RO Steakhouse is a must-try! We started with the chicharrón and guac it was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, with guacamole that had the perfect citrus balance. I ordered the cowboy steak with bone marrow and it was cooked to perfection, and my wife’s filet mignon was just as impressive. The Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had, and the truffle potato gratin was incredible. For dessert, the famous corn presentation did not disappoint , unique, delicious, and the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Huge shout-out to our waiter Rey, who was phenomenal. He explained the menu, shared insider details, and truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend!

Planned our monthly girls night out at this restaurant and was stressing about picking a place. I came across this restaurant and let me tell you, it was AMAZING and did not miss. Our server was Miguel and the service he provided was just the absolute best. All of the food was great and every item we ordered was delicious. Medina also helped and was just so great. The vibe is great to hang out with friends, family, or even a date night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have discovered what I can say is the best steak house in Coral Gables. The food is incredible and most importantly cooked to perfection the waiter Yuha was so professional and had so much attention to detail. The bar almost feels like a speak easy nestled inside what feels like an underground cave and a Bryan the waiter made the most perfect spicy Margherita. A hidden gem in the heart of coral gables. Better than anything I have had in a long time.

In always weary of visiting a restaurant on their opening week… however, our experience here was flawless! First, the restaurant hotel is beautiful. The aesthetic is modern and just the right amount of lighting. Service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive but the real stars were the staff that continuously checked in on us to assure we had our glasses full and everything we needed. Food was delicious. The rib eye chicharron was my favorite starter. Steaks are all reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. Do not miss the crispy Brussel sprouts! We will definitely be back - I wish this restaurant much success!

Rò Steakhouse is an authentic, elegant restaurant with warm atmosphere, exceptional service, and high quality food. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a sophisticated ambiance that features soft-dim lighting that evokes a sense of warmth. A prelude to the magical burning flames waiting for you inside. The decor includes beautiful wood chip cealings, plush seatings, and provoking pieces of art such as the Peter Terrin outstanding piece. The engulfed in flames bar is irresisstible and perfect for breaking up the ice and spark in a conversation. I tried the "Original" cocktail infused with hibiscus and loved it. For dinner, besides tasting a perfectly cooked steak paired with a divine secret sauce, I was pleasantly surprised with their seafood options that included, Branzino chicharrón, grill octopus, tuna tataki, and tuna tartar. All delicious! For dessert, the flan was my favorite as it has delicate bites of crisp pastries for a nice, balanced contrast in textures. Overall, it was a wonderful, multisensory experience. Go visit this magical place, explore, and discover the hidden flavors from the Yucatán!

Ro Steak House Miami is an amazing place! The food is delicious , we ordered the ribeye chicharrón and the hamachi tiradito as starters, and for the main course, the truffle risotto with lobster (a must-try!). The service from our waiter, Juan Carlos, was excellent, and the atmosphere was both elegant and warm. The ceiling is a true work of art, handcrafted with impressive artisanal detail! I’m honestly surprised by the one-star reviews; I doubt they’re talking about the same place. My experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They really did a great job. The design of the whole restaurant is great. The food is delicious and of high quality. We had filet and New York Strip. The lava cake was delusional as well. Ray was very nice and had very good recommendations. Great experience. They just opened a couple of weeks ago. Come here before it is getting crowded 😊
