

Yelp
We haven't been to the Riviera grill in years so we thought we would give it another try. It was very busy which affected our service. Our server was hustling but he clearly had too many tables. We waited a long time for the initial greeting, food, and drinks. The fish tacos were a disappointment. They serve them with a slaw that's watery which causes the tortillas to become very soggy. The best part of the meal was the margarita which was excellent. Go there for a margarita, chips and salsa but don't bother with a meal. There is much better Mexican food in the area.
google avatar

Teresa C.

Yelp
The margaritas and the ambiance are always excellent! Shared the sea bass plate with some tasty margaritas. We substituted fajita veggies for the rice and wow, so delicious! This will be a regular lunch spot for us!
google avatar

Sherri H.

Yelp
This is such a cool place. Fun, chilled and laid-back environment. The waitress are relaxed, friendly and they do their job well. The menu has a wide variety of Mexican dishes to choose from. They have the basic tacos, lobster taquitos, mole dishes, fish, salads, and soups. I ordered the sampler platter because I mainly wanted to try their potato tacos. It was good and the food was served hot not luke warn (Just how I like I like it). This is a great place to hang out with family and friends. Also to detox after a busy work week or just Chill alone. A nice place to have a good time.
google avatar

Marlene S.

Yelp
Well, I have to say their Margaritas are so delicious. Fun place and good atmosphere. Super close to the sand and water.
google avatar

Arturo R.

Yelp
The service and ambience is very nice. The food is not so good. I hope they'll do something on the tortilla soup because it was not good. They could do better. Same with the ceviche. I will probably comeback and try other food on the menu.
google avatar

Martina T.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and energetic and constantly comes by to check on you. Super small free parking lot available. Indoor seating or fun outdoor heated covered patio. The interior is very colorful and fun with decorations hanging from up above. Everything we ordered was superb. First you're greeted with chips and delicious salsa which is not too spicy while you chat and wait for your food. The chimichangas, enchiladas, tamale, rice and beans, tacos were all very well made. What stood out the most to me was their albondigas- highly recommend it! Perfectly seasoned, warm and so comforting. Comes with a tortilla and onions and cilantro. Their margaritas are very good as well, I recommend blended- get the Cadillac. Can't wait to come back!

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Amazing space! Love supporting local restaurants. Wish the margaritas were less pricey
google avatar

Tony F.

Yelp
This is one of our local favorites, delicious food, great service, and festival atmosphere. Love to enjoy the margaritas and munching on the chips and salsa, and the huge burritos. Tips: We came recently with a big group for brunch on Saturday, I was surprised that it wasn't too crowded.
google avatar

Jeannie N.

Yelp
Had dinner here the other night. Parking lot out front is small, but we were able to get a spot. I think there might be parking in the back, but not entirely sure. There's inside and outside dining space. We sat outside so I'm not sure what the inside space looks like. They have enough heaters outside so you're not freezing. We came later than the rest of the group, staff was attentive in making sure they got our order to the kitchen. We ordered their carnitas plate and the baja fish tacos. They give you free chips & salsa. I really enjoyed everything on the plates. The baja fish tacos were fried nicely to get the crunch with the hot fish. The carnitas plate came with guac, sour cream, and pico de gallo, which I wish was provided for the baja fish tacos plate as well.

Yelp
I have been going to this restaurant for years and have always loved the food and service so much so that I have recommended it to all of my friends and family. Their chips and salsa are so good I no longer eat them any where else. I have ordered the Veggie Quesadilla at least 5 times, all with no red peppers since I am allergic to them. Well last night the chips were hard and stale, the salsa was not the usual salsa AND when I ordered the Veggie Quesadilla without red peppers because I am allergic to them I was told they couldn't do it for me. When I explained that I have ordered it that was many times before they again told me no then I asked them to ask the cook and if he said no to come back and tell me and I would order something else. Well!!! Not only did I get red bell peppers on my quesadilla, but I got some hot red peppers when the description only mentions red bell peppers. Direct from the menu. "Veggie Quesadillas Red and yellow bell peppers, squash, zucchini and red onions with jack cheese. Served with pico de gallo salsa, sour cream, and guacamole." I mentioned to the 3 times I am allergic and if they can't do it I would order something else. Because of the attitude of the waiters, waiters I've never seen in there before, I usually have the same waiters, I didn't feel comfortable asking them to take the food back, especially since they brought me the quesadilla WITH the red peppers instead of letting me know what the cook said and asking me if I wanted to change the order like I said. So I tried to pick the peppers off and that is when I discovered that not only where there red bell peppers but hot red peppers too. This was clearly done on purpose because of what I asked. I was not being difficult, I was not angry I was insistant because I have ordered it without the red peppers many times before and was given the meal without red peppers. I will never eat at this restaurant again and will never recommend it to others again either. Also my husband didn't like the food he got when we have always gotten good food out food was so bad we didn't even take the uneaten food home like we usually do we both left it behind.

Yelp
Great Mexican restaurant in Redondo Beach. The service is very good and quality of food is excellent. We didn't have to wait long even though we had a big group. The portions here are massive. Will probably come back if I'm in the area.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
The ambience is nice. The servers all friendly. The food is mediocre. I am shocked that it has 4 stars. The chips were hard today and I enjoy a fresh made salsa with actual chile used. This salsa was sweet and tasted like a can of tomatoes. Beans and rice not great. My chile relleno was teeny and tiny. Not worth a $16 plate. Disappointed but maybe I'll try something else.

Mahesh P.

Yelp
Best service . Amber was great. Food was great. This was my first time eating here. Gear margaritas.

Yelp
We love coming to Riv Mex! I absolutely love their charro beans, grilled fish tacos, lobster quesadilla, and Al pastor tacos when they have them. The service is great. I love when Cosme, Juan, and Martin help us out. They are all so welcoming and friendly. Felix who gives out chips and salsa always has a smile on his face! The ambiance is so fun whether you sit inside or outside. They have the place very nicely decorated. We also love to go sit at the bar for happy hour!

Yelp
I just came here recently for dinner and really loved the food! I ordered their chicken quesadilla, guacamole, and tamale. Their chicken quesadilla is my favorite! The chicken is flavorful and really like the cheese that they use. The only thing I wish is if they added more cheese otherwise it's perfect. They also give chips and salsa which is awesome! I was surprised by their salsa! Their salsa is so delicious! If you remember the salsa at El Paso Cantina it's kind of similar to that. Their salsa and chicken quesadilla would be my favorite. I really want to get the chicken quesadilla again and try some of their other menu options. Note: They are opened from 11:00AM - 9:30PM Monday to Thursday. Friday they open at 11:00AM and close at 9:30PM. Saturday they open at 10:00AM - 10:30PM. Sunday they open at 10:00AM - 9:30PM

Yelp
Just Okay--Wouldn't Go Back The food was pretty average--nothing special. What really stood out, though, was the service, and not in a good way. The staff came off as a bit rude, and our waiter, who seemed about 19, clearly wasn't trained to handle customers well. Overall, not the worst place, but definitely not worth a return visit.

Yelp
Cali-mex food in SoCal... one expects a lot and this restaurant sort of delivers. Exec summary: olde school Cali mex , cliched artwork and decor, good service and average food Ambiance: I remember this place being much cooler than it was. It's ... fine. Exactly what you expect from the type of restaurant- sort of old school 80s/90s Cali mex vibe Service: very good. If the review was service based it'd be a 5 star. Kudos to the entire team. Food: ok, here's where it falls down. Average. I was disappointed in the carne asada burrito. Dry meat. Not enough sauce. Not enough pico. It was ok. And that's the thumbnail of this place - it's ok. Not great. Not horrible. Just .. average and forgettable Big picture : ok is just not enough in SoCal where these shorts of places are everywhere. Look, if you want this sort of older Cali mex vibe then red onion on the hill does it better If you want cooler trendy vibe then , literally, half a block away is kalaveras This establishment is ok, but doesn't do anything exceptional. Misc: large paid parking lot half a block on the other side of Trader Joe's

Yelp
My son was here visiting from Hawaii, and I took him here for dinner. He ordered the carne asada and he could not eat it as the meat was too tough. Could not chew it! He is not one to complain and return the meal, so he ate the rice and beans. An expensive dinner not to be able to even eat the meat. Normally carne asada comes cut at an angle, but the slab of meat came in one piece.
