Horrible customer service, to start with lady taking my order was upset due to me asking them not to cut my cheese quesadilla (#23)into pieces just leave it full.. cook kept insisting they had to cut it because it wouldn't close ? It did not make sense then I just said it's okay no worries , no biggie right ? Then I ask for Horchata and the lady told me that it was not included with the special, I asked how much extra for it? She then informed me that I would have to pay for a whole different new drink if I wanted it, I informed her every other Roberto's does it but fine no biggie I'll just get a fountain drink, then instead of just letting it goes rude lady starts getting arguments and very condescending when reply and laughing saying no they don't because it's a special and I replied yes they do I've been to plenty of them around Vegas, so at this point I just said never mind because her attitude is horrible, you really think I am going to argue over a drink and trust you to make my food ? No thanks. Get real. Will never be back 2nd horrible experience with this location and lady. If you dislike your job then maybe find a new one and not make the customers upset because you are having a bad day.
