Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

Shockingly disappointed. Holding the name Rixos “Premium”, our experience at the hotel was far from that. The rooms are very outdated, dirty, even some furniture broken and literally hanging off the wall. We had to request a room change and the second room wasn’t much better. Amenities in the room aren’t any better, very outdated TVs with only cable TV, WiFi doesn’t work, shower water doesn’t stay at a constant temperature so you end up burning or freezing yourself. The beachfront and pool is complete chaos. Not enough sun-beds to accommodate hotel guests so you borderline have rush there early to get a sun-bed and if you’re lucky the sun-umbrella isn’t broken. Towels are provided but most are dirty “because of the machine.” The space is completely overcrowded barely leaving 30cm in between beds, which just makes you feel like you’re packed in like sardines and creates a maze to walk around. Probably the worst part is that the whole area is also open to public who end up taking space from guests and then use the “private” swimming pool. Nonetheless most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, trying to help where they could. The dinner buffet was also nice even though the themed nights were incorrectly publicised. All in all, it’s much more worth getting a cheaper hotel with nicer rooms nearby and then going to the Rixos to use its beachfront free of charge. Unfortunately nothing about the hotel is 5-star let alone premium.

We stayed for a week and had 5 rooms with our extended family. Everyone had a fabulous time and we had excellent service. From a lovely breakfast in the morning, to relaxing on the sun loungers and taking dips in the sea. The older kids enjoyed table tennis and playing pool, and the use of the gym. Staff at all levels and in every area from front to back were incredible, warm, attentive and professional. Will definitely come back.

Loved the look of the hotel and the staff were excellent. Rooms were a good size, but the third ”adult bed” in the room was really short and tiny. Breakfast had great selection of fresh produce. Spa and pool/sea areas were fabulous. Lunch and dinner prices were insanely high -food was good, but way too expensive.

I had a great experience staying at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning sea views and very clean, modern rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with lots of choices. I also really enjoyed the spa and the relaxing pool area. It’s in a great location—close to the Old Town but still peaceful. Overall, everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—easily the best I’ve ever had—with an impressive selection of fresh and healthy options. Special mention to Chef Shiva, whose eggs were remarkable—some of the best we’ve ever tasted. The spa was amazing, featuring six or seven distinct areas, including a spacious Turkish bath—something I’ve never encountered at a hotel before. We also loved the direct access to the sea and the excellent sunbathing area. Absolutely no complaints—everything exceeded our expectations!

The hotel location was excellent, the lounge area was great, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the room had a number of issues, including bugs in the room, a broken shower, and gross stains on the mirror. They also said that they would accommodate a slightly early check-in, but when we arrived the room was not ready and we had to wait three hours! Also, when I reported a missing item from the room, their staff claimed to have no knowledge and provided no help in finding who might have taken it.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had with so much fresh and healthy produce. We had planned to eat dinner out of the hotel but the breakfast had been so good we decided to have the dinner buffet one night also which was equally as good. The spa is fantastic, 6/7 different areas including a large Turkish bath which I’ve never experienced before at a hotel. Loved the access to the sea and the great sunbathing area. No complaints at all!

A wonderful hotel with decent service. We recently spent an unforgettable holiday here. Special thanks to the boy Milan and team who helped organize a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Overall the hotel is great with its own beach and several large pools. Service and food 10 out of 10. Fantastic Hotels with excellent service by the team Food was testy beach is wow lobby is small but wow 😮 🥰🥰
