Rockhouse is hidden down a corridor in the Venetian shops. Seems like a good spot to grab a quick lunch at a reasonable price, but it looks like the reason for the low prices is they have really skin on quality. The hummus duo came with wilted, somewhat slimy, cucumbers. My ahi tuna salad had aged lettuce, was covered in the dressing I specifically asked not to have, and was topped with a decent amount of very low quality, tasteless tuna. Our server struggled to take our order. I’m guessing he was new and they don’t provide any sort of training. They may hang around because their prices aren’t outrageous like the casinos’, but candidly, you’d likely be happier at a food court.
