Rock City Pizza

I placed an order at 11:20pm, how was I messaged it will take 45-55 then messages at 12:59pm that it is out for delivery.… then it’s 1:17 and it’s still not arrived. It came at 1:22 ice cold. The only reason they got 2 stars was cause Uber refunded my order.

I ordered from here for an office event, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone, and the delivery team was prompt and professional. All of the pizzas were delicious—out of the three we tried (Spinach, Tomato & Feta; Cheese; and Chicken Bacon Ranch), the Chicken Bacon Ranch was definitely the standout for me.

We waited for our pizza for 2.5 hours and it never came. An hour into the wait we called and checked and the person answering the phone said we would have our order in 15 minutes. Another hour went by, we called again and the amount of pure SASS and ATTITUDE the phone person gave us was unacceptable!!! He said ”stop calling every 15 minutes, it is what it is”. Like hello, is this not your job? Anyways, never ordering here ever again.

We arrived with a 16 member volleyball team plus their parents. Ordering was so efficient. The pizza was delicious. The cooks worked so hard. Outstanding service and food!!

Been here a couple times so far. The food was always good, hot, and reasonably priced. Messed up one of my orders, and they helped me out. Good promotions. For a more detailed pizza review, I've only had their cheese pizza so far. It was a just little greasy for me, but the dough, cheese, and sauce were good, and there wasn't too much cheese or crust.

Went here yesterday to only be SHOCKED to the prices of a wing dinner plate. 8 pieces barely any fries and almost $30. I will NEVER ever come here again. The prices on the menu and monitor reflected one price and at the cash register it was another. 27.99 for a 8 piece wing dinner is unreasonable. I can get the same for over $10 less or just go down the street to the hospital and get a full meal with a drink for just under $15.

I would not take a risk with this pizza place if I were you. My experience was terrible. I requested a well done pizza, but it was the complete opposite. The dough was still raw, and the crust was soaked and gushy. There were huge slices of tomato on top which made the crust more wet. When I picked up a slice, everything would just fall apart. We got another pizza delivered, but it was still gross. So unappetizing. I've received much better pizzas at dominoes.

Ordered pizza’s to go for our team while outside of Boston, service was good. The pizza was a solid 6.3/10. I went with the meat lovers. Thinner style, toppings were quality but the crust wasn’t very good, and the sauce was lacking. Not very much sauce and there wasn’t much flavor to it. The crust was bland and a bit chewy, hard to eat. Got the job done but wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
