My family of 4 had a great time on this tour. There are some great displays in Rochester! Our tour guide - “Sean-ta Claus” was funny and kind. It’s our second time on the tour and by far the best. Gets a bit cold though so bring blankets!

Took the Jolly Trolley Light Tour this past week. It was very nice. Played good Christmas music the whole time. Driver gave us a little history downtown. Had all of the neighborhoods named with neat Christmas themed names. Really enjoyed the evening.

Went on the crime tour. Some interesting stories, but the microphone was broken making it hard to hear. The guide was nice but literally just read a script verbatim off his phone in a monotone voice, fumbling through it most of the tour. One of the lower quality tours I have been on. Would not recommend.

We booked a private Christmas Lights Trolly Tour and it was absolutely fun and amazing!! Thank you Rochester Trolly for a beautiful forever memory for our family, friends, and neighbors. Jessica was our driver and she was so fun, engaging, friendly, and a very good/safe driver. A fun tour of different areas that included Santa, and so many beautiful light displays. Some more simple than others, but all equally festive and beautiful. This should also be a "Thanks" to all the residents of Rochester that take the time to make our city a warm festive holiday experience.

No trolley - it was a bus! I did the Countryside Bluff Winery Tour for my friend's birthday (there were 6 of us). When we arrived to the pick-up spot, we were surprised and disappointed to see that instead of the trolley, we had a small bus; similar to a hotel shuttle bus. Yes, the bus was clean and nice, but we had no notice of this change and the trolley bit was part of the appeal for this tour. (They have since changed the description on their website to say "bus.") Not only that, but also in the description it states, "Guests can tour the vineyards and wine-making facilities..." but NOTHING like that occurred. We were brought to each winery, told to sit, get a tasting flight, and then told when to be back on the bus. This whole tour really wound up being an expensive "sober cab" for $115+tax per person! We still had fun because we enjoyed spending the day together, but we did not get what was expected. Save your money and just go to these wineries yourself. (Special note, our driver - Katie - was awesome!)

We had Rochester Trolley shuttle our wedding guests back and forth between our hotel and venue and they did a great job! The team was great to work with from making an initial reservation to changing details to working with day of. There was a little confusion between the hotel and trolley company regarding agreed up on pick up and drop off times but we got everything sorted in time for the big day. Cammy was great and our family and friends really appreciated the built-in ride so they could leave their cars at the hotel. Trolleys are super clean and have a wonderful old world quality to them - we thought they added a really unique touch! Great company to work with for any event you are planning!

I was disappointed. We just drove around town, stop in front of a building and she would tell us all her experiences. When I paid for this tour, I wanted to have fun and experience some thing. We only got off the trolley 2 times, which was fun, but the rest of the time was we had to sit in the trolley, listening to the tour guide’s stories of all these ‘ghostly’ experiences. After awhile I stopped believing her. I did not pay $50 to hear someone talk the whole time. If you are going to charge this much money, you need to provide more experiences. I probably won’t do this again.
