The services was expectional. They care about there customers. Autumn the bartender went that extra mile to check on her regulars. Made me emotional with her caring nature. Love her. Owner came by and talked to us for awhile. Enjoyed his stories. Great food and local atmosphere.We will be back. Kathy & Ron

I love a good locally owned dive bar. Especially one where the owners prove to be really good people, just wanting a place with a fun atmosphere, cold drinks and unassumingly delicious food! I’ve passed by this “biker bar” for 14 years and finally popped in tonight. As soon as we walked in and friends wanted to turn back around, the two owners said, “why are you leaving? Let us buy you ladies a drink.” We ended up staying and hanging with them and other locals on their front deck bar. We managed to taste food from Chef Jimmy in the kitchen… A dive bar with Sashimi? I don’t even eat seafood and it was unbelievable. The grilled chicken and the sriracha maybe ginger wings were spot on. Definitely going to go back (with my dog for the leash free dog run off the back patio!) Live music and always some trivia event or something. So glad I finally stopped in! Most definitely will be back soon!

It was Wounded Warrior Benefit night. The band was awesome! Troy Powers/Patton James/Mike Massimino/Don Kendrick/Jeff Polk killed it!!!!

Several weeks back we stopped into Roadside to taste their wings. I would be hosting a large event and was told their wings were the best in our area. Absolutely the best! We taste tested several other places and by far Roadside had the best! Wilton, the GM met with us and took us through the whole process of why they have the best wings. Wilton coordinated and executed everything that we discussed for the event perfectly!!Shout out to the cook, Fred! If you haven’t tried their wings before, you need to get down there and have some! Hot, fresh burgers for lunch, good radio music and very few patrons. No fryer so no French fries. Must me more alive at night with live music.

My bride and I stopped in after an amazing time at The Hermitage. We loved the friendly service and friendly folks. The wings were fantastic and we had a “Tennessee Burger” that was a work of art! Big, beautiful and a challenge to get a good bite! I had to go and thank the Chef personally!

My husband and stopped after a Hermitage tour. The wings and the burger were AMAZING!! This is a local spot with great service. We loved meeting the staff and the neighborhood folks! We will return next time. Thanks, Y’all!

BEST wings! We were in Nashville visiting from Jersey and wanted to go to the Andrew Jackson Hermitage so we stopped here as it’s on the way. It’s definitely a “dive bar” or “hole in the wall” and they have the nicest bartender and owner. When the bartender she said they had great burgers and the best wings in town, we couldn’t pass them up. The wings are probably the best in the country! The garlic parm wings were incredibly flavorful and fell off the bone. My husband loved his burger, too. Don’t skip this place when passing through and I can’t imagine locals don’t know about it, but if you don’t - go!

Best wings I've yet to find in the area, the staff are super friendly and well the have motorcycle parking which for me is a huge bonus. If you haven't stopped by definitely find the time to get some good wings, good beer and a smile.

Awesome wings! Tender chicken bursting with flavor. Ordered Wings (30 Pcs) Jamaican Jerk Sweet Barbeque Spicy Teriyaki Advertised as Jumbo wings oven baked then grilled to perfection. These are perfect in every way. Bursting with flavor with the perfect amount of char on them. I've only eaten here once and had a decent experience. This time, we grabbed these to go. All three flavors had a good amount of sauce and spice without being overpowering. The Spicy Teriyaki was balanced with sweet and savory flavors. Jamaican Jerk was smoky and spicy. Sweet Barbeque tasted tangy, sweet, and smoky.

Omg can't say enough amazing things about this place. The staff is absolutely amazing. When I walk in, they have my beer on the bar. it's definitely a place where everybody knows everybody, which is absolutely Awesome. They don't make bars like this anymore.

One of the best bloody marys I've ever had. The food is so good with hefty portions for the money. Excellent service. It's just a fun place to go!

This place is amazing! Dog friendly, great outdoor area, kids are welcome. The wasabi slaw and honey sriracha wings are delicious. Can't wait to go back.

I've lived in Hermitage for about 2 years. My nail place is the next light up from this restaurant but I was always deterred by all the motorcycles out front. I read some of the recent reviews and my parents and I decided to give it a try. Very cool dive bar, the outdoor patio is a great use of space with 3 bars and a dog park. The service is excellent and the food is even better! We had the chips and queso and added salsa. Chips were just salty enough and the salsa and queso were delicious. My mom had oysters on the half shell (which were HUGE) and the hot buffalo wings, but you wouldn't know she ate anything as both plates were completely clean I had the 10 inch buffalo chicken pizza and although I don't typically like thin crust pizza, this was delicious and almost like a cracker crust. My dad had the Rueben with potato salad and said it was the best one he has ever had. Overall I wish we would have come to this restaurant sooner. I was wary to write a good review because it might become so popular you can't get in! (Haha) Don't let the bikes outside deter you. Everyone that works here provides exceptional service and all the patrons were nice and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great place with friendly servers. Not just a regular bar- had awesome entertainment when there in Thursday, Craig & fella playing violin was awesome. Had wings- not fried but baked and nicely seasoned. Will visit often when in area.

Like pretty much everyone else has said, don't let this biker-friendly dive bar intimidate you. Everyone is incredibly nice. The food is amazing. We tried the Queso, which was great--the right consistency & made with fresh jalapeños. We also got some of the wings in Hot Buffalo and Sweet BBQ--both were great. The spices on the wings were awesome and they were huge. We also got the Bacon Cheeseburger. The jalapeño bacon is delicious with a nice kick, and the meat is well cooked and seasoned. This is definitely a place we will revisit again!

Roadside is a big hangout for a lot of us bikers in the area.... Nearly every time we go there we get the worst service behind the bar. Chelsea, literally tossed my credit card to another person across the bar, then yelled: "i don't know who this is, i don't have a tab open" - i ordered a single beer... she then tossed MY receipt to my friend to pay.... every time we are there, the bartenders (save for one or two at times) look right past us and are NEVER happy, they always look piss ed, don't want to serve you, and then toss your credit card when they don't want to deal with it... she told me i didn't even pay anything for my beer, yet my bank account says otherwise... it amazes me that you keep re-hiring the same bartender(s) that you are firing (yes, we've all heard the stories, it gets around)... this is a small community, and we all know each other... Roadside will NOT be getting any business from us unless we strictly use cash from now on.... Roadside management: fix your bartenders.... (I've since been messaged and posted elsewhere about the same crap from other local bikers... who also do not go there anymore.... and that's a shame....) They've since blocked me from their facebook page and removed my review there.....

This was our first time here..my wife and I went because we were nearby and weren't in the mood for a chain spot. This one popped up in our search. The reviews and food pics looked good, so we thought we'd give it a spin. What a great choice! Everyone was friendly and it was a fun place to be. We had the wings (at Craig's recommendation) and went back for seconds immediately. Fantastic! The wings are grilled, not fried, and the meat just falls off the bone. I wish I'd taken a pic or two of them to share, but they disappeared too quickly. Parking is a little tight, but the vibe was just what we were looking for. Definitely recommend and definitely going back!

Food over price for what you get. Beer cool at best. Music so loud couldn't talk to people you were with. One time visit for me.

Cool place but beware of the prices as they aren't "updated" and to be honest are ridiculous. Ordered 10 wings and was charged over $20.00! Was definitely taken back by the total and when I asked the staff about it they offered nothing other than "we haven't gotten around to updating our prices, everything had gone up". The wings were good but I've never paid $2.00 for a single chicken wing and I definitely won't be doing it again. Just a heads up for anyone who may fall into that same awkwardness after ordering what is advertised as 9.99 and getting charged 20.something, sort've bad business if you ask me.

My update is Very Good!! Food, delicious!! Beer, Cold!!! Fun customers, and the staff is amazing. Come in weekly when I can, that's if I'm not out of town for work. Not one complaint, not that I'm a complainer in the first place, but most bar and grills don't do everything well, except for Roadside Bar & Grill, they have the right recipe for success. Highly recommend stopping in for a true Nashville experience of Southern Hospitality!!

This is a dive bar by any definition. They have a descent selection of beer. The food was pretty good. We got wings which are smoked. They were tasty. I prefer my wings to be crispy so they were tasty but not my favorite. I got the bacon cheeseburger as well. The burger was grilled just right and very tasty. The bacon is what really makes the sandwich though. They make it with jalapeño and it's got a little kick but so good! And I don't like spicy food. I got a side of chicken salad and it was pretty good. My friend got the potato salad which I thought was really good, and I had wished I had gotten that instead of the chicken salad. It was creamy and yummy. The bathroom was kinda yuck but other than that, not a bad place at all.

We were on a road trip to Nashville and visited Andrew Jackson's Hermitage Mansion. We stopped here after our tour. The food was very fresh and very tasty. Don't be in a hurry because it took a little extra time to prepare everything for the 6 of but worth every minute. Thanks Amy for taking such good care of us!

Service was great, drinks are cheap, for a dive bar it's good. Atmosphere will be better when the weather warms and they can get the patio going full steam.

Coolest vibe, best music from true musicians, freaking great food, and just good people. I have grown up in Nashville and this is one of my favorite places.

A great place to stop for friendly staff and cold beer. Looks like a dive bar and that is what it is. Nice happy hour with plenty of good choices. Food is bar food which fits fine with the crowd

Great staff and service. I had the flame grilled burger with American cheese and amazing loaded potato salad. I would highly recommend the burger.

I love this little dive. Food, service and atmosphere are great. People are friendly here, from my experience. Lots of friendly locals start up easy conversations. Makes one feel welcomed and included. It's a nice little gem.

The food here is amazing. The wings are smoked and grilled instead of friend. The frozen bush wacker drinks are better than any dessert. I love the patios and the dog park. People are always sooo friendly.

Love the atmosphere and the food. Great bands on the weekends and trivia on Tuesday is awesome. We will be back and be back often.

If you like dive bars, this is your place. Stopped in here while waiting in some tires to be put on a car. The place is, well., divey at the least. The bartender was friendly and seemed to know everyone in there. They have a jukebox so the music is nobody's fault but your own if you don't like what playing, go feed the machine. Beers were cold and cheap. Not sure how the place is on a weekend but I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in for a beer. I heard the food is good but I can't comment on that.

What a fun place.. Stopped in after our visit to the Hermitage... Didn't really know what to expect from the outside because it looks a bit shady. We were immediately greeted by Arianna who offered some suggestions for menu items....She didn't steer us wrong... The wings are awesome. They're grilled instead of fried and we really enjoyed those.The Bacon Chhese Burger was good too....had Jalapeño Bacon which adds a nice twist! Lots of fun and something unique!

Had the new ahi tuna poke and blackened sashimi apps and the cheeseburger...all delicious!!! Can't wait to try more of their new menu items!!!!

We stopped after leaving the Hermitage and are not regretting it! We had the wings and they were excellent. Our waitress was very personable and did an amazing job taking care of us! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but you won't regret stopping!

We meet the owners right after they opened the place up. They have put a lot of time, work and money into this place. It looks a lot better than the other bars that were there before it. The owners and wait staff have been great. They come up and talk to you and thank you for coming. It is a great place to go and sit and have a beer or cocktail. They do have TV's so if sports are on you can watch a game.

Great food and amazing service! We will be back next week! The pizza was good. Burgers were excellent with jalapeño bacon. Make sure you get potato salad it is so,so good. My wife said it's the best she ever had.

We've been to Roadside twice. The first time was great. Everyone was super friendly and we sat outside where the bar branches out and connects (we love this, any time we can get a great patio with such great service we'll be repeat customers). The second time was rough and a clearly inebriated customer was extremely rude to the bartender and made everyone uncomfortable in such a small space.

I stop in here about once a week or so after work. I typically go to your "nicer" places and avoid dive bars and biker bars as a matter of preference. This is the only one that I consistently enjoy and have enjoyed for a while. The staff is very friendly, the prices are great, they have decent bar food, a FANTASTIC outdoor area during the summer and the people who come there are also very friendly and such. If dive/biker/blue collar bars are typically not your preference, I can still guarantee that you will have an enjoyable time here.

Don't be scared! Come on in. Staff, customers, and the bands are always a great hang and a great conversation! Drink specials don't suck either!!!!

When you drive by, the place can seem a lil rough looking from the road. It's not the cleanest/newest place around town and most of the time there's a lot of bikers hanging out. Sometimes they get rowdy and spill into the street but I've only seen that on a couple of occasions. Anyways, if you stop and check it out, it's actually not a bad spot. I've never had an issue and everyone in there seemed chill and semi-friendly. The food isn't bad, I recommend trying the wings. They were cooked perfectly. The drinks are, well, just as good as anywhere else. They've done a lot of work cleaning this place up over the years, I hope they continue their success.

After driving by a few dozen times, my husband and I decided to drop in and get a drink. What a great biker bar this place is! It was clean, the bartender was was helpful, friendly but also unobtrusive. There is plenty of seating indoors and out. There is also a back area but we did not make it there as we were just there for a couple of beers and then heading home. There is no smoking inside; however, there is smoking on the front patio and accessibility to the bar from there. I know there is live music there but we have yet to experience that. But after our first impression, we know we will be back. The only downfall, if you can really call it that, it that the bar itself has very few seats. Great little find in the 37076.

Maybe the staff should worry about something other than getting high in the parking lot or sitting on their butts and smoking cigarettes with customers or doing shots with any guy that will pay them attention while they ignore everyone else. I've been here a few times and the time before my most recent visit was everything I'd want from time spent in a bar. There were two bartenders, girl and a guy. She was attentive and sassy and never made anyone wait for a thing even when she was busy. The big guy with the tattoos moved faster than you could imagine and people had their drinks before they had finished ordering them. And he made sure to engage everyone and they kept the whole bar laughing the entire time i was there. My most recent visit was very diffident. I am pretty sure i caught a contact high from their cook who was smoking weed in the parking lot and the bartender seemed to go from taking care of only her regulars or sitting down on her phone while she smoked a cigarette every ten minutes. Needless to say i skipped on the food because weed wings just didn't seem appealing and i only had two rounds of drinks and then went to a bar where i actually got some good service and didn't get a second hand buzz before i got in the door.

We found this amazing bar and grill on YELP. The wings and burgers were just amazing, made on a grill and so fresh and delicious. Our waitress, Heather, was super fun and very accommodating.

Loved the Roadside Bar & Grill. Came in on a Sunday afternoon after visiting Hermitage. Chelsea was great. She, the owner and another gentleman gave great tips on places to visit in Nashville. Drink specials were great. We only had chips & queso and it was good was well. Thanks for a nice Sunday afternoon!!

Good little bar, vast improvement over the last establishment on the property. Try the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger, it's great.

Left The Hermitage and was looking for a place for lunch. The food was excellent. Best potato salad I have ever had. Not much to look at from the outside but well worth stopping in.

Great place... Peaceful and owners won't put up with any smart asses or trouble makers. Music is great! Just a great comfortable place with friendly people who just want to have a good time!
