We picked up a catering order on Friday for an event with our crew. We ordered the food on Tuesday and requested a 10 am pickup time. Robert's texted me that it was ready at about 9:30 am. When I arrived at the store they were in the process of packaging the food. The employees were super friendly. We ordered chicken tenders and mac and cheese. I have to admit, it may be the best fried chicken I've ever had. And a couple of people said the same. So good! We highly recommend. Thank you Robert's for making our event a success!

Google
Absolutely incredible local market. The butcher department really know what they’re doing. I want to say his name was Jodi? Had everything figured out and made the best recommendations despite being busy with other tasks because of thanksgiving madness. Took his time with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Produce was fresh and plentiful and even had my wife’s favorite sparkling water. This is the only place I’ll buy meat from now and would encourage you to do the same!

I work in the area 3 to 4 days a week. Stop at Robert‘s frequently in between the breakfast and lunch switch . Two registers open, I waited in line for about 15 minutes because the lady in front of me wanted to use her EBT card for a purchase of a dollar and some change I offered to pay and they said, the worker said she just could not ring up the item properly I waved down the manager and told him this is your department, where you should assist because there’s two registers open and now there’s a long line because of this one customer. I just don’t understand how it’s that difficult , if there’s a trouble with a customer, you pull her to the side and assist her differently so that way the line doesn’t get longer And every single person in that line had just received a hot plate, obviously to eat for breakfast or lunch Two people in front of me actually left their plates there and walked out Get it together Robert’s

Google
Great place for shopping needs. It's tucked in so don't miss it. Cheese selection it top notch. Wine selection is great. Hot foods available on site ready to pick and choose for yourself.

My first experience with this family owned chain left a lot to be desired. I liked the small community feel of the store but I expected more from this chain. Flow was all confusing, very limited choices and prices were higher than expected.

Went there at 6:30 tonight. My goal was to buy 1 loaf of bread and a lottery ticket. I’ve been a regular customer since the old Robert’s. I’ve lived 2 1/2 blocks away for the last 26 years. I made it a point to get there on time to buy my lottery ticket. When I asked why I couldn’t buy a lottery ticket, I was told because the girl wanted to go home. I explained that I come every week to get my tickets. The manager said he doesn’t have anybody to work the lottery. I said, as a manager you should do that then (I’ve been in management for 25/plus yrs.) I then brought up my friend Roy who’s been managing there for years and he said “ I’m above Roy”. Well, your Adonis is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever encountered in that location. If he stays, I go! I will also make a formal complaint with the lottery commission and hopefully they will revoke your license.

I shop there at least 3 to 4 times a week. I find that the cashiers are very rude. They never say thank you how was everything did you find everything you needed. Tonight I went in at about 7:00 to find out they've closed the front cashiers and only had two cashiers on the other side open. I waited a good 20 to 30 minutes before I could get through the line. I am not a happy customer at this point. If this continues I will actually just go across the street to Walgreens pay more but get more friendly service. The prices are extreme and I think that something should be done to fix this situation. I always see management walking around but never helping. Customer service is the first thing and the most important thing in any business. I have yet to see any customer service anywhere in the store. I did ask one clerk if they had any more pizzas in the back that were on sale and they said if there are not out then they're already out very very very rude.

Google
Let me start by saying: I love this place! They are like a WholeFoods Market but in Louisiana and have everything you can think of from fresh sushi to a variety of baked goods. There is a good balance between the amount of fresh made food and groceries in this store and everything is put in sustainable packaging! For the most part: great, comfy store.

Yelp
The little market that could. While this is a full blown grocery store, it's smaller footprint packs a powerful punch. There's an amazing array of products and they seem to be well curated. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was the heavenly aroma of the self-serve hot bar. I had to convince myself to move on and not be seduced allure of hot food ready to eat. I had a mission, and I needed to get provisions for our visit to New Orleans- onward I marched. The grocery selection is very impressive. There were many gourmet products as well as typical, mainstream brands. Overall, we (this was a girls trip and we needed to stock our rental) were able to find what everyone needed. At the end of our trip the cashier was very friendly and sweet and we began the walk back to our rental with everything we needed to get our vacation started. I only wish I was able to try some of the items on the hot bar, but this just incentivizes me to come back and give it a whirl! Oh and house packed Honey Roasted Peanut Butter is phenomenal- I loved it so much- a great fuel for exploring the streets of NOLA.

Yelp
We've given up on Robert unfortunately, and it is 6 blocks from our house. The staff is always very rude, the aisles are always blocked with boxes and staff, the produce and meat don't look fresh, and the lines to check out are always long. I possibly could overlook this, but the kicker is their prices are astronomically higher than other stores. We do Wal-Mart delivery now. It's a pity, because it could be nice.
google avatar

Shane J.

Yelp
Great neighborhood market in the Elysian Fields neighborhood! The market has vast offerings of land and turf. Food to Alcohol (wine/beer/spirits). The prices are reasonable as compared to costs of the market's closer to the French Quarter! The staff were friendly and helpful & I wish they had a delivery service to homes and hotels in the area..that would make them 5-Star perfect!

Ashley F.

Yelp
The biggest issue with this store is customer service. The cashiers are so rude here. They outright ignore you when you say good morning, thank you, anything. They even continue phone conversations at the register with you right there. It's bizarre.
google avatar

Jeremy T.

Yelp
They raise their prices almost every week. When they get a new item, like these Yasso ice cream pops, they charge almost 200% more than the price at Whole Foods. I'm starting to believe the only reason they stay in business is the location, and the tourists who don't know any better.

Michelle B.

Yelp
I enjoyed the lay out of the store and friendly staff easy to get to. The cheese selection was nice! I would definitely go back
google avatar

Martina C.

Yelp
So I'll hit you with the negative. Robert is NOLA Whole Foods. But there are no deals for Amazon Prime members. It's PRICEY yo. But the prepared foods seemed fresh, they had a LARGE selection of food that catered to any diet, and it was RIGHT across the street from our Airbnb. The staff is super Louisiana sweet, and the store is clean and we'll stocked. The only complaint I had was no more Texas Ranch water in the intial brand we found, and I was saddened by that. No complaints from the Tum, just the wallet! They do not have the best toiletry/pharmacy selection, but aside from that it's pretty great!!

Bobby W.

Yelp
I'm unfortunately forced to shop here because of the convenience of its location. However I do not recommend this store to anyone on a budget. Even if you're not on a budget I'd recommend shopping at another place. Poor selection of products that are always overpriced when compared to their competitors. That being said the staff are remarkable and always helpful. sometimes going so far as to recommend sales at other grocery stores.

Andrew O.

Yelp
This place is the BEST ! Open late, and very clean. There was a wide assortment of foodstuffs to choose from. Perfect for a late dinner.
google avatar

Cynthia W.

Yelp
Sad. Purchased heavy whipping cream, got it home and it was lumpy and soured. The French bread started turning green in 2 days. Just not feeling safe with their food. The prices are high, way to high for spoiled food.
google avatar

Sam H.

Yelp
Where do I start oh RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. so is the front cashier Cynthia or Cheryl whatever her name is! They Do Not have good customer service skills at all, Roy seems like he got race issues and never want to be at work. I wish another store take over. I found a cream cheese and sweet potato pie that was out dared by 2 days, I asked him to discount it and he said "No we don't do that" left it in the case and walked away. Sir it's past the sell by date! Just awful he doesn't care about nothing but a paycheck.
google avatar

DD D.

Yelp
I love this store. They have cooked  food for purchase that's flavored well. It's clean and has a great variety. The prices are pretty typical of a grocery store. The parking may get tight sometimes, but for the most part, you can usually find a spot.
google avatar

Genevieve F.

Yelp
Roberts definitely has a great food bar. Their prices are high-ish but they do have a wide variety of things to choose from. It's a great little neighborhood store but you get what you pay for. It didn't have tons and tons to choose from but it does have a variety of options. I'm going to have to come back and buy meals from here. I went back again and the hot food bar was okay. Not a mail to call in love with, but solid choices.

Robin P.

Yelp
I bought some boil shrimps and from what I can tell whatever they don't sell they will bring it out the next day to sell. The shrimps were dry and they were bad!! A few of them were slimy!! I emailed the store and I haven't received a response. I will not be buying they boil shrimps again. My kids and I could've gotten sick. Very disappointed
google avatar

Patty K.

Yelp
I love the fact that Robert opened location on Elysian Fields. it was much needed! I love the variety of products and especially the speciality foods. HOWEVER, for the price they charge, and its an extremely expensive place to shop at, comparing maybe to Whole Foods, some say it's more expensive , this place should work perfectly well. I have no idea who ( and if anybody is managing this location). There is plenty of evidence of stealing ( people eat food , leave wrappers on the shelves ) but what really shocked me, today a cashier was causually talking on the phone while working!!!!! nobody bothered to do anything, she was talking to the person on the phone and me and other people! is that the new reality we are in? No respect for the customer? work? Please , have a manager who is actually controlling your workers.

Yelp
Tempted to give them a 4th star simply because I'm so glad they're here, but tbh, three is the accurate rating. With a little effort, you'll probably find what you're after, but won't likely feel totally satisfied. This little market has so much potential. They packed a lot into a relatively small space. I wondered if that's why it feels crowded and cluttered, but I'm convinced it's just sloppy merchandising and lack of passion. Case in point, look at the pictures from a few years ago when they first opened and compare them to current pics. They had the same departments at that point, but it was much easier to navigate. The staff, for the most part, seems indifferent and not engaged. There are exceptions, of course, and in fact one staff member was borderline helpful today. The others did their best to avoid eye contact. Oh, and the prices are noticeably higher than what I'm used to at Rouse's on Baronne or even Fresh Market on St Charles, both of which are much more pleasant to shop. Bottom line, I'll pop onto Robert's in a pinch and will likely find what I need, but when I'm serious about making groceries you'll find me elsewhere.
google avatar

Erin F.

Yelp
I am happy to have a store in the neighborhood that's bigger than the co-op but I have had it with the horrible berry selection/storage. Y'all are charging ungodly prices for basic things and I have NEVER EVER bought berries from here without seeing things covered in mold. You have to pick through. Even the grapes had mold today. I was so annoyed I just left. I just want to be able to make a grocery run for school lunch and not have to worry about everything being half rotten. Would be so great if you guys could fix the refrigeration problem you must know you have. 3 stars bc we need it, the folks who work there are nice and im hopeful y'all will get pricing right for the neighborhood and take better care with your produce. Id rather not go elsewhere but you don't give me much of a choice

Yelp
Love this place favorite grocery outlet in all of Louisiana. There chicken was amazing and there Mac and cheese was good as well service was great as well and very clean inside . And cashiers are very nice and helpful

Yelp
Everything you need. The Bellegarde baked breads are out of this world. Best baguette this side of the Atlantic.

Joseph B.

Yelp
The old Black woman at customer service should learn how to speak and at least don't come off as racist. She helped the African American woman before me. She was very friendly. I came up and she shook her head at me. I said what's wrong. Shift change. No, im sorry boo, nothing. Shift change. Ok. I'll wait. It'll be quick younger lady told me. 15 ?minutes is quick. 15 mins is lazy. I'd fire the old lady. Robert's why does it take 15 minutes in the middle of the day to change shifts? A good grocer can do that in a minute. I own a store on Bourbon Street. I'd never let customers wait that long. Secondly the old lady needs to be friendly and speak up. I realize she's wearing a mask, I'm great with that. But, she needs to speak up. I can't read her mind. Secondly don't treat one race differently from another. That's racism.
google avatar

Stephanie J.

Yelp
This is the only grocery store in my neighborhood. Everything is ridiculously overpriced; the prices exceed Whole Foods by miles. Frozen egg rolls for $12. Granola for $10. Little cups of yogurt for $2.50. I will go there in a pinch for broth or bananas but I get the feeling that management is greedy. There is no need to gouge customers for products at these prices. Avoid
google avatar

Cesar R.

Yelp
It is great to finally have a grocery store in the Marigney/Bywater. Robert's has a great selection of pre-cooked items my favorite are the smoked salmon, chicken and steaks. It also has a good selection of liquor, wines and beers plus the usual grocery items. For me it lacks in the produce department especially in the fresh lettuce section. Other than that it can be pricey on a few items.
google avatar

Yelp
Loving it ALREADY!!! Newly opened about 3 weeks ago as of today January 13, 2018; HELLO & WELCOME to the neighborhood!!!!! Love the clean open loom of the store. It's fashioned, similar to the previous store in this same location; Schwegmann's, I can see me here MANY NIGHTS for a midnight snack run. The aisles are small, but considering all that's packed inside, it's no wonder. Love the fresh floral area. And the pizza oven, THIS GIRL LOVESSSSSSSS PIZZA... Oh and there SUSHI!!!!! Can you say Winnnning on all levels???? I think most people ae pleasently surprised at the quick building process and the overall look and feel of this location. Parking is a bit scarce, but hey, again, whadduya expect?

V B.

Yelp
Overpriced items. And I probably wouldn't mind IF it was convenient. The liquor counter is THE worst. Always a long line. Only one register open and usually 3-4 people in a huddle trying to figure something out. Either they don't know anything about spirits or they don't know how to print out anything but the most basic lottery ticket. Train them better or fire them and get better employees.

Blake B.

Yelp
Stocks expired food in the freezers/coolers at the front instead of pulling it from the shelves. If it says use or freeze by June and it's august! Maybe throw it out and don't let some unsuspecting customer grab it. 6$ down the drain. Check the dates, because clearly they can't be bothered.
google avatar

Ronni J.

Yelp
Where to begin. Well, I go here about 3-4 times a week. It is a little pricey, but hey it's not Walmart. Always clean. Employees are always VERY friendly and helpful! They have a salad, breakfast, and lunch/dinner bar!! This little grocery store stays with all the best brands and everything you'll need for your home. The only reason I gave it the 4 stars was because of it being a bit overpriced with a lot of things, but that's really not a complaint!

David P.

Yelp
I'm disappointed in their bakery. Ordered a birthday cake with wording two days in advance. When I went to get it the order was there but no cake. Could not accommodate me. Bought a more inferior cake for a special birthday. Extremely disappointed will never use their bakery agsin. Manager not helpful at all.
google avatar

Yelp
Robert's is a great market. This new location is very accessible. The prepared food is plentiful and delicious. It is not the cheapest option but I still go. I wish they were open later however and had indoor seating. The outdoor seating is a little grim, it's not a cute atmosphere. To my excitement I learned they now have their own version of Poké bowls! If you ask nicely you can even get one custom-ish. It was so yummy! Mine featured crab salad and crawfish! Amazing. For around $9 which was great. I'm also a big fan of they ready made sandwich. It a good quick bite. Robert's makes me feel a little fancy and I like that!
google avatar

Lynn W.

Yelp
Hands down, best grocery for fruits, seafood and cooked good. It is very pricey but small enough to run in and tun out. Not a wide wine selection. I love when they have sushi samples. Yum. Their sushi is real good too. I like toe cooked Brussel sprouts and pasta is okay cooked. The crawfish line is not wrapped around the corner during the week like Rouses. This is one place that I would buy any of the cooked food because I have had so many delicious items. Never tried party platters but will give it a try soon and keep you POSTED. Ooh muffins are also really good here.
google avatar

Joi B.

Yelp
A *real* supermarket in the Marigny, with friendly people saying hello as you peruse the bright aisles, lots of grab & go options (hot/cold bar, pizza counter, coffee counter), a glorious wine department, tons of prepackaged produce and other fridge section prepared snacks/meals that you can easily pop into a microwave or oven, plus flowers/gifty items too. Yes, this is very much geared towards convenience because the immediate surrounding areas (St Roch/Marigny) are heavily populated by visitors. I realize this annoys locals, but I have a fondness for it because it reminds me of my beloved Korean delis in NYC (minus the 24 hour part). Their selection of vegan/organic stuff is a humble beginning (though, 7+ bucks for packaged yuba noodles? I don't think so) but could use serious improvement, as it's regulated to a couple shelves in the refrigerated section. More vegan cheese, please! Props for the huge non dairy milk selection! Prices are definitely higher than Winn Dixie and hover around the same as Rouses, which is a similar type of more bougie market offering up specialty items. There are sales. Just look for them. 2 for $4 bags of Zapps? Hells, yeah. I bought an enormous head of cauliflower this week for 2 bucks. Yep, sales are random, but they have them. Give Robert a chance, people! What earns them four rather than three stars is that they are eager to please and are asking for suggestions. Hope to update to five stars soon.

Brian S.

Yelp
They stop making pizza for the day at 12 pm. Old pizza sitting on the counter. Sandwiches out of date. Manager unresponsive. Also got macroni salad from salad bar that was bad.. Fresh??? Not. Samples are old as well. Had to spit them out. Gross!!! Sad. It's so close to my house. Back of the house people rude. How are you still in business? There's a reason you have 3 stars. Management. Period!!!
google avatar

Dylan M.

Yelp
Yippee!!! This store is all the buzz round the Marigny as a much needed grocery story finally returns for the first time since before the storm. It was opened a bit faster than anticipated to meet and receive a tax break or something like that...so it's still likely going to improve its organization and its variety but it defiantly has everything you need. The space is smaller than I envisioned as they are adding additional business and possible restaurants to the adjacent storefronts. They have a small parking lot on either side of the store so if one lot is full go around to the other side. Offering prepared foods, meats and produce, full wine beer and liquor section, bakery, floral etc. Pricing is a bit high but not ridiculous and for me I'm just thrilled to have them in the hood. Potential to move up to 5 Stars is there but as it stands now some of their selection and the way it's organized stands to improve as they get up to speed. Welcome back Roberts!! We missed you!
google avatar

Nicholas H.

Yelp
We are visiting from our of town and we shopped at RFM for a couple of days' worth of coffee, salad, fruit and vegetables, and snacks. I thought the selection was pretty good, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Barrett B.

Yelp
This. Place. Totally. Sucks. I finally give up, even though I live just down the street. I'd rather drive all the way to Dorignac's than put up with the B.S. any more.
google avatar

Lawrence P.

Yelp
I like shopping there, but they only have 1 handicap shopping cart, and it stays broken! I'm handicapped and cannot shop without one, that is my only complaint. The staff there are very friendly though and have no control regarding that problem. That's a management problem! Robert's other stores have multiple handicapped shopping carts!

Clark N.

Yelp
They try and know authentic New Orleans food they are shit! The gumbo is of that of a 2 year old. This store is a phony and they know nothing of real New Orleans food! Stay away!!
google avatar

Steven S.

Yelp
Real close, clean , friendly staff, nice hour's . Usually good choice of food, has what I need most of the time. Needs to clean up " homeless people " they are a bit too comfortable.
google avatar

Kenny H.

Yelp
Lots of amazing food! Huge hot bar soup and salad bar. great staff! great selection! amazing!! whoo hoo!

Half A R.

Yelp
Way overpriced. Only the management ever seems chipper. I've seen a few people quit. I still went there cause I live close but today I got a coffee and they charged me cause I asked for Light Ice... yeah I'm done. I'd literally rather go to Starbucks across the street for morning coffee at this point. There goes the neighborhood!
google avatar

Zoe D.

Yelp
I love this location! The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing. I've been to this location several times and You're actually greeted when you walk in. May be a little pricey, but you get great food and service. I needed a quick fruit tray and stopped by to see if they had any, but I quickly found out that they were out. I spoke to Robert in the Fruit and Veggie department and whipped one up for me in 5 minutes while I shopped for other items. I'm always in there so if ya see me, just holla!
google avatar

Candice B.

Yelp
Whoever says their prices are in line with Rouses must work for the company and or buys pre prepared foods, bc everything in there is over priced. Came here to get coffee, milk, and bacon. I walked out with nothing. The same 1/2 gallon of silk almond milk that cost $3.50 everywhere is 5+ dollars. the cake mix i buy in Whole foods is usually $4-5.00 and is $9.39 in Robert. Bacon was $7.99, are you people are crazy. I went across the street to Walgreens and got everything I needed cheaper than is Robert's. We asked for a supermarket and this is what you give us. SMH
google avatar

Mardi C.

Yelp
boy only like ten plus years to return.. I am happy you are open. My last visit here was when the police opened it up after katrina, and people foraged, then went crazy inside. A truly scary moment I will never forget. congrats on re opening. I have shopped here twice, and its a nice boutique store. some say overpriced, but I say ONLY overpriced on pricey items, and certainly cheaper than the competition down st claude. I would like to see more input from the neighborhood on choices. For instance corn chip wise? really? only hola nola chips? And you have a great selection of pre made food, but realistically? this should be downsized to provide more choices for people who actually live in the neighborhood. We have all waited for so long, seen so many ripoffs calling themselves grocery. I would love to see a suggestion box / where locals can give you a better idea of what to stock. this would help your store and community grow closer. Everyone who works here really helpful / less kale and more chilies if ya ask me. again, congrats.
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
During the COVID interim, I, like many other neighbors came to this merchant for our necessities. At times, the selection may have been sparse, but I always found what I needed. I specifically love the fresh boiled seafood (shrimp, crawfish, and crab legs) available daily. My only complaint is customers are not requested to wear masks or observe safety distance. #yelplove
google avatar

Sam F.

Yelp
Stayed nearby when in town for a festival this weekend and appreciated this place being in walking distance. Loaded up on my first night in town - good array of options, including prepared foods, beer, snacks etc. Definitely a slight surcharge over grocery stores farther out but tough to top the access and hours if you are in the Marigny. We were quite thankful they were here, as it was super stormy one day during our visit and we were well supplied to ride the storm out. It was a bit hard to see what their liquor options were from afar though, so improving the legibility of that section would be the only suggestion.
google avatar

Ileana O.

Yelp
I give Robert's 3 stars because the functionality and affordability of the store is meh. As many have noted, the area has been long overdue for a real grocery store. I don't know that Robert's meets that quota. If you need to grab some essentials or run in mid-week because you forgot asparagus for dinner, then Robert's will meet your need just fine. However, if you are trying to regularly make groceries here, you're going to run into some issues. Price point wise, it's much pricier than Walmart, a little pricier than Rouses and about on par with Whole Foods or Cansecos. Why is a pack of bacon $8? Why is a pack of whole wheat pasta $5? Why is an Abita 6 pack almost $10? I also found that they don't carry as much variety of product compared to other grocery stores. Their produce section is very fresh but rather small. They also don't carry any kind of vodka sauce for pasta? I wish they would have spent less money and space on expensive olive bars, pizza bars, sushi bars, and other misc ready to-go meals and focused on food that folks in the community want to eat and can afford to eat. Their beer/wine/and spirits section is pretty good and so is their chip aisle but that's what gives this spot more of the vibe of a Hank's or Mardi Gras zone over a sustainable place to make all of your groceries.
google avatar

Paul R.

Yelp
It's alright, but a huge disappointment. Prices are confusing, inconsistent, and generally high. Whole Foods is less expensive for many of the same products. The selection of products is puzzling for the neighborhood and limited in strange ways. Edit: I just bought milk, a pint of half and half, and a pound of high-quality bacon from a corner store 4 blocks from here last night, and the items were a total of $4 less than they are at Robert's, nearly a 50% savings. It's just a sad outcome. There is no expertise offered in specialty products and they're unattractively displayed. Specialty cheese for example is just laid out in a fridge case in their shipping wrappers, and not cut to any kind of useful size for purchase. The smallest size avaialble for some were $15! It's all new, but oddly designed and not super attractive. Management is not friendly. It's nice that it's close, but it's barely an improvement on Mardi Gras Zone.

Yelp
This store on St Claude is a nice store. I shop here only for convenience. The prices are too high. It's obvious that they are only there for profit , they are not their for the community. They prepackaged their cold cuts, now the manager have the deli employees putting more meat in the package so the prices are higher and u have more meat than u can use. Very disappointed, so I will continue to shop at Rouses or Walmart . I asked a manager about getting red box. It fell on deaf ears. As far as employees are concerned, most don't have no personalities. But some make you appreciated.

Yelp
I live two blocks away in a two-income median-salary household with no kids, and we can't afford to make groceries here regularly. Needless to say, I'm disappointed in that. I had higher hopes that I'd finally be able to avoid the bridge to Chalmette, but nope. I've been in several times since they opened. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well-organized. In my world, a grocery store should be a community center - a place to see my neighbors and grab whatever I need for the week. Well, my neighbors can't afford to shop here and I can only afford to grab the thing I forgot at the cheaper store down the road -- sooo... so much for that. I'm happy the store is open. I'm happy it's big and has great options for quick meals on the go. It's a great place to stop and grab a go-plate for lunch from the salad/hot bar - assuming you don't put too much in your container per pound because that sh*t's expensive, too.

Yelp
The atmosphere is nice, and they have a lovely selection of high quality items. It's really nice to have a grocery store in the neighborhood... if you need one or two things, or something to grab for a dinner party you can be in and out quickly- they have check outs on both sides of the store. Only three stars because if I'm going to pay x2-x3 the prices of Trader Joe's or rouses for the exact same items at least hire check out people that are sort of pleasant, and also why not sprinkle in more affordable options so it can match the pay gap of the neighborhoods around it and be more widely serving? It's equal or more $ to Whole Foods pricing but with gruff interactions, you feel like you're not welcome. The rude/indifferent staff wouldn't bother me if it matched the experience I was paying for.
