"While admittedly not much of a restaurant per se, this centrally located Joshua Tree stop is ideal for groups wanting quality food on the cheap. It’s perfect for backpackers and day trippers heading into the park, and don’t sleep on the wide array of awesome drinks." - Krista Diamond, Farley Elliott

Nice little grab and go spot. I think calling it a 'deli' would be a bit far. Yes, there are sandwiches and hot burritos, but they're pre-made. It's more of an airport take-out style situation, but that said, the selection is great and designed to fuel hikers. So, you'll find nuts and cheese other hiking foods. And good for vegetarians. Good selection of ice cream, too!

It got my attention when I was coming back from Joshua Tree Park so I decided to stop and see what’s inside. It’s a cute cafe with prepped meals, cold brew, snacks, drinks, ice cream, fruit. I ended up trying nitro coffee with oat milk, and I bought the savory Bear Bar. When I see organic and vegan, I can’t help it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Don't expect much from a grab and go store. Food are all fresh. Is it the best sandwich? No. Does it fill you up? Yes. You can also grab other snacks. The food is a little pricey. The meat to bread is good.

Great place for grabbing lunch to take into the park or just eating it there. I'm so happy to have met Rosa and the crew. She is such a nice person and just a kind soul. Thank you for the yummy Italian sub and the side of hummus with veggies.😋

Great selection of sandwiches, salad, hot food, chips & drinks! We called 15 minutes prior to closing to make sure there’s still a selection & they’re still open. Rosa & her crew are awesome! The sandwich I wanted was already out but Rosa offered to make me one & the lemonade is freshly squeezed. I’m excited to go here again on our weekend getaways from LA.

It’s a convenient store right next to the joshua tree visitor center. They have sandwiches, breakfast burritos, boiled eggs, and some other fresh foods and snacks. There are also clothes and souvenirs, postcards. The workers are friendly and polite. My friend tried their joshua tree coffee today and they said it was good!

Perfect place to grab a snack before hiking! We got an Italian wrap that was delicious and some fun cold drinks as well as a dessert. Everything was amazing!!!

Positives- Cafe had snacks & coffee when we desperately needed them. It’s a small space next to the visitors center. Quick grab and go! Hummus Wrap- tasty but the spinach needed to be cut up more and the hummus spread out so you can get some in every bite. If you don’t like olives like me ask for them to be removed. I forgot to ask and had a surprise bite and fought the kid urge to spit out my bite. Thankfully I had a delicious mocha latte on hand to wash my bite down. Yogurt with granola- so nice my daughter bought it twice! Fruit mix- a large variety of fruit that was fresh and delicious. Considerations- the prices were high, but to be expected directly outside of the National park. Not a huge variety but some unique options and cute gift options too. No seating available, but there was space outside on a few benches.
