Nice experience on the patio. Came hungry and left stuffed. Everything was delicious, portions are big and we definitely got too much, but it was great later on at home. The three salsas that came with the chips were awesome, especially the Verde. Molcajete is the way to go, incredible flavors. Service was very friendly and attentive as well. Looking forward to returning.

Carne asada and crispy fish tacos were amazing but the table side guac was hands down the best. I could honestly have had 3 orders of that and nothing else 🤭 totally worth it. Our server Marco was incredibly attentive, professional and just the nicest human being. Everyone that we encountered that worked here though was amazing though. Highly recommend!

The wings are soooo good! Innfact, the best ever according to the wife. The queso dip is great and the tacos are awesome. Good beer selection and tasty margaritas (take it by the glass, way better than a pitcher). Good service and the decor is awesome. Music is a bit too loud, but I am getting old lol If I would live in Fort Lauderdale I would come often.

Hey y'all. I'm embarrassed to say that the only taco I've ever had was from Taco Bell. So, I decided to try the 'real' thing. The taco was loaded with each ingredient. And, the service was superb. They delivered my taco in 3 minutes! And, the best part is that the restaurant is located on Las Olas Blvd. It doesn't get any better than that!!

We made a last min decision to eat at this restaurant while on vaca in Ft. Lauderdale & so glad we did. It was super busy and loud when we arrived but we were sat at a table right away. We were so surprised when we found out it was happy hour and server made sure we took full advantage! Not only were the prices great but the food was amazing!

Forgot to review this place 2 years ago when we came. But I sent this location to my buddy who's going there so that means I recommend this spot. My daughter and I chose the AYCE tacos option and all the tacos were delicious. They are full sized and they don't skimp on the protein. Ambience is really nice inside. My daughter ate 15 tacos and loved every minute of it. I was only able to do 11. She did me proud.

I sat on the patio overlooking Las Olas Blvd since it was a nice day. My friendly server brought me water and took my drink order right away. Gluten-Friendly options are marked on the menu. I ordered the chicken tacos and they arrived fairly quickly. The food was ok! Quite spicy and pretty average but enjoyable enough. Convenient spot with friendly service if you are looking for a good lunch in downtown Ft. Lauderdale!

Rocco's Tacos in Fort Lauderdale never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, and their margaritas are some of my absolute favorites in town. I personally love their salads and quesadillas, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Have been in Fort Laud for a week, have eaten at many restaurants thus far. Rocco's has hands down been the best experience of them all. Came in on Saturday evening, around 7pm. Had a 25 min wait, place was super busy. The outside decor is festive, fun and beautiful. Inside is even better. Ordered 3 taco platters, pulled pork & chicken. Salsa was great, all tacos were very very good. Fresh, flavorful and great authentic flavor combinations. Also ordered salsa & chips and elotes corn- all very good. Waiter was pretty good, they were very busy, at 7pm Saturday night. Awesome vibe, music almost too loud to visit but the food was wonderful!!

The atmosphere on the outdoor patio was very cool. The food was solid, I like how they come and make the guacamole from scratch right in front of you and the 3 different types of salsas with each having a different level of spice was very good. I got a cheese quesadilla for my entree. The service was slow but it was a super busy night where every table was packed on a Saturday early evening so can't blame them. While it was an expensive dinner compared to other similar places in the area, I'm glad I experienced it.

Dinner tonight was amazing at Rocco's Tacos! They have a beautifully decorated space, inside and out. I LOVED the fresh made guacamole and I wish I could eat it daily. The carne asada tacos were phenomenal, and I'll definitely be getting those again next time! Our server was very sweet and took great care of us, there was nothing she could've done better :)

Loved brunching here! That chips and salsa 10/10. We went on Labor Day and they had a 3 day brunch fest! Bottomless mimosas were under $20. We had the strawberry mimosas and the Rose. Food was made fresh. The churros was so good!

Rocco's Tacos is a great spot for lunch or dinner, especially if you love margaritas and Taco Tuesdays. The margaritas are always solid, and Taco Tuesday deals are definitely worth it. I've had nothing but good experiences there--delicious food, a fun vibe, and friendly service every time. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends or just grab a bite on a casual night. I've been a loyal patron of Rocco's for years and have always enjoyed my visits--until now. I recently visited with a group for a friend's birthday, and we were seated at a semi-private table in the back. Initially, I thought this was a nice touch, but the service was abysmal. After waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink orders, I had to approach the hostess stand to request service. Although our drink orders were eventually taken, we were then left unattended for another 30+ minutes before anyone came to take our food orders. This delay was only addressed after one of our group members spoke to the manager, who, disappointingly, exhibited a lack of customer service and failed to set a good example for the restaurant. While I rarely leave negative reviews, the service we received on this occasion was disappointing. Despite everyone enjoying their food when it finally arrived, the subpar service overshadowed the experience. Rocco's, I know you can do better!

Rocco's is definitely a trendy las olas establishment that is priced as such. The food is usually pretty mediocre. Today I had the floutas though and they were delicious. I work near here and my coworkers and I usually just go for the drinks. We always get the house margarita with the blackberry puree. It's so good! We also love that you can order it by the pitcher. Today we went during brunch hours. Food was good. Margaritas amazing. There were a lot of families with kids there, so keep that in mind because that's not usually the brunch vibe I usually go for, but if you are a young family this may be good for you. Our server didn't really explain any brunch specials or anything. He was just okay. Could have done better. We probably would have ordered more drinks if he had asked. Other than that it was a pretty good experience overall.

Rocco's is my tried and true. This is the best spot to take people when you just need to unwind on a Tuesday night after work. I love their guacamole. It's super yummy and it is always made fresh. The waiter was also very friendly as well. I will definitely come again.

Great food and service! Bartender Heidi is on point . She is quick attentive and engaging. I only wish the tacos were available for mix and match . I know some are but the premium ones are not. Even if there was an up charge, I as most people would pay for it . Had a great time here as always and always look forward to coming back . Just remember the bar is always where it's at ! Trust your bartenders especially Heidi and you can't. Go wrong . Live laugh and eat a taco !! Wink wink

5th stop on our Las Olas pub crawl. Minute one we had the server make fresh guac next to our table. Two Modelo beers with unlimited Mimosas Bloody Mary and Rose for $17.95. Three tacos took 25 minutes although were awesome. The table was wobbly. The bar is beautiful with many seats. Heidi the manager checked on us twice and was happy and asked about our experience. The server was pleasant but rolled his eyes twice during food ordering - not good, would have been a 5 star.

The service was kind of slow, but the place is clean and they know how to make a good martini. I got the chicken quesadilla and it was huge. Definitely large enough for two people to share.

I'll start with my original 5 Star review and the 20 times I have remembered to check in. 20 check-ins Sep 9, 2017 We love Mexican food and once a month we make it to one of 3 but when I want tequila and someone who knows what to recommend. We sit at the bar the majority of the time so I can get some great tasting sipping tequila. They have turned me onto several new and noteworthy kinds. The food is always well made and presentable. The staff is always accommodating and really respects the customer, stepping aside to let the customer through always top notch service. I really recommend this place for so many reasons. Give it a try, you can't go wrong and check out a Husong Repasodo or if you want some heat on your food ask for the special extra hot sauce. Today, we had our birthday lunch for one of our friends, small table of 8 and in a room off to the side, which was cool, don't get me wrong, it also made our group feel a little special which added to the birthday lunch. We were seated fairly quickly, the restaurant was slow given the time of year, approximate guests in house was 50. We were greeted at our table by a gentleman who stated he would not be our waiter however he would get us water. After bringing the water and not seeing whoever was responsible for our table he noticed we were not waited on yet. He brought out chips and hot sauce, which was appreciated. We sat and caught up with all of our friends for about 20 minutes, still no waiter. One of our group got up and found someone to take our drink order. After our drink order about 30 minutes we were still not being waited on, no food order was placed and we were not regularly checked in on. people at the table were starting to get hungry so I decided to get up and see the manager. BTW, all of this was done without disrupting the guest that there were problems, when we each got up we explained we had to use the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager to one of the staff, who walked in the kitchen to find her and explained she would be right out, a couple minutes go by and she asks how she can help, I explained, while she smiled nodding and yes, I was bother but said "you need to fix your sh!t" where she explained not to swear at her. From there, the server came out took the orders and regularly checked back on us. The server was very courteous and nice, the mark was missed on the assignment of the table service. The manager in my opinion was not sincere, really offered no apology. The looks that were directed towards our table as she seemed to peer in the room felt uncomfortable. Not a great experience for a special event.

Came here to celebrate my birthday and had such a good time. We got a big area in the back that fit everyone comfortably. Our server was super great and attentive and made sure we were happy the whole time. The place was busy but the service was still quick. Everyone really enjoyed their food and overall we all had a great time!

Rocco's Tacos on Fort Lauderdale Beach has consistently delivered delicious food, but my recent visit during Memorial Weekend left much to be desired. While the cuisine maintained its high standard, the same couldn't be said for the customer service. I made reservations for 8:45pm - we were 5 blocks away since parking was limited during peek holiday weekend (Memorial) I received a text at 8:59pm stating that my table was ready in which I responded to the automated text that I was on my way. When I got to the hostess, first, she mentioned she couldn't find my name, then once my reservation was found, she told me that there's a 15 mins grace period, in which I responded that I got a text that my table was ready at 8:59. I was walking swiftly to the restaurant with husband and 4 year old. She proceeded to get frustrated and told me that the restaurant text me 2 previous time. I tried to show the hostesses that I never received any prior text regarding my table being ready, they dismissed me. The hostesses appeared visibly frustrated, and this attitude was unfortunately reflected in the overall experience for customers. It's a shame when exceptional food is overshadowed by subpar service. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, as Rocco's Tacos has the potential to provide a stellar dining experience with both great food and service. We ended up at El Camino Taco.

We've been here several times and it's always a great experience. Servers are so great, including Marcella this last time. Kid friendly, but also great for a couple night. Very nice ambience and the food and drinks are always consistently top notch.

Every time i go here it seems as if were waiting 30-50 mins for a table even tho the tables out side are open. My food came out cold so we kept eating the guac so that we could enjoy the night

John was taking care of us and he was great - helpful and professional. Chips and a pitcher of margaritas were gone in a min and we asked for more. We always order table side guacamole, however, their's is really special. John told us that it's their spice plus limes and avocados imported from Mexico. Whatever it was-best ever. After two buckets of chips I wanted a light dinner, so I ordered the simplest dish on a menu - simply grilled chicken breast. Once a chef told me that the way to tell a great chef is the way they make chicken. Well, the chicken breast was perfect - Juicy and soft! We were really impressed and grateful that we got to experience this wonderful meal. Thank you!

Met some really cool ppl here. Great happy hr cocktails. More variety of tacos could be offered. The mushroom one was not good. Mushrooms tasted canned & not fresh. The guacamole app was yummy & plentiful. Happy hr only at the bar & it was busy. We had to continuously get up from our seats to order drinks. My friend ordered a chicken taco & they brought a beef one. The music & patrons were better than the food. Bathrooms pretty clean.

This is a nice Mexican restaurant with good service and a very considerate chef. I let the server know I have a green chili allergy and he had the staff check with us repeatedly about different peppers like poblanos and jalapenos in different dishes which was very kind. We had a party of 6 and ordered the chips and salsa, tableside guacamole, and queso fundido to share. Members of our party got the taco plates, wet burrito (this is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people to share) and chilli relleno. We also got a few street corns between us. Everyone enjoyed their food. The relleno was slightly on the oily side as were the churros we shared for dessert. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Ft Lauderdale wanting a flavorful bite with some nice ambience. Their menu is very extensive and most people would find something they like here.

With a couple hours to wait before our flight, we decided to stop by Rocco's after passing one in Sarasota and thinking it looked cool. Our waitress Journey was very sweet and personable. They allowed us to sit at a table with more space for our luggage. We started off with their guacamole. We ordered the spicy - but didn't feel it was spicy at all. Once we added the hot sauce it was fine. Overall the guac was just kinda bland. The shrimp tacos were delish and a good portion size. The breakfast burrito was hefty and delicious. I would definitely come back if we're in the area!

Arrived on a Wednesday about 5:30 and was promptly seated . Heads up that happy hour specials are only available at the bar not throughout the restaurant. Seems kinda cheap to have to sit at the limited bar to are in the specials. We quickly ordered drinks and table side guacamole . The guacamole arrived quickly but the wait for drinks was very long . The Rocco Rita , strongest on the menu wasn't that strong or large , for the price tasty but smallest margarita I've seen in a while . Tacos were meh and service was very slow from our server. She seemed disinterested. Now we've come here for years and this experience was truly our worst. They need to get back to the hustling service and food prep of the past.

Arrived without a reservation, which I wouldn't recommend, however we waited around 15-20 minutes and a table on the patio was set for us. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for drinks and dishes. Although I prefer inside seating this outdoor experience turned out to be a fun one-people watching while you dine go figure!

Our server dipped on his after taking our order. Come to find out he never put in my fiancé's order. We waited 30 min his food never came so another server had to put in his order. We never saw our original server again. Online says they had vegan options we come there and all they have is mushrooms . So had a burrito with beans, rice and mushrooms. Pretty lame. Not coming back here.

The decor here is really nice. The service was fast friendly and efficient. We tried their guacamole with chips, which is made very quickly in front of you, a nice touch. We also sampled the al carbon steak - which was ok, but lacked flavour until we added salt to it. We tried the chorizo tacos - as we had never had these before. We were not fans tbh, they were too salty for our tastes. We also tried the crispy pork tacos - which were crispy (thank goodness) and came with a nice sweet sauce. I really liked them.

Rocco's was the original....then Camino showed up and it was all the rage. Went back to see if I remembered correctly...yep. Still love their margaritas and tacos and Guac the best. Our server today, Marco, was excellent. Bonus. . Rocco's is still my fave Mexican spot on Las Olas.

Everything was great from the tacos, to the vibe of the restaurant. Our server Marco was awesome. My girlfriend and I were visiting for vacation and he had some great recommendations not only on what tacos and margs to order but also some other great dessert spots and bars around the area. Definitely recommend this place, we had a great time!

I honestly should've gone to the airport for better service. Our server, AJ, was way too overbearing--constantly hovering around our table and making the whole experience uncomfortable. She was extremely difficult when it came to splitting the bill, and her overreaction about payment was just unnecessary. As for the food, I had the shrimp quesadilla with guacamole and chips, and my sister had the steak burrito with sweet plantain. The guac? Easily the highlight! Everything else was pretty average. The meal itself was decent, but AJ's attitude completely soured the experience. Not in a rush to come back

We LOVE Rocco's tacos! My husband & all our friends we being here all love it! **BEST Happy Hour** on Las Olas IMO. $5 Margaritas!! They don't give you sugary premade cocktails like most restaurants on Las Olas . I love that they use tanteo Tequila in their cocktails. If you are a fan of spicy margaritas, you will absolutely love the jalapeño infused tequila. The habanero Tanteo is delicious as well but extra spicy. They're watermelon Margarita is dangerously delicious as well. At $5 a cocktail you simply can't go wrong! We try to come when Lily is working. She is the sweetest and makes the cocktails the best! **Chips & Salsa** best out of El vez, El Camino, etc. Rocco's chips are the absolute best!!! The seasoning that they put on them is the perfect amount of salt & flavor. If you know, you know! also love that their not overly greasy like other places I've mentioned The food here is ALWAYS good! We've dined many times in Orlando, Delray & now Ft. Lauderdale. I always get the pollo al carbon & sub the rice for sweet potatoes. This meal is literally heaven & somewhat healthy for Mexican food! The sweet potatoes are always soft & delicious! Also the plantains are the best I've ever had! Pro tip order extra plantains! If I gain 300 lbs this year, it's Rocco's fault.

Highly recommend Rocco's! The guac is outstanding and made to your liking and there are so many great options to choose from on their menu. Happy hour is amazing too! We go regularly and the service is great too. We have had Marco as our server several times and he is always great!

We were on lLos Olas looking for a nice light place to eat with refreshing drinks and this was the place! It was a Sunday evening and we had no wait. Matt was prompt to take our order and we were served quickly. I had crispy fish tacos it came with 3 tasty Mahi Mahi tacos on a soft flour tortillas. Hubby had blackened fish tacos which he ordered on lettuce wraps! Such a great idea! to have a choice of wraps! Many choices for margaritas, Only negative was I had the Strawberry basil margarita which was good but too much ice and not much to drink.

Rocco's Tacos was very good. I've been to a location in Orlando and this was really good. The salsa, chips plus guacamole were very good and tasty. The carne asada tacos on corn tortillas were good and I ordered the combo with yellow rice & fries that were fresh and very good. The drinks were soooo good and definitely my favorite in addition to the great DJ that played on Saturday. Service was pretty good too. I can't wait to return ! Atmosphere and the bar were my all time fave.

Excellent Mexican restaurant, the decor and atmosphere is dynamic and accompanied with good music, the food is very tasty and good portions , service is great and it's definitely a place you don't want to miss if you're in the mood for fun and tasty dishes. The bar has one of the largest collections of unique tequila bottles.

My Family and I came on a Tuesday for my brothers birthday , we thought it would be busy but it was pretty chill. I always loved the ambiance & this back room for my family was the best part. Marco was our server & he was great , food was good as always . Best Mushroom Tacos Ever! The Mahi tacos were good too.

TLDR: great decor and atmosphere, friendly and attentive servers, and delicious food. I was worried that it could fall into "tourist trap" territory, but it was highly reviewed, so we gave it a shot, and it was well worth it. I'd recommend it! This was a very cute place that was bustling with people on a Saturday night. When we arrived, there was a 40 minute wait, so we went to the bar for some happy hour drinks and a snack until our table was ready. The bar tenders were all very friendly and efficient at serving everyone quickly. We sat on the patio, and it was wonderful on a warm evening. My partner had quesabirria tacos and I had the chicken taco platter. They were delicious! However, we unfortunately couldn't finish our food because we had eaten far too much of the chips and salsa we were snacking on during happy hour - one of the largest piles of chips I think I've ever seen in a restaurant! (Don't get me wrong, I love tortilla chips, so there are no complaints here, just a lack of self control that left us on a too-full walk back to our hotel after dinner.)

I've been here quite a few times. The bartenders are very friendly and accommodating. The burritos are huge and tasty. I like their queso as well. Not a huge fan of the salsas. Their take on fajitas were amazing. The meat was so juicy and tender. Really good margaritas! They have some goods deals like Margarita Monday and also a liter of margaritas with $10 off when ordering with a meal. Overall a good spot on las olas!!

Stooped here for a small bite before catching a flight from FLL. We decided on food & drinks. Ordered chips and salsa, I had a Passion Fruit Margarita, my wife ordered a Strawberry Margarita. We then ordered food, I ordered Fish tacos, my wife order Chicken Enchiladas. Drinks were great, food was awesome.

Went for margarita Monday and had a great time. Food was delicious and the drinks perfecto! Guac is made in front of you and the queso fundido was . I suggest the birilla tacos. Joe is the man too!! Ask for him!!!!

Heidi was an awesome bartender and the food was great! Awesome spot to hang out on a Friday for happy hour or to bring the family and have dinner. The skirt steak al carbon was ridiculous
