Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

We had a wonderful stay at the Rixos Hotel in Dubrovnik. The hotel’s interior is stunning, and the rooms are tidy, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and amazing sea views. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We also loved the hotel bar and the fashion boutique onsite. The location is excellent — you can enjoy a scenic half-hour walk along the waterfront to reach the city center. Absolutely no complaints — everything was perfect 😍

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We received a Platinum room upgrade, which exceeded our expectations. The room had a beautiful view and a prime corner location. The hotel staff took care of us at every turn. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the wellness area offered something for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for 5 th time this year. Everytime we have beautiful stay, but they allaways manage to suprise us with more and more. Upgrade at check in, fruit in room and wlecome drink. Ivana at reception is the reason why we choose this hotel every year. Allways smiling and helping with everything, makeing rezervation for us, Mehmet Ali at breakfast is the best! He brought us everything we asked for and chef ( Porton or smth, forgot the name). Sajra at check in and Marija in restaurant also very nice. Hotel is very comfortable with perfect location and sea view. You feel very relaxed as soon as you enter. Girl on piano plays perfect, so nice to hear playing in the morning and evening. Cleaning ladys very nice. We missed some food at breakfast, it was not various like before but they brought what we asked for. Also, you have whatsapp conection during the stay, so you can write them anything you need ( they also help a lot🙂). Spa is nice but people should learn how to behave in sauna and quite area. Only thing to emprove is pool cleanless and around. All in one, we can not wait to come back! Again!

We enjoyed the spa and the breakfast is very good. However, we saw mice when walking through the hotel and one of their staff hit our car pretty bad. The problem here is that when we were talking to the reception boss, he was nice and helpful, but he went on a break and his colleges were not informed with out situation afterwards. They were also treating us like we were in the wrong and they had quite a satcastic tone with no sense of respect. We did not recieve an apology from the hotel or their staff of any kind, which is unacceptable for a hotel such as this. We have expirience and knowledge as people who witnessed these kind of situations in various hotels in Dubrovnik which have less stars than Rixos Hotel and they handleded this situation proffesionally and with kindness.

The hotel is in an excellent seaside location, and the old town is easily and quickly reachable on foot. The hotel itself is well maintained, the rooms were clean, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, considering its star rating, the hotel is clearly in need of renovation (balcony tiles, windows that are difficult to open, mattresses that are too soft). The food was generally OK, but what bothered me was the large number of staff who clear plates and glasses as soon as you put down your cutlery, which makes you feel rushed and encouraged to leave the dining area quickly.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff highly professional and kind, and the food selection excellent with great variety and quality. Reception services during check-in were efficient and very welcoming. The conference hall was perfectly prepared and fully in line with everything agreed. A truly pleasant and well-organized experience.

The people and service were great and amazing, however the over all state is a bit "tired". Like stains on carpets (that are obviously there for years and years), holes in the walls (including the the room) and so on. Special mention should be given to the design of the room without a door to the bathroom. Not only it doesn't give any privacy but there is a huge mirror places in front of the entrance to the bathroom that reflects everything, including the light. So if one person is staying in bed and the other one turns on the light in the bathroom, the first one will be blinded bc of the reflection.

From check-in to check-out, we had a marvelous stay. At check-in everything went smoothly and we were also provided a glass of bubbly after a long day of travel. The room was exceptional with a beautiful view of the sea and Lokrum Island. The breakfast buffet was absolutely over-the-top! Everything you could imagine was offered and we sat on the balcony soaking in the sun. The sports bar manager took time to find my favorite American football team and show the game for me among all the soccer lovers. We were so pleased we extended our stay. Service was superb throughout the stay.
