Palette Restaurant to Bridge Worlds of Food and Art in SoMa | Eater SF

"I learned that Roam Artisan Burgers is opening its sixth Bay Area location on Monday, February 11, joining restaurants like the Slanted Door and Fieldwork Brewing Co. at San Ramon’s City Center Bishop Ranch and promising to bring its burgers and sides (with vegan and gluten-free options) plus shakes via Straus Family Creamery to that part of the East Bay." - Janelle Bitker

I got the classic hamburger with extra onion. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. I just wouldn't get the fries again. $5 was too much for the amount that you get.

Greg R.

Google
We had a few different burgers and a side of Brussels sprouts. The quality and flavor of their offerings were very good, but this comes at a higher cost. One way to combat this higher cost is to purchase gift cards at Costco (there's one about 1.5 miles away at the San Ramon/Danville border), where for a cost of $79.99 you receive a $100.00 value, and during certain sale times, you can purchase those same cards for even less. By purchasing these cards, eating here becomes a much better value.

Google
Ehh, way overpriced for a burger that matches I&O. Place was dead and the employees seemed less than enthusiastic I decided to eat there. No kidding, $30 for a burger and beer is overboard.

Google
Easy spot for a larger group. Good vegetarian options from burgers to soups. All burgers can be substituted with a veggie patty which was super appreciated:) don’t forget to get the fry-fecta

SC

Google
Overall good stuff, which could be a little bit pricey. We’re talking about $15 for three types of french fries in Fry-Fecta. However, it is enough and fancy serving. Good job! One very juicy and tender burgers with unique and distinct taste. Although I think french fries, inside of the burger is a little bit extra. Good thing that they do serve beers here as well to complete your burger experience. Good job, Roam Artisan Burgers.

We wanted to like this place more than we did. Roam had been on our list of places we wanted to check out for a long while. Finally got in to try it and we were mostly disappointed. Right off the bat we got some sticker shock from a $65 price on two burgers, a soup, and two beverages. We could have maybe swallowed the price if the food were phenomenal but to be honest I have had better burgers at McDonald's. The concept of the burgers sounded appealing but the execution was poor. A major failing is that the meat patty was ridiculously thin. Like every bite you take you wonder if there is any meat in there at all. There wasn't much sauce on mine either so basically all I tasted with each bite was mediocre dry bun and plain unseasoned avocado with tiny hints of the flavors mentioned on the menu for that burger. Side note: the burgers don't come with any sides like fries or anything so if you want that you'd have to crank out more dollar signs. On the flip side the roasted tomato soup was actually really good. No regrets about purchasing that. My coffee milkshake was very tasty and I was excited about the idea of bruleed marshmallow as a topping but $2 extra to add one marshmallow torched onto a tiny sliver of graham cracker hardly seemed worth the expense.

Google
The staff were so friendly and helpful as it was the first visit to a ROAM location. Had the Heritage Bison burger with seasonal Red Curry fries and coconut lime dipping sauce. My burger was delicious and I liked the interesting flavor of the curry fries, but I was not a fan of the dipping sauce. The herb mayo on the burger is really tasty! And enjoyed the Seasonal Sparkling Apple Cider! Great meal and I look forward to a future visit.

Google
I ordered the BBQ burger for $14 plus tax, expecting a properly cooked meal. What I got was a disappointment—the burger was undercooked and unsafe to eat. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. This was a waste of money, and I won’t be coming back. Never coming back and I advise that others don't bother coming here.

Yelp
I can't believe the last time I had a Roam burger was during Covid. Time to update the review. A good amount of seating inside with tables and the bar area. There are also lots of tables outdoors. Service is great. Order at the counter and wait for your burgers to be delivered to your table. Lots of burger options and 4 patty options: beef, turkey, bison, and veggie. There are a couple of bun options, including a gluten-free option and lettuce wrapped. They also have chicken options, salads, and 3 kinds of sides. My favorite is the zucchini and onion haystack! My daughter ordered The Heritage with a side of fries. I ordered a lettuce-wrapped French N' Fries. Both were very good burgers loaded with whatever condiments they come with! I still am thinking about the zucchini and onion haystack though.

Yelp
We were in the area craving some burgers and this place did not hit the spot. The location is very nice, located in the center of the shopping/center, and the interior is modern and pretty too. We had the Pacific blue burger and BBQ burger and both were really dried. It's not just the lack of sauce kind of dried it's the entire burger, from the ingredient to the way they prepare the patty. It just felt like the ingredients weren't fresh and honestly I thought about not finishing the burger half way through. This is not my first time here and the inconsistency with each visit just makes each burger a gamble. Other than that, price was reasonable on a slightly higher end, staff was friendly, and the service was good. For a place that has "Burger" in the name, you would expect better, a lot better.

Yelp
Way too greasy..... the other half of the burger was drenched in butter or oil and was already soggy when I was biting. Butter grilled flavors are good but too much is NOT good. Also my husband's burger was say to saucy. This place needs to make their food a bit cleaner - great local ingredients are great but I don't expect those dirty-style bugers. If that is improved, the burger will taste excellent. The service is always not bad here. The most negative was the zucchini onion fries... I was expecting what I saw in Instagram but only to find out 90% onion and 10% zucchini drenched in oil. I ended up feeling sick and going to the restroom. The slices were too thin and they hold too much oil full of grease. Please make this better!
google avatar

Yelp
Big burgers and must try the zucchini strings! We came mainly for that! They are so crispy and delicious. We ordered the French fries burger. We split it and they cut the burger in half for us. I really liked the avocado in it how it was nice laid out. The line was a little long but they were quick. We order at the cashier and she was very efficient. All the tables were full so we sat at the counter tops. The prices are a little up there I think for the burgers.

Yelp
Roam burger has a pretty wide selection of burgers and sides. We stopped by on a Friday night for dinner. The restaurant is situated in the corner of Bishop Ranch eateries. We were seated pretty quickly, which was nice. We though the burger had all the fixings and we got sides of zucchini fries and regular fries. We did notice that the food was a bit on the oiler side.
google avatar

Yuri H.

Yelp
The servers and cashiers were cheerful and very attentive. The atmosphere pretty standard. However, the food was overpriced and nothing I would consider artisan. I ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. And I was super hungry after attending a jazz concert in the center Roam' is in. I was expecting a big juicy hamburger for $13 plus. Instead, I got a burger which I had to look for the meat because it was scarce and lacking flavor, probably one of the worst burgers I ever had. I could have made better sweet potato fries from a bag of frozen fries than what they served. It came out to a whopping $26. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Unless you like throwing your money away. The one star is for the staff. I will say the staff were five star, and I wish the product was the same.

Yelp
Just an okay burger spot if in the Bishop Ranch area. Kinda an overly complicated menu, that just feels over whelming because it's located near the register near the a blind corner that also hits the side entrance. So you just end up stress selecting. The bf got the Heritage burger with fries and I got the Sunny side with the haystack. We also got the Stumptown coffee shake with the toasted marshmallow. Now this added toasted marshmallow was $2, it better be the best marshmallow in town. Spoiler alert! It's a basic store bought marshmallow burnt on one side with a stale wafer. The haystack and the fries came out first. The fries hard pass, they were the blandest fries. Now the haystack was a home run. It was crisp and light, so good. The bf's burger was pretty standard nothing to call home about. Basic burger with bacon and cheese. I love me a sunny side up egg on my food. My burger was great. I will say the milkshake took awhile to get out. Not sure if the person responsible in making said milkshake was hand spinning the ice cream. Overall, it's there if you want food. It doesn't hit my top 20 in terms of burgers. Located in the Bishop Ranch City Center. Plenty of free garage parking. Overly priced for the quality of food, but it's not terrible. This is my second time coming here so shame on me.

Yelp
The food is classic burger-and-fries fare, with creative combinations. The chicken strips were slightly chewy and dry the two times I've ordered them, but the crispy chicken sandwich had the delicious balance of tender, crisp and juiciness I was craving. The burgers are good, but not especially memorable. We tried the trio of sides: the sweet potato fries which were delightfully sweet and crispy, standard fries which had the perfect salty crispiness I wanted and the zucchini was kind of lackluster, dry and a little disappointing. For the price point I had hoped for more. Overall, I've had some pretty tasty items at Roam but I would love to see more quality control.
google avatar

Krisstina C.

Yelp
The burgers were perfect size and everything was cooked well. I just can't get over the price of the burgers and it's unfortunate that they don't have meal/combos. You need to order burger, fries and a drink all separately. It also took a long time for our burgers to be served. We weren't expecting it to take long since there was only one other group of two that ordered before us. You can only order at the register which can take a long time if there is a big group ahead of you. I wish they had another kiosk option. We decided to sit outside since it was nice outside. I appreciate that they kept the tables clean despite being outdoors.

Jeff M.

Yelp
The San Ramon location will always get at least one burger in your order wrong. At least the last 5 times we've ordered there, but the ones they do get right are pretty good. Tried getting the Bison BBQ Burger and wound up with a dry chicken breast BBQ burger. Definitely don't get the chicken!
google avatar

Gina M.

Yelp
Roam is pretty good! It has a slightly fast food vibe because you order at the register and then go sit down, but it is definitely elevated. The prices do seem a little more like you should get a table and be served, but whatever. The food is pretty solid. It's also nice that they have a bar because salad always tastes better with wine. Haha! Everything always tastes better with wine! Here I am talking about salads because that's what I always seem to order at Roam, but now I'm thinking I should try the burgers. I do always get the skewer of bison on the side, so, in a way, I've tried their burgers and they're good!

Patti V.

Yelp
I keep giving Roam a good try but this is the third visit over the last month and my fries have been cold and the beef trio so cooked it's hard and also cold. The customer service has been nice but extremely disappointed in the food.
google avatar

Vincent L.

Yelp
Got a BBQ burger with garlic fries, and honestly, the burger was not good at all. It had no flavor--even with the sauce, it still tasted bland to me. The garlic fries were okay but, again, lacked flavor and didn't have enough garlic on them. The price was expensive at $22, which made it even more disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all. Wendy's or Sonic can make a better burger than this. The service was fine, and the ambiance was okay, but the seating was very limited.
google avatar

Erik F.

Yelp
Roam makes a very nice burger with different options for protein, like beef, buffalo, turkey and vegetarian. The fries are very tasty too. I don't normally order salads, but the options here are unusually flavorful, with unique dressings like avocado lime vinaigrette, which I love. Orders are placed at the counter and delivered to your table, inside or outside. The service is always friendly.
google avatar

Wil G.

Yelp
It was a great first impression! Loved the weather today and the clean atmosphere. The food was delicious. Costs a pretty penny. Service was fast and super polite people. I loved the fries if you're a French fry lover!
google avatar

Dee S.

Yelp
Tried this place after hearing a bunch of buzz, and overall it was pretty good! I got the French & Fries burger after asking the person taking our order what the most popular burger ordered was. I ordered beef as my protein (other patty options are bison, turkey, veggie). It contains Truffle Parmesan Fries, Brie, Avocado, Caramelized Onions, Greens, Piquant Sauce, and Stone Ground Mustard. The burger was definitely tasty- juicy patty, fresh toppings. The bun was soft and held up ok. The truffle fries were not mind-blowing. I was expecting a little more given the price and all the hype, but they were still tasty. Service was friendly, and the vibe of the place is modern and cozy--great for a casual night out. I wouldn't call it life-changing, but it's definitely a step up from your typical burger joint. Worth trying at least once if you're into gourmet burgers.
google avatar

Cathy E.

Yelp
Very disappointed with my order. I put in an order online and picked it up. The burger cost $17 and was missing the lettuce, tomato and diced onion. The Autumn salad was $10 and the whole thing could fit in a one cup measurement. It tastes good, but no value.

Annie C.

Yelp
It was our first time trying Roam Artisan Burgers at the San Ramon City Center. The place has a casual yet polished vibe--bright lighting, clean layout, and a welcoming feel. You order at the counter, take a number, and then the staff serves your food to the table. It's a relaxed spot that still feels a bit more refined than typical fast food. The menu setup is simple but flexible. You first choose your type of meat, then the burger style, and you can add sides or upgrades. We ordered: * 2 Bison Burgers (+ $2.50 each) * 1 Beef Burger Our chosen styles were Heritage, BBQ, and Classic, plus a side of sweet-potato fries. According to my kids, the meat was juicy but lacked flavor. A truly excellent burger should have layers of taste--seasoning that stands out, a little smoky char, and a satisfying blend of savory richness and crisp freshness from the toppings. Roam's burgers looked great, but the flavor didn't quite reach that level. Overall Experience Roam offers a pleasant dining setup and quality ingredients, but the taste doesn't stand out compared to other premium burger spots. If you enjoy leaner meat options and lighter flavors, it's worth a try. But if you're after that bold, juicy, perfectly seasoned bite--Five Guys still wins in terms of flavor and satisfaction.
google avatar

Dani M.

Yelp
I was craving a burger and Roam satisfied me completely. The front is kinda awkward/crowded if there's a line- you order at the register and they bring it to your table. I got the Heritage Beef burger and it was delicious, the caramelized onions were the perfect touch and I liked how it was wrapped in paper so it was easy to eat. The price ($15) was decent for the burger size, my only caveat is that there was no combo and fries were a side order. The single serving of the fries was enough to share for 2 though, so it's perfect if you're eating with someone else.
google avatar

Lilian W.

Yelp
Came here for a quick lunch, got the classic chicken burger and fries. Both were good, but quite pricey! The chicken was very crispy and juicy, and the burger had a good amount of toppings. The fries were fine, but nothing special. Overall, good food but on the pricier side in my opinion.
google avatar

Brunella D.

Yelp
Still the BEST burgers in the Tri Valley!! Succulent beef patties and flavors bursting in all the burger selection! ROAM never disappoints!
google avatar

Annabelle R.

Yelp
The staff was friendly and provided immediate service when we came here for lunch on a Sunday. But he didn't seem confident or knowledgeable about the nut ingredients in their products, which is important when you have someone with a nut allergy in your party. He was able to confirm that for anything fried they use sunflower seed oil. At least he tried to find the information we requested. We had a party of 5 which ordered various turkey and beef burgers, sweet potato fries, and a chicken strips kids combo. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. I created my own burger with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, herb mayo, and aged white cheddar. It was a tasty sandwich, stacked nicely with quality ingredients, juicy and flavorful beef patty, fresh veggies, and the perfect amount of sauce. Also got a chocolate milkshake which was sufficiently sweet and chocolatey, and had good consistency in terms of thickness. It was delish! Along with ample indoor and outdoor seating in a clean and carefree environment at City Center Bishop Ranch, we had a positive experience overall.
google avatar

Mia M.

Yelp
So, I was exited to try this spot! It was packed and it seemed like the menu has some good options... we ordered a heritage burger with no bun and grilled onions, a classic with pickles and grilled onions and cheese which they charged $2 for the cheese and another $1 for the grilled onions even though the burger comes with onions. We also ordered a chalet burger and I didn't want the house sauce because it is made with mayonnaise so I asked for just mustard which they charged me an additional $1 for. Lastly, we ordered the pacific blue and added pickles which they had an up charge for. We paid $7 in charges for mustard, the onions to be grilled and cheese for burgers that range from $15-18... the flavor was okay, and the fries we also decent but nothing spectacular.... Overall, I think you would be better off at Nations!

Diamond K.

Yelp
I'd say yes, great burger joint! I enjoyed my food and so did my husband, great quick service lovely atmosphere.
google avatar

Jen L.

Yelp
My husband and I used to love Roam burger so drove here for lunch. It was so disappointing. The burgers were bland, felt small and the chicken strips were essentially inedible and just overall disappointing. We would not go back to this Roam burger.
google avatar

Eugene Y.

Yelp
Great burgers! Everything is fresh and tasty. A bit pricey but sometimes you have to go for quality. Big open area to have a meal with friends.
google avatar

Lu Lu S.

Yelp
Yummy artisan burgers and fries in the City Center! I love their burger and sides options. There truffle fries and zucchini fries are delicious with their ranch dip! Now it's a bit pricey, be prepared to pay over $20 for a burger and fries, there's no meal deal here. The restaurant itself clean and dine in friendly. They have outdoor and indoor seating and an area to get your own cup of water and condiments.
google avatar

Tina M.

Yelp
When we moved to San Ramon, it became my goal to try every restaurant at least once. I've lived in San Ramon for about three years now and have always noticed Roam at the City Center. Usually, I'm not in the mood for a burger when I'm there, but I was the other day, and I'm glad I tried it. I ordered the Chalet Burger and loved the combination of Swiss cheese and crimini mushrooms. I also appreciate that they ask how I want the burger cooked. It gives me the vibe of an artisan burger rather than a quick fast food burger. I also got the fry fecta, which combines russet fries, sweet potato fries, and zucchini onion haystack. While the russet fries and sweet potato fries were good, I thoroughly enjoyed the zucchini onion haystack. They were light, tasty, and very crisp. If I were to order these again, I'd only get the zucchini onion haystack. We also ordered a mint shake and cane cola. Both were nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I liked my experience and service here and loved the zucchini onion haystack. I could come back for just those.

Yelp
The food... one of the best hamburger I had... Ambience - you can judge for yourself when you visit. Clean and comfortable... Only issue I have is the Employee Mandate on the check. If there was a sign indicating - ( This establishment charges a 5% Employee Mandate) then no surprises?!? Overall -.good experience...

Arslan I.

Yelp
We had such a great time here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the drinks were just as good -perfectly mixed and refreshing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our large group of 5 felt welcome the entire evening.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday lunch hour. First impressions : Floors were dirty under the tables with left over burgers and fries. We watched as the table clearers just got their dirty cloths on the tables and wiped what was there onto the floor - seriously - how lazy can you be in not cleaning up properly. Food wise - ordered the chicken strips and the Tejano burger and fries . Food took a considerable time to come out despite the fact they weren't at capacity. Verdict : fries - not fresh and had been under a warmer lamp for a while 2/10 - burger : 6/10 , chicken strips 1/10 - whatever your idea of chicken strips are - forget it here - massacred in oil that had certainly not been swapped out in a while - with a hard batter -truely disappointing . You'll be better off going to WholeFoods across the street where they know how to do chicken strips right. For $50 - very disappointing - will likely not be back here. Mgmt at these prices need to get the quality of food checked and the cleaniness of the place sorted. Appalling to say the least.

Yelp
Roam Artisan Burgers is nestled in Bishop Ranch City Center, located across from Boba Guys on the lower level towards the back of the City Center. The establishment is small with tables that seat 4 and 2 individuals, as well as the counter area where guests can eat. They offer beef, turkey, bison, and veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, side of veggies, bowls of soup, shakes, fries, and a kids menu. I ordered the classic burger with pepper jack cheese, the cheese was an additional $2, and the sweet potato fries. The sandwich was tasty and juicy, the added condiments added to that taste. The turkey was slightly dry. I love sweet potato fries these were crispy and lukewarm. I asked to get a new bowl and they accommodated my request. The new batch was hot and crispy. The bowl of fries can be shared; I was alone so I was able to enjoy the fries solo. The experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my meal. The place was quiet with a handful of patrons and lively music playing. Would I come back, probably not with the cheapest burger being $12.50 and the build your own starting at $11 with toppings ranging from fifty cent to $3 and $15.50 being the highest price for a burger would be a pass for me.
google avatar

Carrie T.

Yelp
Listen, this is an expensive burger joint where the flavor mixes are good but for some reason, everything comes out lukewarm. I don't know what it is but getting a hot burger and hot fries are rare. That brings the star rating down a couple of notches. If they improve that, things would taste fresher. I like it but don't enjoy lukewarm food.
google avatar

Dee B.

Yelp
Two stars for the location and the menu. The Lafayette location is awesome but this was a colossal fail. FANTASTIC COURTEOUS SERVICE BUT..... Given that there was hardly anyone in the place, serving LUKEWARM OLD FRIES is not good. My husband's burger bun was charred - and not in a good way. The bread was hard from the burn. I've had the Frenchie at another location and it is supposed to be FULL of fries- not four pieces. I love the brand and the burgers were not bad, and I don't even mind the "Employee charge" appearing on the bill as other Yelpers do. But COLD FRIES??! Fail.
google avatar

Brittany N.

Yelp
Roam burger delivers the best burger around - order the Sunnyside burger which has a pasture raised egg on top. If you're feeling extra indulgent, order some garlic aioli The Farmer's Market salad is better than most salads at fancy sit-down restaurants. And the Roam rewards app is great! I've won a free burger before! Roam is one of my favorite restaurants and I'm very grateful we have one in The Lot.
google avatar

Elouise J.

Yelp
Small burger joint in the corner of City center, there is a pick up area but it's a short walk from the garage where there is plenty of parking. Menu has a lot of burger options including bison, turkey, and veggie patties. There's also a chicken sandwich and tenders if you're not into burgers. I always order a medium beef burger on their sesame seed bun and you can customize your toppings and sauce with additional charges of course. I think this place has one of the best burgers in the east bay and we must have the zucchini onion haystack with their house made herb ranch every time. Service is minimal since it's a fast casual place but still better than average. It's a hip restaurant if you have a chance to pop in for lunch or quick dinner.
google avatar

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Stopped in for burgers with the family after visiting They Made. Roam offers a variety of burgers, fries, chicken strips, etc. We each ordered different burgers to share/taste as well as grilled cheese and chicken strips for the kiddos. No to go boxes needed. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Although a bit pricey (what isn't these days) we will definitely stop in next time we're in the area with a taste for a burger.

Yelp
"Oops!...I Did It Again", no, not by Brittany, but it's by ME. An average experience 3 years ago took a little bravery to go back. But, I did, and it was way better. This turned into the day that Roam built. (well, that's a quote of mine stolen from the original review) Last time, I did the FRENCH N' FRIES, and didn't like the watercress, the stale bun, the whole grain mustard used, and the meat wasn't great. I gave it 3.0 stars, and that was generous. This time, I went with the "BBQ" burger [$13.50, 4.50 stars] -- turkey patty, with the option of the sesame seeded bun. It was actually good! I loved the bun this time, and the slaw was delicious and gave it great texture with every bite. The gf and I shared a regular order of fries [$5, 3.5 stars]. I do it again, rather "Oops!...I'd do it again"!

Yelp
This was our first time going here, and I have to say I was impressed. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious.. We can't wait to go back.. thank you guys so much for having a great restaurant and the right crew in it to make it a fun experience,

Yelp
I sat at the bar. Ordered burger and fries. Burger came fries never did. Service? A bunch of kids running this place. Nobody ever asked a single follow up question. Just took my plate and never brought the fries. ‍
google avatar

Esteban N.

Yelp
This place surpassed my expectations. Everything is organic and built to be healthy. Tasted great. Service was excellent and everything was clean. Would gladly go again, worth the price if you want a good burger that's healthy. Artisan without the high expense.

Yelp
Ok. Burgers are really good with quality ingredients. French fries and the fried onions and zucchini is really good! This place is kid freindly with a bar, clean bathrooms and quick service. Their high chairs, tables and seats were clean. Food came out in less that 15 minutes and it was just an easy, quick tasty experience. They are located at the city of bishop ranch surrounded by shopping, free parking and other fantastic dining attractions! We will return!

Yelp
Horrible service! Workers always on their phones and they even took a few selfies San Ramon location, awful service!! They need a new manager and all new mature workers. Prices are horrible, even if you order a kids meal at $15 they charge a dollar for lettuce a dollar for tomato a dollar for pickles and two dollars for cheese, so 2 kids meals costs $45.00+ Can you believe that?? Insane. I would avoid going there!
google avatar

Yelp
I got the French n' Fries burger, Brussel sprouts, and the coffee shake. The food was delicious, but will admit the burger was a little dry and needed more sauce for my liking. The brussel sprouts were seasoned to perfection and the flavors were pretty good! I LOVE their coffee shake and wish I got a bigger one. The employee who assisted me was very helpful in guiding me on what to choose. I love that they have indoor and outdoor seating as well. My only issue is the food is a bit overpriced. I believe I spent about $40 on the burger, Brussel sprouts, coffee shake & a sparkling drink. I will come back again because I enjoy their food, but probably won't get as much stuff. I'm gonna focus on trying every one of their gourmet burgers.

Yelp
This was a nice "hidden gem". It's across the way from the ramen place and Mendocino Farms, so it has big competition. But please stop by and grab a bite and drink here! We got the Tejano and the Spicy Chicken Banh Mi. The Banh Mi was pretty awesome! I love having extra jalapeños with my sandwiches so I was a hot mess (pun intended). Truffle Parmesan Fries were fantastic. I had to fight my son for the remaining bites.

Yelp
There are so many food options to choose from at this shopping center and I am glad I chose to eat here! I ordered the classic burger on a gluten free bun. The burger was really good and had a good balance of taste. I also ordered the fry fecta which was totally worth it! My favorite out of the three was the onion strings. Runner up was the sweet potato fries. I recommend anyone ordering their fries to order them extra crispy! They also have yummy bbq sauce and ranch! Really nice staff and great food. If you're looking for a good burger, this place doesn't disappoint!

Yelp
Toasted bun heritage burger was pretty decent! Their house made pickles were so good. We ordered lunch to-go so that's probably the reason for my 3 stars. Just wasn't fresh enough and fries were hard. I think I would try this again but maybe dine there.

Yelp
Food: Good-tasting burger plus side. (4/5) Value: (3/5); Counter services with services + asking for additional tips. Service fees are not transparent. Fees + Tips = meal for another person. IMO - the wrong business model that won't survive.
