Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar FLL Airport

The food was very good.Unfortunately the service Was possibly the worst I've ever had in any of my reviews.I've ever done.This is probably the worst service I've ever had.Please people do not go here.. The waitress completely forgot 2 of our orders. We had 6 people at the table, and 2 of them did not get their food at all. The waitress was rude. She rolled her eyes at us. Was rude to us to cash register, tried to make it sound like it was our fault because they were short on help. I would just recommend that if you guys go there, the food is good, but the service is the worst I've ever had, and thank you to Mr. Alexander Smith, the manager for making it a better experience than what it could have been.

I see bad reviews here but our experience was beyond great - early morning flight, this was by far the best airport breakfast. Omelets portions are huge, food was fresh and hot, service excellent - our server Guilherme was really great.

Avoid the place. We went to eat there without looking at the reviews. Mistake!! Bad service starting with the host. We ordered 4 tacos for 3 people, we got them in a single plate, never got extra plates, we ended up eating on napkins! Expensive and bad! On top of that I had a stomachache right after I finished eating. Just avoid the place.

2/5 stars - Disastrous dining experience at Rocco's. Michelle, my waitress, set the tone with her unwelcoming attitude and distasteful demeanor. Things took a turn for the worse when I witnessed her sweeping the floor with no gloves, then proceeding to serve my food without any visible handwashing. The mahi mahi fish tacos and Cadillac margarita were overpriced at $50. The tacos were skimpy, and while the flavors were decent, it wasn't worth the hefty price tag. As a foodie willing to pay for quality, I expect better. Rocco's needs a serious revamp in service and pricing strategy. $50 bucks is a decent meal. This was anything but that!

We love Rocco’s in general. We love the bartender who is friendly and attentive. For some reason the food quality always falls short at this location. It’s still a fun stop before a flt with very mediocre options in c gate area of T1.

One of the busiest restaurants in this airport, and you can definitely expect the service to be a little slower. No complaints about the food. We tried mushroom tacos, burrito bowl and guava margarita. They automatically add 18% gratuity which is a little annoying considering their less customer friendly service.

I had good customer service from my server. Drinks was on point as well as food that came out fast.

The place was maybe 70 percent full, and I waited about 45 minutes to get an order in after drinks. They were out of all non-alcoholic drinks, except for lemonade and tea, and I tried to order a couple appetizers, but they were gone too. No food plus no service equals bad review!
