Update December 2025… ..$5.40 carne asada TACO 🌮? Really??? It was nice knowing you!

It's your basic taco joint, the interior is functional. But Dated. The food? AMAZING, as always!! Good sized portions, quality, fresh ingredients. The people? GREAT! They are always patient, kind and attentive. Not too mention 24 hour tacos, burritos and plates!! 2am Muncie run? This is your place.

Bean burritos and tostadas are pretty good. Service is good and they are always nice. Not a fan of the carne asada and their pickled veggies could be fresher

AVOID THIS PLACE. Skimp-Flation at its most severe! CARNE ASADA BURRITO : The “carne asada” meat tasted like grade (F) unseasoned beef there was no char on it and the texture felt like it was freezer burned also. I paid to have beans in it and none were included. CHICKEN QUESADILLA: The quesadilla was like a dirty diaper just soppy, flavourless and messy inedible without utensils which are not provided. On top of that there was no salsa verde or hot sauce included. Bottom line this place is trash. In a time of high prices you would think they would do more or at least attempt to do an adequate job.. BUT NO. STAY AWAY.

Reviews for Roberto's overall seem so mixed, so I was hesitant to try it. There are not many late night options in the area, so being open 24/7 is a huge plus. I've gone a couple times now and I'm a huge fan of their chicken and their carne asada! Their chicken is cooked with tomato, onion, and I think bell pepper for lots of flavor. The hard shell chicken tacos are great, and they add lots of cheese which is awesome! The carne asada always tastes fresh and the meat is tender and flavorful. My husband and my roommate both love the California burrito. Hefty portion! The carnitas here are great too, love it in their tortas. And it's served without cueritos which is my preference. Their rice and beans are good too! Plates can be a little sloppy but the food is plentiful and oh so good! Perfect for a late night bite. I also love their salsa and condiments station where you can take as much as you need of anything. Love the marinated onions! Overall I love Roberto's! If you don't then you're missing out!

Honestly the food was not good chicken tacos where the meat I could barely chew and the taco shell was fried entire too hard it cut the top of my pallet. Atmosphere was clean cashier dis Remove the tip jar when I walked in and Honestly when actually thought upon, who is here stealing who's resources and Land very disappointing Experience 😞 I did not leave a tip why give away free money I didn't receive free food?

The carne asada fries are outstanding, always fresh and delicious. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of quality and service.

Visited from out of town but loved this place in San Diego.

Sorry I didn't post any photos for those looking for that. Don't worry we will order again, as we have in the past. Our delivery order was quick and we all loved that. I have done pickup prior only to go. For dine in I would say the place was pretty decent and seemed to have adequate seating. The food last night was just straight on point. I had a plate with three beef filled rolled tacos topped with a lot of guacamole and cheese. Nice and crispy with a creamy top. The sides of rice and beans was so good. So my opinion is this is a good spot. Don't worry folks I will post future pictures. Just was so greedy and hungry I didn't think about it. Spooky greetings to all!

If you're looking for big, this is your place.. If you're looking for some DRY burritos, then this is your place also!! Not really impressed. Service was as expected. Kept to a minimum, tho not by choice...

I like how when you walk into this location you can see in the kitchen and watch them prepare your food. The staff is always friendly! The food is made quickly and it's yummy!. We ordered a #7 which is a carne asada plate with beans, rice, carne, and it comes with 3 tortillas, he got 4 chicken tacos. You can get condiments on the side of the soda machine. There's a dessert menu as well so that's always nice. Roberto's is perfect for a quick stop and go meal that isn't nuggets and fries.

This is definitely one of the Roberto's locations that does it right. I've been enjoying their burritos since their original San Ysidro location, and I'm glad to see they've expanded all over Vegas and even up to Reno. Unfortunately, not all Roberto's locations are the same--quality and portion sizes can vary depending on the staff at each place. Despite being a franchise, there are often inconsistencies between locations. However, this particular Roberto's stands out. The restaurant is always clean, well-stocked, and well-kept. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, the food is consistently on point. I even grab Menudo here on Saturdays and Sundays sometimes.

The carnitas in my chimichanga was dry and overcooked. Usually the food is excellent and the service is good.

My officemate offered to take me to lunch. I picked Roberto's. She got the Carne Asada Fries. WTF? See the pictures. This location is very, very clean. Great service too!

Dirty restaurant, cashier doesn't speak English and charged me extra thinking I wouldn't know.... Non hygienic restaurant sad that this location isnt on par

My husband came home with a chicken burrito and said your reviews were good. He had a state burrito and he liked it, but I don't call the burrito when there's only chunks of meat in it no rice no cheese no nothing. I definitely would never eat there again, and I asked him not to buy anything from there anymore.

Great place for your basic Mexican food. Lotta onions in my pico which I'm not a big fan of and the fries weren't crispy at all, but overall good burrito for your buck. Service is fast and the salsa bar always good! Hard to complain on that

How dare they not accept tips on credit card! This is stupid nobody carries cash anymore! The staff works so hard and I can't even tip them. If I don't have any cash on me this is the first time I've been here what a horrible policy and it needs to be fixed ASAP!

The tacos were bursting with flavor, and the fresh toppings made each bite perfect. Definitely a great locals spot. Service is always good and the resturant is always cleaned.

The Food I Got From There (5 Chicken Tacos To Go), The Service Inside Was Absolutely Perfect, The Place Was Very Clean N Even Especially Looking Very Different Than I Remember Being Inside Years Ago And The Ambiance Was Just Right.

Roberto's taco shop has authentic Mexican food that is very tasty and good for takeout. Service is fast. I can only speak for One Roberto's taco shop, and that's the one on Rampart. It is excellent and has excellent food. We go there quite often. We usually always get takeout and bring it home and enjoy it. I highly recommend them. Thank you Sincerely Penny Nichols

My father was in the hospital so I stopped by this location to grab him and I some lunch. I ordered a carne asada burrito & chicken tacos for myself and a chili relleno burrito for my father. While waiting for my order two customers actually got into an arguement. Something to do with covid regulations? I dont know, but wow super obnoxious. Regardless of that, it didnt effect my opinion of this location. My carne asada burrito was delicious and my dad went to town on his, he loved it. Definitely will come back!

This location is my home Roberto's, they are always on point very friendly and never had a problem with take out or dine in...

I went to the one on Cheyenne near my house. Service is good and your food is delivered to you quick but the food is greasy and salty and no condiments were added to my order. Very disappointed.

I live close to this Roberto's and everytime I have been there , no matter who is there, they are extremely rude. I get the same dish everytime I go and it's always a different price. I'm absolutely done with this place . They make up prices, act annoyed like they don't want to serve you. And talk shit and laugh in ur face and behind ur back when you leave lol weird ass location go to a different one

If you get Uber eats from here you will not get the correct order. They do not put the add ons you ask for and of you ask for salsa you will not get any.

I like this Roberto's Taco Shop more, than the one on Lakemead Blvd. I ordered a couple of tacos de lengua to go. When I got home the tacos were still hot and moist, this might my new place for street tacos.

We ordered carnitas tostadas. Service was friendly and our order came out quickly. Food was delicious, and they were generous with the meat! place was clean and tidy. We will definitely come back again soon!

I ask for no pico and apparently they weren't happy about having to re make my burrito when it came loaded with it. This was the second burrito I got.... It's loaded with sour cream and guacamole after asking for very little. And this entire burrito is falling apart. I won't be back to this location. A shame I tipped $3 as well for this service

The food here is great and authentic. My favorite is the Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito. Very tasty, very filling and definitely holds you over till lunchtime, or even till dinner. Thanks for a great breakfast stop

Used to like them... but 3/26 at 7:51a the guy running the store was the rudest I have ever seen. He said blah blah blah ... leave. All because I said the website said his store was closed and he argued ... also would only take cash. The guy was just aggressive... what the heck is his problem!!!!

I will take the lack of decor and authentic flare because the restaurant is absolutely phenomenal and the service is far and away superior to many other places. I have a sensitive stomach but I love Mexican food and everything here was 100% fine with me. I had a wonderful veggie burrito, rice, beans and a very tasty hibiscus tea. There was a salad bar with a bunch of items including green onions, cucumbers, salsa and much more. The staff was great and eager to help people and to keep the line moving. I will definitely be going again! Cons: I grew up going to very nice authentic Mexican restaurants and the decor of this place is seriously lacking. The tables are generic cafeteria style seats.

I love Roberto's and this store meets the high standard of every Roberto's I've ever visited. There are few fast food restaurants offering vegetarian items on their menu so I am a regular. I always buy the bean and cheese burrito (quite a deal at $3.45), but there is quite a mark-up for extras ($1.10 for pico de gallo and $.50 for lettuce-totally worth it!). For the amount and quality of food you receive, this is a great place to stop when you need to pick up a quick lunch. A great thing about Roberto's stores is that they also have a salsa bar. I'm not a fan of the salsas (too hot for this lily white girl), but I love the cucumbers, radishes, and carrots (okay, they're a little hot because they're mixed with whole jalapeños). Walking out the door with my tasty burrito filled with vegetables in addition to baggies full of veggies from the salsa bar for less than $6 is incredible. Some things I don't like: --I'm not particularly impressed with their tortilla chips. They are made fresh, but I don't like the flavor. --You do have to wait for your food, but it doesn't take long. Everything is made to order--no heat-lamps here! Some things I like: --I really like that like Roberto's doesn't skimp of the size of their burritos. As an athlete, I'm often famished after a long run (13.1+ miles) or ride (75+ miles). This is my go-to place when I need to quickly replenish calories. --They're open 24 hours.

I realize that prices of everything have gone up due to Covid 19, however, Roberto's seems to be taking advantage of it. I have been going to Roberto's for years. I stopped in yesterday to find that the #14 I usually get has gone up $3.00 AND it no longer includes tortillas. ONE tortilla, plain, is now $1.00. Come on, that is gouging.

Highly disrespectful and rude. I waited for over 20 minutes for carne asada fries. Sadly, I watched Sandra and the cooks serve all other orders placed after me. Honestly. Two orders after me also ordered carne asada fries so there is no excuse. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It took me going to the window after 20 mins of paying and placing my order for Sandra to tell the cooks to make my order. Why treat me like that? Why? It's unfortunate. I will not go where I'm not wanted or valued as a customer. Kindness is free.

I ordered a beef enchilada with cheese, they gave me a teaspoon of beef filled with huge thick bell peppers, no cheese. It took 20 min to order lady was working with money and food, NO MASK. the dining room was open, but they had at least 10 people in line. Another 15 to get food another 15 minutes to get my money back!! NEVER AGAIN NO SOCIAL DISTANCING

I like other Roberto's locations, but do not like this location. Cashier is very rude and unprofessional. This location looks dirty and unkept. I will NOT return to this location.

The best Carne Asada I've had at any location. Service can be kind of iffy sometimes but, still the best Carne Asada. I've had at any location.

I ordered a carne asada burrito to go and when I started eating it was full of fat and gristle. There was maybe 4 pieces of meat and 40 little chunks of stuff they should have thrown out, but it ended up in my burrito. Every bite, I was spitting stuff out. was it because I look white and don't speak Spanish? And to think, I even tipped $3 when I placed the order. This was the worst, I can't eben call it a burrito, it was a gristle and fat wrap.

Great food Lake Mead and Rampart, I've never had a bad order everything was always excellent breakfast burritos are the best

This is a great little Mexican fast-food chain. You can find Roberto's sprinkled all over Las Vegas. It's a cheap alternative to sitting down at a Mexican restaurant. The best part about this location? They have Machaca! Machaca is made in the Mexican state of Sonora, where they dry the shredded beef with chilies and garlic. It's cooked with eggs and it makes a perfect Brunch burrito. I also ordered some enchiladas but the cheese wasn't melted and they use an orange type of cheddar cheese not Monterey. No drive-thru here. I think for the value and the other items I've tried that were very good, including the tacos and rice and beans, I would come back. Menudo on Sat. and Sun. Thank God for Mexican Food. Viva Mexico!

Sorry but everytime I or a friend ate here we got incredibly sick. The only thing decent is the horchata. And for the now higher prices, seriously Taco Bell or any Mexican restaurant could give you better food for a 10.50 plate that's 70% beans and rice that somehow lack flavor despite being the backbone of Mexican food. As someoke who grew up in sinaloa Im really aware of what half decent food is, and you're better trying your luck at Taco Bell.

Cashier wanted to fight me because I asked a honest question of why my Uber Eats order was not ready after it was marked as ready and any they couldn't even find that I placed an order... Until I showed them proof that I had ordered. My order wasn't ready until after another girl who walked in. I placed my order WAY before her. That's unfair. They didn't care and got AGGRESSIVE with me. He told me to calm down after asking a question politely. Unacceptable. Learn manners and customer service. I work food service. Bad experience.

This spot gets the job done. It's cheap, good, greasy Mexican food. This is the closest you'll get to a taqueria. I always enjoy their food and don't ever get sick so I'm sold. I wish they sold agua frescas though, that would be awesome and it would save me a pricey trip to Los Tacos and having to pay over 3 bucks for a taco.

Disappointed. Got the Chicken Taco and Enchilada plate. The chicken is dry, tough and not seasoned. Don't think I will return

Staff is always friendly and quick. Food is average but typical for about any Robertos location. Good amount of food for the prices.

It's your common tequileria. Don't expect anything here to change your life and bring you back. It's the usual food pictures on the wall, fast Mexican food. The place is dingy for that area. If you're hungry and want some sloppy Mexican food, this place will suit you. I had their chicken burrito to be safe and it was big and just fine.

It's the poster child for a "hole in the wall" restaurant, but the food is good! There is no bathroom facility for customers. They offer a bottle of hand sanitizer. The seating is limited, so I always get my food to go. The service and food have always been good every time I go, which is about once or twice a month. The prices are reasonable. I noticed that this location offers twice as many 'aguas frescas' flavors than the few other Roberto's I've visited. It would have been four stars if a bathroom was available for customers, so instead they get three.
