Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

Where do I start. We were at this hotel for 3 days and the hotel was the base. Walking into the port area is around 20 mins and the bus service is 3mins away. There is a Supermarket 2 mins walk up the hill for all you needs. Restaurants are within 10 mins. Buffet Breakfast was excellent with the availability to have Omelets cooked fresh. Staff at the hotel assisted us many times during our stay and always with a smile. Room was excellent and spacious with a balcony view of the ocean, swimming pool and beach area. Rooms are cool even with the sun setting over the balcony. Hotel has a sports bar, Restaurant, Gym just to name a few things. This hotel is definitely on our list next visit. Upon arrival the check in process is very personal with the staff actually walking and informing you about the hotel services on offer.

Hotel is on very beautiful location, 10 minutes walk for center of the city. Stuff is very friendly and polite, always ready to help. Rooms are big enough, very clean with beautiful view on seaside. Spa area has a lot of content and also massage that we had was great (Andrea was my terapeut and she was lovely). Breakfast and dinner time was also great. Food was very delicious and there is various kind of food so you can definitily find something for everyone. All in all, very pleasant stay at the hotel and looking forward to come back here.

From check-in to check-out, we had a marvelous stay. At check-in everything went smoothly and we were also provided a glass of bubbly after a long day of travel. The room was exceptional with a beautiful view of the sea and Lokrum Island. The breakfast buffet was absolutely over-the-top! Everything you could imagine was offered and we sat on the balcony soaking in the sun. The sports bar manager took time to find my favorite American football team and show the game for me among all the soccer lovers. We were so pleased we extended our stay. Service was superb throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. Room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, excellent service and comfortable accommodations—highly recommend!

We stayed here for two nights with two colleagues on a work trip. The hotel is in such a beautiful location right on the sea. From the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly but also extremely efficient. Stefan was brilliant. We had a sea view room with beautiful balcony and magnificent view. The beach club area and hotel lobby were both beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with huge variety- they even had delicious healthy juices on offer. Its a great location - a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the busy city center. We would highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Dear Management, We would like to share our experiences from our stay at the Rixos Dubrovnik. On one hand, our accommodation in the luxury part of the hotel was excellent – comfortable, modern, and completely in line with the expectations for this category. However, we noticed that the classic rooms, despite being clean, showed signs of age with outdated furniture and generally need a refreshing update to match the luxurious ambiance the hotel aims to provide. What made our stay especially pleasant and unforgettable was one exceptional employee, Ms. Sonja Kalajdžić. As a supervisor, Sonja had a feel for every small detail of a comfortable stay. Her approach to guests is exceptionally warm, professional, and sincere. She was always ready to help, resolve any query we had with a smile, and ensure we felt welcome and special. From the moment we walked into Rixos Dubrovnik, we were greeted with a fresh Adriatic atmosphere and a signature scent that’s both calming and inviting. Check-in was smooth and genuinely welcoming by the receptionist who also took time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt immediately comfortable.||When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful layout and the special touch with a complimentary birthday cake for my wife. It was such a kind gesture and truly showed how much the staff care about their guests. The receptionist even called afterward to check if we needed anything else.||The room itself was excellent, but the real highlight is the spacious balcony with breathtaking views. Even on a cloudy day, the fresh breeze and calming sea made it easy to sit for hours with a warm cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom was also modern and very well designed.||We used the gym, which is well equipped and even includes table tennis and a pool table which is a bonus. The spa facilities are good, with access to a sauna, steam room, and indoor pool, plus a range of paid therapeutic treatments if you want to upgrade your experience.||Breakfast was outstanding with food well organized, plentiful, and delicious with something for everyone.||Overall, Rixos Dubrovnik delivered comfort, hospitality, and memorable moments. We’ll absolutely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik and truly appreciate all the warm smiles and excellent service from the staff.
