Overall, good food. Not good dining experience. I had salmon croquettes and cheesy cajun grits; it was good. The portion size is small. The wait was about an hour to be seated. We came on Saturday so that is understandable. The website does state that on Saturday and Sunday, they have a live DJ playing music which may contain explicit lyrics. So they give that warning. The music though is SO LOUD. I had to type my order on my phone to show to the waitress because you can’t even hear in there. We were seated in the back by the speakers as well. I couldn’t even talk to the person with me, just had to type things on my phone. They didn’t have the outdoor seating open. It was not a good dining experience.

First from the front reception to the service EXCELLENCE! Know when you get there you will not be seated without your entire party present. The atmosphere was inviting, the music was on point, not to loud that you had to scream to the person next to you, Just right olschool rap, rb to line dance. The drinks exceptional, The food Full of flavor Good portions. The service was fast and correct. Our Server P. Yep P. was wonderful! 10 of 10

Visiting Nashville from Birmingham on a Saturday. This is my second time at Roasted, but my first time at this location. Our waitress, Keyah was great! The atmosphere was lively and fun. They had a dj, so of course we were dancing and having a good time. My only complaint is that it took over an hour for our food to come out. Keyah and the other staff were very apologetic. There were multiple larger parties there, so I assume that's why there was a delay. But the food was worth the wait!

This is simply the best tasting breakfast you’re going to have in Nashville. The food and service is top tier. We came here on a Sunday around 12pm and loved our experience. We immediately got seated for a table of 2. We ordered the brunch special for $35 with 1 entree and 3 sides. That’s a deal that was well worth it and a great value. We got the catfish nuggets with potato casserole, cheese eggs and brussel sprouts. It was all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Delicious and amazing. No complains or adjustments needed. We also got the bananas foster French toast and it made my day. Tons of flavor but not too sweet. The owner even stopped by our table to check up on us and see how our meal was going. She is a brilliant restaurant owner and got it right with Roasted. Do yourself a huge favor and dine here. You will be back.

Heard so many great things about Roasted and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was delicious! The honey butter wings, waffles, potato casserole, ribeye steak, spinach, shrimp, and grits was on point! Everything was seasoned just right and the service by our server Avi was phenomenal. We will be returning! Highly recommend!

The sign outside says it VIBEY. ABSOLUTELY professional staff I am so proud of my long time homie. I got the 35 plate so I can eat everything I like party of 5 sitting next to a party of 12. Absolutely make reservations. She knows how to properly cook spinach. Chicken was so on point....yes I eat the lil numb too. Potato big back casserole. I'm still full and that was brunch, we had made the um salmon crockets as an appetizer lol. Limited bar menu but you can get you something. So the service tho? Don't even play with it. Ask Google what to tip if you don't know.

First off, a huge shoutout to Dee our server and P who I ran into leaving the restaurant who was absolutely outstanding! Attentive, warm, and welcoming, she made sure every detail of our dining experience was perfect. The heart and soul of this place comes from Chef E, the owner, whose passion for food shines in every bite. Cooking has been in her blood since childhood feeding her family of seven from the age of six and that dedication and love for family-style cooking radiates through each dish. You can taste the authenticity and the soul she puts into her craft. Special thanks as well to Ieshea and the managers, for creating such a positive, professional, and friendly atmosphere. Their leadership and hospitality make the restaurant feel like home. It’s rare to find a place where food, service, and atmosphere all align so perfectly, but Roasted Nashville has mastered it. This is more than just a restaurant it’s a family legacy, served with love and excellence. Highly recommend!

Stopping in for Sunday brunch was the best decision I could’ve made. I found a seat at the bar and ordered right away. I got the salmon sliders and I would absolutely recommend these 10/10 and for brunch they offer an entree 3 sides $35 deal and I got steak, eggs, Brussels and casserole and let just say… this was the perfect choice. The steak could have been a little more tender but it was seasoned to perfection and the Brussels sprouts were packed with flavor and Parmesan. Back to the salmon sliders.. TRY THEM!! I want them again just thinking about it. The vibes are lively and the dj kept the crowd entertained. I would definitely come back for a boozy brunch with friends in the future.

The space is tiny which is unfortunate because they could have hundreds of people served in a day if they were given a bigger space. However, the atmosphere is warm and inviting with the DJ throwing down an incredible playlist for Sunday brunch. We arrived about 10:45 (they open at 11) and there were around 40 people in front of us in line. We waited about an hour once everyone in front of us was seated. We ordered drinks while waiting and had a blast just listening to the music and enjoying the atmosphere. The service staff was friendly, upfront, transparent and welcoming. Now the food was fire. One of the best brunch spots if you're willing to wait for a good time. The catfish was delicious, the banana foster pancakes were decadent, the Brussels were top 3 I've ever had in my life. This is a must go but be prepared to wait. They're popular and for good reason.

Finally tried this place and it did NOT disappoint. We ordered the ribeye steak. It came with 3 sides. I chose brussel sprouts, hash brown casserole, scrambled eggs. French toast, spinach, waffles, fruit salad and orange mimosa. Everything was delicious. The steak was tender, brussels were cooked perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly the spinach was a tad salty but still delicious. Our waitress was great hate that I can't remember her name. Everyone was nice. The food came out perfect timing. Overall the customer service was excellent. The food was excellent can't wait to go back. You should definitely try it.

This is a small restaurant that has a pretty vibrant brunch scene. The music is like r&b bops and it's an overall good vibe. The staff was nice we were sitting right under an AC vent and it was pretty powerful pushing out cold air so they moved us to another seat. I tried the mimosa flight it was ok there was only one flavor I truly liked. The honey butter chicken is a must try! If you go enjoy!

Decided to kick off our 2 year wedding anniversary doing what we do best...BRUNCHIN'! Headed to Roasted and we weren't disappointed. Nice, cozy ambiance with a great playlist to set the vibe. Funny and great servers who made sure we felt welcomed and left full. I'd recommend this spot for a date night or just wanting to kick it with your people. Hey Travoodies Hey.. Dining around Nashville, I popped into Rosasted at The Local District. Tiktok has hyped it up for being one the best brunch spots in Nashville. SO, during some downtown I headed over to check them out. A little back history (per them).... Serving the community since 2022, Roasted is where you bring together food, service, and good vibes. It is not about the meals to them, yet more about creating a safe space. They are unapologetic about the soulfullness that exudes through their dishes. The menu is a blend of tradition and innovation, delivering flavors that'll make your taste buds dance with joy. Fairly smaller location, as I can see on the weekend the wait would be ridic. I ventured their during the week. I have to say that upon entering the place the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. We were guided to seats and immediately attended too. The overhead jams spoke to my music soul, as we listened to old school R&B. Our waiter offered amazing suggestions. For me I grabbed a mimosa no heavy drinking but I heard the spiked fruit tea was everything. For my meal I ordered from the brunch menu options, catfish bites, shredded potato casserole, cajun grits, and eggs. First, I must shout out the manager or general manager because she noticed I was eating catfish bites and she sent a secret sauce to the table that compounded all the flavors neccesary to make those bites explosive. The eggs ere scrambled to perfection. The bites seasoned , and just right. However, the cajun grits were not a fan. I am not sure if it was the texture, but they werent the creamy butter grits I like. Now, though they weren't my taste someone might enjoy it. Overall. The food was really good. Would I go again? Of course the atmosphere defintiely is a vibe.

Black owned brunch spot in Nashville. Great customer service. The food was ok. The best thing we had was the waffles and the honey butter chicken. They bragged about their mimosas having people napping in their cars. They were pretty strong. Small spot but they made it spacious. Loved the playlist. *HONEY PEPPER SALMON SLIDERS * 2 Sliders on Brioche Buns. Comes with Honey Pepper sauce, Swiss cheese, arugula, tomato, and southwest mustard-it was ok. Nothing special.

I love this spot. It's located in Germantown which is a pretty cool revamped area. There is a small lot in back but plenty of street parking. There's a little dog place attached for the fur babies to play in. There atmosphere is really hip inside with great music and cute decor. The food was delicious. I didn't think I would eat it all, I literally had an entire happy plate and was stuffed. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it was lit. They had lots of other drinks and my girls loved their drinks too. We went for a birthday and they gave us birthday shots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe it wasn't super crowded bc they totally have drink specials. I ordered the breakfast ribeye, cheese hash browns, Belgian waffle and spinach. I was very happy. Everyone I came with enjoyed their meals too. Overall A+ and I WILL be back!!

Let me tell you something...GO HERE TO EAT BRUNCH! They have brunch everyday! I suggest or you come here on the weekend, be here when they OPEN! The place is small and can get crowded very quickly; we got here at 11:30 and it was a 45 minute to an hour wait. The menu allows you to order either Al a carte or 1 entree with 3 sides. We ordered: * Bottomless Mimosas - not pictured, but it's a mixture of 4 or 5 different flavors * Fried Catfish nuggets with eggs, fruit and grits - my catfish was fried and seasoned to perfection and my eggs soft scrambled how I like * Salmon sliders with eggs, fruit and brussel sprouts - My friend loved her meal, she said the salmon was seasoned and the Brussels were delicious * Banana Foster French Toast - SOOOOOO GOOD The DJ was great!!! He played some of the best music. So keep it mind it can be pretty loud, but it was like a big party and everyone got along. The service was amazing! Our young lady was GREAT! Overall, when I'm back in Nashville, just know this place is mandatory,

The food is amazing, the owner has an amazing story and has been cooking for years for many people!! The service was great and the space although intimate is welcoming and fun to be in.

I can't say enough positive things about Roasted! Chef E and her staff are fantastic. The food is awesome and the service is top notch. The brown sugar bacon is amazing. I'd never had it before and i'm hooked now. The waffles are fluffy and really good. I love that they are super flexible and will happily accommodate dietary restrictions without funky attitudes and I guarantee it will be delicious.

The food was great. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection. There was a long wait due to the capacity of the building but once seated the service was great. This is a nice place to come and have fun and I look forward to them reopening.

We loved it!!! I've been twice now. I originally went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The service was great. The music was great. We wish we had seats with full backs but other than that everything was awesome. Food was delicious! I went again to celebrate a friend's birthday with a bigger group. It was exceptional service. They did a birthday shot and we all were able to partake. The music was a whole vibe. Definitely go. It can be friends or a date. No reservations so get there early. Everything comes out hot and made to order. Enjoy!!!

Afternoon Fellow Yelpers! It's one of your favorite critics again with another astonishing find: Roasted Salemtown in Nashville, Tennessee! Now, I'm not gonna lie, the wait that others are posting about is REAL! The best advice I can give is to keep your party in numbers of no more than 2-4 people. We mistakingly, yet on purpose, came with a party of 6 and paid for it dearly. Other smaller parties were seated before us, and we spoke with the hostess several times about remedies for our concerns but were finally seated approximately 47 minutes after our initial arrival. Once inside and seated, the "Royal Treatment" began without hesitation. The music set a vibe that surpasses your typical restaurant tunes. Our waitress (Chanelle) was very informative (as this was everyone's first time in this establishment) and friendly. She fully explained the menu (Brunch & Specialty) and what our options were. She got everyones drink order and when she returned, we were ready to order. My wife ordered: Honey Pepper Salmon Sliders, Creamy Scambled Eggs, Belgian Waffles, and Cheezy Cajun Grits w/ Shrimp. I ordered: Honey Butter Chicken Wings (12-count) and Bananas Foster French Toast. Cousin 1 ordered: Honey Butter Chicken Wings, Creamy Scambled Eggs, Sticky Bacon, and Belgian Waffles. Cousin 2 (Birthday Girl) ordered: Ribeye Steak, Creamy Scrambled Eggs, Cheezy agrits, and Belgian Waffles. Cousin 3 ordered: Ribeye Steak, Potatoes Casserole, Creamy Scrambled Eggs, and Belgian Waffles. Cousin 3's Date ordered: Honey Butter Chicken Wings, Belgian Waffles, Dirty Rice. The moment you've been waiting for has arrived - How was the food, you're probably wondering? Well.... Spectacular! Amazing! Mind Blowing! & Perfection are just a few of the words that come to mind. My palate was tantalized in ways that (up to this point) I only heard of. Everyone in our party completely stopped talking and was only engaged in stuffing our faces. What we couldn't eat, left with us, lol. My suggestion is that if you're ever in the Nashville Tennessee area, this is a MUST! Plan a trip. Make this a "Bucket List" item, just Get Here! I promise you won't be disappointed. S/O to the CEO for this vision that is now a reality! I really wish they would expand to other cities and states. The food and service at Roasted is always phenomenal. I always recommend them to friends looking for a nice well rounded brunch. This place checks off all the boxes for good brunch vibes. Food, music and drinks all 5/5. Tables and spacing are more on the intimate side, so I personally prefer to go with groups of 2-4. Anything over that, prepare to wait or get in early. But nevertheless, it's worth the wait. I believe you can reserve a spot in advance though too. Having grew up in Salemtown I'm so proud of what the team at Roasted is bringing to the community. Each time I visit, it is a great time of food and music. My favorites are the wings and the catfish nuggets. Not sure you can really go wrong here. I was introduced to this place as they were hosing a few Real Estate Networking events and it has been a regular since.

Service was terrible had to get up and go pour our own water after we asked and never came after 25 mins.Mimosa was flat food was cold overall experience was -5 stars.3 breakfast meals and mimosa tower and 2 strawberry lemonades was $140.Paid it and still left a $20 tip they will never get my business again smh.I didn't like that they was playing explicit version of Sexxy Redd music while underage little girls where in there dining with they family.5-10 years old at least play the edited versions of the music

From the beautiful paintings on the outside to how nicely the inside was we had a time. The staff was very friendly and the vibe was definitely amazing. The food was delicious. It was some of the best food I had in Nashville and the prices were unbeatable. Definitely the brunch spot

Fabulous food, vibe, and service. The line to get in was long, so come early, very popular place, but we got there at 10:45a on Sunday, they opened at 11a, and we were seated by 11:15a. We tried a lot: Catfish nuggets, salmon croquettes, potato casserole, honey fried chicken, eggs, brussel sprouts, pineapple mimosa, spiked tea, and margarita. Food was fresh and hot, eggs scrambled perfectly ( they need to teach other restaurants that scrambled eggs are scrambled not folded), DRINKS PERFECT, I'm so proud of this place, it is a small business, black-owned establishment, and excellent!

The wait was 3 hours and STILL haven't been greeted since we were sat. Music is nice but the area is super small for the amount of ppl they try to pack in here. Trying to support black business is HARD when this is what you get. UPDATE: I met with the owner today, when I returned to the restaurant. I returned because the FOOD WAS AMAZING!! she recognized the review I left, and wanted to talk to me about it. She was so kind, apologized and expressed her understanding about my concerns. Overall - I will return, again and again. BECAUSE of her care and kindness. It meant a lot! This time around service was AMAZING, food was STILL phenomenal and she was the icing on the cake!!

First experience with Roasted. Wanted my sixteen year old son to experience a nice brunch and wanted to support our black dollars. It was four of us seated at a very small table. We were trying to figure out where all of the food that we ordered would go. Well, when I asked my waitress, she said that people always figure it out. I thought that was very rude and her comment messed up my entire experience. Our table was very crowded with plates, etc and once my son's grits came out he had to eat them on his lap. That is not okay. The bowl was hot. Other than that, our food was tasty! It was cool that the chef walked around checking on everyone. She was very friendly. There were a lot of small kids there with their families as well.

The food was amazing the menu is pretty much set. The service was great everyone was friendly and willing to assist I didn't even have to ask for certain things. The atmosphere OMG so amazing I had a time from the DJ to the bottomless mimosas let me just say this I'm gladdddd I didn't drive lol I will be returning and I tell everyone about this place because I want everyone to experience it.

My friend brought me her leftovers from this place and I must say they were the tastiest thing I have had in a while! I cannot wait to have brunch here in person and enjoy the entrees, and mimosas! So excited about this black owned establishment! Rooting for their success because if leftovers can taste this good fresh is gonna be pure fire!! Absolutely Fantastic! Food was EXCELLENT! My catfish bites were seasoned to perfection! The potatoes, grits, and bacon were just as delicious. My server, Dionna, was the absolute sweetest and very attentive! Iesha, the manager, was very kind, personable, and made sure our experience was top tier! The DJ! GO DJ!

The food portion for the fish sandwich and fries is good and for the money. The lemonade is super sweet And needs diluted. The nasty music is offensive if you are in that lifestyle. Not sure if I'll be back, but it was a good place to try once.

First they did not open on time according to their schedule. The line was so long by the time we was seated and received food it was over a hour plus. The music was so loud and vulgar it's not good for any kids to be there. No consideration for an older crowd. All the Young DJ played was Rap music and it was so loud you could not hear yourself think. This place was a Club that served food. I had a headache from the time I got in there until the time we left. seating was too tight, building was a hazard waiting to happen. only one bathroom for men and women to share. Drinks were served in plastic cups. Food too pricy for what you get and the long wait to get it. No appetizers were offered while you waited over a hour to eat. The entry way was so small if someone come in to cause harm it would be devastating. I would not recommend anyone!

The food was amazing literally no issues and was perfectly made and seasoned. The music gave it a nice vibe, there were times where I felt like I was in the club instead of at brunch.. some girls were even twerking on the seats, I like a good vibe but not sure I want people twerking by me while I'm trying to eat. Also the wait was OUTRAGEOUS! I was only visiting Nashville so I wanted to support the business, but they quoted me 3hrs for the wait. I didn't mind that because I had to go to the mall anyway which would've taken 2.5hrs but we got back and still had to wait the hostess told us it wouldn't be much longer, but skipped us twice to seat her friends whom hadn't been there but maybe an hour waiting. When we said something she said it would be ANOTHER 53mins in total 4.5 hrs wait time by then every other brunch spot was closed and our options were slim.. we finally got sat down and ordered champagne instead of mimosas because it felt like there was more juice than anything in the glass so she charged us $7 for a less than half full glass of champagne.. when we asked for a full glass she charged us DOUBLE and tokd us thats jst how they do it. We let that go until another girl ordered the SAME THING and was not charged double and had a full glass. By that point we were over the whole experience. The waited a while for certain things and when we paid they as for a tip right there in your face instead of giving you a receipt and giving you your space to complete things. Everything just seemed unorganized. Although the concept is great and the food is bomb, I'm not sure I'd go back or tell anyone else to go. Also there is one bathroom for both men and women and I had to wait twice.

Food was very good, service was TERRRIBLEEEEEEEE. Another server took care of us and if i had cash i would of tipped her instead. I'm not even from this state, this was my first stop in nashville and it ruined the vibe for the day. We waited almost 30 minutes for WATERRRRRRR, a food runner brought our food before our drinks. I'm only giving it a two stars because the food was good and the owner is a sweet lady! Shout out to chefs because they are the only reason this place is going. Honestly the place is nice but the service is terrible! So many people left and went somewhere else but we have to drive back home & was in the area. We waited 2 hours to get a table for two! We joined the waitlist & came to the restaurant and they didn't even have us in the system. We had to show them the confirmation we had and then they decided to seat us. That took an entire hour. When we finally sat down the server didn't even tell us her name she just asked if we knew what we wanted. Barely checked on us but at least she kept the drinks coming. Food took an hour to get to us! The mimosas are warm & the only one that tasted like real champagnes was the orange juice mimosa. We are from out of town and we visit often but I will NEVER come here again. The place is cute and the owner is very nice, I see what shes trying to accomplish and I hope she gets that one day. However her staff is slow, mostly pays attention to the regulars and the wait is entirely too long for such a small place. I hope they improve cause this place can really be a smash hit if they actually try.

lol this place is a big joke ! Would've given zero stars if i could ! let me take you on a ride with us. it is 11:35am the restaurant opens at 11am, my friends and i (a group of 5 total) were told it was an hour wait. okay we can wait an hour, we go back in to check the wait time and they say it's 30 more minutes, we wait 30mins minutes and go back to check again and they say 19 mins ; soooooooo if the wait was going to be 2 hours you should have just said that. then we go back in and they finally can sit us and all of the music that we were hearing while waiting they told the DJ not to play that anymore because "they wanted to get the crowd in and out as quickly as possible" so they are currently playing all the slow R&B songs when it is advertised that they play more lively music. As we are still eating before we can even ask for to go boxes we were asked to pay our tab, i kindly asked if we could still order mimosas (because we ordered bottomless ) even after the tab was paid the waitress assured us that we could never came back to bring us mimosas. we then ordered another round of shots for the table which we were told we needed to close our tab immediately, which i then stated i didn't want to fully close out the tab because i wanted to order more shots, the waitress never came back and then when we started to pack up our belongings they then waited to run to the table to then have us pay the tab, but no longer wanted to be attentive to our table after the first tab was paid.
