After an early morning flight, stopped here for something to settle my stomach before heading into the city of Denver. I liked the location of this cafe. Just there by the terminal for A line trains. It was very convenient - this way I could avoid the crowd inside the airport buildings! I’d ordered hot chocolate and yogurt with granola and berries. I didn’t like my hot chocolate. Didn’t have a lot of chocolate flavor. The yogurt & granola were okay, but the berries could’ve been fresher! Mind you, they were not going bad or anything yet; it just seemed like they were on the shelf for many hours to a day. Maybe braving the crowd indoors might’ve been a good choice. 🙂

Very unique concept for a coffee shop. For any coffee drink you order beans are ground, and sometime roasted, right after you order. I had a great latte but can't wait to try some of their unique beans in a regular cup of of Joe.

Staff is super friendly and made me toasted bagel and matcha tea with room for milk. Bagel was good but matcha tea....- I don't eat sugar at all so my sugar free matcha tea was sucks. I don't like matcha but they didn't have any other green tea. I would recommend them to have classic JASMINE green tea. Matcha do not dissolve in water. It precipitate on the bottom of the cup. You can drink precipitation but I thrown it out. Also they have good choice of coffee bean for taking home. Green bean coffee and roasted.

Paid $7 for this “latte.” It’s just iced coffee with milk/creamer, nothing steamed. I asked why the soy milk was congealed at the bottom at the barista just shrugged. I was expecting coffee airport to be expensive, but I at least thought it would taste fine… Definitely go upstairs into the terminal, don’t waste your money here.

Skip the food - have the coffee only. Quick cup for the best for your trip! Roasted on-site and every cup made to order. Coffee is real good. A visit to a Roasting Plant Coffee café is a coffee-lover’s dream. Think “the Willy Wonka of coffee” and you get the idea.

We missed our train by thirty seconds and stopped in here for some coffee and hot chocolate. Very friendly staff member and we enjoyed the cool setup. Coffee was on point! (Also it’s not really fair to ding stars for “airport prices” since it’s not different from average airport coffee pricing. What you do get, however, is a great cup for your money!)

Love how fresh the coffee is made. The beans are in cylinders. After you order, they are sucked up to the coffee machine that grinds and brew your personal cup of freshly made coffee. It doesn't get any fresher than that. I usually get a large cup that starts at $3.50 and goes up depending on the blend of bean you choose. 😍😍😍😍 I had a muffin that runs $3.00 and is made in-house. I tried a smoothie that was brimming and I am not complaining because for $7.97 for a large I want all my extras please. 🤗👍 The drinks, yogurt, chips, and food to go on the shelves are overpriced, but that's everything at DIA. I work at the airport and when I get off the train, I make a beeline for this place. It's either a hot coffee, iced coffee, smoothie, or muffin. I keep missing the spinach croissant for $2.50. I never had a problem with customer service.

This is the second of its kind I’ve notice in the US (SFO Airport Pre security A Gates). Amazing concepts that the coffee is roasted here; the choices of coffee are plentiful!
