The Best Microbreweries Near Montreal | Eater Montreal

"This Waterloo watering hole uses various maceration techniques to incorporate grapes into several of their products, producing beverages that can taste more like carbonated strawberry wine than beer. An absolute must if you find yourself passing through, this microbrewery just added a backyard food truck on what might be the most beautiful terrasse in the area." - Daniel Bromberg

Looks like nothing if you do not pay attention, by Absolutely awesome spot with a great terrace in the back Their beers are very unique; fortunately they offer beer flights! The food we tried was good but could be more flavourful; but still worthy of a 5 star !

Large outdoor space, with lots of shaded areas, very good in hot sunny summer days. Beer is good, mexican influenced food menu.

Parking left me wondering what the experience would be. But once I sat there it was only positive! Very beautiful place, beer is unique and doesn't compare to others I had before. I tried the Rhum stout and a cherry flavoured beer. Both were good enough for me to grab a few bottles. The food was also way beyond any expectations I had. Definitely a place I will visit often during the summer.

A farmhouse brewery located in a quaint little town right off of the main road through town. It was winter when I visited so the beer garden was not open. However, I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. The beers were varied, but focused on wild and local ingredients. You won’t find many of these gems in the Quebec countryside. A must stop if you are in the area.

Another great brewery in the townships with outdoor seating in the back. A food truck setup offers "guedilles", basically grilled hotdog buns with a variety of fillings. They also have churros with dolce de leche sauce, very good. Excellent quality beers, most are barrel aged Belgian style saisons, on the sour side, even more classical styles have that farmhouse kick to them, not everyone's cup of tea but I love it. Fun atmosphere, you can play cornhole or pétanque. Bottles available to go.

Microbrewery with a specific concept of using only local ingredients. The beer is good, on the sour side die to their yeast. Food was ok, we had some snacks.

Amazing, unique natural beers. Great back patio (with bacci ball!) and a food truck. We went when it was raining unfortunately so everything was closed, but we still bought a bottle to enjoy out back. Really great spot!
