Rizin Ramen is pretty close to our house so we have been there many times, but I just thought to review them now. Let me tell you, if you are a fan of traditional ramen - this is your spot!
The interior is bright and clean with a black, white, grey, and red color palette. When you walk in there is a cute little waiting area with a booth and their logo (and we have had to wait a few times we've went so I appreciate that).
There are several tables in the dining area, and they're ALWAYS full when we have gone and that's definitely how you know it's good (along with the waiting area they need to have LOL)
The service is fabulous, with our server (on our last visit) checking on each table so many times - and considering they were so busy with patrons - she was killing it, keeping up with everyone!
My husband and I will usually each get a ramen bowl and one or two sushi rolls to share.
Our favorite sushi options are the Vegas Roll and the California Crab Roll. They are both crab with the California Roll being more refreshing and light and the Vegas Roll being deep fried and having cream cheese in there with the crab. Both are amazing!
For ramen, I usually like the Miso Bowl, that has chicken and pork broth. It comes with a large piece of pork inside that literally melts in your mouth. The broth is super tasty and smooth with the mixture of the two flavors (chicken and pork) kind of cutting each other and making their own little creamy chicken-noodle-soup style taste.
My hubs will usually get the Tonkatsu, which is in a solely pork broth, and also has the mouthwatering pork pieces, but he orders extra of the pork and also adds corn (which is a good idea, I might do that next time).
If you're in the mood for authentic ramen that won't break the bank, definitely give Rizin a try!
