Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar FLL Airport

Avoid the place. We went to eat there without looking at the reviews. Mistake!! Bad service starting with the host. We ordered 4 tacos for 3 people, we got them in a single plate, never got extra plates, we ended up eating on napkins! Expensive and bad! On top of that I had a stomachache right after I finished eating. Just avoid the place.

I didn’t have time to fill this out before. I highly recommend skipping this place. The hostess walked away from the stand and went in the kitchen and no one was seating for 30 minutes. The people in front of us left. She had told them “give me a minute” when there were empty tables everywhere. A server finally seated us-we didn’t have many options nearby and the airport was a circus. The chicken was dark in both our meals-it didn’t taste like chicken and the meal was awful. We barely ate. I got the check and it had a place to add tip then below there was a service fee of 18%. What? Isn’t that what a tip Is for? 2 barely edible meals cost us almost $100. Don’t go here! The airport can do better!

The food was very good.Unfortunately the service Was possibly the worst I've ever had in any of my reviews.I've ever done.This is probably the worst service I've ever had.Please people do not go here.. The waitress completely forgot 2 of our orders. We had 6 people at the table, and 2 of them did not get their food at all. The waitress was rude. She rolled her eyes at us. Was rude to us to cash register, tried to make it sound like it was our fault because they were short on help. I would just recommend that if you guys go there, the food is good, but the service is the worst I've ever had, and thank you to Mr. Alexander Smith, the manager for making it a better experience than what it could have been.

I do not recommend this facility. I was there Dec 20, 2025. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl from the to go counter. I choose Rocco’s Tacos thinking it was the safest choice for lunch at the airport since they have a reputable establishment in Las Olas. I was wrong. It had an odd after taste so I decided to just eat the chicken since I did not have anything to eat all day. Well, I’m paying for it. I got food poisoning. I’m out of town with family. I was supposed to enjoy myself for the holidays but instead I can’t go out or eat a decent meal.

One of the busiest restaurants in this airport, and you can definitely expect the service to be a little slower. No complaints about the food. We tried mushroom tacos, burrito bowl and guava margarita. They automatically add 18% gratuity which is a little annoying considering their less customer friendly service.

2/5 stars - Disastrous dining experience at Rocco's. Michelle, my waitress, set the tone with her unwelcoming attitude and distasteful demeanor. Things took a turn for the worse when I witnessed her sweeping the floor with no gloves, then proceeding to serve my food without any visible handwashing. The mahi mahi fish tacos and Cadillac margarita were overpriced at $50. The tacos were skimpy, and while the flavors were decent, it wasn't worth the hefty price tag. As a foodie willing to pay for quality, I expect better. Rocco's needs a serious revamp in service and pricing strategy. $50 bucks is a decent meal. This was anything but that!

Absolutely terrible service. The hostess was nice, she sat us and then checked in on us after about 10 minutes when she noticed our server still hadn’t come by. We showed up and were seated before 915 wanting breakfast (served until 930) and it took the server over 20 minutes to get to us. We still wanted the breakfast as it wasn’t our fault it took them an eternity to get our order and we were informed they aren’t serving breakfast any longer. My wife asked for a water and then the server walked away without asking me anything and helped all the other tables, not coming back to us. Honestly not surprised, the server looked disheveled, could care less we were there, and was wearing gloves she was handling everything with without changing them. Went to the grill across the way and was met with much better service and prices. Stay away from this terrible spot and their terrible servers

Great service! Our food came quick. We had a tasty pork taco and Cobb salad. We also ordered chips and salsa. Our server was great and checked in often, refilling water. We will be back next time we are at FLL airport! To other reviews, you know longer order through app, we ordered through an attentive server. Yes an 18% gratuity is added, but we tip 20% anyways, so we left an extra couple bucks. I don't know why everyone is so upset about the automatic gratuity, it's posted in several places that they do it.
