Gotta say, this place impressed me quite a bit.
The burger I had was really good. There are a lot of burgers to be had in this city, and most are passable, if not spectacular. That being said, this was on the higher end of the spectrum. Big beef patties, loads of fresh veggies, and a great bun. Good buns are underrated [insert joke here].
The tots are good too. A bit on the salty side, but that's probably the way they should be -- nobody wants to eat a bland tot (regardless of how intoxicated you may or may not be).
All of their drafts were $5 on a Thursday night, which isn't a bad deal.
The best part though was the service. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful, and they were actually upbeat and seemed like they wanted to be there (to the extent anyone ever really wants to be at work).
Honestly, garbage service is something that plagues too many establishments in this city. It's refreshing to go somewhere with employees who make customers actually enjoy being in the environment.
If I go back and get a sandwich as good as that burger I'll boost the rating!
