Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

Beautiful resort and wonderful stay! All staff were kind and helpful. There are many amenities and different options for eating. We booked a King room with ocean view that did not disappoint! The bed was very comfortable and the room provided plenty of space. There is ample room for seating down by the water and an outdoor bar/food area by the pool and lounge seating. A bit on the pricier side but well worth it given the quality of the rooms, the views, amenities, and options for good dining!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very hard working and pleasant. Rooms were big and comfortable with robes and slippers, tea and coffee. Always got a sunbed, just ask if you can't find one. Staff actively removing towels that were left unattended for long periods. Views were amazing. Just a few negatives. We found the food and drink very expensive. Our balcony on the 1st floor could have been nicer. Light switches very confusing in room and a little dark for doing makeup. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The customer came first all the time at this hotel from the moment you arrive till departure. Nothing is too much trouble and great attention to detail. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea which offered quite a lot of privacy. Lovely poolside area with plenty of sun loungers. The room was really comfortable with a great bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and good quality. We didn’t dine here but there are plenty of choices. In the evening there was excellent entertainment in the bar which was really relaxing. A pianist played during breakfast too. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town.

Loved our stay at Rixos. Staff are fantastic and so are the views from the rooms and public spaces. The pool area is the real hero though. Plenty of day beds, with the pool on one side and the Adriatic on the other. Jumping off the wall into the beautiful blue sea was honestly a highlight of my trip to Croatia. Easily walkable to the old town (about 20 minutes) yet far enough from the crowds so you can max relax. Highly recommend.

We kicked off our honeymoon at the gorgeous Rixo’s Dubrovnik and enjoyed every moment! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The facilities are stunning with tons of sun loungers and a gorgeous swimming area in the ocean. We had an ocean view room and loved the terrace for sitting at night. Some amenities in the room could use minor updates (rain shower head didn’t work; tv remote only worked sometimes) but overall we’d highly recommend this hotel!! The proximity to Old Town makes it possible to walk home from dinners, which we did every night.

From the beginning this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Upon arrival we noticed that we booked the wrong nights. However the front desk was more than accommodating and was able to fix the issue with no problem at all! WHAT A RELIEF! They knew we were there for our honeymoon and did not want use to stress about the issue! Upon walking into our room a delicious chocolate dessert and bottle of red wine awaited us along with two swans made from towels on the bed. |WHAT A VIEW FROM OUR ROOM! You cannot beat the stunning views from this hotel. |Breakfast is beyond exceptional; everything you could think of and the staff is more than willing to help you in anyway. |It's about a 20 minute walk from Old City; so far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk if you wanted. |Definitely will be coming back!

I don’t think the rating here can ever reflect how good this hotel is. The service is flawless and the rooms are beautiful. We got one with sea view, which was an understatement because it comes with a large terrace too!|But the best thing is the incredible spot of land that this hotel occupies, the view from hotel and from the beach is breathtaking, I almost traded up on check in. On top of all this, guests get access to an excellent spa, top quality music entertainment, a fantastic breakfast and access to the beach club and that beautiful Adriatic blue sea. I’m planning to be back every year.

We instantly felt so relaxed the minute we arrived at this hotel. All of the staff is so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is tremendous, the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The sea view rooms are breath taking. We really enjoyed the live music in the lobby each evening. We will be dreaming of our time in Dubrovnik for years to come!
