Such a memorable night! They bent their 4-person rule for us and set up a cozy, romantic table just for me and my wife. The 6-course meal was next-level — every dish hit perfectly — and they even added drinks, a bottle of wine, and a birthday cake 🎂 with a candle. Josue was flaring up the food like a show, Sebastian was the ultimate host, and Fiorella’s drinks were spot on. It was all so meaningful to me — I left happy, grateful, and a little mind-blown. Thanks for making my 40th unforgettable! Can’t wait to come back for the cooking classes and bring our son next time 🩵

Honestly the best fine dining experience we had in Costa Rica. This is top tier quality with beautiful dishes that solely utilize local ingredients. It’s not only wonderful artistry, but a super enjoyable experience being able to converse with the chefs and your neighbors. Would absolutely recommend this over any resort restaurant. It’s authentic and outstanding.

What an amazing and unique experience! Robert met us in the parking lot and we felt very welcome and at home. We shared dinner with another very kind couple. So intimate and so delicious. Josue took great care to prepare each dish. It’s fun to have him cooking right there and each bite was fresh and flavorful. Would absolutely put this on the top of my list of must do while in Guanacaste. Thank you so much for a memorable evening.

The Road Less Traveled Cuisine was a full experience! Getting to watch the chefs prepare everything in front of us made this experience truly unforgettable. The food was delicious too! I would definitely recommend having dinner here if you are traveling to Costa Rica!

Such an amazing experience! The best food we had in Costa Rica. We tried some other highly regarded restaurants but they fell short compared to the meal we had from RLT. We did the 8 course meal at our Airbnb in Nosara and it was such a special experience for our group! They were so accommodating to some food restrictions in the group and curated a beautiful menu inspired by local cuisine. We would definitely book them again!

We had an amazing experience learning to cook traditional Costa Rican dishes. Fiorella and Gerald cooked for our family of 15 people at our Airbnb in Potrero and they were wonderful. The food was unique and very delicious. We loved everything from start to finish. Thank you to Fiorella and Gerald and the Road Less Travelled. If we could give you more than five stars, we would! Roads Less Traveled was a divine foodie experience! I signed up for both the 8 course tasting menu and cooking class. They are also very accommodating of food allergies, and the dishes were filled with so much flavor. It truly was an amazing dining experience, and my chef Joselyn did a phenomenal job cooking! It was just wonderful, and you have the option to do it in their Food Lab or at your place. 100% recommend, will definitely be coming back next time I am in town!

We had so much fine at the road less traveled cuisine! Their food was excellent. The experience was very intimate and you can tell how much they value their guests. Hard 10 out 10!!!
