Be careful eating here. On top of getting my order totally wrong, I found a small wire in my burrito. Unfortunately for me I bit down on it and it hurt quite a bit. Definitely not going back and I advise everyone to find somewhere else to eat.

This is my favorite Roberto’s because not only is service great, but their bean and cheese burrito with the red hot sauce combined is so good. I have yet to find a Roberto’s, Don Tortaco, or Mexican restaurant that do it like here. I go here so often. I need to know their recipe for how they do it exactly there. It’s different from other places.

Kids picked up Roberto’s Taco Shop for dinner tonight. I got 3 of the Chicken Tacos, you beans and rice with your tacos. The rice was nicely cooked and lightly seasoned. Beans were nice and tasty. On to the Main Event the tacos. The taco shells were slightly flimsy but cooked perfectly, filled with chicken, plenty of it. They put a sufficient amount of lettuce and cheese on same. Tuesday’s are Taco Tuesday’s. Cheap eats

Best Roberto’s in town! The food is consistently delicious and the team is always kind.

Carne asada was good, quality was ok, food was fresh, overall will repeat the order, it pass my standards

Good ole Roberto’s! I’m true to the carne asada nachos. The chimichangas are also great. Their carne asada is quality and has been since I was a little kid eating here. It’s worth the $15!

I don't know what it is about this town that people don't know how to listen. This isn't only against Roberto's, but every time I order food from somewhere in Vegas, the order is ALWAYS wrong, and today that didn't fail. I specifically asked for a chicken taco twice, and when I got home, it was a carne asada taco. The taco was for my son. Unacceptable, this town needs to do better.

Typical Robertos to eat at. This one is in a very nice part of town with an Orange color theme on the interior. The chimichanga meal with drink was a little over $18.

There's a younger girl that works the drive through that can't ever get the order correct! I won't be coming to this location anymore. Also, the portion size has dramatically decreased.

I'm not sure why the ratings are not the best, but I love the carne asada fries. I always stop by late night and I can see the same cook making my fries fresh every time. The wait is so worth. The fries are crispy, generously topped with carne asada, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and pico. Their green salsa is really good and they give you limes, pickled carrots upon request. They're always friendly and consistent.

We've frequent this place since it first opened and order the same thing every time. A carne asada burrito with rice on the side because hubby doesn't want the extra carbs. I would order the beef enchiladas ala cart because I have my husbands rice. We eat here twice a month. Yesterday I order the same thing. I looked at my receipt and was charged $3.15 for a side order for the rice. I asked why am I being charge for the rice? She said it's an extra $1. for rice. Ok so why $3.15? Rice & beans are a staple ingredient in a burrito? Upon returning home I cut into my enchiladas and found it full of green and red bell peppers and onion. Flavored with very little beef. As I said we order the same every time we visit this place and I've never had bell peppers in my enchiladas. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD WHEN EVER POSSIBLE.

The food at this location was very delicious! I should say that all of the Roberto's locations that I've got food from were good and consistent. The portion sizes are huge...make sure you bring your appetite ready with you. I usually get the Carne Asada Fries and the California Burrito...or the Enchiladas...so delicious! The long and late store hours are really good when you might get those late night food cravings from a night of drinking. The service is pretty quick when waiting for your food orders. The staff doesn't speak too much English, but they always have at least one person on staff that can speak English when you need to put your orders in. The ambiance is like a Mexican food diner. This location was clean and not disorganized either.

This is my spot!! These guys always hook it up and are super nice here. I've eaten here over 2 dozen times now. All fire!

Poor customer service. Order was ready for 10 minutes before I had to tell the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Bleach smell in dining area with wet floor.

Alright, if you're craving robertos or are even LOOKING at this right now, there should be really only 2 reasons, youre wasted OR its late and youre too lazy to go too far for some greasy, you know its probably not good for your f@t@$$ right now kinda food but you want it anyways. If those are the two reasons, then go for it...who cares if they get your order wrong, as long as you can land that carne asada burrito in your mouth, you wont give a dam. If you want something fried? Get the beef or chicken tacos...its hella dry so load it up with some sauce. The sleeper here was the lengua street taco...I dont know if i got lucky but DAM was it good. The only thing they messed up on my order was the extra guac in my burrito but hey they didnt even charge me so of course its all good. Another tip, you might wanna just eat there. Dont take the risk with the drive thru, this place isnt meant to have a drive thru, its meant for you to go in late night and munch. Trust me.

Fast friendly service, breakfast burritos are amazing and so big! Will definitely be back here!

This is my lazy, local go to spot when I have no food in the house and need nourishment in a pinch. I usually get their carne asada fries which don't photograph well but oh my is it a treat. The service is a little on the slower side and I always take my food to go as it feels like fast food joint inside (dim lighting, old furnishings, etc.). They could crisp their fries a bit more but the combination of the steak, cheese, beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and onions make this an exciting bomb of food to devour. I usually feel guilty after eating this and I hope nobody ever discloses to me how many calories exist in this, haha.

I was craving Mexican food and remember how good Roberto's. Now it looks like it's a chain. The staff is friendly and made recommendations. All the food looked delicious and I just went with something simple. The carne asada tacos was really delicious. If you are craving great and awesome Mexican food make sure you stop by Roberto's.

PLEASE GET SOMEONE NEW AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW!!!! Omggggggggggg he moves like a sloth or like molasses! Sheeeesh! 30 min for a burrito and he rung it up wrong! Dude needs to go back to bed!

I think if I had to pick my favorite tacos of any tacos Ive ever had.. I think these would be it. Any of the food I've gotten here has been excellent! Not sure why the reviews are average but I disagree and highly recommend.

The pricing at this location is not affordable. It has gotten literally so high that I don't see the point of quick, low costs eats anymore... We certainly don't come here because it's good :/

Order of shredded chicken Taquitos and a chorizo breakfast burrito. Not much to say about it other than the fact that everything was below average. I believe that this is my last time trying Roberto's. I need to find a new Mexican restaurant.

Why do all the girls that work here always seem to hate their lives?! Like why you so mad? Sheesh Two stars cause the food is satisfactory for a late night craving.

Watch your order if it weren't for the last minute decision to just eat there I never would've gotten what I paid for. Sneaky. If they know you're there for a to go order they'll short change you or not give you what you ordered. Just fyi

This particular, Roberto's location has trash service, which is extremely slow as well as trash employees that have a difficult time speaking, as well as understanding English, which makes ordering extremely complicated and tedious. I asked for chicken quesadillas and got beef instead ask for no sauce and got lots of sauce. The only thing they have going for themselves is the fact that they're open 24 seven. But next time I'm in the mood for some late night dining. I'll try somewhere like Denny's instead.

somehow they can never make the order correct, no matter how minor the request is. i'm always charged something different here as well although i get the same thing everytime. officially done with this place, it's really not that hard

This Location is the worst, As far as taste of food and service. What happened? New cooks? Something is not right here. Cleaning seems to be good because the last 3 visits that I came in the morning between 630 and 7 I could not order because they were closed for cleaning. Hey Roberto's owner... ya think. Your staff could do this before the breakfast time?? Like at 3 or 4 in the morning being your open 24 hours and probably not as busy during that time???? Really sucks when you see 3-4 cars pulling all the way through the drive thru heading to Don Torcos. ‍

They clearly changed chefs because the food is ridiculously better as of late. I live close by so I was kind of reluctantly going to this location despite the quality of food and rushed service. The last three times I've been here the food was just excellent. Honestly if you had a bad experience with the food try it out again, way better. Anyways the service is still uncomfortably rushed. I feel like if they could throw the food at me they would. I don't mind terribly, but others may. Pro-tip: try asking your customers if they would like anything else in a calm fashion before slamming your windows shut and walking away as soon as you hand over the bag.

Shit customer service. We're literally in line at the drive through ordering and the lady's mic get cut off. Next minute, we see some dude come out and take the order of the person BEHIND US.

I drive for Uber and the customer ordered a drink that they didn't have so I asked the lady to just replace it w/something else. She refused to unless I talked to him. His voicemail was full and said therefore he can't have any drink cause her manager doesn't let her. So they don't have the drink that he paid for (the stores fault) but refuses to give him something else??? This place is unprofessional. Most restaurants will replace it cause they feel bad they didn't have the original drink. And her attitude didn't help either

So I live 2 minutes from this location and my boyfriend works late, we end up coming here no joke like 3-5 times a week. After the experience I had today, I can honestly say I will never give them my business again and will just drive a little further to Don Tortaco. I ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito, got it home, cut it in half and all I could see was beans and a tiny bit of cheese- no rice. No big deal, I decide to drive back and ask them to remake it. It shouldn't have been a problem. I walked inside with my burrito and my receipt in hand, explained the situation and my request and was immediately met with defensiveness and a mission to somehow "prove" to me that there was, in fact, rice in the burrito. The employee was wearing wet gloves (hand sanitizer?), grabbed a fork and dug around in my burrito trying to show me a glob of cheese encasing a few grains of rice. She then attempted to hand me back the burrito as if I was supposed to accept it and leave. I said no, asked for the burrito to be remade with more rice and said that's not what I ordered. She then turned around, sighed dramatically as if I was being unreasonable, and asked the cook to remake it. Then I heard the cook LAUGH AT ME. She handed me the new burrito and I thanked her and left but I absolutely cannot understand how or why said employees were so rude and unprofessional when I nicely asked them to remake the least expensive thing on the menu. Never again. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

If you're reading this because you live nearby, or because you're passing through- I definitely recommend you stop @ this Roberto's. This is my favorite Roberto's in Las Vegas! Chile relleno, and the taco salad (carne asada) are my personal faves but everything is pretty much on point , and they never forget my limes. Fave drink: Jamaica, it's so fresh and not too sweet.

I've been to this Roberto's many times and lately, I always get the shrimp burrito. It taste like shrimp and veggie burrito or like a fajita with shrimp. I like it and they make it really hot every time I go. I always go to the drive thru, but my only problem is that it takes forever. I waited 30 minutes one time in a drive thru. That's too long for fast food for me. I don't recommend the shredded chicken... anything. I got the chicken tacos one time and It felt dry and less flavorful with a hard taco. Overall, I just didn't enjoy it too much. Carne Asada on the other hand is so good to me! The carne asada fries, tacos, burrito never fails me. Always hits the spot.. Gives me memories of college when we used to get fries all the time after drinking. haha SO GOOD

Check your order- something always seems to be missing or wrong. Charged me $1 for beans in my burrito and you guessed no beans at all. Carrots were crunchy and salsa had no flavor.

Like every restaurant they've had their ups and downs (mostly up) , that's why this is definitely one of my favorite locations !!!!

I ordered the carne asada fries, the meat was burnt and hard to chew and so were the french fries. Seems like they already had the meat and fries cooked and they just reheated them.

Tacos are pretty good but tell me why when my husband asks for 2 more jalapeños he gets this ... but when I go in they give me a whole bunch of good ones?

Ordered a veggie burrito by drive thru. My ticket number for my order was 2061 and Ricardo took my order. While eating my veggie burrito, there was a hair strand between the tortilla. I think those guys preparing the food should wear hair nets. I ended up throwing my food away due to the grossly hair strand of which I could had swallowed. Totally sicken by this experience. I recommend anyone who chooses to eat at this location to look at the guys at the back and think twice before ordering.

They were smart to open up a Roberto's right next to EW. The inside of the restaurant is clean and modern and the food was superb! I will definitely be a regular here.

I come here quite often in the morning for breakfast burritos. Also come in the afternoon for the rolled tacos and quesadillas. Restaurant is always clean, customer services always quick and friendly. Highly Recommended!!!!!!

I will never go to this Robertos again I went to this morning cleaning the grill 7 o'clock who does that at 7 o'clock on Sunday wife is her last weekend cleaning the grill these people are morons it's great to be clean but do it it's 24 hours do it in the morning earlier it's not even that good

Listen guys, it a taco shop. You can't critique it as if it's a 5 star steak house. It's just what you'd expect... cheap, greasy, and tasty. It is what it is!

Service was eh, just kinda yelled through the speaker in the drive thru. Sat there for what felt like 10 minutes being the only one in line, I had to remind the lady that I also had a drink. The quesadilla was stuffed extra with cheese and was rather unpleasant to eat. The beans and rice had a horrid aroma and taste to them. I've given this place a few chances now, and I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Burrito was soggy and wasn't even wrapped all the way it was hanging out the wrapper. The burrito had a weird odor and I found a dark hair strand against a French fry. Usually I enjoy the food here but I can't make myself come here again.

Yeah it was okay. Had the breakfast burrito w steak. There was alot of steak. Less potato eh it was okay. Had a taco It was alright. Might try the actual steak burrito next time might be better. I like the red and green sauce There tamarian is really good too. Wet burritos

Give this a low review since the beef taco salad seem to be extra extra vegan which was filled with bell peppers,onions, and lettuce. I've had at other locations and it was delish so decided to try the jones location for the 1st time and very disappointed in my craving today.

My first time trying this place. I gotta say there Carne asada burrito with everything on it is on point. Thumbs up for me. Gotta try the red sauce. Extra hot.

This Roberto's is garbage compared to all the other robertos around town. Not sure if its the cooks, or they dont cook stuff fresh, or seasoning but this specific location is horrible. Been here multiple times/tries as its right across the street from my place but we literally drive miles away to go to other Robertos thats how bad this one is...

Super excited for this one to open down the street from us. I know it's Cinco De Mayo and all, but beyond disappointed. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins with NO movement! Not one person came out of the line with an order. Pulled out of line and heading elsewhere. Some one else will be getting our business tonight. This location needs to work on their drive thru process and speed. Beyond disappointed!

Went in on the 13th at 1am and it was hands down the best enchilada sauce they have ever made , not sure who or what changed but please make it like that every time !!!! It was spicy , darker red , thicker , and just had so much more flavor then usual , I honestly wasn't gonna eat here again because it was just sorta ok , but if they continue to make sauce like that I'll be in there a lot more .

Staff is always friendly and I don't have a problem with the food. I'm reviewing because I came into the store for the first time in a while and they have their staff working in a store where the temperature is 81 degrees. That can't be ok for the staff and I hope the owner of this store does his/her due diligence to get a more comfortable work environment for their staff...no one deserves to work like this. Plus sweat is probably falling into the food, let's be honest.

They make great tacos. They aren't cheap with the meat like other places. Makes menudo on the weekends which I love. It's a good spot. The salsa verde is delicious
