Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar

Very fast! Probably since of the quickest tacos I've had and they were amazing. I had to order another to go for later. Waitress was very good at making sure everything was good because I wanted a table near the water. Awesome view outside and cool decorations inside. I was here late at night so they have a separate menu for those hours. Definitely returning here in the future as it's not expensive and delicious.

Dined on 7/5/2025…our server Justin A. seemed like a very nice person in general however when seated on covered patio it was very difficult to hear him as he was soft spoken. When asking about the menu food options and drinks he did not have any suggestions and just waited for us to order whenever. After eating, we asked for boxes to which he did not drop check. But he came back after we sat for 5min waiting and asked if we wanted our checks or anything else (mind you we had dessert already). Food and atmosphere was what made the night. Just wish service was a bit better.

Today is my 51st Birthday and I couldn’t celebrate on a better place. Rocco’s Tacos is the way to go when you want to have amazing food, super fun atmosphere and the love and care from the servers and managers. I was personally attended by Robert; he move plates, clean tables, sat customers and later I learned he is one of the managers. I was impressed. If the management can roll their sleeves and work as hard as his employees I want to return to that place. I felt he respect the customers and lead by example. And the food!!! The chefs are on point. Super happy I decided to come here today. Definitely will return.

Fun and exciting place to go with groups. Food is great: guacamole is built in front of you and served in huge portions. Great decor and overall atmosphere. It is incredibly loud inside, so you can sit on the covered patio if you need a quieter setting for a date. Lots of fun! :)

This is truly a Magnificent and Beautiful restaurant. You will be very hard pressed to find a more elegant and artistically beautiful restaurant anywhere else in Florida. The decor is authentic Mexican and breathtaking with excellent views of the lakeside. Apart from the huge wow factor in the Decor, the food is simply amazing and delicious. They have tacos 🌮 in a wide variety of proteins ranging from steak, shrimp, grilled fish, blackened fish, pork belly, pulled pork, mahi-mahi, chicken and ground beef. They make all of their own Guacamole fresh on the spot, a server will actually come and make it right in front of your table to your specific liking & taste. You MUST come try Roccos Tacos!! It is one of our all-time favorite restaurants.

I’ve been here 3x now and each experience has been wonderful. The table side guacamole cannot be beaten. The drinks are fantastic. The tacos are the best I’ve ever had. The entire staff is attentive and personable. The atmosphere is a great time. I’ll be craving Rocco’s until my next trip!

Had lunch and cocktails, and guacamole prepared right at our table! The food and drinks were delicious! The guacamole was fantastic, definitely worth the price, and was a nice large serving. Our server Alexander was very friendly and informative!!!!

Always a great experience at Rocco’s. Been there many times. Like any great place there’s usually a wait, so be prepared. You can dine inside or outside overlooking the water. Eclectic decor, fun happy hour at the bar and good service. The table side guac is fun and very fresh. Delicious. I’ve never ordered anything and didn’t like it, the flavors are perfect and fun. I especially like their Cobb salad with lime vinaigrette it’s a nice fresh flavor bomb. Highly recommend!

Just arrived in Orlando today stopped here at lunch time. Haley our server was excellent. She made suggestions and our meal was great. Loved the atmosphere and my husband loved the iced cold beer!!!

Stopped in for a quick dinner and had a great time! My dining companion and I had never been before but it was definitely worth a repeat! Hailey was our server and she couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, or quick! We were promptly sat in a comfortable and spacious booth. It was loud without being overtly so; the vibe was definitely fun & trendy. I was impressive with all of the tequila adorning their bar wall! Chips and queso came out more quickly than the drinks, but the drinks followed shortly thereafter. Queso was interesting (but I'm also a white queso fan, so yellow queso just isn't my jam). The chips had a really great seasoning. I got a chicken quesadilla that was served piping hot and full of chicken! It was a little greasier than I would've liked, but the flavor was great and I appreciated how much protein was packed in there. My date's birria tacos looked amazing; she commented on how the pickled vegetables actually tasted flavorful, and the broth to dip the tacos in was great. We got a lot of bang for our buck, and are looking forward to tomorrow's leftovers. Even if the food wasn't amazing, the service was and we appreciated Hailey's service!

Tequila !! So much tequila!!! And tacos! Amazing! All the tequila. Love this place.

Finally came to Rocco's tacos for a happy hour. Their happy hour is 4 PM to 7 PM daily but it's only at the bar. This evening I got a watermelon margarita for five dollars on their happy hour menu, I'm ordering my second margarita which is the jalapeño margarita however it says a pick your pepper option I am doing a habanero margarita for five dollars as well. I did get a margarita made by Mary however she has left for the evening which is super sad. I also got the chips and salsa for six dollars for their dinner menu with the homemade salsa. If you haven't been to Rocco's tacos it is a modern/eclectic taco joint with empanadas, tacos, entrées, and desserts, along with fantastic margaritas. My favorite bartender as you may have read in the past is Mary. However this evening I have a gentleman I do not know his name because he did not tell me his name. The ambience of Rocco's tacos is a lively spot to get food perfect for friends family or fun. 10/10

I go for Frances, table side guacamole, and definitely tequila. Even with the 42 degree weather we sat outside just to have our server be our server. They had the area covered, heaters on, outside looked like a beautiful winter wonderland overseeing the lake. The service was great and we left very satisfied.

This isn't my first time at Rocco's tacos. I truly love them nachos and the table side guacamole but this time I went for a Boot Camp with XYM gym. And I had a blast. After I work out, we were able to go get by one and get one margaritas between Ms and price Would have to tell you the bartenders or talk to you love to service you conversations with her also very quick and if one bartender from you they all work cohesively to assist. I do really enjoy the coconut margarita as long skinny margaritas. However, I did try tacos for the first time and I wasn't really impressed so next time I'll just stick to my table side guacamole in the nachos.

Mixed bag on this one. First of all parking is DUMB! You can ONLY do valet unless you park far away, all other spots are blocked off with cones. Granted valet is free but like I don't want someone in my car if I'm fully capable of parking. Secondly, we went in with 7 people and waited for our table to be set up. The table that was set up was SO SMALL. It was not busy and we could've had a much larger table & they were available. Our server Sabrina was probably the most uninterested server I've encountered while out to eat. We all got waters and then she just kind of walked away so we had to prompt pretty much every interaction; to get drinks, to get apps, to order our entrees. She would take one persons drink order and assume the other 6 didn't want anything and would start walking away?? This was very confusing. Did not love that. We got the chips and salsa (it does come w all 3 flavors) and guacamole. Apps were great! They came out before our drinks did though. Drinks not so much. They tasted like there was no alcohol, and two people got the same drink but it came in different cups? For what reason!!!! Entrees came and were large but they wouldn't do any substitutions on anything which I find odd (didn't see that anywhere on the menu). And lastly the check paying. I understand we're in a technological age but don't just drop the check machine off and have us figure it out???? Overall! Wouldn't come back for regular lunch or dinner, maybe the bottomless option but was definitely underwhelmed based on service.

I think I prefer this location better than the one in my city. There is a bar closer to outside but we sat at the inside bar since it was cold outside. Luckily we arrived during happy hour where margaritas are only $5! (Normally ~$14). Even with a busy bar, the bartender was very attentive and sweet. The happy hour menu has really great deals including tacos and quesadillas.

My coworker ordered us some tacos with a gift card we received for a competition we had. Ordering process was a bit frustrating for her because the price listed on the website was not the actual price charged due to what was added (rice and beans) that online made seem was included. The food arrived in a plastic Tupperware which was very much appreciated. The tacos were absolutely amazing. I got the pork. And so flavorful and juicy. Two of them was very filling. The yellow rice was well seasoned but the black beans seemed to not have been cooked long enough. Overall it was a good meal. I would definitely would like to try it in person to see if the service is better and try other flavors.

So would never go again. Half the beer was out and got a michelada I don't even know what they served me but it was clearly not that. It was like beer with a drop of tomato juice no season or hot sauce severely disappointed Strawberry margarita think a slushee would have tasted better. Loved the plantains that was my favorite part. It was overpriced Tex mex. Not impressed. The building was nice and loved it was on the water with the tiki torches

I had the spicy beef taco platter. It came with two tacos along with yellow rice and either refried or black beans. I chose the homemade corn tortillas also. When my platter came out, it was not the spicy beef but rather chicken. The waitress promptly took it back and returned quickly with my meal. The tortilla itself fell apart and the flavor was adequate but not great. I sat on the patio which has a nice view of the lake and also has heaters standing by for chilly days (which I definitely needed). All in all, it was okay but not somewhere I would go out of my way to eat at.

Yall gotta check out Rocco's Birria Tacos. Man knows how to cook em. Just a heads up the cheese is an extra $2. We got the queso to start, i got an amigos locos beer, solid food.

Was out grocery shopping and decided to grab a snack and refreshment before heading home. Rocco's Tacos fit the bill. Got a nice seat at the bar looking out on the lake and in view of two TV's showing NfL football on a Sunday afternoon The ambience was great for a relaxing time. Friendly staff and patrons alike. Despite the size of the place, it was clear that some were regulars and d well known by the staff. I just ordered flautas and one chicken taco. Exquisite!! Made me slow down and take my time to savor the small meal. And I ended up ordering dessert - the best churros I have ever eaten! The strawberry mojito was pretty darn good too. They will see me again - and often. This just got added to the regular rotation.

The food was great as always. The dorado beef burrito tasted like what I'm used to in CA. The servers were super on it and attentive. The ambiance is dark and a more traditional Mexican vibe. Overall 10/10, I would definitely recommend eating here at least for lunch.

We were driving by, and realized we have never been here before. It was late lunch time, so that's perfect, let's give it a shot. First, walking in, it's very nice, clean, festive, friendly staff. We sat outside, it was a nice cool day, the view is nice, very pleasant porch, a bar that is both outside and indoor. Our server was wonderful, and helped us with recommendations. We started out with the black diamond margarita and the old fashioned. The margarita was great, smooth and tasty. The old fashioned was very good, a nice balance. Food wise, we started with the table side guacamole. The gentleman brought his cart over and made it for us. It was good, you can't go wrong with that. For lunch my wife got some tacos, chorizo and a chicken. The rice and beans on the side were actually just a little bit spicy, which was strange. It could have used a little salt and some other seasoning, it felt like hot sauce was the only thing used. Not too hot, mind you, but it was just a little surprising. Same with the tacos, of course the chorizo has some heat, but between both of them, not much flavor. Just very flat in flavor. I had the dorado burrito with steak. It's definitely a great portion of food. It was good, but I had the same issue. The majority of the burrito was rice and beans. Also, somewhat spicy rice and beans. Not much more flavor, just that little bit of hot sauce and that's about it. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful, the people are nice. I'm not sure if we just had an off time, but it just wasn't amazing. We might be back when we're around, we will see.

Real awesome ambience here. A high end Mexican joint. Came here late, like 11:30pm for a quick drink and some food. Sat at the bar and had great service and food came quickly. Guac was WAY too much for one person but that's ok. Tacos were great and hot. Would 100% return

Big restaurant with a nice view and lots of natural light. I've visited 4 times and all 4 times have been okay. Foods a bit overpriced for what you get. Average in my opinion. I do recommend however, the table side guacamole & steak quesadilla (I add mushrooms).

First off wow!!! Hailey was on it from the moment we sat down!! I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I do work in the industry. Those who do an amazing greet are already top notch in my books!! Great hello and let us know all the specials; awesome!! This was my first time here and the restaurant itself is amazing! The layout and vibe are great! Can't wait to come back and try some more new things!

I just came in for their margarita Monday deal. It's $5 for a classic margarita and $6 for flavor. It's such a fun environment and our server Lina was amazing!

Rocco's is always great! Went for Taco Tuesday and they have amazing Happy Hour deals! Great vibe and great food! This plate was huge! I wish the queso was white and not yellow but overall everything was amazing. Bartenders are very attentive and always have a smile on their face!

Had a great time at Rocco's Tacos! We went for the $5 margarita Monday special and the chips & salsa, which was awesome since they make the salsa right in front of you. Our server, Lina, was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. Plus, we got a booth where it was perfect to watch the Ohio State vs. Notre Dame game, which was a bonus! Definitely a fun spot to grab drinks and enjoy the atmosphere.

I've been at Rocco Tacos multiple times, and every time is better than the last! We came here to celebrate, and I will say that even though we went on a Saturday afternoon, it was not as busy as we expected, and we were able to get a table right away overlooking the lake (the best view from the restaurant!). We order the table guac, and we just LOVE how they make it fresh RIGHT THERE! We also ordered the BIG "molcajete" and it was great, also their drinks were really tasty! They had some music playing and i know sometime at night they bring a live DJ! We missed that part but would gladly come again for their happy hour!

First timer!! Food was phenomenal! No complaints there . Tableside guac was super yummy . Service left us wanting some attention unfortunately but otherwise very nice outside seating. We will be back .

My parents were in town visiting for a work trip and they wanted to go to a "fun Mexican spot" in the I-Drive/Dr. Phillips area since that's where they were staying. I figured Rocco's Tacos would be the type of vibe they were looking for even though it has been YEARS since I've been myself. I was able to make a 7pm reservation the day of and we were seated promptly when we arrived. I know this place shifts to more of a nightlife scene with a DJ as it gets later, so I wanted to be out of there before then. The music was already pretty loud when we arrived, which is not great if you actually want to have conversation. We couldn't hear each other very well so there wasn't much talking. I will forever love their fresh tableside guac and it's probably the only thing that keeps me coming back here. My parents also loved it and they're not even big fans of avocado/guacamole in general. I would say the rest of the food is just mediocre. We ordered chips & queso which was meh and my parents ordered frozen margaritas which they said weren't very good and tasted a bit watered down. For my main entree, I got the crispy fish mahi mahi tacos which were large and pretty tasty. My husband and dad got the burrito bowl (which comes with your choice of pork, chicken, beef or skirt steak), and my stepmom got the taco platter (2 tacos served with yellow rice and black beans). It was all just ok. At first I was happy to see that they had some mocktails on the the menu, but our server straight up told me they were not good (specifically the non-alcoholic margarita). I appreciated his honesty lol. The DJ arrived and the music started getting even louder just as we were wrapping up. If I ever come back, I think I'd like to sit outside (they have a beautiful lake view) and just have some drinks and guac.

My folks live not too far from Rocco's and it's always busy around peak meal times whenever we've driven past it. We were all in the mood for Mexican food one evening so we arrived before a main period for dinner. It was good timing, as we beat the crowds and found parking in the plaza. There is valet, but you will need to tip after the meal if you go that route. We parked between Rocco's and some of the other businesses and walked over. The space is very open and has a great view of the lake. It's a good place to go for drinks and bites or with a small group for a fun meal out. We ordered the table side guacamole to share and I ordered for my main the wet burrito con rojo. Guacamole is made fresh in front of you and was a good sized portion. I preferred the complimentary salsa and chips though - flavors were more to my liking. The burrito is massive and very filling. I liked the idea of it, but the carnitas I chose had a unique seasoning flavor to it and it didn't quite sit well with me after the fact. That aside, I would try something else here. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Prices range on the menu - they also do happy hour specials too if that's your thing. Definitely something for everyone here.

Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar, Orlando, FL Visited today with a friend, and Rocco's Tacos in Orlando delivered a fantastic experience! Our awesome server set the tone with friendly, attentive service, making great recommendations. The Burrito Bowl was a standout seasoned rice, black beans, fresh avocado, and perfectly cooked shrimp, topped with pico de gallo, sour cream, and crema. Each bite was a delicious mix of creamy and spicy flavors. The house Sangria was refreshing and paired perfectly with our food, and the tableside guacamole, made fresh with a zesty lime kick, was excellent with warm, crispy chips. Great food, service, and atmosphere highly recommend Rocco's Tacos!

Popped in for brunch yesterday with 7 friends and Rocco's didn't disappoint! I love their all you can drink option, however I will say for $17 I wish the mimosas and bloody mary's were interchangeable like other options nearby. Our server was Emily and Emily was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I was kinda hesitant to order the Mexican Cobb Salad but when I did she said, "oh, great choice!" And I knew I was in for a treat! Emily was right too! The salad was amazing, gorgeous, and so filling! I needed a Togo box! Honestly, I would come back here for brunch for the Cobb Salad and for our server, Emily, but if I'm coming for drinks I might pick somewhere else for brunch :-)

Good food, good drinks, great prices, amazing service! It starts with endless chips and salsa and ends with satisfied belly's, many laughs and great memories! I recommend the Camarone Al Ajillo if you like tasty garlic shrimp!! Tip: If you like hot sauce ask to try their house specials! One of the only non-chain spots in Orlando and I'm glad we found it! Great for all types and size parties. They have 3 full bars so I'm guessing they get VERY busy but we got lucky and they accommodated our party of 8 with ease. Thank you Samantha!!

Went in for a late solo lunch/early dinner. Was warmly greeted by 2 individuals in the front, and they informed me if I sat at the bar they were offering happy hour which was a nice surprise. I was treated extremely well by both Valerie and Kristen who were friendly, attentive, and super kind. A guy, also solo, next to me went to the restroom without telling anyone, put his cloth napkin over the food, and a busser cleared his area. He made a huge ordeal about it, demanded to talk to a manager, and said very unpleasant things under his breath about something he could have completely prevented if he told the staff he'd be right back. All in all, Valerie and Kristen deserve a raise for how well they handed this customer and will gladly return based on their hospitality. Food and drinks were also excellent, and the music and overall atmosphere were great.

I tried Rocco's Tacos for the first time with friends while visiting Orlando. I loved the decor and couldn't stop looking around. The patio plus bar at the entrance was so inviting. If it hadn't been a little chilly, I would have asked to sit outside. My first request was a bowl of guacamole. Carlos rolled his cart to our table and started working his magic. He first scooped out the avocado and chopped it. Then he added tomato, onion, cilantra and fresh squeezed lemon. I could not stop eating it! He asked if we wanted jalapenos, but we had them on the side instead. And the chips were hot and fresh topped with seasoning. I also enjoyed sipping the spicy mango margarita. They have a large list of margaritas and specialty cocktails. Maddlyn provided good service and we all had a great time!

Rocco's Tacos is a local gem! I always thought they were a nationwide chain, but they're actually just in Florida. I'm always at their Orlando and Tampa locations. One of my favorite menu items is the nachos with spicy beef. They're super generous with the toppings, and the ingredients are always fresh. The quality-price ratio is also on point. This dish is $14 and easily shareable. I also love the ambiance of this restaurant. It's usually packed and everyone always seems to be having a good time. The service is 10/10. Every single server I've had has been quick and friendly. My experience never disappoints.

Five of us had a reservation and dined before an evening concert at Hard Rock Live Orlando. It was perfect logistics. After checking in for our reservation at the hostess stand, we chilled at the outdoor bar to wait for our table [5-10 minutes = not bad at all]. We were sat at one of the booths near the front, and it was plenty of room for all of us. Our server, Ariana [sp?], was superb. She was friendly, professional, helpful while ordering, gave is space to dine while still checking on us. It could be me, yet I'm going to tell myself she was the reason we didn't wait long for anything - drinks, guacamole preparation, food . The food was flavorful and delicious. (I left a few additional noted with my pictures.) We ordered the spicy mango margarita [wonderfully spicy], passionate fruit margarita [sugared rim, flavorful, strong], table-side guacamole, steak taco platter, blacked fish taco platter, steak bowl, chicken quesadilla, side of vegetables, and a side of plantains. All of the portions were good and delicious. The surprise highlight for me was the plantain. As a person easily turned off by food texture, these were great. The char brought out their sweetness. We'll all be back soon. I'd sit in Arianna's section any time.

Though I haven't dined here recently, I wanted to pop in and wish my dear friend Jenna a happy birthday. This place holds a special place in our hearts and I know it means a lot to her. Attached are some pictures of us over the years at Rocco's. One is not at Rocco's I just thought she looked lovely there. Jenna wouldn't be who she is today without Rocco's. Aw man this presentation was NOIIICE But the Birria tacos are 3 little delicious tacos for $21. Not the best if you're hungry, HOWEVER the taste was great. The wings were grilled and juicy, the medium Guac had flavor while the mild was honestly unremarkable. Now that corn.... That corn... I'm still thinking about it.... Some of the best corn I've ever had. Better than Japanese street corn. 10/5 on that And the churros.... The attention to detail was evident: it was some of the most flavorful not overbearing vanilla ice cream paired with a light in the center--crispy on the outside churro. Another 10/5. Overall, although the serving size of the Birria tacos was underwhelming, the sides and taste overall of everything makes this place GREAT! Not to mention our server was super dope.

Very fast and attentive service! Beautiful waterfront area on the back deck. This is one of those places that does not offer chips and salsa complimentary so keep that in mind. I Ordered the salsa trio as an appetizer, I was disappointed in those, not what I expected as far as taste. It is Why I didn't give it 5 stars, but maybe the authenticity or flavor is better for someone else. I did however love the birria tacos, I added cheese and they were amazing, would definitely recommend. They also made a good mocktail margarita if that interests you,

Honestly great service here and a pretty solid menu. The lava bowl is a hit and tastes very good with their special recipe. Overall a great dinning experience and worth checking out for yourself !

Went there for dinner tonight and loved all the food and service. Our waiter Max was very nice, knowledgeable and very hard working which we loved. He recommended a couple nice hot sauces to accompany the cheese quesadillas and both were delicious. He definitely deserves recognition and we will definitely be back!

I love Rocco's tacos for some weird reason. It's not authentic Mexican to me but maybe I like the vibes of this place. Anyway, we stopped by for happy hour. 45 mins wait for 2 of us but we found a seat at the bar outside. We asked for some water while we went through the menu. Water cups were both dirty and the water tasted like whatever was previously in the glass. We asked for new water but was never brought any. I did a volcanic margarita. Happy hour was $5. We ordered beef nachos, tacos and flautas. They had a few items for $5 on the happy hour menu. 4-7p everyday. Service is a hit or miss here.

Our server was very attentive and knew the menu well. I had the chicken burrito bowl and loved the fact that they melt the cheese on top of the bowl. I did not care for the flavor of the chicken but the rice and beans were delicious. My partner had the carne asada tacos and they were delicious, the steak was very tender. I would come back again for the steak but not the chicken.

Great spot with a great vibe, great drinks. Best nachos in Orlando! Stopped by for a casual dinner during our visit to Orlando. We ordered the fajita steak nachos which you won't see on the menu. We also ordered the elotes which was flavorful, but an extremely small portion ($7 for one ear of corn cut in half). This is one of the few Mexican restaurants that don't provide free chips and salsa, but I always opt for the Rocco's chips with three salsas. I think all three of the salsas are made in house and my favorite was the smoky one. This restaurant is located in a shopping plaza so there is ample Free parking. Also has a late closing time. There is multiple bars as well as outdoor dining areas. This place is good for all age groups, but I recommend don't take young kids there late in the evening as the music does get a little loud.

We had an outstanding night at Rocco's! My favorite part was the table side guac made by our AMAZING server, Emily! I ordered the Al Capone and it did not disappoint. Flavor was spectacular and presentation was even better. My only regret is that I didn't take a picture before I started to dig in. I guess I'll have to come back again! Emily was great with her recommendations and clear knowledge of the menu. Will request her for next time*

Came here with a couple of cousins right after having dinner down the street. We sat at the bar with no problem. Music was bopping and the crowd is much older, mostly tourist. Corona was $7 a pop, Stella was $9. It's very expensive, however, the service is fast and the employees are friendly. I personally wouldn't eat here... $21 for 3 tacos is overpriced.

Amazing food ! Great atmosphere ! The guy who makes the guacamole is super cool watching him make the guac. We had apps entrees and desserts and it was awesome. I recommend the watermelon margarita !

We came here for taco Tuesday and they have pretty good specials on food and drinks! The guacamole is made at table side and you can choose your spice level. I ordered the birria tacos and they were alright. They were lacking the cheese overload to complete the dish. Other then that definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area.
