Roch Castle

This castle stay was absolutely magical. From the moment you drive into the grounds and enter the grounds you jare just in awe of how amazing this place really is.||The rooms are absolutely amazing with a fantastic bathroom with an amazingly big and deep bath that the wife absolutely loved. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable! We was in the De rupe room and had such amazing views which were absolutely unreal!||The sun room was an absolute gem with an honesty bar and views that just got better and better the more you spend looking! With comfy sofas and a relaxing atmosphere you don't have to do much at all to be relaxed!||The breakfast was delicious and well cooked with plenty of options and nice coffee to go with it!||We also ate at Blas restaurant which is part of the hotel and the food was absolutely unbelievable and the service was outstanding.||The part that made this stay so special was the staff, we went over St Davids day and was treated to some delicious Welsh cakes and a lovely card. As it was my Wife's birthday the staff arranged some beautiful flowers and chocolates which she absolutely loved! So we cannot thank them enough!||I highly recommend that if you ever get the chance to stay here you do it's one of the most special places you can stay in Pembrokeshire!

What a wonderful place! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Our room was just beautiful. The whole castle is tastefully decorated to a high standard. The art work around the castle is an absolute delight to see.|The lounge area is brilliant, well stocked with an excellent range of wines and spirits to purchase. There are board games, books galore. Such a pleasant area to sit and the views are just stunning. |The staff are amazing, so helpful and really make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend Roch castle to family and friends ,we will definitely be back.|Thank you for such a super stay!!

We had the most amazing stay at this beuatiful castle. It was very relaxing and we were made to feel very welcome. There were plenty of places to sit and read around the castle as well as the lounge and communal area. The food was excellent. The staff were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful hotel. I've always wanted to stay in a castle and this did not disappoint. The staff were so warm, kind and friendly. The room was so comfortable, the bed was perfect and the bathroom was lovely. Very clean and accommodating. The staff at breakfast were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast itself was great too. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, it was a real privilege

The best UK hotel I have stayed in without a doubt. Everything from the detail of the rooms and the whole castle, the amazing breakfast, and the fantastic staff. Making my partners birthday extra special by leaving a card, wine and chocolates in the room. The hotel really does live up to its 5* reviews. The location is perfect and the views from the castle are fantastic. Thanks very much for an amazing stay!

Stunning - when you drive up the driveway you are met with the castle that looks imposingly down at you as you drive in. You have to walk up a number of steps to the door (it must be noted that Roch Castle does tell you this on their website - only bring a small bag) The castle keeps its authenticity and also brings a very modern, arty feel to it. We were met by Angela who gave us a guided tour and is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Roch castle. We were in the nest room it has everything you need and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are extremely supportive. When we entered our room we had rose petals on the bed for our 10th anniversary and chocolate and champagne which was such a lovely personal touch and quiet unexpected. ||Breakfast is amazing and staff cannot do enough for you - Roch castle is stunning, to be honest I shouldn’t write this review Roch castle is a hidden gem I have stumbled upon , beaches are not far away as our villages- it’s wonderful and we had such an amazing, relaxing, wonderful time.

Such an amazing place to stay enhanced by the original artwork and sculptures. Unique and respectfully restored with excellent service, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Incredible views to the sea and love the sun room at the top of the turret with outside crenellated area. Totally recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel, with real luxury and fantastically helpful staff. Its position is ideal for travelling anywhere in Pembrokeshire and its comfort and facilities are exceptional. It is absolutely great value for money ( we took up their three nights for two deal and that made it even better value. The breakfasts are lovely, the bar and lounges excellent. We will definitely be back . I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough enough. If you’re thinking of a trip to this part of Wales, stay here!!!||Mike farrar CBE FRCGP FRCP.
