They have their own craft beer, yet you have other choices as well. Stocked bar and there is always plenty of seating. Tonight they had a live band that was really enjoyable! The food is good and well prepared, tonight I gave it a 4, as I had the fish tacos. Now while they were tasty, they could use a little less lettuce and more fish. Its a good place to relax, have a drink and watch the game or just enjoy good company. **(You might have to bring the company yourselves.)** The staff has always been friendly and attentive.

Compared to most other restaurants in Highlands Ranch, and to other Rock Bottom Breweries around the Denver metro area, this place stands out for its lively atmosphere. I can't believe we are lucky enough to have live music here. This is my and my friends' go to place to hear some great bands and have a good time, as most restaurants in this area do not offer anything beyond the average dining experience. The food and drinks are great as well, and I love that this place is obviously a gathering spot for many, especially on Friday nights. It is hard to find much in the way of live music around here, thank you Rock Bottom for providing a restaurant that is beyond just a typical place to eat.

I’ve been here 3 times now- hoping my crummy service was just a fluke- but it’s not. Food server 101- check on your tables frequently enough that your guest doesn’t sit with an empty drink! Especially for a brewery! Food is just meh… my favorite though is that the seasonal menu items are NOT available to order online…. So I called to order a to go- was placed on hold/ my phone disconnected after 6 minutes- so I called back- was put on hold for 5 more minutes! I was almost to the dang restaurant by the time my order was taken…. And then my salad was missing half the ingredients! Severely disappointed! There is ONE server there who has been worth tipping! Time for management to do their job and start managing!

4/28 - Stopped in again this past week, the staff here are still amazing! Ordered the Cilantro Ranch Chop Salad. Ordered the Sante Fe Grilled Chicken Salad with a Grapefruit Sol IPA. The food was absolutely delicious, left me thinking about how good it was for at least 30 minutes after we had left. It was a large salad - a very healthy portion. Took a real commitment to get it down while still allowing me the ability to walk away. The service stumbled on a few minor details but was very prompt and friendly. This was my first visit to this location, having only eaten at their downtown restaurant. Definitely clean and had some of the cool brewery decor; however, the dining area seemed a bit simple. Still a solid choice for a good meal.

Among the many corporate owned brands, Rock Bottom is one of the better ones. It is clean, bright and spacious, and with the huge silver tanks right in the dining room, it makes you feel like you are in the middle of the action. The food is good, service is pleasant, and on this particular visit they had a good band on the patio. All in all its a worthwhile experience that seems to cater to a wide variety of folks!

Today I hosted a luncheon of 25 members of the Highlands Ranch Senior Group. I wanted to give Matt our server a shout out, he did an outstanding job with our group. The food and atmosphere were also great. We will definitely be visiting your restaurant again!

I have been coming to this location since it opened. It has gone through several management/ownership changes. Each time there is a change, they wipe out previously earned rewards ( this has happened to me 4 times now). If you just want to come in to have a beer, it is ok, but if you expect management to recognize the importance of how they treat loyal customers, forget it. I will not return.

The food was tasty and prepared quickly, the staff was really friendly and was really nice with our dog. They even brought out a dog water bowl with ice in it! They were really accommodating and they have a really nice dog friendly patio - shaded for the most part. Our dog was really happy hanging out with us while we ate here. We will absolutely come back to eat and drink here again.

I normally love this brewery, but I've got to be honest. The last meal I had here was disappointing. Here's my advice: If the garnish is wilted, don't put it on the plate. The tomato bisk soup was awesome, but the basil used as garnish looked like it had been chewed up. Put more pulled pork on the pulled pork mac & cheese please. The waiter bragged about the pulled pork, so when it came out it was a huge let down. There was about a pinch of pulled pork on my friend's huge plate of mac. The mac itself was really good, it just didn't have hardly any pork in it. Like I said, I love coming here. I'm a regular and I enjoy the beer a lot. The food is a hit or a miss and all because of easily fixable problems. The service was phenomenal and the waiter did a great job. But, that pulled pork mac shouldn't have even left the kitchen.

I've been to several locations, but this is by FAR my least favorite. Only the second time I've been there, both times it was awful. The first time my husband ordered an old-fashioned, and it was terrible. I ordered a double Grey goose and cranberry, and it tasted like a splash of cranberry in water. You would think for that much money that we paid for those two drinks they would've been good. Then we had to deal with the what we only could guess was supposed to be 50s music. The music was awful, the speakers were awful, and it was so loud that you couldn't even talk to anyone. There was not anyone in that place that looked like they wanted to even hear that music. Last night we went again, and we had pretty much the exact same experience with the exact 50's dj, and the music was even louder than the first time. This time, my husband's old fashioned was good, but still priced pretty high at $16. I had a cider which was fine because they can't really mess that up. The burger and fries were OK, nothing to write home about, but a little pricey at $16 as well. Overall the 50s DJ music was just wretched, and the only people that wanted to hear it were the eight people that were there with the two DJs. Nobody else in that restaurant wanted to hear it. Needless to say we left with a headache! I will say that the waitress that waited on us was very nice and helpful and provided very good service. Unfortunately, we will not be back to that location.

Stopped in after work with hubby. Enjoyed a bowl of tomato bisque soup and shared hubbies garlic fries and a slice of his Hawaiian pizza. The pizza has a nice light marinara. I don't eat pork and he made sure I didn't get ham or pineapple. Delicious. The garlic fries are very good. My only complaint is when you get to the bottom of the tray, the fries are just swimming in the oil. Definitely not a fan of this. Hubby enjoyed their one NA beer and would order again. My vodka soda had a nice pour. We would certainly visit again. Our waitress, while attentive, was not overbearing.

Ordered catering for my son's bday party this past weekend and was severely disappointed. I called ahead and asked about what type of trays they serve in they told me they would provide the aluminum food trays. Also lemonade and iced tea was on menu listed as half gallons they literally sent drinks in 4 glasses which I guess totals a half gallon. The fries all came in individual bags and the sliders and chicken tenders in plastic containers. I had gotten heating pads to keep the trays warm and couldn't keep my food warm because of how we got the food. I will never order from here again.

Was a great spot for lunch. Came in around 11:30 and overall wasn't too busy except a few big work groups. Service was friendly and attentive although the kitchen was pretty slow. Ordered the nachos which were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Each chip covered perfectly with cheese, pulled pork, beans, etc. and had a delicious chipotle crema on top. Highly recommend!

Asking for a drink is liking asking for the wait staff to give up their arm. We gave the wait staff plenty of money for drinks. I asked Haleigh for a glass of water and she looked at me like I was asking for all her money. Hence to say, I NEVER got my water. Will NEVER be back. So rude!

Food was OK and so was the service but when you first walk in it smells like they're having a sewage problem.

Great atmosphere! Very happy and social and welcoming environment! Huge parking lot with plenty of options! We were seated within 10 minutes on a Friday night! I got the pretzels as an appetizer! The sauce was a little spicy to my liking but my boyfriend loved it!! The pretzel it's self was nice and hot! Soft on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside! Definitely recommend! My boyfriend got the salad! It was huge. He couldn't finished it all! Very good! I got the chicken carbonara. Normally it comes with Santa Fe chicken (spicy) but lucky for me they ran out that night! So I got grilled chicken :) I asked for no tomato, basil, and arugula. Overall it looked beautiful! Tasted great too! Towards to bottom of the bowl I noticed a lot of grease.... My friend said it was supposed to be a cream sauce so we were both confused why there was so much grease at the bottom of the bowl. It started to hurt my stomach so I stopped. I dabbed up the grease with a napkin and took the rest home. I would defiantly go back! The menu looked fantastic and I would really love to try some other items :)

I like rock bottom for their food and ambiance. they have a lot of tvs around the bars for watching games and other entertainment. They have a dining area and a bar area, they also have some beer equipment on display as decoration which is pretty cool. The service has been very good every time I have been there. I enjoy their max and cheese a lot and like a lot of the handhelds that they have on the menu. I would recommend rock bottom to everyone.

This place is still knocking it out of the park. Consistently great food quality and attentive service. The kitchen is doing it up right, and the front of the house always takes very good care of you. This is a to-go Cobb salad, and just look at how good it looks!

I really enjoy the food but you really need to watch your bill. The last 2 times I went during Happy Hour (ordered drinks off of the happy hour menu). I was charged full price and had to point it out (both times by Tracey). It seems to me it should be automated when it gets ring up. I really enjoy the place but don't enjoy feeling like I'm being taken advantage of.

Came here with a group of nine for a work lunch. It didn't WOW me by any stretch. The food was just okay all the way around. I asked the table what they thought and I was met with shrugged shoulders. Not awesome, but satisfactory. We ordered the gammit of appetizers and assorted plates. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. It was good, but if you're in the mood for Italian, go to and Italian restaurant. My buddy's well-done burger was raw. He wouldn't send it back because he doesn't trust cooks in general who may take as an insult. I will say the deviled eggs were a solid 5 stars. Anyway, the place was clean, the staff seemingly friendly and the food came out together and on time. Still just a mediocre experience. Would I go out of my way to return? No. Good for a quick bite on a last-minute whim with family and friends? Yes.

Rock Bottom was a ten minute walk from our hotel. This is a solid choice for a sports bar. The Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche were both playing and were on the many TV screens around the restaurant and bar. The restaurant and servers decked out in pink because it was October and breast cancer awareness month. The servers were very nice and attentive. I ordered the brisket sandwich. The meat was tender and came out very hot. It was still hot five minutes later. The BBQ sauce that came with it was very good. The waffle fries and sandwich were good but not special or memorable. My husband ordered the chicken tenders. They were meaty and crispy. They were good but not special. The honey mustard sauce was pretty spicy and had a kick to it. Overall a nice place to watch a have a decent meal.

The food is mediocre and the bar service is horrible. We like to eat at the bar and the best bartender is Tracy, the other bartenders pretty much suck. Unfortunately their poor attitudes and their lack of attention to customers is horrible.

Food was fantastic, great atmosphere. We shared a platter of super Nachos with the beef, the sauce on it was so good. Also had some sliders that were very tasty. Service was great. Had a nice little room close to our table that my kids could roam around and was small beach balls for them to play with and able to keep. Would definitely go back.

We had lunch here because we're starting a cleanse tomorrow, so we wanted to avoid our usual healthy options. We had the deviled eggs to start, and WOW. They are really delicious! They were wonderfully seasoned and topped with yummy things. We both agreed these were the new gold standard. We also had the braised short rib, Brussels sprouts, and dried cranberry flatbread. Really, really good. For entrees, BF had the Da Keg burger, and I had the Philly cheese steak on a gluten-free bun. BF also ordered a side of cheddar mashed potatoes. My Philly came with mashed potatoes instead of fries, but an order of waffle fries quickly appeared after I mentioned that. Our server was terrific! He was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and prompt. He recommended the black cherry hard seltzer over the key lime, so I ordered it. It didn't have a strong black cherry flavor, but was crisp and refreshing. I tasted the apple-cherry cider, and liked that better. I'll get that next time.

One of our favorite restaurants! Great draft beer selection. Full bar with great drink selections. We always sit at the bar and have always had excellent service. The food is always great. Their unique bowls are my favorite, such fresh ingredients! And the pizzas are excellent. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food just so-so, only have 1 size beer, an $8, 12 oz pint (for reference a full pint is 16oz). Tried them a few times, but underwhelmed each time.

Such a great place, fresh brewed beer, great staff!! Live Music! Only drawback is the loud music. Bands should have a limit, so patrons can communicate with each other.

Decent Burger but expensive ($18 ) the waffle fries where hard as hockey pucks and not eatable!! The restaurant appears to be clean because nobody is in there probably because it's so expensive

Slow service and the food is hit or miss. Good selection of local beer though, and you can sit outside.

I came here for a work event in their banquet room, and it was quite nice! The server had a big task bringing everyone different drinks and remembering who got what. She did great! I got the mac and cheese entree and carrot cake dessert. Both were so good!! I wish I took the little bit of Mac and cheese I had as leftovers. The carrot cake dessert was a huge portion and the cream cheese frosting the star.

Rock Bottom has really...hit bottom. We used to go to Rock Bottom three or four times a week. But rising prices, questionable menu changes and then the pandemic whittled it down to where we had not set foot in this place for nearly a year. First the positive - the beer is still good and a few of the selections still really shine. The price of the beer has risen, but it is not outrageous. The service was good if slow, but I suppose like everyone RB has had a hard time hiring and keeping help. The food on the other hand has become a complete rip-off. $9 for a CUP of chili? We ordered the nachos with beef - $14. We got a small plate with a handful of chips from a bag, maybe an ounce of shredded cheese, a smattering of tomato chunks and a few hunks of old hamburger. There was a dollop of sour creme, almost enough for two chips. It made me sad. I used to love the RB nachos. They were $10, served hot with melty cheese and buried in toppings. We usually ordered the "bar size", not on the menu, but half the size for $5.99 and plenty for two. I was already humming "taps" for the Rock when our entrees arrived. $15 got me a skinny six inch Philly Cheese steak and a few waffle fries. Same sandwich used to be twice as much food and $9. The wife got a salad which she enjoyed. A $12 salad. Somehow with two beers each this cost us $80 including the tip (we did not order the chili, I just mentioned it for shock value). Maybe this what dinner at a chain restaurant is going to cost now. But for now we can go to Chili's, Applebees, Olive Garden, etc for far less. Or better still we will stay home and have steak.

our favorite restaurant- great beer- excellent food BUT watch out for their TUESDAY $2 beers 3 tuesdays we have either eaten lunch or dinner there to take advantage of their $2 beer night every beer is charged at full price and 2 times we did not discover problem till we got home and the last time we noticed it in the restaurant WATCH YOUR BILL CAREFULLY

I had a great time here at an event hosted by a local company. Focusing on the restaurant part of the event: I tried their wheat beer (which I recommend) and the red ale (which I would not try again). They had massive food spreads across several tables. Items I recommend are the pulled pork sliders, some pizza-style appetizer, and the brownies. The staff was also great, particularly the servers who were very attentive and responsive. I will stop by again to see what the regular experience is like.

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. They have a great mix of American, Mexican and Cajun food to choose from. We were here on the Memorial Day to grab some beer. But as I saw their menu and their great food selection I was enticed into having my dinner as well. First off, it took me forever to select an entree. They have one of my favorites which is Jambalaya. They also have great burgers ranging from classic American cheese burger to Tex Mex burger with avocados and peppers. But their mango habanero chicken grabbed my attention the most. I love a nice blend of sweet and spicy flavor on anything I could ever imagine that is edible. Loved the mango glaze on the chicken. Chicken was very well cooked. Golden glaze on the outside and juicy & tender from the inside. Entree comes with a couple of sides. I got some veggies and lemon rice as my sides. I tasted Jambalaya as well. It was really good. If not for habanero mango chicken I would have definitely opted for the Jambalaya. For dessert, I had carrot cake. It's huge. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It's been two days since I ordered carrot cake for take out and I still have some left in my fridge. Icing is a little too extra. Overall, really good experience. Service was good. Price is nominal. Plenty of parking spot.

Check your billing!! Had a gathering the day before a wedding. Had great food and service but was OVERCHARGED due to "having more people!" Tried to say we had "over 100" advised 65-85.... Not all showed up and we only had 100 at the wedding (including children). Did have more to high side, but we bought MORE food and MORE drinks!! Just put a sour taste in our mouths after having a great event!!

If you are looking for quality eats with a nice sports bar feel I highly recommend. The waitress was really nice and made the experience even better!

This place has amazing service. They go out of their way to make you happy. I don't eat meat, and I know it sells primarily hamburgers and other meat entries. So I ordered a dish that had chicken in it, and they not only took the chicken out but charged me a lower price. I would recommend going enjoy the atmosphere and service, oh and of course the food. It has a cozy vibe with a bit of a sports bar also. Great place to try their famous rootbeer(liquor or plain).

Came here for dinner with my husband and kids. There were fruit flies all over our food and drinks to the point that they were mostly inedible. Would never come here again. Server was great but the drinks were terrible and covered in fruit flies. Gross

My order tonight was wrong. I ordered on line for pick up. I ordered Buffalo Wings and Garlic Green Beans. When I got home I had BBQ wings, not Buffalo Wings and the green beans were cold and soggy. Now I know better than to order take out from this location.

Joshua Is an amazing waiter! Food is amazing! Salsa with chips is amazing would come here every week! Not to expensive really nice patio!

Had dinner at the Rock Bottom tonight, not only was the food good but our server Cole was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to work with my elderly mother-in- law as she ordered with a very limited diet. He treated her with such care and compassion. The food came out perfect and for once she was able to eat food at a restaurant without sending it back. I hope management recognizes what a great person they have with him. Thank you.

Really busy so there is always a wait even with reservations. Food was really good at a reasonable price. Green bean side was excellent. So was the Mac and cheese side. They also have a good kids menu. Loved the fish tacos too. Burgers are pretty standard. Not the best with social distancing... probably the bare minimum required. Very nice server doing the best he could for a packed house.

This might be a chain but it's still really good pizza. They use the spent grains in the dough and that adds a lot of flavor and character to it. The beers are all good and they don't all taste the same. The prices are reasonable too.

I had the worst experience with a bartender that I can remember. I sat at the bar and asked if happy hour had started. He said, "I don't know, look at your phone." It was not and I ordered a beer. I then courteously asked the person next to me if he minded if we changed the channel on the TV in front of our chairs. I then asked the bartender to change the TV to the same channel as the one in the corner showing extreme sports. He said "I'm not going to change the channel. That's just a commercial for Rock Bottom" and walked away. The manager then came over and the bartender said I could move to the other end of the bar, and he would change the channel on that TV. I moved. The manager stood there and explained how to do it. I then ordered my hamburger and asked for a large side if ranch for my fries. My meal came out and there was no ranch. I asked him for the ranch and he brought two large side ranch dressings as if to spite me. He then asked, "Is there anything else I can do to accommodate you?" I was fire-trucking mad. Needless to say, I won't be darkening the doors of the Rock Bottom in Highlands Ranch again any time soon.

We have Rock Bottom where I live but this was a much nicer version with better food. We needed a quick, casual place for lunch and this fit the bill. I got the fish tacos with a side of garlic mashed potatoes & my husband got the french dip with a side of mac and cheese. You won't leave here hungry & while the food won't change your life, it definitely is flavorful. The staff were also very nice & great with their level of service.

Followup to prior review. The $8 large beer appears to be a 12oz cup, not a full 16oz pint. So if you are thirsty for beer, seek a different brewery.

This is a beer brewery and restaurant, and in trying to go gluten free I wasn't going to drink beer or eat bread - and what I found was a delicious margarita and this beautiful baked purple and white cauliflower plate that's a solid meal or appetizer for two. I'd order the same thing again, delish! Plenty of parking, directly off the highway next to the Ikea.

This is one of my go to spots when on 16th St. Mall! They have great cocktails, beers, and food. Recently tried out the jalapeno margarita as well as the loaded nachos to share with a few friends. Everything was extremely tasty - check them out!

Hey Rock Bottom Highlands Ranch. Things seems to be going downhill a bit. The beer selection this week was severely lacking in high gravity beers. Really missed the Belgium Trippel. Also the new menu is truly lackluster. Can't believe you got rid of the giant Bavarian beer with cheese sauce. The kettle nachos did not come with beer cheese queso as advertised. Please get back to your old ways with great beer and great food.

Food has went down hill consistently since opening. Service is average. Good place to watch a game and have a drink but I won't eat there much. Good sign of good food and service is how long the wait is. Never have to wait to be seated here.

My son and I popped in for Happy Hour on a mini brew pub tour. Our server was helpful, attentive, and friendly. It was pretty packed for a week day! We enjoyed the $2 off pints, and the $5 Ball Park Pretzels. I didn't realize this was a national chain, but it did still have a local feel. The menu looks amazing, and now that delivery is available from Grub Hub, I look forward to trying out their food in the near future.

I feel bad for the waitstaff here because they are set up to fail. Came in with my wife and two kids for an early dinner. Server was attentive and helpful with recommendations. That's where the positives stopped. It was only a few minutes before my 3 year old son began shouting "bug" every time he saw a fruit fly. The outbursts were consistent. By the time our food came out, he counted 4 fruit flies in my beer. My wife's drink was poured so poorly that she couldn't take more than a sip. When the check was brought out, I mentioned the pest pressure and the server informed me that they were knew about the bugs and were having the exterminator come regularly. Rock Bottom - if you are even reading these reviews, save the boiler plate response... just let me know when you get rid of the bugs.

I have never been so disappointed in a meal. I thought rock bottom was a catchy name, until I realized it defines their work. The calamari was so chewy it took 2 minutes to go down, and the salmon dip made me sick. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a very generic suburban "brewery". We came in from the side to sit in their patio. The waitress came out when she saw us and said in a pissy tone that next time we HAVE TO check in inside first. OK lady, we didn't know. Attitude problem! We ordered and she got more chipper after that. Beet and hard seltzer's were meh, there were a few standouts, but 80% of our samplers were a hard pass. Now the food...we only ordered appetizers. Fried pretzel bites with aioli (not bad), chips and queso (meh), and calamari (super gross, it was literally friend yo a point where you don't know it's calamari just a piece of chewy string). Food didn't look good at all, mostly over fried and generic suburban mall offerings. With so many great breweries in CO I probably won't be back ever again.

Recently went with husband and our two kids. Sat next to a family just like ours. Ironically, both of our husbands got up to take babies to the bathroom to change them. Both came back to tell us that there was no changing table in men's bathroom. This has got to change.

After waiting for 20-30 minutes for our food tonight, our orders finally arrived. I had what was supposed to be a pulled pork sandwich, but there were large slabs of pork that was not pulled and the sauce was mediocre. My hubby's cheeseburger looked like it was a frozen patty. We would honestly recommend going somewhere else, as this food is overpriced and the time it takes is not good.

Good experience today at Rock Bottom. Good service and good food and good beer. The nachos here are really good. Cameron did an excellent job of making sure our drinks were filled and we got what we needed. Will definitely be back.
