I’m rather surprised by the bad rating because I thought this place was pretty good. Pastries were better than the coffee (get the croissant or one of the muffins) but even the coffee wasn’t bad - especially for an airport. I thought they could have used better seating arrangements but of course it is an airport after all. I would recommend for a little coffee and bite to eat before your flight.

Their latte is so weak it tastes like bath water. Don’t buy their coffee. I thought the machine was broken but it’s just BAD. And they have no idea about how take a lattte. She poured in cold milk so it was lukewarm. Granted she made another but it was just hot bath water. Wast of $7.81. She would not refund me. I threw it away since it was undrinkable.

Seems like there are bad reviews about shop staffs at this coffee shop, but fortunately I have never experienced any rude attitude at this place. They serve extra strong coffee when we pay additional 50 cents, and I like it, especially arriving at SFO in early morning. It always wakes me up and motivates me to work after a long flight.

Jason was super nice and he had a great attitude. I had a very good latte today some people are just great baristas, and Jason is one of those. The coffee bean tubes are really cool.

Ordered an Ethiopia Guji Uraga and it was really good. Magnitudes better than anything from Starbucks. I don't really get the bad reviews talking about bad or tasteless coffee. Maybe most people associate coffee with burnt beans combined with tons of milk and sugar, as served in some coffeehouse chains. Watching the beans being roasted and transfered between the storage for green beans, roasted beans and the coffee machines via tubes is also quite a show.

Pretty fancy way of making coffee! The tube will transport the coffee bean over, grind it, and brew it. There are several types of coffee beans you can choose from. I like the way they categorize the bean which makes it easier to choose. I ordered the mild and smooth one which turns out to be really good for me!

There’s always room for improvement 🙌🏻 It’ll be nice if they do roast testing before buying in bulk or small bags. Unique experience on buying roasted coffee a must see 💯

Paid $10 for mocha $1 for oat milk where it should have been free. The coffee was really really bad. No taste of coffee. Store needs to shut or hire other skilled workers. Worst matcha ever.
