The meat is good but the employee front desk is rude and unprofessional.i think her name is Amy. Let me wait for 2 hrs just to pick up a 10lbs worth of meat!!! What a waste of my time . And i been with rocker bro for many years atleast 10 yrs

Probably one of the best places to get top quality cuts of meats. I always put in large orders for the bacon and steaks and sometimes burgers. I love the fact that they are local. You're better off buying the steaks and cook them yourself than going to a restaurant. You will get the same quality of taste and texture.

Not trucker friendly and they get upset when you ask them to move their box trucks out of the way so you can back into their door, no consideration for you at all. Deserves zero stars

Purchased 10 steaks, packaged with only one ice back inside plastic bag and cardboard box, I live in Ohio and package took 3 days to arrive. Received $200 in spoiled stakes because company wanted to save a few dollars on shipping and a few cents on ice packs.

I live in Michigan and.I've never tried it personally, but I shipped it to my granddaughter at the University of Michigan last spring and she said.she fixed it for she & 2 of her roommates & there was enough meat for the 3 of them.from each of 2 of the steaks (porterhouse & rib eye). She said she enjoyed the filet mignon all by herself. They're clamoring for more, but I feel it's been too hot right now.

I do not use this company for service myself. They may have great products, they may not. I don't know. My experience with a delivery driver delivering to ALL TIME on Hillhurst, is watching the driver park in a pedestrian crosswalk making it dangerous for a pedestrian to walk along. Asking him to not block a pedestrian crosswalk and him saying there's nothing I can do about it. Meanwhile, just across the street, not across Hillhurst, the busy road, but across the small side street there was a space to park for him.

On a search for a Christmas Prime rib I remembered a local butcher who sells restaurant Prime meats. An internet search returned Rocker Bros and here we are stocking up on steaks and meat...including tonight's t-bone steak dinner. Seriously good and a wonderful selection including pork, poultry, lamb and some game varieties too. Are you a fan of Wagyu or prime beef without the restaurant prices? Then head to Rocker's. Imagine serving a dinner where your guests comment how perfect the steak is...heck, when your family members request stay-at-home steak dinners over dining out, that's saying something! Order online for overnight or 2-day shipping or call ahead to place an order for pick-up. The selection is terrific, not necessarily inexpensive but less than a restaurant bill at an upper end steak house. I've only had experience grilling the t-bones and rib eyes...and the results were excellent. Judging from the quality of the product, I'm guessing preparing any of the other options would return similar (or better) results. Can't wait to place another order soon.

I'm not a big steak guy or meat eater, but the meat here is legit and really good. You can place an order online with the date and time you want to pick it up. Not a lot of parking, but you can drop in real quick and pay and then pull up to the dock to pick up your orders. Steaks come individually wrapped. Price is a lot higher than markets and butchers, but these are prime grade and the meat that goes to the fancy steakhouses. I got the New York steaks and the hamburger patties. Haven't tried the burgers yet, but my friends who got it said they are delicious. If you like steaks, I highly recommend this place.

Poor meat, poor service. I got sick off one of their steaks. I would like to say the employees weren't that helpful and didn't seem like they wanted my business

I've ordered from them now twice in the past week. Going down to pick up my order last week, parking is extremely limited due to construction just up the street taking away a lot of it. Luckily I got a spot & got into the office before closing. The office staff was very polite, professional and above all extremely helpful. This past weekend they were hit with the issue of meat processing plants closing due to the Rona. This delayed our orders a day, but the communication from the moment they realized there was an issue up until we received our orders was exceptional. They definitely put the service into customer service! Yesterday I cooked up 3 of the Tomahawk steaks. OMG delicious! Without question one of the best tasting pieces of meat I've had! So that lead up to today's rather larger order. I'm looking forward to trying their burgers, the chicken breasts and stuffing their 1-1/2" thick pork chops. Yes, their prices may be higher than your neighborhood supermarket. But I guarantee you that the quality of their product is MUCH higher. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

The best lamb chops I've ever purchased. Definitely much better than meat purchased from the supermarket. The lamb chops were meaty, and great flavor, wasn't as 'gamey' as the chops I've purchased from the supermarket. I'm definitely going to purchase my meat from Rocker Bros from now on. Easy online ordering process and pick-up. Customer service was also great.

( I had seen the Rocker Bros trucks, but never knew if I was eating their goods, because they only sold to restaurants! During Covid-19 however, many restaurants were in lockdown meat, so they opened up their store to consumers, and avoided layoffs.) Great meat at great prices... I have used their fresh beef and chicken, and became a much better cook during our Covid lockdown! Attitude, prices and assistance are stellar. Call and go pick up locally. Easy-peasy!

This has been my meat purveyor since 2006, hands down the best in Southern California. I live in the Central Coast now but I drive once a month to get my meat from them. Shelley Rocker the owners is honest and the whole team is always there for us, if you want the best you have found it!

Ordered my 2nd box of meats for their Prime Filet Mignon when they had a sale and was blown away. Holy god it is so good. It tastes EXACTLY like what I order at an upscale restaurant except instead of paying $100, I payed $20 for my filet mignon. I honestly don't think there's an online meat delivery service that sells steaks this high of quality for this good of price, it really blew us away. I often buy from Crowdcow as well but they don't hold a candle to the quality Rocker Bros sells. My steaks come from Rocker, but every day meats (stews and roasts) from Crowdcow. Rocker's steak prices are also a good nudge better than Crowdcow steaks with quality that far surpasses their offerings. It's a win win situation. The meat from here is truly restaurant quality, you get exactly what you pay for and much more. The price's are extremely fair overall for the quality that they offer and there's free shipping for orders over $200. They've grown a lot from my first order with them and now they ship with dry ice instead of ice packs. Everything arrived completely frozen in a few days. This is an excellent company to do business with. My 3rd box is on the way for December, I'm looking forward to a Christmas full of tasty meat.

Very disappointing. Debbie is very difficult to deal with and fudged my order twice. I will never use them again. Such a shame.

Amazing that since COVID you can order from them direlyZ the prices are so much cheaper for prime beef. Since it's a drive I make big orders and stockup!

The meats are very good and I'd say five star. It is prime beef and no slick cut to fool you. If you order prime cuts ...thats just what you'll get.

This is a wonderful company with healthy and flavorful meats. Our favorite, the Jadori chicken! Really incredible gourmet quality meats!
