Yelp
Once upon a time, shall we begin the fairy tale properly....
They say all you need is love and perhaps some laughter. How about a taco? A whole day each and every week is dedicated to taco love and madness! Tacos are life and happiness to most! What's your stance on tacos? If your on the fence about some taco glory then listen up! Taco Bell is not tacos, either are tacos from Jack in the Box. If your going to taco the right way, visit a taco taco joint. Look on any corner, seek out Google or the nifty Yelp app, Robertos are all over in most states; or they have an equivalent.
Now that we know how to taco, aside from cooking; of course. Tacos at home are the best always. In our busy day to day, sometimes we cannot cook each and every moment, now we go back to the beginning. Your standing in front of the counter awaiting to order. What to taco on today? One knows that the taco eats joint here is "real authentic," since the staff speak the language of tacos and culture that surrounds it . If you have issues with the language barrier point to the number that you want and inform the cashier. It's that thick beautiful Spanish accent that will deliver tacos and all their glory to you.
Celebrate a little now! After the order is in the waiting begins. These days the wait is a little long. Make time to get your food, these days the restaurants are short staffed and have epic failures that many will never see. As you wait you get frustrated, wait a little longer. Take that phone out and catch up on that Yelp app stuff! Perhaps answer that friend, or just kick it and await your number. They will make your food right the first time even though it seems it takes forever.
Now that white tray box is in your hand. The bag is all tied closed, all those smells as one stands holding that bag. Few words come to mind; such as "mine all mine!" So since all the orders are made to go, dine in or out. The choice is yours. Now that we are still in COVID times, it's year two or something. Make sure and wear the mask they require it, even though the plastic partition separates the staff from the customer. It's like ordering tacos from a taco bank. At least we are open for tacos and not under lock down. At one time tacos were "non essential." Yikes!
As we move through year two of this COVID life style many choices have had to be made to continue to bring tacos to people. Clap now. Sacrificing has had to be made; such as raising prices to make sure the taco shop stays in business. Taco Tuesday specials seem to be disappointing and disappearing; but tacos still exist in much of the same form they were pre COVID life. The price of that taco is a little higher too. Make sure and always thank the staff for all the hard work they put out to make your taco experience happy. Now it's time to taco time. Enjoy the happy experiences that tacos will make for you!
