I ordered carne asada fries with no salsa (pico de gallo) and made it very clear that I can’t eat tomatoes or onions—tomatoes make me throw up and onions close my throat. They promised it wouldn’t be in there, but when I got back and opened the food, it was full of tomatoes and onions hidden under the steak and beans. I hadn’t eaten it, just noticed the issue while mixing it. I called to complain, and they said nothing could be done unless I brought the food back untouched. Even though I had already paid for a ride, I went back to show them. They were surprised when they saw it and offered to remake it, but I asked for a refund. They acted like they refunded my card but didn’t give me a receipt or any proof—just said it would go back to the card. Super frustrating experience, especially since I was very clear about my dietary restrictions.

The absolute best chicken tostada, and asada burritos, and beans i have ever ha I'm from delivery. Thats including the Robertos less than 1/2 mile from me. Im glad they were busy tonight. My tostada was filled with fresh veggies and lettuce and tomatoes. The shredded chicken was the best. This is my new Roberto's forever.

Hard bones in the carne asada burrito that made me choke and almost break a tooth, meat was really poor quality like wet canned dog food. Honestly a waste of money considering the cost versus quality.

I am born and raised in Las Vegas and I have been eating at Roberto's for my entire 49 years that I have been in Las Vegas. Today was the first time that I was completely unsatisfied with my food. The first problem was is that I ordered chicken tamales and I got beef tamales then when I went to the salsa bar it didn't even look like Roberto's salsa it look like somebody else's salsa. The food was very bland and didn't have any flavor the way that Roberto's normally taste and I was truly disappointed because I hadn't been to Roberto's in months and I have been craving Mexican food and really wanted it.

Won’t be coming back to this location again . My order is so simple, a number 23. Cheese quesadilla, rice and beans with a drink. I came her twice this week. The first time they didn’t even give a drink when a drinks COMES with my meal. The second time I went I couldn’t decide what I wanted to drink so I just told them no to the drink .i order my number 23 again, get home THERES NO BEANS, just rice and my quesadilla . Like im already paying for a meal and telling you to keep the drink , but you’re also forgetting food items too? So I basically got ripped off . And if they were out of beans then they should say that when you’re placing the order “hey by the way we’re out of beans”

Couldn't even eat it, dry and just absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing. Like it was just sitting out and handed to us. Zero flavor not even warm at that. The guacamole was like water I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Carne Asada Fries and chicken rolled tacos with a burrito and I will NEVER go to this location again

It’s inside the convenience store, but they have tables. The carne asada fries out of this world! The people that work there are pleasant and they have daily specials that are cheaper than the regular price, but the same size. All the food is good!

Been sitting behind this truck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even moving forward... got a few more vehicles behind me as well.... this location for some reason always takes forever in the drive thru. No matter if they are slow or busy. They don't respect anyone's time. No sure who manages this location but they need to be demoted. Their food at this location I'd say 6-7/10... my favorite location is Vegas Dr and Rainbow! But they don't have a drive thru. Food there is 10/10

asked for carne asada fries and they gave me like half order of it. meat was cold and it was almost pure beans. I wouldn't come back to this on la no more.

First time on yelp I leave anything less than a 4. Cashier was really not welcoming and kinda rude. Being only one in line waiting for 2 tacos for over 10 minutes seems kinda too much.

They gave me some bulshit just now.. that's all ima say. I didn't get much just the 3 rolled tacos. I shoulda knew when my order was ready so quick

Came here real quick through the drive thru for some carne asada fries and it was fast quick and easy. Fries were delish as always

so nice to have delicious food prepared like you ordered it!! Chili rellano and a nice bean and cheese burrito is what's for dinner. Everything is perfect...I know whoever prepared this took pride in their cooking skills and I appreciate it. certain things like fully melted cheese can really change how things taste! Thank you all

if i could leave 0 starts i would only reason i gave it 1 is because of the sweet girl at the cashier her name was bianca but other then that i ordered asada fries and the IT TASTED LIKE the meat tasted like rubber and fake

Man where do I start. This location does not do this franchise any justice. I was really upset when I came here, all I wanted was the secret menu burrito. I walked in waited 10 mins for the woman to come to the front. It looked like only 2 people working fyi. She walked past me several times. I finally just walked out . I came back about 2 hours later and there was a ridiculous line. Anyways. I tried to order 2 adobada fries and the secret menu burrito which is just meat rice and cilantro. She didn't even know what I was talking about!! I mean the item is posted right in front! So I just said never mind I don't want it! The fries were all fat. I didn't appreciate spending the amount of money I did for not getting what I actually wanted.... I just hope they get more employees that can help them out. Maybe next time guys‍

Heard bad reviews tried it for myself, wasn't really satisfied with my results. I found a hair in my burrito wasn't really glad but I just went on with my day.

Horrible I placed an order with specific instructions for the ingredient I am alergic to but still proceeded to add the ingredient this is insane

Meat was cold, I don't mind packaged meat but it wasn't even cooked, I don't usually leave bad reviews but if I'm stoned and tryna get food at 1am I would hope I could get something satisfying. They gave me sauce and I swear it was filled up not even half the container. not defrosted meat and barely any sauce. The workers were sweet though, just the food was not good, also I was the only one in the drive thru so why y'all rushing yknow? Anyways yeah, bye

Bad customer service, this girl with glasses gave such an attitude. I get it, it's a Friday and she wants to go home but not even a hello how can I help you and once we got to the window she just stood there and said nothing.

Not bad for being tucked into the corner of a gas station. Not a lot of seating but they have four or five small tables and a few stools. Open 24 hours along with the convenience store it's attached to. Normal Robertos prices in spite of the location near casinos. Of course "normal" Robertos prices became a little jacked up a year or so ago, but it's still a better value than most casino eateries. Not bad for a quick affordable meal if you're staying across the street at Texas Station. I had it for lunch though, as with any 24 hour place things could vary drastically if you go in the middle of the night.

Yes, it is tucked away inside a gas station but that does not stop them from delivering on taste and hospitality! I only ever hit the drive thru.Once in awhile I will walk in but its only ever to get take out anyways. My girl is a huge fan of the carne asada burrito and the enchiladas. What I appreciate most is every time I visit here there is a warm smile and friendly voice as I frequent the drive thru. Give this spot a try if you are in the area!!!

F this place. This is the 2nd time Ive come through the drive thru, ordered food then was told when I got to the window (after waiting 15+ mins) that they couldnt take cards. You should tell people that BEFORE they order. Never again.

I ordered carne asada fries and bean and cheese. I had asked for extra cheese and nothing. It didn't have really any inside. And the carne asada fries only has cream, fries, and cheese. NEVER going back!!!!

Slow service on a good day. Got stuck in drive thru because they were only taking cash and there was no notice before entering drive thru. If you just gotta have Roberto's then go to this location. But if you can avoid it DO SO !!

They talk about people In Spanish thinking people can't understand them, I ordered $60 worth of food and they didn't get me my burrito!

Best Taco salad ever!!!!!! We've tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The shrimp burrito is a must! Filled with large shrimp and veggies. The taco salad has a crispy, flaky she'll and the chicken is full of flavor. The tacos are huge and worth every penny. Chile relleno burrito is to die for, oh my goodness.....

I don't know his name but the Chef that was working by himself today is literally the nicest man ever and he is clearly such a hard worker because every time I go he is literately always busting his ass.

Just went to #RobertosTacoShop on lake mead and Rancho in Las Vegas, woman at drive thru put chile relleno in bag sideways, all the sauce and cheese dripped onto me! 10:16pm on 9/25! Going to call manager tomorrow.

My husband and I placed an order for three Beef tacos and his Chile Riano dinner we walked out with some lettuce with cheese and three taquitos I was furious I just got done telling him how these places get orders incorrect and what happens he went back because otherwise I would've been so mad I would've yelled at them I will never go back there again my taco was so dry and over fried the meat dry like leather

I see why I switched to Pepe's Pepe's is fresh and delicious... my cheese wasn't even melted at Roberto's

So far this is probably the worst Roberto's we have been to. We gave it a second shot since the drive through is so convenient but alas they let us down again. The nachos every time we get them the cheese is not one little bit melted so we have to go home and melt it ourselves before we can eat. You only get a couple small things of salsa for 2 tacos and 2 nachos. The temp of the food is rather luke warm when it comes out as well. Other Roberto's we have been to have never had this type of thing happen and it's happened twice here. I would just travel to a different one and get a better meal.

A pretty reliable Roberto's located in a gas station and with a drive thru. I recently came here while strapped for cash and being hungry after work. I got the carne asada burrito for $6 and some change. It had guacamole and pico de gallo in it. As usual per this location, the meat was seasoned well, and was still pretty tender. I guess I got lucky with a recently cooked batch of meat. The guacamole and pico tasted fresh and had good flavor to it as well. All three ingredients combined made for a good tasting and filling burrito. Once again, I was given red and green sauce when I only ever ask for green. Whatever, not the end of the world. But pickled onions, carrots, and jalapenos were put in my bag without having to ask, which was cool. Another experience of decent tasting Mexican food that was filling and didn't break the bank.

I come here a lot from time to time. Pretty convenient spot. I always order the same thing but this is what leads me back to the same Roberto's, the freshness. This Roberto's franchise I would say is one of my favorites. The beef tongue also is cooked perfectly.

My first time ever ordering, had never been there but I ordered Uber Eats because I can't drive oh, I have been looking at their menu for weeks now, and decided to try it this food is delicious and tasty and they give you a good amount. I appreciate good food when I go in blind.

Today I went to Roberto's on ranching and lake mead and it was a disappointing experience! It started with a lady working there that kept grunting and yelling about some drama that was going on in that location. When I say grunting, it was loud because I was in the drive thru and she was in the back somewhere and the lady helping me was more interested in her drama than helping me! So I finally get my carne asada breakfast burrito and it was bland! It was so under seasoned that the water down red chili couldn't help it! Why because the chili was bland and had zero heat or flavor as well! So disappointing, that robertos is turning into a fast food chain! What they are today and what they were before are two polar opposite restaurants! You can tell that they have new leadership, just by looking at their cheesy marketing posters and flyers taped all over the place. Roberto's stop trying to be like the other fast food places because they suck and stay true to your brand and produce quality and not fast food!

Roberto's is one of those plate night drunken binge type places. They definitely have one of the best salsa bars and it's always well stocked. Food options are pretty basic but what sets them apart is that they don't use ground beef like a lot of places. They use shredded beef which is my preference. Fast service and pretty cheap!

I love Roberto's but this one specifically is awful. You'll wait in the drive thru for 10 or 15 minutes just to have nobody take your order

In my opinion they are very racist.... this Mexican guy wasn't even in line but I was dont you know she called him up to the counter took his order and after he payed for it proceeded to take my order very unprofessional I will no be coming back

Meh. This location wasn't as good as the one downtown but it was more of preference. My fish burrito was decent but the fish was a bit burned and had enough lettuce for a side salad. Wife's fish tacos had the same problem. Ordered chips and guacamole/sour cream and expected to be able to dip them. Nope, they come drenched in the toppings and was soggy before I made it back home. 3 stars because the food is pretty good but you should probably go earlier in the day and not take advantage of the 24 hours.

Waited for over fifteen minutes at lake mead and rancho today (Monday 3/14/16) from 6:26-6:49 and there was no sorry or explanation for the wait. There was one car ahead of me for about five mins. Several minutes went by and no one came to the window. Paid $7.30 for a damn near 20 min burrito. Find another taco place if you want your food in under fifteen minutes. If the food is bad I'll write another review.

Good food. It needs to be hot instead of warm. Just probably needs more organization from the whole team.

Was in the drive thru the girls were too busy talking to a customer in front of us. The cashier analleli was talking gave the guy his food and then took more time to ring him up. The other girl came out and grabbed a modelo from him and gave it back. Unsanitary. The girl with no gloves came and told me to move and I told her she didn't tell the guy in front of us to move so let me write my review

I once drove around for an hour trying to find this Roberto's. A little nicer and cleaner than other Roberto's but the food is the same no matter which Roberto's you stop in at. Best meal at 3am when you're belligerently drunk trying to find your way home. They always mess up my order. But whatever they give me, I finish it all. I heart the steak nacho's with extra salsa and sour cream. The best deal is the crunchy chicken taco with a chicken enchilada combo. I love how they stuff the taco with loads of shredded chicken, a little lettuce and tons of cheese. The enchilada compliments it quite nicely. The guacamole is processed but what the "o lay" do you expect for great mexican food at these cheap prices? Skip the beans, they aint that great either. Tacos, enchilada's, nacho's, burrtio's, you can't go wrong ordering any of these. Don't even think about going to Taco hell. I hear if you flash em in the drive through, it's free.

This place is always slow messes up orders rude the food is not consistent sometimes it's good other times it's bland and tough. I am going to start just driving the extra mile to A different toco shop

By far, hands down, the BEST taco/burrito place in Vegas for a take out place. I love fried foods, even though I try not to eat it a lot. Out of all the Mexican places I've eaten at in Las Vegas, California and Arizona, Roberto's houses the best chimichanga ever. There is a Roberto's in Arizona, but it is literally 50 miles away from my home. I miss Roberto's. It's one of the things that I loved about living in Vegas -- it was 24 hours.

2 stars only because It was good. I ordered a carne asada burrito to go. Came home and it was egg with onions. I went back to tell them they gave me the wrong order, and they laughed and said "we know". Excuse me ? You know? How could you give someone the wrong order and laugh about it when confronted. Never going back. They did change it for me to the burrito I wanted but they basically through it my face like it was my fault. The carne asada was good but the service and disrespect was horrible.

I have been a LOYAL Roberto's customer since 2012!! Yes... since 2012 ! At 4:23AM today Wed. Feb 13, 2019 (this morning in Las Vegas, NV) i went through the drive-thru at Lake Mead and Rancho (this Roberto's is in the back of a Gas-Station) i tried to place my order thru the speaker...the man told me to come to the window the MAN at the window (he was wearing a headset) was rude, arrogant and sarcastic!!! No one at Roberto's have ever spoken to me like that before!! I am a loyal customer but he was disrespectful and sarcastic... I had my money in the palm of my hand... but instead i CANCELLED my order!! and i drove "1" block to your competitor {Del Taco} located at Rancho and Carey. and with the same money in my hand bought my food from them!! There is NEVER a reason to speak sarcastically to a customer the way that he did! So now your competition will be getting my loyal business from now on!

Be very careful and make sure you ask for a receipt.. I was over charged 1.50 for a breakfast burrito. She paid me the difference when I asked for the receipt and it showed the true total.. My guess is they charge more and pocket the money. She refused to get the manager.. Just be aware or what you ordered and the total they give you.

I went this morning to Roberto's got three breakfast burritos ask for some red sauce they gave me a bunch but that stuff is nasty it's that kind you use for that chips and dip sauce. Tasted and smelled sweet. Normal red hot sauce is more watery at Roberto's with no tomatoes
