He listened carefully, offered creative input without being pushy, and worked with us to make sure every detail felt just right. It honestly felt more like collaborating with an old friend than sitting down with someone we had just met. The process itself was smooth and surprisingly fun (yes—fun!). Kevin has this calming presence and great sense of humor that instantly takes the nerves out of getting tattooed. He talked us through each step, and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout. I went there around 10:14AM and was welcomed immediately as a walk in! I didn’t catch the name of the girl who did my tattoo but she was very knowledgeable and very focused when she did my tattoo. She listened to minor fixes I wanted on my tattoo and made sure I loved it. I designed my own tattoo but she cleaned it up and made sure it was something I would want 100%! All in all I recommend 100%!

Great experience at Rocking Ink. It was kind of a last-minute decision because one of my favorite singers had written something on my skin, and I knew I wanted to get it tattooed. Tommy was the artist who did it, and he was awesome! I absolutely love how the tattoo turned out and couldn’t be happier.

We come here every year when our daughter competes her dance competitions. They are always so welcoming (of the entire family) and do amazing work. My husband looks forward to coming every year. They’re very well priced and also do great line work. If you’re in the area definitely stop by!

I haven't had a tattoo in about 1-2 years and I'm older now so it hurts a lot but Justina was really patient with me and I definitely wanna go back to get one of my last tattoos. The price was super reasonable and that's saying a lot cause everything in casinos is over priced (I bought three things in a tourist store and it was $45 🙄). Definitely recommend coming here.

This shop is awesome! Odi did my piece and one on my wife, and she was able to put together exactly what we wanted super quickly. Super friendly staff, very good vibes, conveniently placed, AND extremely reasonable prices. In case you're wondering, the shop is located just inside the Westgate's northern entrance, and there's a parking garage right next to the entrance.

I have heard wonderful things about this tattoo shop. Two friends have tattoos from here. I was already in the Westgate so I decided to call and asked if I could come in for a quick piercing. Whoever I was on the phone with said yes. I told them what time I'd come in and they said they would be there.. I came about 45 mins after our phone call. When I arrived, it was closed. I was standing outside for a couple of minutes and suddenly a woman comes in with a bag of McDonald's and proceeds to open the shop back up again. She walked in and closed the shop back down. She saw me, walked passed me and didn't even acknowledge me. No "hello", no "can I help you with anything?" So disgusting and very rude. Not only are they liars, they are condescending as well. My friends tattoos aren't even that nice by the way.

My boyfriend and I walked in to get a pricing on a tattoo that I wanted, and 3 people were sitting there drawing. Not one looked up, and greeted us,or asked if they could help us. I went over, and made my myself known, and I was told to talk to another artist. WTF?! Aren't y'all artist too? Then they " artist " that I talked to was very condescending, and what Ms. Thing didn't know was that I've been getting tattoos before she was born, so I know the process. They didn't even have the artists portfolios out, so you could see whose style you liked, and I've never been in a shop that didn't have their artists portfolios out, more than one artist in the shop, and where someone greeted you when you walked through the door, and were glad that you were considering them. I definitely won't be going here for anything that's for sure.

Absolutely trash! Tattoo 10 out of 10 management 0 and disgusting! I had an appointment to get a tattoo for my birthday while I was staying at the westgate. I got there at 9am for my appointment, Marla my artist was amazing! We started around 9:30 am. I asked Marla if I could put my Ray Ban sunglasses down by her station and she said ok. It was a 6 hour tattoo so I was there for a while. It was myself, Marla, Leo the manager and a sweet 19 year old intern but I forgot her name. During that time I was there Marla and myself took a few bathroom breaks. By the end of my session I went to get my sunglasses but they weren't there. I was very surprised and so was Marla. We started looking for them and searched the entire shop even emptied garbage pails to see if they maybe fell in. They were gone, no where to be found. I was shocked, my first thought was that during a bathroom break maybe Leo the manager and the intern possibly went in the back and left the shop open. Was it possible that a customer came in seen nobody there walked into the shop, went into Marla's tattoo area and took my glasses? Maybe.. But highly unlikely. I asked if they went into the back while Marla and I were in the bathroom, Leo the manager got very defensive saying nobody here stole your sunglasses and told me to check everywhere for them. Marla and I searched everywhere but nothing. There was a time during the session that Leo left and even the intern and Marla said where did he go? Maybe putting the glasses in his car? He got very weird with me when I said I'm not leaving without my glasses. If they were $10 gas station sunglasses I wouldn't care. But these ray bans were $225. And mine! Leo told me to go up and check my room, I told him I was here the whole time and never went back to my room so that's impossible. He then said to me if you don't listen to me and check my room then he can't help me. In my life I have never seen such a guilty conscience. The whole energy in the room was dark. I actually felt bad for him and embarrassed for him because I knew he took them. What an asshole! Management stealing from customers? Wow what a piece of trash!! I called security and filled out a report, I asked Leo if the cameras were working to see if someone came in while they were in the back and took them. But of course the cameras weren't working. I was so frustrated that I just couldn't be there anymore. If I wasn't a guest at the westgate and security wasn't there things would have gotten physical. I knew deep down that jerkoff manager Leo had them. So I left not thinking I'd be getting a phone call the day after. After the beautiful Tattoo did on my forearm when I left I was so pissed that I didn't tip her and I'm sorry for that Marla. You were professional, honest and truly a great artist. A few hours later I text Marla and thanked her for the tattoo and told her I was going to write bad reviews all over the place from that experience that should have never happened. The next day while I was at the Grand Canyon I get a voice message from Leo the loser that my glasses popped up and they will be left white security. Like are you kidding me? To the owners of the shop, Marla is a dream, great person, great artist and a great soul. Leo is a trash bag and should be fired immediately. He's lucky I didn't break his jaw..

Get a great and professional tattoo by Kevin Thiele the artist in Vegas. He was Funny, keep you entertain and makes you feel comfortable getting your tat rather it's your first time or not. This is what it looks like after over a year is horrible and literally nobody know what it is. For someone that commented why I didn't spoke up I DID he didn't listen. The ink was coming out for over a month and thats not right because is my 4th tattoo didn't happen to the rest of them is just horrendous.

I have this shop a poor review and the owner posted that he can't be responsible for my disease??! Just what disease he thinks I have I'm not sure of. I have 5 other tattoos and have NEVER had an issue. I also was not counseled about any possible "diseases" I might have that may cause a problem with my tattoo. Nice try on the deflection Rockin Ink but that dig won't hunt.

Amazing! We came in on Friday night to make an appointment for Saturday and Steveo was able to fit us in with no problem. Came in for a cover up and was amazed with what I got. Price was great and he is super fast but amazing. We will definitely be back! @steveothunda_tattoo

Came in tonight to get myself a new tattoo for my glass convention. Didn't have an appointment but I was quickly helped out. Ryan was very professional and did an amazing job! All in all I was there for maybe an hour and a half from walking in with my idea to walking out with new ink. Glad I came here and super stoked on my new tattoo.

After calling around to a few 24 hour tattoo shops I found myself here at 1a ready to get tattoo #12. And am I SO glad that I found this gem. I had the pleasure of meeting Ray. I explained to him exactly what it was I wanted. Well more like what it looked like in my head. And after a few moments he successfully brought it to life. And I must say after having an idea in my head for over a year I was thrilled to finally see it on my skin! The process was almost painless. Ray definitely has a softer touch than any of the artist I've gotten work from. And before I knew it I was done! The detail in my tattoo is AMAZING! Especially since it's so small & on my hand. I am very please & I will for sure be back to have him bring to life another idea in my head.

Website said it was open 24 hours, so I paid for an uber all the way there and they were closed. Super disappointing especially since nothing else was open nearby and I wasted the money on uber each way.

My artist was Ray. He was super professional and really great to talk with. I had a great time! I'm immensely happy with my pieces. They look great (treble clef inside right arm and bass clef inside left arm) so I cannot recommend Ray and Rockin' Ink enough!!

Best tattoo I have gotten yet. Drove down to Las Vegas just to see Ruben. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and his artistry speaks for itself. I came with an idea of what I want and he made it freaking amazing. Plus it's affordable for the quality of work I got. I will definitely come back for all my tattoos. The staff are real cool and funny. All around it was a great vibe and worth it. I do recommend Ruben highly. Dope artist.

I personally go to Steve O. He is amazing and super chill. The shop itself is super clean and friendly. Does not feel like dingy tattoo shop like other shops in vegas. 5/5 recommended

This is seriously the BEST TATTOO shop I've ever visited! I have tattoos everywhere on me from different artists and personalities, but I've never been tattooed by someone so gentle and professional as Ray Soto from this beautiful AND CLEAN shop! I requested A LOT of work to be done on my leg, and gave him full reign to design however he seemed fit with my concept in mind and Ray pushed through like a boss and gave me an incredible version that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!! This artist rocks and his patience and talent is second to none. He is also super sweet and VERY EASY on the eyes! My Friend was with me and I bought her a tattoo as well, and her artist, Kevin, gave her a gorgeous, realistic rendition of exactly what she wanted. She will leave her own 5 star review, I am sure! My husband got a large piece by Armond and his work is also OFF-THE-HOOK gorgeous! He, too, powered thru and gave my husband exactly what he wanted. He will be leaving his own review. We are so super stoked! One more thing...although I don't recommend or encourage bringing kids along for a tattoo session, we did bring kids along for the weekend to visit Vegas, and they happen to be with us during the sessions, and I wanted to thank the staff for being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely be driving back to Rockin' Ink Tattoo to sleeve my other leg and get my back piece as well by Ray. It was so worth the drive! OH! And the price for the work was surprisingly affordable, especially for a Casino! This is no cheesy casino tattoo joint...it is truly legit! I was very comfortable, impressed and pleased! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I am so proud to show this tattoo off and have had overwhelming compliments!

Caitlyn was awesome. We came in with a group of four, at midnight, and was super happy that she was able to accommodate us. Three of us ended up getting piercings from her, and we all had really positive experiences. She was very precise, very clean, we watched her sterilize everything, and felt very comfortable with her. She was really sweet, answered all of our questions, and put up with our indecisiveness when it came to picking jewelry. The shop was really clean, really well organized, and we felt really comfortable there. They had a decent selection of jewelry, and it was evident by the art on the walls that everyone there was a super talented artist. It was also great that they were open until 1:30 am, one of the only shops we could find that had a piercer after 10pm.

The environment is so friendly! Kenneth's work is absolutely amazing, and I enjoy the humor he has that gets me through the tattoo. I will definitely come back to receive more work from him! HIGHLY recommend getting your tattoo here

My first tat ever! Ray did a horrible job. Lines bare messy and not even. Then when I complained to the higher ups they said it wasn't that bad. If the customer isn't satisfied then no one should be. Do not go here!!! Not recommended and the punk ass supervisor Cindy said it wasn't that bad. Fuck this place.

My fiancee got an impulse tattoo here...when he sees a tattoo shop and has had a few beers and some free time and some empty skin visible...he has been known to get a tattoo randomly. They're not very busy, it's a weird location, and the hotel demographic, when we were there, is not the tattoo crowd so much. But the tattoo turned out well, he did it quickly but cleanly.

I got a tattoo done by Ulises, he was GREAT! As a first timer, I knew what I wanted, but didn't know the font I wanted. Also, I had the first timer jitters, the staff all calmed me down and were upfront about what it would possibly feel like. And warned me about possibly not being able to handle it, not going to lie, it added on to my nervousness, but appreciated the honesty. Ulises was very patient with me, even offered to give me breaks during my session, it took less than 30 minutes, or less. Point is, it was quick! I still love my tattoo! Only concern was, that he had asked me to wait in the waiting area while he got his area ready, I would've been more comfortable going and seeing him set up, personally. You know, for health issues. But I'm sure they don't do anything shady, I work in the medical field, so I'm always paranoid. Anyway, great place! Very professional people.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and fast. A bit pricey for what I got, but I'm not from the area so it seemed like average prices for Vegas.

My sister and I wanted two quick little tattoos, and we were able to walk right inside and get them done. We called at 12:30 am and they told us to come in at 1:30. The artist there was Austin and he was super funny and very nice. Everything was super clean too. Highly recommend this place!

Ray is a very talented artist. I had a tattoo that I wanted covered, he nailed it 1000%. The shop is very clean, and the staff were all very professional and friendly. The prices were more than fair especially for the quality and detail of work that was done.. Im in town from Minnesota, i will be returning in the future to add more. I'm a fan. I randomly walked in one morning and the artist there (Austin) worked out a deal for me. I'm a local, so they took care of me. I talked about the ideas I had and he worked it out with me, he wanted to do them all. So he quoted me a price for all three and we did them over a full week. I was back the next morning for the first one. He drew all of them himself from my ideas and the reference photos that I had. He texted me a few pictures of the art to make sure it was what I imagined and took direction. One of my tattoos was over scarring and he handled it amazingly, clean lines and beauty. Another was a full color hand sized sea-shell on my chest. he was very careful with the stencil, he made sure I liked everything and the placement was right before getting started. Since it was on my chest, he made sure I was comfortable with photos or the other guys in the shop being around during (which I was fine with, but it was still nice that he checked in about it). cool shop, the people working there seemed cool, and I will absolutely be going to this artist if not the shop too for more stuff in the future.

Scott Mercer is the best. He inked me twice. I am a US Army veteran and he did a military tattoo on each of my shoulders. They look awesome!

I have to get this place a one star. I went there three times within two days to get a tattoo only to be turned down two times because, well, I'm not really sure why. The girl behind the counter didn't really want to help, she said it was her Friday (it was Thursday, July 4th) she sent me in back to see Austin, who told me he was booked up and to return to talk to the night shift and see if they had an opening. So we came back the next day on Friday. Austin was at the front desk drawing, he never looked up or acknowledged our existence and the other person told us to come back during the night shift even though those two were clearly doing ...nothing?? The third time we went back was a little later that Friday, and the same two people were still there so we didn't bother even going in. I felt bad karma and decided to Google local tattoo shops who might want the business. Found Golden Skull Tattoo on Las Vegas Blvd and they did an amazing job!!!! Glad Rockin Ink Tattoo has so much business they can turn down clients.

Came here with a group of 5 . Marla took care of two of us (including me) and she was amazing. and I forgot the guys name but he handle one of our friends which was indeed her first tattoo but he made her feel really comfortable and explained everything he was doing. Even when he was cleaning the area before he even started on her and also explained the needles and all that. The other two were seen by the manager . They said their visit with him was pleasant. We came here because we wanted to get something small that reminded us of our long friendship with one another. Also something with a perfect meaning that sooted us all. Just keep in mind starting charge is $100 pretty much anywhere In Vegas. Anything smaller than a quester as well. I know we could have gotten our tattoo less of a price back home in california but we didn't mind. Besides the fact, the service was awesome and the work was as well.

This place was so wonderful to me and my friends. We each ended up doing piercings, and all of us loved the results! Caitlyn (I'm sorry if I'm not using the correct spelling) was amazing and so patient with all of us. We definitely recommend them for their attention to detail and sanitary habits. We were all very comfortable with the entire experience. (Also, their art is worth a look! Very beautiful!)

I called around 9 am and ask if they take walk in and if I needed an appointment to get tattooed. And they said no just to come in and I will get helped out. And so that's what I did. I drove 49 min from my home and when I get there they tell me that they only have one tattoo artist and that I should come back at 2 pm. Wtf man.

I came in to get my daughter's name on my inner arm. Ray greeted me and was very helpful with choosing the right font and of my new tattoo. His vibe is chill and he totally made me feel comfortable. Ray was very professional and gave me information on how to best care for my new tattoo. Overall the experience was great. Ray Soto is awesome!

Leo is by far the best artist in Vegas. He's passionate about his work and always delivers a clean, solid tattoo. There is no style I haven't seen him master. Won't be going to anyone else!!

Very poor customer service. Me and my husband walked in & nobody greeted us. There was one person getting a tattoo & 3 staff members just standing around doing NOTHING but talking. I would hate to say this was a racist matter but it very much so seemed that way.
