What happened to this place? I come several times a month but have to find a different place. I ordered the ~$15 chicken enchilada plate to go. Was ready in just a few minutes. I was only customer so not busy. Service was weird..he just seemed bored dismissive, out of it When I got home and opened box, the 2 chicken enchiladas were just folded like a taco barely warm tortillas with shredded warm-ish chicken inside. Small amount of barely warm sauce. Beans and rice. That is all. No cheese. No lettuce. No cheese on the beans, just..beans. Luckily had cheese and lettuce at home. And an oven. Not worth the $$.

I went to 4 different restaraunts in the area and the only one with people working was Robertos. the chef Jorge was very quick and the burrito i got was amazing. the salsa was great, the service was great, the burrito was great. Huge burrito for 11$ worth every cent

I had the carne asasa burrito and shared a chicken taco with my dog. Excellent portions and quality for the price. My dog is very picky but at all her taco. All around very happy and will be back. I was surprised that this is a chain, it seemed like a 1-off local taqueria (in a good way). I shall be back for more

Service sets this taco shop apart from most. I was treated well here when I was on layover fpr work. Exceptional customer service goes a long way in making a normal restaurant a truly exceptional one.

Nice option if you're getting back to Henderson late after a night on the town. Cash & credit cards accepted. Open 24 hours. When most of the fast food spots and grocery stores have closed, this place is still going strong. Tacos are the man draw here but there are burritos, quesadillas, nachos and other options. Their carne asada torta is a good option - plenty of carne asada well-seasoned, along with guacamole and lettuce. They pack the sandwich down and grill it kind of like a panini so it's not as large and 'fluffy' or 'light' as other places might serve it. Definitely satisfying. Small salsa bar with three different salsas. Mild to medium heat, along with some pickled onions and carrot slices. Aguas frescas and sodas to drink. No frills, but it hits the spot.

Ehh.. there are way better robertos. Franchises and all.. how can you not make a good cheese and bean burrito? It had no beans. And they had zero flavor. Ehhh.. I'll go to my favorite one.

That was one of the best breakfast burrito we've ever had here this is Carne Asada breakfast burrito with rice it's amazing 👏

I have tried around 5 different Roberto's locations and I will drive further to avoid this one in the future ( Eastern & Horizon Ridge)... they really skimp on their chicken tacos (other locations their tacos are bursting at the seams!) Even my small eater said her enchilada combo was smaller than other locations. Their counter was clean but no one bothers to clean the tables. When we sat down more than half the empty tables were dirty. One empty table next to us had a spilled drink all over that no one bothered to clean. They were NOT busy. Kids said bathrooms were terrible- graffiti all over the trash cans & just bad. Food was good, flavor was consistent with other locations. Staff not friendly but I've never had friendly service at any location... they have great food so that keeps us coming back. But I will choose another location from now on.

Some people think of Sinatra, Elvis and Liberace when they think of Las Vegas. Not me, I think of Roberto! Their Chicken Tacos are so good AF! They are loaded with juicy shredded white meat chicken, lettuce and cheese and in an amazing crispy fried shell. I was debating on something else, but a woman walked in and ordered 4 chicken tacos to go, so I had to just get what I know, ya know? As I was eating, another woman did the same thing (4 chicken tacos to go). I also tried the fish taco and was at first disappointed that it wasn't breaded, but after one bite, I was dancing around the table at the crispy flavorful fish and fresh pico and tangy sauce. The workers were not impressed! This location in the Henderson area was pretty big and just as good as the ones inside of a gas station at 3am. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. I'd go back again and again and again.

Best taco shop ever! The employees were too nice and really helpful. It took a while for the food to be made but it was worth the wait.. really worth it.. customer service was too good.. food was okay. But the place was smelling great and the atmosphere was wonderful. Both of the employees working there Joan and Miguel were so polite and took my order fast, very good place, we will return for sure. Love you all, thanks

Breakfast burrito time is always a good time. After checking out from our staycation we stopped for a few breakfast burritos. Generally always fast service and tasty food to go here.

I'm leaving this review because after ordering from this restaurant four different times I want to make sure to warn everyone. If you have allergies, do not order from this restaurant. I've been sick from their food on three occasions. When you tell someone at the restaurant, no onions and you call and tell them no onions they still put onions on your food. When you ask for a bag of carrots and some hot sauce for your food on the order and then call the restaurant and tell the restaurant to add that to your order you still don't get it. This is the worst Robèrto I have ever been to and I will never eat there again.

Paid 15 dollars for oil up shit and got cussed out by a big lady on her phone the whole time.

Is it taco loving day yet? Perhaps, every day is taco day. Of all the fast food choices for Mexican food cuisine this is the spot to be. You can never go wrong with your taco choices here. Many options are available to ease your cravings of craziness. Picture this, extra cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, fresh salsa! Then more cheese. Crunch as you bite into that taco it tinkles in your mouth. Your head is dancing and while your not moving it's a happy Snoopy dance. If this is you with Mexican food then your here. Come on in or call ahead and it's ready before you can even blink. When you decide to order as a walk in customer the wait times are under ten minutes; even when their busy. Now parking is a science here. Many little restaurants are located in proximity to this taco haunt, so be careful. Do not eat and taco? You could end up in an accident. Many times I've been pulling in or out of this parking lot and had so many close calls. The calls of tacos are important, but please proceed and drive safely. The staff is always smiling and friendly vibes from the moment that you walk in the door. The prices of your favorite taco classics have risen due to the fact that life is changing and everything cost more. At least your supporting a local business where they employ individuals that care about their performances of duties. The food that's presented to the customer is always fresh and of the highest quality. Sometimes your favorite items are out of stock. Please be patient with the staff they are not responsible for these issues. Make sure and bring your light so that in these days it keeps the staff smiling as they make your order. Now that it's a taco Tuesday stop in for tacos to celebrate another milestone of the month. Happy is in eating what you want. The smiles from the employees make it even better. Although we have to part with more dough for our tacos at least we can find a little joy in the simplest of our lives. Have the best taco loving day with the best of food delivered to you in deliciousness and spectacular specialness!

The store has a major problem with Uber eats. They intentionally forget to put salsa or menu items in. I've called the store myself when placing order to have them remember to edit an item and they still forget. They Confirm that they've done something and they still forget to do it. The food itself has never been a problem. They just have horrible customer service, horrible people packing their Uber eats.

We frequently order from uber eats. I've tried everything from leaving notes in the special requests to calling after I place the order. Not once have I recieved salsa with my order. Not one. What is Mexican food without at least a few salsas?????

We ordered via phone during lunch time on a Monday to be picked up. They said that it would be available within 15 minutes which is perfect since it's our ETA. Once we arrived, they made a mistake, we waited for a couple of minutes. They prepared carne asada fries but our order was carne asada nachos. The carne asada nachos was good, affordable. Very filling. Definitely good for two people. Very generous amount.

TRASH!! I like Roberts but this location is straight TRASH! The customer service up front is terrible and extremely hard to communicate with. They have the music blasting. The Horchata tasted stale and gross. The food was poorly put together and way to greasy. It is a very bad look for Robertos which is normally half way decent. I would avoid this location not worth wasting your money here.

Ordered from Uber eats. Food came incredibly fast and it was hot. They didn't add in the sides or the salsas/sauces I wanted though. Food was a bit greasy, but I'd still go back! Especially for the price. Taco Wednesday has chicken tacos for like $1.50/each!

Yah .. this place sucks. Called 2/28 for a pickup order at 1am & they just hung up on me. Not my 1st bad experience here.

Can't order chicken there anymore. It was so chewy I had to spit it out. Last time was the same but thought it was just an off-night. Nope that wasn't it. Can't figure out if they're using a lower grade of chicken or if they're cooking it in the morning and letting it sit in the pot all day and by the evening it's way too overcooked and rubbery. I'm hoping the owner reads this.

My boyfriend had gone to get everyone food, when his dad went to go eat his Carne Asada fries he found a wooden skewer in his food.

It's great that this place is open 24 hours. I've purchased a carne asada burrito here, which was really good; and a bacon and egg burrito, which was also good. But what was awesome for me, was that they made a Bacon and Avocado Burrito for me on request. My mom grew up with hispanic people and sometimes ate burritos with them that, for some reason, had only bacon and avocado in them. So growing up, my mom made the same for me. It has become a delicious comfort food for me. So now and then, I will see if a taco or burrito restaurant will make one for me. Roberto's was very accommodating, and they made me one that was awesome!

These guys are always chill, food is exactly what you expect from a Roberto's never had any issues with this location

Don't eat here. Food was trash almost got me and my family sick undercooked meat. I love Roberto's but not this one. I will never come back here ever ever again I asked for no pico in my burrito and they had to make it twice. They put pico in there very unprofessional And they still messed up twice

Salt shaker on a plate. Carne Asada burrito was inedible. Wasted my money. Restaurant looked dirty, and was very cold. Will not return

From the outside they are a bit unassuming, the menu leaves a little to be desired as far as looks. HOWEVER They are so delicious! The portion size is enough to last two days and it's always hot and fresh. The staff is so kind and it's always a pleasure to be there!

Old man that took my order was nice but the food was tasteless and awful and looked under cooked , I paid 30 bucks for a chimichanga plate & 3 tacos all no flavor, I threw it in the trash . Don't recommend & not to mention me and my boyfriends stomach is on fire rn from less than a few bites.

I've been to multiple Roberto's & had experiences that range from decent to downright bad. This particular location is by far the worst Roberto's experience I've ever had. As I placed my order with the cashier I simultaneously watched what I quickly later on found out was the cook. cleaning the grills with rags, spray bottles, scrubbers and no gloves. The cashier then gave my order to the cook. Who immediately began preparing my order with no gloves on might I add. He didn't even have the decency to even wash his hands. I watched him grab raw ingredients like cheese and burrito shells with his bare hands. I was in such shock that I never looked away. He must've felt piercing eyes watching him. Because he turned around, looked me right in my eyes and proceeded to put on a pair of gloves and complete my meal. when they brought my food to the counter I informed them that they should practice safer food prep. Whether a paying customer is watching you or not. Because what they did is textbook cross contamination. and for that reason alone I will most definitely never ever dine at this Roberto's's again. And to be honest I would seriously caution any other would be Patrons.

I haven't had a good tamale in a minute. So many restaurants serve old dry tamales but this spot was on point for tasty fresh tamales. The customer service was lovely and the food came out fast. I'd definitely come here again :)

Roberto's has good food, most of the time. I ordered the beef quesadillas and they were very good. We ordered takeout. My wife got the pork Carnitas plate. Her pork was weird. She said it tasted old. I had one bite and agreed with her and we ended up throwing it out. There was just something that wasn't right about it, but neither of us got sick. If you want Roberto's, I think you can do better than this location.

Whoa the price increases are too much. Almost a 50% increase in prices compared to pre-covid. Ordered a couple burritos today and it'll prob be the last time.

Food: #3 enchilada with chicken added. Came with refried beans and rice. It was edible. After awhile it was getting too salty. I'd rather eat at Taco Bell for this level of food. The only reason we came here was because our usual place was closed on Wednesdays. Location: in same plaza as Smiths and 31 Baskin Robbins. Won't be back.

If you are hoping for some authentic Mexican food then this is NOT the place. I was craving Latin food and this place was convenient. I should have known it wasn't authentic when all the photos of food had tons of shredded yellow cheese! Ordered carne asada plate. Meat was okay but beans had no flavor and the guacamole is watered down :( Also ordered chicken chimichanga which was super soggy and mostly all flour tortilla with barely any filling. Super disappointed. Taco Bell would have been a better choice.

The food is good and the location is clean, so they deserve the 4 stars. I'm fair! I've been to this location a solid 4 times and all the times I've came they only have one person up front and two cooks. They're super slow but everything was well done once my order was done. I took it go and no complaints. I actually had to come back to this location beacause I thought I had lost my phone. I called and the lady up front looked around for me and helped me look for it as well. She was super sweet. (I found my phone as well) I'll keep coming back! Give them a try!

i ordered the chicken rolled tacos and cracked my filling on a tiny rock hidden inside. do not eat here.

This location is incredible. The customer service is on point and the food is made fresh with generous portions. I called to place an order for a shredded chicken burrito with horchata. The dude that picked up the phone(Juan) asked me how long it would take me to arrive there. To be safe, I told him 20 minutes. When I drove there to P/U, the food wasn't ready yet because Juan told me that he didn't want my burrito tortilla to get soft by the time I got there. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture and this is what I meant when I said the food here is made, "fresh". The burrito itself was good packed with a lot of meat and the size of the horchata drink was also large and generous. By the way, the horchata also tasted fresh. Highly recommend this place!! 5 stars

What a nightmare! Took literally 7 minutes and repeating my order 5 times until they could comprehend what I wanted. Then threw me attitude and charged me 1700 dollars for a Pepsi two enchiladas and a taco. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! She acted like she didn't understand English and then I spoke Spanish and she still pretended not to understand a simple order!!!! To top it off they were RUDE!!!! What a disaster. NO MATTER HOW HUNGRY...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I FELT VERY UNWELCOME AND TREATED WITH REVERSE PREJUDICE...AS IN WE DONT SERVE WHITE PEOPLE.....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Shame their service sucks so bad because their food is actually not the worst. I specifically asked for certain things not to be put on my order because I can't eat them. It was wrong and when I called about it, the man could've given 2 shits. "Nothing I can do". How about just remake the correct order? What happened to values and good customer service? Do not waist your money here.

Idk if it's just this location but I always end up getting disappointed with my order. I usually order a sausage breakfast burrito, before I would ask for less potatoes cause sometimes it would just be too much but now I have to ask for extra potatoes because they barely put any. And when I ask for extra, I get home and there's like one big a** piece of potato in the entire burrito, that's it. And the sausage is always burnt tiny pieces, or big burnt pieces. And the portions they put inside now is stingy. Before Roberto's was always the best, but now I always have to worry about my order. Maybe I'll try a different location but not going to this one anymore. Smh

I've been here multiple times and the food is always good and the employees are nice. Unfortunately, the dining room is usually not very clean. Today I had to sit at the least dirty of the tables. Even the floor looked like it needed to be swept. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or there is just not a priority on the dining room because not many people sit there. But it's disappointing because the location is convenient if I wanted to sit down and relax to eat, and they have a lot of tables too, but it's hard to enjoy myself when the restaurant doesn't feel clean.

I'm new to Las Vegas and didn't know where to go for authentic Mexican food I was told this is really good food the girl on the phone when I did my phone order was absolutely sweet and explained everything to me highly recommend this Roberto's taco shop that's located on Eastern.

Terrible customer service, they were not polite at all. And then they would not give any sauces or sides like they always have. Hopefully they fix this issue.

Food had no flavor. I got a chicken taco and chicken enchilada. The taco shell was stale and the enchilada was barely warm. Beans and rice were also cold and pretty much tasteless. The guy behind the counter was also on the phone the whole time I was ordering. Not coming back, don't recommend.

This is really just okay. Like, not terrible, but not great. I've been a couple times and both times I was like "mehhhhh "... I lived in Mexico for 3 years, so I feel like I kinda know my stuff. Mind you northern Mexican food differs from southern Mexican food, I think they are trying to do a northern Tex-Mex thing. If you're looking for an enchilada or something real basic, then this'll do it for you. The inside could be cleaned up a little, too. The tables are left uncleaned for the whole time I was there, I had to wipe away refried beans off my seat. The ladies behind the counter were nice though. *** the help yourself salsa/pickled veggies buffet is pretty foul, a lady took out her dentures, left them on her napkin on the side of the buffet and grabbed some pickled veggies. Grooooooss.

Worst place ever. Gave me take out in a broken box. spilled everywhere. When I returned to complain Juan the owner gave me a hard time snd suggested I not come back and refused to replace the order. When he saw I wasn't leaving he finally did. but he pointed his finger at me and was very rude. AND HES THE OWNER. When i called customer service they said he's the owner and all they can do is say he lost a customer. THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED OWNERS A LOT. There are several Roberto's nearby. DO NOT HO TO THIS ROBERTOS.

Wow! I didn't like Roberto's because of a few bad experiences, but tried it last week with my sister and again today. This particular one is GREAT! Wendy R helped us out both times I think. She is terrific and the food is really yummy! I got #14-Chili Relleno y enchilada I owe Wendy a $10 tip for a $21 order because I didn't have cash this visit. If you go, bring cash for a tip because we can't tip on a card yet and they DESERVE a good one! Roberto's, I'm giving you another chance, and I have a big mouth, so thank you! Go to this Roberto's!!

We had tacos and enchiladas absolutely no flavor enchilada sauce was very thin the taco shells were very hard. Will not be back there Taco Bell is better

I have never been so grossed out in my life! Went here about an hour ago, ordered 2 chicken tacos, the gentlemen who took my order was super nice! A different guy bagged my order and handed it to me, I threw a dollar in the tip jar and left. Driving home I noticed there was blood on my hand, I wondered where it came from as I have no cuts or scraps anywhere. I glanced over at the bag of food and there was wet fresh blood on it... I immediately grabbed the wipes I carry in my car and started wiping my hands and everything else. Pulled over, threw the bag of food in a trash can and called Roberto's. The gentleman who took my order answered and stated, "ma'am, I'm the one who took your order and I don't have any cuts on me." So I told him that he was obviously correct but that he did not bag my order, the other guy did. I asked for him to refund my card and he said I would need to come back to the store for that to be done. Absolutely not....Keep the $6! ‍ Pleaseeeeee, if you have cuts on your hands, wrap them with a bandage and wear a damn glove.

I've been here twice (July 2010) and I can't say that this place is really that great. I've had great Mexican food (Las Palmas in Oakland), mediocre Mexican food (El Balazo in Pleasanton) and really bad Mexican food (Los Tres Compadres in Yukon) and I'd say this is in the mediocre range for sure. Both times I've went my sister and I ordered the chicken nachos. First time, we split them, second time we each got our own and let me just tell you, $17 for take out Mexican food nachos is a rip-off. They're decent, but they're not even close to worth that price. The other thing I don't like is that they don't have water at this place. I don't drink pop or alcohol - I like to drink water with my meals, and their soda fountain doesn't have a water tab, nor will they fill you up a cup in the back. What the hell?! Their salsa is decent but their marinated carrots are not good - and they can't even fit in the little condiment cups because they're cut into thick carrot strips. There's also WHOLE green onions on the salsa bar. Um, explain how the heck I'm supposed to eat an entire green onion. I could understand if they were chopped up, but really?! The last time I ate here, my sister and I were going to walk home since it's only like 2 miles away - we got super sick and almost passed out (we had water with us), had to sit down on the sidewalk and take a breather. I definitely think it was the food because we felt nauseous right from the get-go. So yeah, unfortunately Mr. Roberto, we're coming back no more.

literally the minute you walk in it reeks of a bathroom and the food tastes like the smell!!! it's so gross my tortilla smells and tastes like that scent and it ruined my appetite. so effing gross

i have mixed feelings about this previous visit. Food taste great as always. Like i literally devoured my enchiladas lol. It's my goto place for a fast stop for enchilada's. The reason I'm having mixed feelings is because my food was done really fast & yes i get it, it's a fast stop but it shouldn't be that fast it was literally done within 5 minutes. My beans were cold, my food was lukewarm. :( i had to warm everything up as soon as i got home. I'll come back again because i normally do since it's down the street from my house, so the only complain i have is that the food should be hotter. I like my cheese super melted!

Haters gonna hate! I had read the bad reviews and usually stay away from Mexican chain restaurants but gave this place a try and was happily surprised. On weekends if you're looking for decent (and greasy) menudo - is there any other way- hit this place up. Any day, their tortas are delicious, and their tacos are good but overpriced $3.25?! They do use regular size tortilla and not taco tortilla, but you be the judge. I'm taking a star away is because their tortillas are not fresh, so I have to make my own.

I went and got a cheese quesadilla, got home and ate it tword the end of it I chewed on a piece of rubber glove. I called to inform them and the person that picked up the phone did not speak English and kept trying to take my order. I asked for manager and he passed the phone to a female who also did not speak English. I tried explaining to them that there was a piece of rubber glove inside of my cheese quesadilla, I could hear them both laughing in the background and they hung up the phone. I have a one year old son and I just kept thinking to myself what if my son was the one who ate the rubber glove. The behavior of the staff at this particular Roberto's is completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience we had on Wednesday. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes to order, since there was only one cashier, who spoke little English. Waited 25-20 minutes for our food and it was wrong. I ordered a chicken burrito and I pulled out a full chicken breast that wasn't cut or shredded at all, and I counted 6 pieces of watered down mushy veggies. The soda was very flat and the chips were stale as ever.
